청소년의 가출충동에 영향을 미치는 예측요인 (Predicting Factors on Youth Runaway Impulse)

  • This study is attempted to define risk factor of youth runaway impulse and to structure forecast model through an extensive analysis of the factors influencing the runaway impulse of youth. The subjects were 610 high school students in Seoul and Kyunggido. The collected data was analysed by SAS. The differences between the runaway impulse group and the non-runaway impulse group were subject to chi-square and t-test. Also logistic regression analysis was conducted on the basis of purposeful selection method for constructing the forecast model. The findings are as follows : the major predicting factors of youth runaway impulse are sex(odds ratio=1.886, p=.009), existence of friends of the opposit sex(odds ratio=2.011, p=.007), anti-social personality(odds ratio= 4.953, p=.000), depressive trend(odds ratio= 2.695, p=.000), family structure(odds ratio= 5.381, p=.000), marital relationship(odds ratio =1.893, p=.009) and also between parents and youth(odds ratio=3.877, p=.000), emotional abuse(odds ratio=1.963, p=.003), authoritative controlled rearing(odds ratio=2.135, p=.005) and stress from school(odds ratio=1.924, p=.008). Therefore, the forecast model will be contribute to the nursing intervention for prevention of runaway youth.

  • Knowledge sharing is an essential component of effective knowledge management, however, individuals' knowledge does nottransform easiIy into organizational knowledge even with the implementation of knowledge management program, rather , individuals tend to hoard knowledge for various reasons. this article is to explore what factors have influenced the knowledge sharing intent ion and knowledge sharing mechanism. Althoughseveral factors have been identified to help create a high performing knowledge organization, including leadershlp, organizational culture and so on, the major objective of the research. is to explore what kinds of individuals' factors have influence on knowledge sharing intent ion and knowledge sharing mechanism by knowledge types. This paper applied personality trait ability, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation structure to explain knowledge sharing in organization.

  • Despite the government's efforts and excessive investments in the establishment of an infrastructure for animation, it can be said that the reasons for the inferiority in character licensing and weak performances compared to other leading countries is attributed to the fundamental factor tying within the piece of work itself. Therefore, this research is aimed at finding a counterproposal by assuming that the reason for the failure of our country's animation 'Oseam' was because of its narrative tactics. First, it is possible for a narrative structure to be participated by the audience's creative strategy Second, the audience's participation makes it possible to create the character into a multilateral and a complex personality. Third, this kindof creative strategy is possible when semiotic analyses are utilized. The sole objective for this is to provide a comprehensive viewpoint for the semiotic approach in the creation process of the character.

  • The purpose of this study is to review Korean literature concerning sibling relationships during the last three decades and investigate facts and trends, research issues, and pragmatic and policy issues related to sibling relationship development. Most of the past research has been concerned with the effects of sibling status/structure variables on siblings' individual differences in intellectual, social and personality characteristics. In recent years, however, considerable attention has been focused on the interpersonal relationships between siblings and the factors influencing such relationships. More specifically, sibling relationships and adjustment of siblings of children with disabilities begin to draw attention of researchers and practitioners. This review consists mainly of two parts : one on siblings of children with no disabilities and the other on siblings with one disabled child.

  • The purpose of this study is to disclose the dimension of job characteristic, working place situation. and clothes selection, which are variable on clothes selection, to research the relation of job characteristic, working place situation, and clothes selection and to disclose the feature of consumers by each group in accordance with job characteristic. The follows are summary of this study result : The concept structure of job characteristic is composed by four types. Working place situation related with clothes selection are consisted of five types. Professional women selected clothes in accordance with nine feature. Job characteristic is related with working palace situation and influences on clothes selection. The persons influenced by activity state regarded personality as important when select clothes. The persons influenced by duty state regarded harmony and control as important, instead of, they ignored conformity. People select occupation according to individual feature, so the feature of consumers, working place environment, working place situation are different in accordance with job characteristic, as a result we can find differences in clothes selection suitable for working palace and purchasing.

  • The purpose of this study is to actualize the unit planning space. First, to understand various needs about residential space of apartments inhabitants. It is necessary for us to understand exactly what differences of residential needs and how different they are with todays's viewpoint because different residential life should be developed according to family structure, age and personality. Second, to suggest plan type as many as possible to reflect and accept various residential needs of inhabitants. 상선조직에서의 사관과 부원의 의식구조에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Consciousness of Officers and Ratings in Merchant Ships' Organization)

  • Officers and ratings as a group might show differences in some aspects of personality , human relations, job attitudes, perception of business environment and surrounding organizational structure. It has been traditionally believed that licenced-officers are required to have nicely-paired leadership and dignity , and ratings obedience in maritime field. This survey revealed that officers and ratings have some differences in the actual behavior, knowledge , understanding attitude etc., In summary , officers as a superstructure of merchant ship's orgnaization are different, to some degree, from ratings as an infrastructure in several aspects. Officers are believed to have the characteristics of maturity by taking concern of business environment , social circumstance away from the vessels which they are on board. In contrast, ratings are greatly interested in the surrounding environment associated with themselves, and also experiencing alienation and technology.

조직공정성이 간호사의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 건강에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Justice on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Health Status among Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health among hospital nurses. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 267 nurses from 3 general hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires and analyzed hierarchical multiple regression. Result: The distributive and procedural justices had effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but no effects on health. The procedural justice had more effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment than distributive justice. There was no moderating effect of distributive and procedural justices on nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health. Conclusions: It is important for hospitals to be established fair reward systems which should focus on both outcomes and processes in order to evaluate nurses' rewards. It is suggested that new moderators like personality or organizational structure should be considered for future research.

Understanding Brand Image from Consumer-generated Hashtags

  • Social media has emerged as a major hub of engagement between brands and consumers in recent years, and allows user-generated content to serve as a powerful means of encouraging communication between the sides. However, it is challenging to negotiate user-generated content owing to its lack of structure and the enormous amount generated. This study focuses on the hashtag, a metadata tag that reflects customers' brand perception through social media platforms. Online users share their knowledge and impressions using a wide variety of hashtags. We examine hashtags that co-occur with particular branded hashtags on the social media platform, Instagram, to derive insights about brand perception. We apply text mining technology and network analysis to identify the perceptions of brand images among consumers on the site, where this helps distinguish among the diverse personalities of the brands. This study contributes to highlighting the value of hashtags in constructing brand personality in the context of online marketing.

  • 기술이 발전함에 따라 복합적인 모달리티 정보를 포함하는 멀티미디어 데이터의 수집이 용이해지면서, 사람의 성격 특성을 이해하고 이를 개인화된 에이전트에 적용하고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 스트림 구조를 활용하여 사용자 특성을 예측하기 위한 동적 키프레임 추출 방법을 제안한다. 비디오 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 무작위로 선택한 프레임에서 특징을 추출하던 기존의 방법을 개선하여 영상 내 시간에 따른 정보와 변화량을 기반으로 중요한 프레임을 선택하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 제 3자가 평가한 Big-five 지표 값이 레이블링된 대표적인 데이터셋인 First Impressions V2 데이터셋을 사용하여 외면에서 발현되는 특징들을 기반으로 영상에서 등장하는 인물들의 성격 특성을 예측했다. 결론에서는 선택된 키프레임에서 멀티 모달리티 정보를 조합하여 성격 특성을 예측한 결과와 베이스라인 모델과의 성능을 비교한다.
