성인여성의 건강증진 행위에 따른 안면 피부 상태 (Epidermal Condition of Women By Health Promotion Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the differentials in life styles and their effect on the epidermal facial tissue in order to provide a basis for health professionals so that they might better be able to maintain and promote healthy skin care and further delay the premature ageing of the epidermal facial tissue. The subjects consisted of 145 females of various ages who visited skin care room in cerming health promoting behaviors(Park In sook's Profile) and questions on their behavioral practices pertaining to personal skin care were used. The investigation also ess of the four parts of the epidermal facial tissue studied. All data collected wee entered into the SAS program and analyzed for frequency, percentages, the utilized Pusan. The study dates ranged from May 1, 1998 to May 30, 1998. The methods used for this investigation were a questionnaire survey consisting of general objective questions. The questions con a "skin analyzer" to measured levels of moisturizing hydrated, facial oils, and roughnmean, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. Epidermal facial oil was at its highest levels in the chin area with additional decreasing levels in the forehead and nose regions. The least regions were those of the cheeks. The highest levels of hydration on the other hand started with the forehead followed by the area of the chin, the cheeks and the lowest level of epidermal facial hydration was in the region of the nose. 2. The average score of the performance in the health promoting behaviors variable was 139.51. The variables with the highest degree of the performance were rest and sleeping(35.71). The lowest degree was hiegenic life(23.44). 3. The relationship health promoting behaviors and epidermal condition was not correlated with oil, hydration and roughness of the skin surface. 4. Skin care behavioral characteristics related to epidermal condition were washing style and temperature of washing water. 5. General characteristics related to epidermal condition were occupation, education level, acne and melasma. In conclusion, this study showed that several factors were significant in the behavior of skin care. Clear knowledge of both internal and external factors which affect the epidermal condition will help women to pursue active and appropriate practices in their health behaviors and skin care.

소비자의 악성불평행동 분석 및 기업의 대처행동 조사 연구 (An Analysis of Consumers' Problematic Complaining Behaviors and Firms' Reactions)

  • This study analyzed consumer's harsh complaining behaviors and firm's reactions toward consumers' harsh complaining behavior, and investigated the differences in the firms' reactions according to the characteristics of counselors and customer service centers. In addition, this study attempted to find a strategy and provide guidance regarding consumer's harsh complaining behaviors. The results of this study are discussed below. First, consumer's harsh complaining attitudes were expressed by crude language, violent language, threats, personal attacks, and claims of a high-ranking social position. Consumer's directive, complaining behaviors were repeated on the telephone, and threats of prosecution or disclosure to the public, exposure of habitual product returns, and requests for interviews with superiorsat the representative firm were made. Second, a firm typologies according to its reaction style toward a consumer's harsh complaining behaviors were as follows: Group 1, having a neutral attitude toward consumers and preparation thoroughly regarding their demands; Group 2, having a negative attitude toward consumers and some degree of preparation toward consumers' demands; and finally, Group 3, having a positive attitude toward consumers but offering insufficient reparation regarding consumers' demands. Third, female counselors, counselors having a certified counselor's license, and those much experience working in labor work were more likely to be in Group 3. Male counselors, part-time counselors, and those having experience of many years were more likely to be in Group 2. Group 1 were more likely to have large number of workers at customer service centers, male counselors, and to have large numbers of educational training programs related to the reactions of consumers in the form of dissatisfaction, complaints, how to offer compensation for injuries to consumers, and issues related to PL(product liability). In addition, Group 1 also had more firm level welfare policies related to hight stress levels of consumer counselors and extra types of support regarding harsh consumers. However, Group 2 members were more likely to provide excessive compensation and rewards to harsh consumers. Finally, to react to consumer's harsh complaint efficiently, it was suggested that firms should not treat consumers as harsh consumers, should react to consumers' complaints sincerely, and should take precautionary management efforts as regards consumer dissatisfaction based on better quality control of products. In addition, it was deemed necessary to formulate a management strategy to train competent consumer counselors with a high quality of counselor skill, having standardized and consistent reaction guidance toward consumer complaints and thorough knowledge of compensation rules for consumer injuries and subsequent guidance.

하이브리드 인식 기술을 이용한 전사적 인적자원관리 (Enterprise Human Resource Management using Hybrid Recognition Technique)

  • 인적자원관리는 IT기술을 접목하여 다양한 변화를 가져오고 있다. 특히 HRM이 집단차원의 관리, 물리적 사업장, 근무시간의 제약, 개인적 접촉 등 비과학적 방법으로 이루어졌다면, 현재의 전자적 인적자원관리(e-HRM)는 개별 차원의 관리, 가상 작업 공간의 등장(예. 스마트워크센터, 홈워크 등), 근무시간의 유연화 및 탄력화, 컴퓨터 기반의 통계자료 및 과학적 방법에 의한 분석 및 관리를 근간으로 이루어지고 있다는 점에서 큰 차이가 있다. 따라서 환경의 변화에 따라 기업들은 보다 효율적이고 전략적인 인적자원 관리 체계를 구축하기 위하여 RFID 카드, 지문인식 근태관리 시스템 등 다양한 기술을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 전사적 인적자원 관리를 위한 멀티 카메라를 이용하여 2D 및 3D 얼굴인식기술 기반의 근태관리, 출입통제관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 여기서는 기존 2D방식의 얼굴인식기술이 가지고 있는 문제점인 조명 및 자세에 따른 인식률 저하를 극복하여 90% 이상의 인식률을 확보하였다. 또한 3D 얼굴인식방식의 문제점인 많은 계산량을 개선하기 위하여 3D와 2D 인식기술을 병행하여 처리함으로써 하이브리드 영상인식 및 인식속도를 개선할 수 있었다.

음식쓰레기에 관한 실태조사(II) (Analysis of Citizen's Attitude to the Foodwaste (II))

  • 쓰레기문제해결을 위한 기초 자료를 마련하기 위해 주부들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가정쓰레기 중 음식물쓰레기가 차지하는 비율은 평균 24.8%이며, 발생 형태별로는 재료를 다듬는과정>과일껍질>음식찌꺼기>상해서 버리는 쓰레기의 순이었다. 또 주부들의 연령이 낮을 수록 음식물쓰레기의 발생비율이 높았고, 식후 가장 많이 남기는 음식찌꺼기는 국과 찌개였다. 음식물쓰레기 발생의 가장 큰 원인은 필요량 이상으로 조리하기 때문이였다. 88.8%의 응답자가 계획적 식단작성이 음식물쓰레기 감량에 도움이 된다고 생각했으나 실천율은 39.8%로 낮았다. 음식물쓰레기 처리에서는 87.3%의 주부가 물기를 제거한 후, 비닐봉투에 담고 다시 종량제봉투에 담는 것으로 나타났다. 84.1%의 응답자가 음식물쓰레기의 재활용이 필요하다고 느끼나, 실천 중인 주부는 전체의 2.1%로 매우 미약했다. 올바른 처리를 위해서는 정부의 일관성있는 정책마련과 지속적 홍보가 필수적이며, TV 또는 라디오의 공익 광고가 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 음식물쓰레기 재활용에의 참여 의사는 공동퇴비화 및 개별퇴비화 모두 긍정적 답변을 나타냈으며, 가정용퇴비화 용기를 설치할 경우 구입 가격, 설치공간, 위생상 미관상의 문제 해결 및 생산 퇴비의수거가 원활하게 이루어져야 성공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

노년소비자의 가치와 라이프스타일이 외식업체 선택속성에 미치는 영향 (Potential Effects of Restaurant Selection Preferences by Elderly Consumers' Values and Lifestyle)

  • 본 연구는 서울과 경기지역에 거주하며 외식경험이 있는 55세 이상의 노년소비자의 개인가치와 라이프스타일이 외식업체 선택속성에 미치는 영향관계를 파악함으로써 고령화 사회를 목전에 두고 있는 시점에서 외식기업의 경영활동과 그 성과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방안을 마련함에 있어 그 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 기존의 연구논문을 바탕으로 관련 변수를 추출하고 모형과 가설을 설정하여 설문조사를 통해 본 연구의 결과는 노년소비자가 라이프스타일 활동지향형 요인 즉, 최신의 경향과 유행을 따르며 새로운 일에 도전하는 것을 즐겨하는 편이며, 때로는 열정적인 즐거움을 경험하고 싶어 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외적가치를 지향하는 노년소비자는 라이프스타일에 있어서 비교적 다양한 형태를 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며, 원칙지향형은 편안하게 이야기할 수 있으면서 조용하고 휴식을 취할 수 있는 주변사람들로부터 평판이 좋은 곳을 주로 선택하며 활동지향형은 부대시설이나 노인 특가 할인된 메뉴와 서비스가 친절하며 가격이 저렴하다면 다소 멀어도 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 노년소비자의 개인가치와 라이프스타일에 따라 외식업체 선택속성 기준이 달라질 수 있다는 것을 의미하는 것으로 보다 전국적인 범위로 외식업체를 직접 방문하여 노년소비자를 대상으로 한 보완적인 연구를 바탕으로 노년외식소비자가 지향하는 가치와 외식업체 선택속성을 파악함으로써 향후 외식 기업의 활성화와 노년소비자 시장의 마켓팅 전략 수립에 긍정적인 영향을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

일부 지역 주민에서 고혈압이환과 비만지표와의 관련성 (Association of Anthropometric Indices with Prevalence of Hypertension in Korean Adult)

  • Objective: To examine the relationship between hypertension prevalence and the four commonest anthropometric measurements for obesity(body mass index(BMI), wasit-hip ratio(WHR), waist circumference(WC) and body fat in Korean adults. Methods: We studied the cross-sectional association of the anthropometric indices and blood pressure in 1,197 individuals(who were participants in the population-based cohort study). Hypertension was defined as blood pressure $\geq160/95\;mmHg$ or current use of antihypertensive medication. Informations on life-style factors were obtained from personal interview. Results: There were close associations between BMI, WHR and WC with blood pressure in both men and women. After age adjustment, BMI and WC showed significantly positive correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in both men and women. Odds ratio(ORs) of being hypertensive were estimated comparing the highest to the lowest quantile, adjusting for age, smoking status, alcohol intake levels, education attainment. The simultaneously adjusted ORs of being hypertensive, comparing the highest vs the lowest categories, was for BMI 2.0(95% confidence interval(CI)=0.9-3.2) in men and 3.2 (95% CI=1.7-6.1) in women, for WC 2.1(95% CI=1.0-4.4) in men and 3.1 (95% CI=1.6-5.9) in women, for fat(%) 4.2(95% CI=1.9-9.5) in men and 2.1(95% CI=1.2-3.6) in women. Conclusion: In addition to measures of overall obesity(BMI) as well as central obesity(WHR, WC), body fat(%) was independently associated with prevalence of hypertension. Among obesity indices, body fat was the most predictor variable in hypertensive state in male and BMI was in female.

Risk Factors for Cervical Cancer in Rural Areas of Wuhan China: a Matched Case-control Study

  • Cervical cancer is a serious public health problem in developing countries. We investigated possible risk factors for cervical cancer in rural areas of Wuhan China using a matched case-control study with 33 women diagnosed with cervical cancer and 132 healthy women selected from the same area as matched controls. A questionnaire, which included questions about general demography conditions, environmental and genetic factors, the first sexual intercourse, first marriage age, age at first pregnancy, pregnancy first child's age, female personal health history, social psychological factors, dietary habits, smoking and alcohol status and other living habits was presented to all participants. At the same time, HPV infection of every participant was examined in laboratory testing. Results showed HPV infection (P<0.000, OR=23.4) and pregnancy first child's age (P<0.000, OR=13.1) to be risk factors for cervical cancer. Menopause (P=0.003, OR=0.073) was a protective factor against cervical cancer. However, there was no indication of associations of environmental (drinking water, insecticide, disinfectant) genetic (cancer family history), or life-style factors (smoking status, alcohol status, physical training, sleep quality), including dietary habits (intake of fruit and vegetable, meat, fried food, bean products and pickled food) or social psychological factors with cervical cancer. The results suggest that the risk of cervical cancer in Chinese rural women may be associated with HPV infection, menopause and the pregnancy first child's age.

  • 마케팅 사상사에서 지금까지 지속되고 있는 중요한 개념 중의 하나는 소비재의 분류에 관한 것이다. Copeland(1923)가 최초로 제안한 상품분류방식과 이론은 지금까지 거의 수정되지 않은 채 학계와 실무자들이 원용하고 있고 미국 마케팅 협회를 비롯한 유관기관들도 이를 공식적으로 인정하고 있다. 그러나 그의 분류방식은 오늘날에는 시대에 뒤떨어진 낡은 것이 되어 현대의 상품광고, 소매업 및 소비에 적절하지 않은 것으로 점차 알려지고 있다. 그러한 방실은 특히 현대사회에서 소비자들이 스타일, 개인적 정체성 및 사회적 지위나 신분에 집착하고 있음으로 인하여 소비자 시장을 잘 이해하고 있는 브랜드 관리자들이 중점적으로 촉진하고 있는 상품의 사회적 특성이 소비자의 선택과 구매자 행동의 핵심적 결정요인이라는 사실을 수용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구자는 기존의 상품분류방식이 다년간 시장조건의 변화에 대응하지 못하고 있는 이유를 탐구하고 그것이 소비와 소비자행동에 영향을 미치는 다수의 요인들을 반영하지 못하고 있다는 것이 가장 중대한 약점임을 주장하였다. 한걸음 더 나아가 기존의 연구문헌을 토대로 그러한 약점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 상품분류방식을 제안하였다.

운동발달장애아 어머니와 아버지의 스트레스 비교 (Comparison of Stress Between the Mother and Father Who Have Children)

  • Parents of handicapped children are experiencing difficulties in their children's care, social isolation, change of life style and lirnited leisure time. Because the parents should take care of the children's daily life, they have lots of psychological and physical stress. Chronic stress of parents puts stress to the other family members and affects the development of children with handicap. The purpose of this study were to identify the level of stress in each of parents of children with motor problem, the characteristics of the children and general information related with the children, and to analyse the stress by reasons. Specially organized questionnaire were used for an investigation method. "Test of stress in mother who has children with chronic illness" by Kim Hee-soon were modified and used. The questionnaire answered by 43 mothers and 35 fathers were analyzed. Data analysis includes frequency analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, paired-samples t-test and MANOV A by SPSSWIN. The results were as follows: 1) Degree of handicap was most moderate (46.5%), level of motor development was most pull to walk (34.9%), and combined handicap was 69.8%. 2) Sexual distribution represented that 51.2% male and 48.8% female. The cost of physical therapy was 69.8% in no more than 100,000 won. 3) The mean of age, for the mother was 32.8 years and 35.3 years. Level of motor development that mother and father expect was 88.4%, 83% walk alone. 4) Both mother and father experienced stress in other of Part II (changes in father was the illness status of the child and difficulty in taking care of child), Part III (prognosis of the child's condition), Part I (social-personal relationships and the responsibility of the care givers). In the total score of stress, mother's stress is indicated higher level than father's stress. 5) There was no correlationship between characteristics and stress of mother and father. 6) There was no statistically significant difference between characteristics and related general information of children with handicap and stress of mother and father. As a results, the mother of children with handicap are experiencing more stress than the father. Both of parents have the most difficulties in the changes in the illness status of the child and difficulty in taking care of child. This study can be used as resources of education, therapy and counselling for children with handicap and their parents. This study, also, can be used to encourage the quality of Iife for the children with handicapped and their family.

일부 농촌 주민의 건강 증진 행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Health Promotion Behaviors in Rural Areas)

  • 농촌 사회는 60세 이상의 노령인구가 점차 증가하고 있고, 연령이 증가할수록 본인이 느끼는 건강 상태를 나쁘게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 대책이 필요할 것이다. 남성에서는 연령 이 증가할수록 건강증진 행태 점수가 높게 조사되었으며, 30~40대 연령층에서 건강증진 행태 점수가 가장 낮으면서 본인의 건강을 과신하는 것으로 조사되었다. 여성에서는 연령이 증가할수록 본인의 건강이 나쁘다고 인식하고 있었으며, 건강증진 행태 점수도 낮게 조사되었다. 농촌 지역 남성을 대상으로 한 건강증진 노력은 젊은 연령층을 중점적으로 올바른 건강행태 교육을 통해 지속적인 건강증진에 주력해야 할 것이다. 특히 30대~40대 연령층을 중점적으로 금연 운동에 노력해야 할 것이며, 40대~50대 연령층에게는 적절한 체중관리를 위한 프로그램 개발에 노력해야 할 것이다. 여성에서는 고연령층을 대상으로 건강증진에 노력해야 할 것이며, 특히 60대~70대 고령의 노인들이 할 수 있는 운동 프로그램 개발 노력과 40대~50대 연령층의 체중관리에도 노력해야 할 것이다.
