Today, Internet users start off using heavily SNS(Social Network Site) such like, Facebook, Twitter. The reason of the growth of using SNS would be closely related to the various services of gaming, playing, entertainment items, sharing information etc., provided by the SNS, technically, the most important one out of the services provided would be behaving of sharing knowledge among people who connected and networked in the site. In sum, we assume that the users may communicate well each other and pay attention to build closely a social network using that kind of activities. However, nevertheless the new trends of communications and sharing knowledge become popular, researchers have just began the research issues in explaining why Internet user rush into SNS and enjoy the time in there. Therefore, we investigate on the reasons of posting knowledge voluntarily in the SNS and how others response to the posted information and actually affected by the behavior. We appled personal relation and social identity theory for this study, which personal relation in SNS may affect on social identity and make them produce knowledge generation. We found that social identity and involvement in SNS is closely related and influence knowledge creation and generation. This empirical study resulted in the importance of social relations in SNS, which leads to a sharing knowledge.

The goal of deep learning is to extract complex features from multidimensional data use the features to create models that connect input and output. Deep learning is a process of learning nonlinear features and functions from complex data, and the user data that is employed to train deep learning models has become the focus of privacy concerns. Companies that collect user's sensitive personal information, such as users' images and voices, own this data for indefinite period of times. Users cannot delete their personal information, and they cannot limit the purposes for which the data is used. The study has designed a deep learning method that employs privacy protection technology that uses distributed collaborative learning so that multiple participants can use neural network models collaboratively without sharing the input datasets. To prevent direct leaks of personal information, participants are not shown the training datasets during the model training process, unlike traditional deep learning so that the personal information in the data can be protected. The study used a method that can selectively share subsets via an optimization algorithm that is based on modified distributed stochastic gradient descent, and the result showed that it was possible to learn with improved learning accuracy while protecting personal information.

본 연구에서는 고령친화산업의 개인 행위주체 네트워크 형성 과정을 지식창출 과정(SECI/ba 모델)에 적용하여 분석하였다. 고령친화산업과 관련된 해외탐방단, 세미나, 심포지엄, 각종 협의회, 교육프로그램, 사이버공간의 포럼 등은 사회화, 외부화, 종합화, 내면화 과정을 가능하게 하는 장(場)을 제공하였다. 이러한 만남의 장(시작의 장, 상호작용의 장, 사이버 장, 실행실습의 장)을 통해서 개인 행위주체들은 동일 지역에 입지하지 않더라도 네트워크를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있었다. 네트워크 형성 과정을 공간적 측면에서 고찰해 보면, 개인의 이동성을 이용한 일시적 지리적 근접성이 중요하고, 이를 통해 개인 행위주체들은 대면접촉을 통해 관계를 형성하고 네트워크를 구축할 수 있었다. 또한 인터넷 커뮤니티 등 가상공간에서의 만남이 네트워크 형성에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

휴대 장치용 개인 무선 통신 기술로서의 블루투스(Bluetooth)는 저전력 저비용의 장점을 가진 IEEE 802.15 계열 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) 기술의 대표적인 예로서 많이 사용되고 있으나 매우 제한된 통신 범위로 인해 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 사용자간의 네트워크 구성이 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 움직임을 이용하여 인프라(infra)가 없이도 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 구성원 간 모바일 소셜네트워크 시스템(Mobile Social Network System, SNS)을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 또한 SNS 환경에서 사용자 움직임 기반 정보확산 기법의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 실제로 블루마켓 응용을 구현하였다.

It is essential to investigate the structure and the main characteristics of BSN (Bio-Sensor Network) platform in built smart healthcare environment while designing healthy housing facilities. For this study, WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) data transmission technologies have been employed with medical sensors, and optimal medical devices would provide various Web 2.0 services by connecting to the WiBro network. The BSN platform normally recognizes in surroundings of WBAN (Wireless Body Area Network) or WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network), and it is possible to manage sensor nodes by utilizing SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and REST (REpresentational State Transfer). In addition, the feature of SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) for mobile gateway is also included for being adapted to huge network structure. Finally, BSN platform will play a role as important clues for developing personal WSN service models for smart healthy housing properties.

Bluetooth is a promising wireless personal area network technology and is on the verge of being ubiquitously deployed over wide range of devices. This paper aims to implement a wireless network for image transmission using Bluetooth technology. The characteristics of Bluetooth are small size, low band width and low power consumption, However, there are some difficulties in implementing a wireless radio network using Bluetooth since a lot of repeaters may needed when Bluetooth depends a role of host on personal computer for data transmission. In this paper, a method to implement a wireless radio network is proposed and applied for image transmission using a small size microprocessor for each Bluetooth.

The adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 transformed approaches and concepts to the implementation of the personal data protection mechanism in the European Union. Within the EU, almost all countries have adapted a new protection mechanism, which requires a study of the specifics of its use. The article intends to assess the legal provisions of the current mechanism of personal data protection in the EU. The author studied the mechanism of personal data protection under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) based on the concept of contextual integrity and analysis of EU legislation on personal data protection. The scientific publications for 2016-2020 were reviewed for the formation of ideas of a new personal data protection mechanism in the EU, informative and transparent analysis of legal provisions. The article notes that the personal data privacy and protection is increasing, there is an ongoing unification of the legal status of personal data protection and the formation of a digital market for dissemination, exchange, control, and supervision of data. Cross-border cooperation is part of the personal data protection mechanism. The author proved that the GDPR has changed approach to personal data protection: the emphasis is now shifting to the formation of a digital market, where the EU's role in ensuring regulation is crucial. The article identifies the emergence of a new protectionist legal system and strengthening of legal provisions regarding privacy. This legal system needs unification and harmonization in accordance with national legislation, is territorially fragmented and differentiated within the EU.

In this study we adopted Interpersonal Process Model of Intimacy to study SNS use intention. First, we investigated the effects of personal identity, social identity and intimacy. Second, we tested the influences of self-disclosure, partner disclosure on perceived partner responsiveness. Third, we measured the relationship between perceived partner responsiveness and intimacy. Lastly, we investigated the effects of intimacy, perceived partner responsiveness and use intention. A total of 232 final respondents were collected from users of Social Network Services in 2011. The results revealed several important findings. First, we found that social identity had a significant and positive effect on intimacy. However, personal identity showed insignificant effect toward intimacy. Moreover, self-disclosure and partner disclosure had a positive effects on perceived partner responsiveness. perceived partner responsiveness showed a positive effect on both intimacy and use intention. Lastly, intimacy had significant effect on use intention.

본 논문에서는 Personal Area Network (PAN)을 구성하는 모바일 디바이스에서의 전자서명 생성 및 검증을 위한 계산상 오버헤드를 감소시키는 효율적인 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 특히, 제안 프로토콜은 일회용 전자서명 기법을 사용함으로써 전통적인 공개키 전자서명 연산을 제거하였으며, 제한된 컴퓨팅 능력을 가진 모바일 디바이스를 위해 기 제안된 인증 프로토콜과 달리 서명 서버의 지원없이 전자서명 생성 및 검증을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 제안 프로토콜은 PAN에서 모바일 디바이스들의 인증서 상태 관리를 위한 통신 및 계산상 오버헤드를 경감시키기 위해 해쉬체인에 기반한 간략화된 인증서 상태 검증 절차를 제공한다.

본 연구는 지역 언론에 내재한 연고 네트워크 구조를 밀도와 지형상의 특성을 분석함으로써 지역 언론에 내재한 연고 네트워크 구조의 지역별 비교 분석을 그 목적으로 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구문제는 첫째, 지역 언론사들에 내재한 연고에 따른 밀도 특성, 둘째, 지역 방송사 내의 언론조직과 신문사 조직 간의 연고에 입각한 밀도 비교, 세 번째, 지역 언론사 조직 구성원들의 연고에 따른 지형적 특성이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 문민정부와 국민정부 시기에 지역의 광역시에 소재하고 있는 주요 일간지와 지역 방송사의 뉴스 조직을 분석 대상으로 설정하였으며, 밀도 분석과 교차 분석, 그리고 대응 분석 방법을 병행하여 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 각 지역에 소재하고 있는 언론사 내부 조직 구성원의 집중 경향을 교차분석과 밀도분석을 통해 살펴본 결과, 해당 신문사의 지역적 기반과 근접한 지역 출신 인사들을 중심으로 신문사와 방송사 공히 조밀한 구조를 보이고 있으나, 특히, 신문사가 방송사 내부의 뉴스 조직에 비해 집중 경향이 더욱 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러, 대응 분석을 통해 지역 언론사의 위치상의 특성을 분석한 결과, 출신 지역에 있어서는 직위에 관계없이 위치상의 차이가 명확하게 나타나고 있으며, 출신 대학의 경우 이사진과 실무진 간의 위치적 차이가 드러나고 있다는 점이 특징적이다.
