This research is for an innovative health information service cases based on Information Communication Technology (ICT), conducted at a general hospital in Korea. This study introduces a personal use self-diagnosis & self management device for pulmonary chronic disease patients, a mobile communication application service for doctor rounds, a surgical education system providing natural-user-interface with virtual reality for surgeons, and an Internet of things(IOT) technology using personal electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement device cases. Due to every case is on developing, there are still many issues needed to be improved. For this reason, various opinions with constructive critiques from the readers of this paper will be welcomed for better practical implementation.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of emergency medical technicians' personal traits and job characteristics on job/social stress, job satisfaction, role conflicts, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy. The study population was emergency medical technicians who is working at the hospitals in Yeungnam province. The 200 questionnaires were administered by using ground mail, e-mail, and personal visits and 156 questionnaires were returned(82.5% response rate). Social stress, job satisfaction and role conflicts were significantly determined by personal traits and job characteristic variables. However, job stress, organizational commitment and self-efficacy was only significantly determined by job characteristic variables. In social stress and role conflicts, the subjects with challenge, sociability, acceptance and prudence traits were tend to be significantly higher scores compared to the stability traits. Additionally, among social stress regression models, adding job characteristics to the personal traits model, $R^2$ was increased up to 19% and adding personal traits to the job characteristics model, $R^2$ was increased up to 14%. In conclusion, the study found that personal traits and job characteristics are important variables in explaining social stress, job satisfaction and role conflicts, that would have important managerial implications for recruiting, hiring and managing either new or current emergency medical technicians efficiently.

Purpose- This study examines the multi-mediation effect of personal self-congruity and social self-congruity to perceived value and brand attitude on aircraft customers in China. Research design, data and methodology- Survey was conducted on Chinese citizens who had flown via Chinese airlines and lived mainly in the Yangtze River delta. 727 cases were analyzed. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to analyze the data. Results - First, perceived economic value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity and social self-congruity but has no effect on brand attitude. Second, perceived functional value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity, social self-congruity, and brand attitude. Third, based on this, perceived economic value is not directly related to brand attitude. However, there is a relationship between perceived functional value and brand attitude, with personal self-congruity and social self-congruity having mediation effects. Conclusions - The Results show that perceived economic and functional value such as competitive airfare, mileage membership, check-in processes, diversified vouchers and coupons, and also basic services such as flight security and flight attendant service having an effect on personal self-congruity. To improve consumer brand attitude, airlines should take into consideration personal self-congruity factors such as their values and lifestyles, and their social self-congruity factors such as their social status and social security.

By development of a robot technology, personal robot is being developed very actively. Various infra-technologies are accumulated in hardware and software how by internal a lot of research and development efforts, and it is circumstance that actual commodity is announced. But, personal robot is applied to be acting near human, and takes charge of safety and connected directly a lot of works of home security, gas-leakage, fire-warning facilities, or/and etc. So personal robot must do safe and stable action even if any unexpected accidents are happened, important functions are always operated. In this paper, we are wished to show design structures for supporting fault-tolerant operation from our real-time robot middleware viewpoint. Personal robot, in being developed, was designed by module structure to do to interconnect and to interoperate among each module that is mutually implemented by each research facilities or company. Also, each modules can use appreciate network system that is fit for handling and communicating its data. To guarantee this, we have being developed a real-time network middleware, for especially personal robot. Recent our working is to add and to adjust some functions like connection management, distributed routing mechanism, remote object management, and making platform independent robot application execution environment with self-moving of robot application, for fault-tolerant personal robot.

The ability to trace change history and dependency relations of software artifacts which are continuously changed has been recognized as an important factor that support quality management activities such as verification, validation, and testing in software system development process. General software configuration management systems provide tracing information for artifacts only within the configuration management system, and it does not go further to changes that occur within personal workspace. This paper provides a solution that helps tracing down not only changes of configuration items but also change history of artifacts existent in personal workspace through the integration of configuration management system and personal workspace. Furthermore, in cases of artifacts which are included in a configuration item, this paper provides a solution that support tracing dependency relations between the artifacts by identifying their version links. For the integration of configuration management system and personal workspace, a revision of configuration item is connected to the artifact's version of the workspace by the tagging mechanism, and traceability for change history and dependency relations of artifacts can be managed more effectively through integrated change process.

The emergence of new diseases such as the Covid 19 pandemic that occurs in the 21st century and the occurrence of health abnormalities according to the busy daily life of modern people are increasing. Accordingly, the importance of health care management and data-based health management is being highlighted, and in particular, interest in personal health management data based on personal health care data of patients is rapidly increasing. In this study, to solve the difficult problems of personal health management, we developed a personal health care platform incorporating IT for self-diagnosis and solution and developed an application that measures bio-signals generated in the human body and transmits them to the platform. A health management system was established. Through this, not only the health care of modern people, but also the psychological and emotional care support needs through psychological and emotional monitoring of the developmentally disabled and the vulnerable who have difficulty in expressing their opinions are to be addressed. In addition, the overall health and living environment data of the individual was integrated to develop an optimized medical and health management service for the individual.

In this paper, we develop system to backup automatically personal data by real time based on ECA model. This system backups data that is changed in user PC using CDP technology based on ECA model. Proposed ECA model defines file's change such as file creation, update, remove etc. in user PC to event for synchronization between server and user PC. If event is detected about file, proposed system examines condition that is defined and backup the file to server. Backup data that is stored to server can recovery on point of time that user wants. The proposed system can be applied to data management system for business, personal data management system, high-capacity contents management system etc.

Understanding the current status of a construction project is necessary to achieve successful on-site management. Real-time information delivery is a major concern for construction industry practitioners in order to expedite decisions and discussions. We propose the use of a first personal view (FPV) system of a quadcopter drone as a tool for monitoring on-site status and communicating between construction participants. The most important function of the drone FPV system is its ability to visually monitor construction site situations in real time. An on-site management system process is developed, verified, and applied to several construction work tasks after determining factors that affect efficient construction management. The proposed system is expected to assist the construction manager in achieving high efficiency.

One's identity on the Internet has been disclosed and abused without his consent. Personal information must be protected by appropriate security safeguard. An Individual should have the right to know whether his personal details have been collected and stored. This paper proposes various conceptual models for designing privacy enabling service architecture in the Internet identity management system. For the restriction of access to personal information, we introduce the owner's policy and the management policy The owner's policy should provide the user with enough information to manage easily and securely his data. To control precisely and effectively all personal information in the Identity provider, we propose the privacy management policy and the privacy authorization model.

Purpose - The purpose is to identify a structural effect relationship among a hotel chef's personal competency, job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moreover, this research tries to provide implications regarding effective human resource management strategies based on competency to strengthen job satisfaction and customer orientation by testifying the effect relationship of job satisfaction with the relationship between personal competency and guest orientation. Research design, data, methodology By targeting chefs working in five starred hotels in Seoul, the surveys have been distributed from April 1st of 2017 to April 20th of 2017 (approximately 20 days). Out of 300 distributed surveys, 250 were collected, and 246 were used, excepting 4, unhonestly answered. Results - It has been analyzed that a hotel chef's personal competency, self-control ability, customer orientation competency, interpersonal relation competency, gumption, and professional competency has a significant effect on job satisfaction, however, it has been identified that gumption has no impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on customer orientation. Lastly, there is a control effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation by organizational commitment Conclusions - It is able to propose the solutions to improve customer orientation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of a hotel chef and the ways for human resource management.
