Data are an essential resource for artificial intelligence-based services. It is considered a vital resource in the 4th industrial revolution era based on artificial intelligence. However, it is well-known that only a few giant platforms that provide most of the current online services tend to monopolize personal data. Therefore, some governments have started enforcing personal data protection and mobility regulations to address this problem. Additionally, there are some notable activities from a technical perspective, and Web 3.0 is one of these. Web 3.0 focuses on distributed architecture to protect people's data sovereignty. An important technical challenge of Web 3.0 is how to facilitate the personal data storage technology to provide valuable data for new data-based services while providing data for producers' sovereignty. This study reviews some currently proposed personal data storage technologies. Furthermore, we discuss the domestic countermeasures from MyData perspective, which is a typical project for data-based businesses in Korea.

세계의 도시들은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 정보통신기술을 이용해 도시의 많은 문제들을 해결하므로 지속가능한 행복도시를 만들고자 스마트시티 개발을 서두르고 있다. 하지만 국내 스마트시티와 스마트도시인증제도에서는 플랫폼 위주의 하드웨어 인프라에 초점을 두고 정보보안 측면을 우선적으로 고려하여 구축·인증하고 있다. 스마트시티 운영을 위한 개인정보보호 측면의 정책연구를 통하여 개인정보가 포함된 빅데이터의 유출 위험에 대한 대응 체계가 필요한 상황인 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트시티 속 개인정보의 종류와 스마트시티 구축 및 운영에 따른 문제점 및 현행 스마트도시법과 개인정보보호 관리체계의 한계점을 분석한다. 해결방안으로 스마트시티 분야 개인정보보호 관리체계 모델을 제시하고, 이를 통한 개인정보보호 강화방안에 대하여 제안해 보고자 한다. 본 논문의 관리체계 모델을 국가 스마트시티 시범도시와 실증도시, CCTV 통합 관제센터에 적용·운영하므로 시민들의 개인정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The aim of this study was to investigate hospital employees' knowledge, recognition and practice on the protection of personal information. A total of 250 hospital employees were selected using convenient sampling in J province. The data were collected using self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and descriptive statistics, Chi-squire test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Average score for knowledge, recognition and practice were significantly associated with gender, education, hospital size and there was a correlation among knowledge, recognition and practice. The results of this study will help to develop education program on the protection of personal information for hospital employees.

In this research, a proposed model was created through the use of hybrid encryption, which is used through the following algorithms: AES,Twofish,. This proposed model proved the effectiveness of using hybrid encryption in protecting personal data.

This study is conducted to find out whether companies which use electronic commerce for their business are collecting the least personal information. of consumers that are necessary for providing electronic commerce services to consumers. Investigators visited website of 799 electronic commerce companies, and checked out the personal informations of consumers that were asked when they join the site as a member. The collected data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, and cross-tab analysis using SPSS program. Generally most electronic commerces required more personal information of consumers than necessary for providing their services to consumers. These phenomena are partly due to the fact that regulations regarding consumer privacy in electronic commerce are advisory rather than mandatory at present. Therefore, it is suggested that mandatory regulation which makes companies poot their identification within a certain area of their web page has to enforced for the protection of consumer privacy in electronic commerce. And it would be more efficient if consumers are consistently educated about self protection guideline regarding personal information in using electronic commerce in addition to a mandatory regulation.

과학기술 분야를 비롯한 산업영역 전반에 걸쳐 기술의 방향성과 흐름을 확인하기 위한 연구가 중요하게 대두되고, 이를 위해 대량의 데이터와 정보에서 주요 토픽을 찾아내고 분석하기 위한 트렌드 연구가 활발히 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 함께 개인정보보호 영역 또한 전망과 흐름을 사전에 파악하고, 선제적 대응을 위한 활동이 요구되고 있지만, 광의적인 형태의 정보보안 영역과 개인정보보호 관련 솔루션 기반의 트렌드 연구등 기술위주의 연구만 이뤄지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 텍스트 마이닝을 활용해 개인정보보호 영역에 국한된 위협기반의 트렌드 분석을 통해 주요 이슈 토픽을 도출하고 현재와 미래의 트렌드를 미리 확인하여, 개인정보처리 기업에서 개인정보보호에 필요한 정책수립과 효과적 대응을 위한 전략수립 방향성 탐색에 활용 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 보육종사자 보수교육에서 개인정보보호교육을 위한 교육내용을 선정하고 구조화하기 위한 내용탐색의 목적에서 수행되었다. 선행연구 및 문헌자료를 수집하고 분석하였으며 교육신청자 125명을 대상으로 사전 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 자료를 바탕으로 심층집단 요구분석(FGI)을 통해 교육내용을 구조화 하였다. 심층집단 요구분석에는 기관의 개인정보책임자 및 교육 수료자 등이 참여하였다. 집단면담과 이메일 등을 통한 개별면담 등을 실시하였고, 도출된 의견에 대하여 2인의 교육전문가에게 적절성을 검토 받아 최종 내용을 선정하였다. 개인정보보호 교육내용 탐색의 방향은 정보관리 단계별 실무에 대한 내용과, 문서작성 등의 실습이 추가되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

4차 산업혁명시대는 주변에 수많은 센서가 존재하고 이들 센서에 사람과 사물이 인터넷으로 연결된다. 수많은 커넥티드 센서는 초단위로 최신의 데이터를 생산하고 이 데이터들은 상상할 수 없는 크기의 빅데이터로 쌓이게 된다. 생산되는 데이터 어느 곳에나 개인정보가 담겨 있을 수 있기 때문에 장치적, 시스템적 보호가 필요하다. 디지털 트윈은 현실의 물리적 자산의 상태정보를 정확히 반영하는 가상의 모델과 그를 활용하는 시스템을 말한다. 디지털트윈이 가지는 특징은 디지털트윈 자체가 현실의 대상을 대변할 수 있을 정도로 시간적, 구조적 동일성을 지니는 것과 복제된 현실을 가상환경에서 지속적으로 시뮬레이션 하여 현실과 동일한 시점이나 미래의 가상적 복제체를 생성할 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 트윈을 이용하여 불특정한 해킹 공격에 대해 실시간으로 이를 추적, 차단, 마킹이 가능한 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 치과위생사들의 환자 개인정보보호에 대한 지식, 인식도 및 실천도를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 치과위생사의 개인정보보호에 관련된 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 의료기관에서 개인정보보호를 강화하기 위한 방법을 마련하는데 도움이 되고자 시행되었다. 2014년 11월 7일부터 2015년 6월 30일까지 연구의 목적 및 취지 등에 대해 설명한 후 동의를 구한 뒤 자기기입식 설문조사를 시행하였다. 부산, 경남 소재의 치과위생사를 대상으로 210부가 자료분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과, 10년 이상 근무경력자는 실천정도가 유의하게 높게 나타났으며(p<.05), 실장 이상의 직위에서 지식이 높고(p<.01), 실천정도(p<.05)가 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 10~20명의 근무자가 근무하는 병원(p<.05)에서 인식정도가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 지식, 인식도 및 실천도의 상관관계에서 지식이 높으면 인식도와 실천도에서 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다(p<.01). 개인정보보호의 지식, 인식도가 치과위생사의 실천도에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 지식(.231)과 인식도(.212)는 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 치과위생사의 개인정보보호의 실천도를 높이려면 지식의 함양과 인식의 전환이 필요함을 알 수 있었고, 개인정보보호에 대한 인식을 전환하기 위해서는 치과위생사 대상의 교육이 절실하다고 생각된다.

As the usability and value of personal information increase, the importance of privacy protection has increased. In Korea, the scope of the use of pseudonymized personal information has increased because of revisions to the law. In the past, security technologies were used to safely store and manage personal information, but now, security technologies focused on usability are needed to safely use personal information. In this paper, we look at issues related to the de-identification and re-identification of personal information. Moreover, we examine the standards and techniques related to the de-identification of personal information.
