대학ERP시스템을 위한 IT거버넌스 도입전략 (Strategic Approaches of IT Governance for University ERP System)

  • IT governance becomes one of hot issues in corporate information system including university ERP. IT governance provides IT value and mitigates IT-related risks such that the organization takes new business chances and grows in the future. In this study, we briefly introduced IT governance and university ERP in the viewpoint of alignment to the business goal of the organization. And then, we proposed an strategic approach of IT governance for university ERP system with new performance evaluation items from IT-BSC. Finally, we pointed out some related research topics as further studies.

  • The concept of Total Quality Management may be perceived from different philosophical perspectives. In this paper we shall present a view on TQM from the perspective of Field-Being philosophy and compare it with the alternative philosophical views. From the perspective of Field-Being philosophy, the goal of TQM is to achieve the free flow of excellence at all levels: individual, team and organizational. By overcoming rigidity in thinking, behavior and performance TQM turns into an art-the Art of Quality Management, which is the source of true stakeholder delight.

  • The goal of this paper is to analyze, through simulations and experiments, GNSS interference mitigation performance under various types of antenna structures against wideband and narrowband interferences using spatial-temporal adaptive signal processing (STAP) techniques. The STAP approach, which combines spatial and temporal processing, is a viable means of GNSS array signal processing that enhancing the desired signal quality and providing protection against interference. In this paper, we consider four types of 3D antenna array structure - Uniform Linear Array (ULA), Uniform Rectangular Array (URA), Uniform Circular Array (UCA), and the Single-Ring Cylindrical Array (SRCA) under an interference environment. Analytical evaluation and simulations are performed to investigate the system performance. This is followed by simulation GPS orbits in interfered environment are used to evaluate the STAP performance. Furthermore, experiments using a 2x2 URA hardware simulator data show that with the removal of wideband and narrowband interference through the STAP techniques, the signal tracking performance can be enhanced.

크라우드펀딩 성공요인에 대한 탐색적 비교 연구: 한국, 미국, 일본 플랫폼을 중심으로 (Exploratory Comparative Study for Crowdfunding Success : Focusing on Platforms in Korea, United States, and Japan)

  • Purpose The purpose of this paper is to conduct exploratory comparative research on the determinants of successful crowdfunding projects, focusing on multiple crowdfunding platforms in Korea, U.S., and Japan. Design/methodology/approach This study collected data from three representative crowdfunding platforms: Wadiz (Korea), Kickstarter (U.S.), and Readyfor (Japan). Based on 1,906 crowdfunding projects from Wadiz, 3,864 projects from Kickstarter, and 3,060 projects from Readyfor, multiple regression models were applied. Findings Focusing on the crowdfunding projects which have overly achieved goal amount, the analysis results show that the number of comments, the number of Facebook likes and the number of backers have an positive impact on the performance of crowdfunding projects, while target amount has a negative impact. Comparatively, word counts of project description have an impact on funding performance in U.S. and Japan, while the number of images in project description affects funding performance in Korea and U.S. Meanwhile, video clips in project description has little impact on crowdfunding performance in all of the three funding platforms.

크라우드펀딩 성공요인: 사회적 상호작용과 목표 달성 동기요인을 중심으로 (Successful Crowdfunding: Focusing on Social Interaction and Goal Achievement Motivations)

  • 연구목적 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트의 성공요인에 대해 다양한 연구들이 시도되어 왔으나 아직까지도 국내외 연구는 제한적인 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 커뮤니티를 둘러싼 정보기반(information-based) 및 행위 기반(behavior-based)의 사회적 상호작용뿐만 아니라 펀딩 모금액 달성이라는 공동의 목표가 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 연구설계/방법론/접근법 본 연구를 위해 2016년 2월부터 8월까지 국내 대표적인 보상형 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼, 텀블벅(Tumblbug)에서 펀딩에 성공한 154개 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트들의 패널 데이터를 수집하였다. 이를 바탕으로 정보 기반의 사회적 상호작용 변수(정보 공유 횟수)와 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용 변수(후원자수)가 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 목표 달성 동기요인이 사회적 상호작용과 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성공 간의 관계를 조절하는지 살펴보았다. 결과 본 연구 결과에 따르면 정보 기반의 사회적 상호작용 및 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용이 크라우드 펀딩 프로젝트 성공에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 목표 달성 동기요인이 정보 및 행위 기반의 사회적 상호작용과 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 성과 간의 관계를 조절한다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we present a collaborative method for material delivery using a distributed vehicle agents system. Generally used AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle) systems in FA require extraordinary facilities like guidepaths and landmarks and have numerous limitations for application in different environments. Moreover in the case of controlling multi vehicles, the necessity for developing corporation abilities like loading and unloading materials between vehicles including different types is increasing nowadays for automation of material flow. Thus to compensate and improve the functions of AGV, it is important to endow vehicles with the intelligence to recognize environments and goods and to determine the goal point to approach. In this study we propose an interaction method between hetero-type vehicles and adaptive fuzzy logic controllers for sensor-based path planning methods and material identifying methods which recognizes color. For the purpose of carrying materials to the goal, simple color sensor is used instead vision system to search for material and recognize its color in order to determine the goal point to transfer it to. The proposed method reaveals a great deal of improvement on its performance.

의과대학생과 간호대학생의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 비인지적 요인들의 차이: 성취목표지향성과 자기조절학습능력을 중심으로 (Differences in Non-Cognitive Factors Influencing the Academic Achievement of Medical and Nursing Students: Focusing on Achievement Goal Orientation and Self-Regulated Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in non-cognitive factors, specifically achievement goal orientation (AGO) and self-regulated learning (SRL), influencing the academic achievement (AC) of medical and nursing students. 186 students, including 110 medical students and 76 nursing students, completed a survey, which addressed the factors of AGO and SRL. There were significant differences in the factors that affected the academic achievement of medical and nursing students. Multiple regression revealed that the AC of medical students was significantly more affected by mastery-approach AGO (p<0.05), seeking information (p<0.001), and rehearsing/memorizing SRL (p<0.01), while the AC of nursing students was affected by performance-approach AGO, self-efficacy (p<0.001), and time-management SRL. Analysis of variance revealed that significant differences in the sub-factors of AGO and SRL between the medical and nursing students. Thus, it was found that the academic achievement of medical and nursing students was influenced by non-cognitive factors, but there were significant differences in the sub-factors by group. It is suggested that comparative studies with other student groups and a longitudinal study of medical and nursing students need to be conducted, and a personalized counseling and learning intervention focusing on non-cognitive factors should be provided to medical and nursing students.

유아의 동기 유형 : 유아의 기질 및 어머니의 상호작용과의 관련성 (Types of Motivation in Young Children : Associations with Young Children's Temperament and Their Mothers' Interactions)

  • This research was based on achievement goal theory which categorizes young children's motivation into three types: mastery, the performance-approach, and performance-avoidance motivation. The participants consisted of forty-eight pairs of children aged 3-4 and their mothers. The participants completed two tasks in order to indentify their motivational types. The short form of the Child Behaviour Questionnaire(CBQ-SF), modified scales from Kim and Kim(2001), and the GIPEPS were also employed. The major findings of the research are as follows: First, in terms of the motivational types of the given sample, performance-approach motivation was ranked first followed by mastery motivation. Second, it was found that the temperament of young children was not related with their motivational types. Third, there were some differences in mother-child interaction between groups based on the frequency of feedback, questions, and the percentage of commands. Fourth, the mood of the relationship appeared to be the only factor of maternal interaction quality which related to children's mastery motivation.

ARENA 시뮬레이션을 이용한 차제공장 수행도 분석 (Performance Analysis of Auto Body Manufacturing System using ARENA Simulation)

  • Simulation analysis for an auto body manufacturing system has been performed in this study. The major goal is to figure out the condition yielding the production rate, 70 per hour. It is, however, very difficult to maintain this rate due to inherent system factors such as machine failure rates, machine repair rates, number of carriers between manufacturing lines(shops), carrier speed etc. We first carefully examined the system and developed a simulation model using ARENA. We then applied statistical experimental design concepts for performance analysis. Our results indicate that the buffer size of 30 and quick repair of failed robots are required for the desired production rate. Other factors, on the other hand, are seen to have minor effects on the throughput. The approach taken in this study and the results obtained may provide a practical guideline for performance analysis and thus be applied without trepidation for similar cases.

  • In this paper, we developed visual tracking algorithm using double active bar. The active bar model to represent the object can reduce the search space of energy surface and better performance than those of snake model. However, the contour will not find global equilibrium when driving force caused by image may be weak. To overcome this problem. Double active bar is proposed for finding the global minimum point without any dependence on initialization. To achieve the goal, an deformable model with two initial contours in attempted to search for a global minimum within two specific initial contours. This approach improve the performance of finding the contour of target. To evaluate the performance, some experiments are executed. We can achieved the good result for tracking a object on noisy image.
