The government is enacted "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" from qualitative housing supply policy and performance of housing under the background of looking for new plan to secure good housing stock and housing performance. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are sound insulation related grading(Light-weight impact sound insulation, heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation, noise emission in bathroom, airborne sound insulation for wall between units), Long-life housing related grading(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), environment related grading(landscape, indoor air quality and ventilation, energy performance), Living environment related grading(common resident facilities such as playground and consideration for the socially underprivileged such as the aged), Fire fire prevention grading(fire fire prevention). The purpose of this research is to analyze characteristics and assessment results of 20 detailed performance items on "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" which was enforced 240 cases from Jan 9th, 2006 to Sep 30th, 2010. The analysis of approval condition of detailed performance items will be important comments for understanding the current domestic level and development of technology.

The purpose of this study is to review and to suggest improvement concerning floor impact noise section of the housing performance grading indication system. After a result, the main improvement is to resolve the discrepancies in the rules or regulations such as design specification(standard floor system) or design performance(accredited floor system) and as-built performance like 58 dB.

The necessity of remodeling performance grading system is getting increased for the systematic management of existing housing stock, providing the resident's right to know and promoting the remodeling projects. A quantitative and objective evaluation method that has reflected the characteristics of remodeling must be developed because there is an aspect of having difficulty of assessment by an ordinary person as remodeling performance contains specialized details while the difficulty of applying the criteria of new buildings in terms of assessment items, criteria and methods. Accordingly, this study sets the goal as setting up the development objectives of performance grading system that has considered the remodeling characteristics. This study has analyzed the various assessment systems related to the domestic apartments as well as setting up the organization system of the remodeling performance grading system, perspectives of performance assessment and scope of assessment through literature, etc. It has also established the principles for setting up the assessment items of remodeling performance grade to present the directions for setting up assessment items and criteria.

In Korea and Japan, dried oak mushrooms are classified into 12 to 16 different categories based on its external visual quality. And grading used to be done manually by the human expert and is limited to the randomly sampled oak mushrooms. Visual features of dried oak mushrooms dominate its quality and are distributed over both sides of the gill and the cap. The 2nd prototype computer vision based automatic grading and sorting system for dried oak mushrooms was developed based on the 1st prototype. Sorting function was improved and overall system for grading was simplified to one stage grading instead of two stage grading by inspecting both front and back sides of mushrooms. Neuro-net based side(gill or cap) recognition algorithm of the fed mushroom was adopted. Grading was performed with both images of gill and cap using neural network. A real time simultaneous discharge algorithm, which is good for objects randomly fed individually and for multi-objects located along a series of discharge buckets, was developed and implemented to the controller and the performance was verified. Two hundreds samples chosen from 10 samples per 20 grade categories were used to verify the performance of each unit such as feeding, reversing, grading, and discharging unites. Test results showed that success rates of one-line feeding, reversing, grading, and discharging functions were 93%, 95%, 94%, and 99% respectively. The developed prototype revealed successful performance such as the approximate sorting capability of 3,600 mushrooms/hr per each line i.e. average 1sec/mushroom. Considering processing time of approximate 0.2 sec for grading, it was desired to reduce time to reverse a mushroom to acquire the reversed surface image.

The purpose of this study is analyzing temporal flow about 20 detailed performance items in the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This study try to figure out situations according grade in detailed performance item and to analyze change item about 112 cases(2 cases in 2006, 15 cases in 2007, 46 cases in 2008, 49 cases in 2009), from January 9, 2006 which system is undertaken, to October, 2009. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control & ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). Total efficiency about housing can understand systematically of 20 perfomance items though this research.

This study aims to analyze on the change status in the project plan of the housing complex as evaluated through the Housing Performance Grading Indication System. This a a system for assessing quantitatively the comprehensive, unified performance of housing by an objective standard from the design stage since January 9, 2006. As housing is a composite with various performances, it is required necessary to objectively assess the various performances from the design stage for building better housing. Thus, this study analyzed the change status and objectively described objectively it centering on the construction and structure drawings for 12 items posted in the Facility Management System_(FMS) out of examples recognized by 2011 since the implementation of the system. The changes were analyzed though observing each performance item-specific characteristics and confirming the books approved for use. In various parts, such as the site area, landscape plan, plane plan for unit, supplementary welfare facility plan, finishing materials, window size and location, the project plan was changed. These changes may result in a grading change in of the performance items of the system. This study purpose is for it to be used as a basic resource required for future system development by supplementing the limitation of the design phase and then through playing a basic role for the assessment after completion.

Asphalt binder grading is to specify quality of asphalt binders relating to pavement performance in orderly manner, and provides the necessary information in selecting the appropriate asphalt binder for the hot mix design. For this purpose, United States has developed the PG-grading in 1995 and is implementing in practice. Recently, this American PG-grading system has been accepted as the domestic binder grading specification. However, the Asian (including Japan and China) and the most European countries are still use the traditional penetration and viscosity specification. The goal of this study lies in analysing the American PG-grading for its justification. As the result, the serious errors are found, and thus, to eliminate the errors, the more precise binder grading equation is introduced, Credibility of this study is checked by predicting the literature rut data with the equations mentioned. The prediction result are validating the claimes made in this study.

It is required that an evaluation method that can present the performance after remodeling to residents objectively as the increase in demand for remodeling. New construction is able to evaluate through housing performance grading indication system. However, there are some parts that are difficult to apply as assessment criteria of new construction in remodeling. The purpose of this study is to establish the assessment criteria direction for each item in remodeling performance evaluation. In conclusion, we set up institutionalized items for remodeling performance evaluation, and propose to assessment criteria direction based on the characteristics of remodeling on extracted items.

Automated essay grading has been proposed for over thirty years. Only recently have practical implementations been constructed and tested. This paper investigated the role of the nearest-neighbour algorithm within the information retrieval as a way of grading the essay automatically called Automated Essay Grading System. It intended to offer teachers an individualized assistance in grading the student\`s essay. The system involved several processes, which are the indexing, the structuring of the model answer and the grade processing. The indexing process comprised the document indexing and query processing which are mainly used for representing the documents and the query. Structuring the model answer is actually preparing the marking scheme and the grade processing is the process of assessing the essay. To test the effectiveness of the developed algorithms, the algorithms are tested against the History text in Malay. The result showed that th information retrieval and the nearest-neighbour algorithm are practical combination that offer acceptable performance for grading the essay.

Performance assessment was introduced to improvement of self-directed learning and method of assessment for differenced learning as the seventh educational curriculum is enforced. Performance assessment is overcoming limitation about problem solving ability and higher thinking abilities assessment that is problem of a written examination and get into the spotlight by way for quality of class and school normalization. But, performance assessment has problems about possibilities of assessment fault by appraisal, fairness, reliability, and validity of grading, ambiguity of grading standard, difficulty about objectivity security etc. This study proposes fuzzy performance assessment system to solve problem of the conventional performance assessment. This paper presented an objective and reliable performance assessment method through fuzzy reasoning, design fuzzy membership function and define fuzzy rule analyzing factor that influence in each sacred ground of performance assessment to account principle subject. Also, performance assessment item divides by formation estimation and subject estimation and designed membership function in proposed performance assessment method. Performance assessment result that is worked through fuzzy performance assessment system can pare down burden about appraisal's fault and provide fair and reliable assessment result through grading that have correct standard and consistency to students.
