The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between degree of satisfaction and experience on performance in accordance with the characteristics for the dental hygiene students. Dental hygiene students to 480 people from November to December 2014 and analyzed by conducting a survey. The higher grade students were more satisfied with the degree of satisfaction on experience for clinical test performance and clinical practice organization rather than the lower grade students. Also, the degree of satisfaction on major for the higher grade students has been shown as relatively higher than the lower grade students. The factors that affecting the experience for clinical performance and the degree of satisfaction for clinical practice were shown as grade, satisfaction for major and period for practice. In order to enhance the degree of satisfaction on the clinical performance for students, it should be established the system for practice management considering the characteristics of clinical practice by relevant organizations. Also, the dental hygienist who is responsible for dental education should manage his/her practice for students actively. Meanwhile, the practice organization should improve and update the content of education through the consistent alliance with colleges continuously.
This study was undertaken to investigate whether the stress caused by day/night shifts on industrial workers can be affected through nutritional status. A sample of 573 female industrial workers, aged 17 through 23 years, from 4 different industries (2 in normal, 2 in 3 shift work pattern) were surveyed by questionaire examining their nutritional status, food intake, dietary habit, sleep complaint, performance of digestive organs, and degree of fatigue. Shift workers were surveyed during night work. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Sleep complaints and degree of fatigue in shift workers were higher than normal workers, whereas the performance of digestive organs were as lower than normal workers. These results showed that shift workers were more stressed than normal workers. 2. The workers who were surveyed were all poor in nutritional status. The intakes of calorie, protein, Ca, riboflavin, and ascorbic acid were lower than Korean Recommanded Dietary Allowences (RDA). Dietary habit of the shift workers was irregular. 3. There was a negative correlation between nutritional status and degrss of fatigue. The intakes of energy nutrients, ascorbic acid, and niain were significantly related to the degree of fatigue in which protein intake was found to be most influential. Among workers with the same level of protein intake, shift workers showed higher degree of fatigue. When the protein intake of shift workers was 100-125% of R.D.A., they showed the same degree of fatigue to the average normal workers.
The purpose of this study to test the effect of health education on the performance of health promoting behavior in E.M.T. students. The data were collected from 77 EMT students by questionnaire. The first survey were conducted from March 20 to April 2. The second survey were conducted from August 8 to September 5 on same group. The data were analyzed by pecentage, mean, t-test using SAS program. The result of this study were as follows : 1. The average item score for the health promoting was 2.35 at freshman. 2. The average item score for the health promoting was 2.59 after one year on same group. In the subcategories, the highest degree of performance was personal relationship support, self-actualization, stress management, nutrition and health responsibility and the lowest degree was sports. 3. Hypothesis that the EMT student who get health education will have a higher degree of health promoting behavior than the freshman EMT student was accepted.
This research attempts to examine the effects of import penetration in an industry on the firms' decision of business diversification and provide an integrative framework including the determinants and results of the business diversification. The research results are as follows. First, the import penetration doesn't affect the degree of business diversification. Second, the more profitable their core business industry, the lower the degree of business diversification against the import penetration. In addition, both technology-related assets and marketing-related assets are necessary for business diversification when faced with the import penetration. Finally, the inverted U-shaped relationship is supported between the degree of business diversification and firm performance.

The purpose of this research is to examination whether End-User Computing relative factors are ap-plied in Computer Assisted Reporting. Computer Assisted Reporting is closely related to End-User Computing, because IT and IS be used by reporting for data gathering and analysis. For the purpose, we've produced a survey, and then studied the effects of the use of Computer Assisted Reporting tools on the report's satisfaction and job performance. As a result, The degree of use of Computer Assisted Reporting significantly affects the degree of satisfaction and job performance. for this reason, this research can give an insight for the extension of End-User Computing relative research.

This research dealt with a two-degree-of-freedom controller which was used for 2-dimensional force generator based on an linear motor. The gain margin of the controller may be reduced when the time constant is near to the sampling time of a discrete controller. In case of low gain controller, it cannot satisfy the control performance. A two-degree-of-freedom controller based on PI-control was proposed. It can manage performance and stability respectively. It also had a kind of a feed-forward control. This scheme can not only lessen gain of conventional PI controller in order to stability but also obtain high tracking performance.

Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) consists of cement, silica fume (SF), sand, fibers, water and superplasticizer. Typical water/binder-ratios are 0.15-0.20 with 20-30% of silica fume. The development off properties of hardening UHPC relates with both hydration of cement and pozzolanic reaction of silicafume. In this paper, by considering the production of calcium hydroxide in cement hydration and its consumption in the pozzolanic reaction, a numerical model is proposed to simulate the hydration of UHPC. The degree of hydration of cement and degree of reaction of silica fume are obtained as accompanied results from the proposed hydration model. The properties of hardening UHPC, such as degree of hydration of cement, calcium hydroxide contents, and compressive strength, are predicted from the contribution of cement hydration and pozzolanic reaction. The proposed model is verified through experimental data on concrete with different water-to-binder ratios and silica fume substitution ratios.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the degree of performance inconsistency among the Environmental, Social and Governance ratings. Design/methodology/approach - This study performs regression analysis using the widely used ESG ratings published by the Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Findings - The results show that firms often do not show consistent performance across the Environmental, Social and Governance aspects, with excellent performance on one aspect but mediocre or poor performance on another. The paper also finds some degree of firm-level persistence in such performance inconsistency, suggesting that the traits of the firm and the industry the firm belongs to might influence whether a firm shows inconsistent performance across the three aspects. Research implications or Originality - This paper highlights the need for researchers and practitioners to understand the underlying behavior of the individual E, S and G ratings, instead of taking them as given, in order to properly design their analyses.

In this study, a simulation program has been developed to predict the performance of a parallel flow condenser of an air conditioning system for an automobile. The well-known correlations for he heat transfer rates and the pressure drops are included in this model. It is fond that the numerical model can predict the heat transfer rate and the pressure drop accurately. As the condensing pressure increases of fixed air inlet temperature, the heat transfer rate increases and the pressure drop decreases. The effect of he degree of subcooling on the performance of the condenser is greater than that of the degree of super-heating because the ratio of the area occupied by he tow-phase refrigerant the total area is significantly affected by he degree of subcooling rather than the degree of superheating.
This study examines the personal characteristics, organizational attitudes, technical performances, and reward preferences of R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree in large private companies in Korea. Based on survey data from 887 professionals in nine different R&D organizations, the following results are found; 1) R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree exhibit higher autonomy preference, need for achievement, self-efficacy, technical career orientation, and performance proficiency than other R&D professionals; 2) As their organizational tenure increases, performance proficiency and transfer career orientation increases but their socialized level of organizational goals and values does not change; 3) They produce more technical publications and exhibit more positive organizational attitude than other R&D professionals; 4) They are more likely to prefer job content, professional, and job security rewards. These empirical findings suggest several theoretical and practical implications for the management of R&D professionals with Ph.D. degree in the large Korean firms.
