  • 임베디드 시스템 특히 실시간 시스템에서 응용프로그램들은 이식성이 굉장히 낮다. 따라서 실시간 운영체제와 다른 실시간 운영체제 기반의 응용프로그램들 사이에는 이식성이 문제가 된다. 이는 응용프로그램과 실시간 운영체제의 활용과 개발의 한계를 가져오며 이러한 이식성의 문제는 미들웨어의 구현으로 해결 할 수 있다. 하지만 미들웨어의 구현은 Time-latency 와 같은 오버헤드를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 미들웨어의 추가에 따른 Time-latency 를 측정하고 비교함으로써 이러한 오버헤드와 이식성 사이의 trade-off를 알아보았다.

  • In a fault-tolerant modern manufacturing systms characterized by the configuration, in which automated redundant machines prone to unexpected failures are interconnected with other complex subsystems such as AGV's, robots, computer control systems to produce complete parts, faulures together with repairs and reconfigurations should be considered as the three basic events to be modeled for computing the performance of manufacturing systems. In this papre, transient analysis is applied to modular cell manufacturing systems form a performability viewpoint whose modeling adantage is that various performanc e measures can be evaluated compositely in the context of application. The hypothertical modular cells are modeled firstly with hybrid decomposition method and availability measures as special cases of performability are computed and comments on performabililty modeling analysis are mentioned.

  • The purpose of this paper are to evaluate the program outcome(PO) for mechanical engineering program at Chosun University, In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyze the evaluation system on measuring and analyzed methods of PO. We expect that the evaluation system of PO will help program members to efficiently manage the engineering program accreditation evaluations. This paper were to improve PO evaluation system throughout assessment tools, measurements and analysis of PO between current students and faculty. This study would be confined measurements, analysis and improvement of PO for current students, and faculty in this program.

  • This study examined the impact of preventive environmental management practices on sales growth, manufacturing and environmental performance of the US chemical manufacturing companies. In order to investigate the impact, this study examined the relationship between the degree of preventive environmental programs and sales growth, manufacturing and environmental performances. Using a cross-sectional research design to test three hypotheses. a survey questionnaire was mailed to chemical companies in the USA. To investigate the relationship between the degree of Preventive environmental programs and sales growth, manufacturing and environmental performances. t-tests were used. According to the results of t-tests the higher preventive implementation programs achieved better manufacturing and environmental performances than lower preventive or reactive strategies. But there was no difference in sales growth between tow groups.

  • The study has following objectives: First, an objective of this studies proves relations between a entrepreneurship and an innovation performance. Second, in innovation performance relationships of social capital this studies proves a mediating effects of a social capitall through theory study, an empirical analysis. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, first, a entrepreneurship affects positively a innovation performanc. Second, in accordance with analysis results of a social capital, an entrepreneurship, a innovation performance verified a mediating effects of a social capital. This results mean that the more a social capital an organization has among members, the higher an innovation performance.

인구통계적 특성에 따른 자외선차단모자의 요구성능과 선호도 (Demand Performance and Preference of UV Protective Hat with Demographic Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate a preference and demand performance of UV protective hat for outdoor sports activities. Data collected from 259 adults from survey were analyzed by frequence analysis, crosstabs, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 17.0. The results are as follows. A demand performanc of UV protective hats were a demand performance for designs, colors, fabrics, lightness, UV protection, and easy care. It showed that the respondents worn the hats for skin health and didn't wear for sun block. The demand performance of UV protective hat showed difference according to gender and age. The favorite type of UV protective hat was cap, and there was no difference between young and old age. Male preferred the cap styles, while female preferred the wide brim styles for UV protection. The preferred fiber contents of the respondents were cotton and functional fiber.

간호사 인사관리 제도에 관한 연구 (Performance Appraisal and Job Rotation of the Nurse In a General Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey evaluation of the nurse on the current Performance Appraisal System. the need for future performance of the nurse and the opinions about the job rotation, and suggest the direction of improvement by obtaining basic data to improve personnel management of the nurse in a hosipial, the subject of the investigation. The study was conducted self-reporting questionniare survey of 330 nurses working at C hospital located in Chonbuk Province and the data was collected from May 4. 1999 through May 14. The research used measuring instrument developed by researcher for evalution about the present performance appraisal. the need for the future performanc appraisal system and the opinion of job rotaion. The analysis of the collected data was computerized using SPSS/PC+ program, calculated frequency, percentage, the mean and standard deviation and used Pearson, s Correlation Coefficients, t-test, chi- square test. Major findings are as follows. 1) As for the purpose of the current performanc appraisal, the appraiser recognized it as a security of promotion standard, while the employee saw it as a means for control as guidance and supervison of work. 2) With regard to use the result of the present performance appraisal, appraiser picked ambiguous appraisal standard, employees recognized unilateral evaluation of superior eliminated the participation of them as the highest priority. 3) In relation to the current criteria for promotion of the nurse, both appraisers and employees placed more weight on the length of clinical than performance appraisal score. 4) There is much possibility of the appraiser making an error to evaluate considering the length of performance appraisal. 5) Both appraisers and employees indicated that prospective result of performance appraisal should be used for the ability development & motivation of the individual. 6) Concerning employee's participation for performance appraisal both sides wanted by far more participation. 7) Regarding the most ideal appraisal method, both parties favored most the way added up the evaluation of the head nurse and peer review and followed by the manner the revaluation of the head nurse by considering self-evaluation. 8) As to the individual interview after the appraisal, more than 60% of appraisers responded it's not necessary, while above 88.5% of employees answered it is essential so that it is showed significantly difference between the appraisers and the employees. 9) As far as open of the evaluation result is concerned. 75% of the appraiser were against it but 80% of the employee were for it so that it showed significantly between them. The most principal reason that the employee want is that it motivates the individual's ability development and the fairness of the appraisal increases. 10) Whether the periodical rotation is necessary or not, 80% of appraisers and employees answered it's necessary, however, over 70% of them did not want the rotation. 11) Work-group Cohesiveness level within the nursing unit was attentive different from desire of the rotation, that is, the work group cohesiveness level of nurses wanting rotation was significantly lower than that of the group not desiring it.

혁신확산이론 관점에서의 Green SCM 도입 및 영향요인과 성과에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors, Practice Level, and Performanc of Green Supply Chain Management From the Innovation Diffusion Theory Perspective)

  • In this paper, we arrange the concept of 'Green' in SCM after literature study of Green SCM and investigate causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level and environmental performance focused on Korean firms empirically and conduct path analysis for hypothesis test using partial least squares regression with bootstrap. Firstly, we divide influencing factors of Green SCM into environmental and organizational factors through the previous studies of innovation diffusion theory and environmental management theory, and then we selected 'uncertainty', 'competitiveness' as the environmental factors and 'top management support', 'perceived benefit', 'training' as the organizational factors. Secondly, we classify practice level of Green SCM into 'internal environmental management', 'green purchasing', 'eco-design'. Finally, we selected 'financial performance', 'environmental performance' as the organizational performance. We conducted a survey on the middle manager of manufacturing companies implementing SCM and an empirical analysis. The results of analysis show that there exist causal relationships between influencing factors, practice level, and environmental performance of Green SCM. We expect that the result of this study will suggest useful information to managers who are responsible for SCM to design and execute Green SCM in strategic perspectives.

기계적 특성이 우수한 원통형 복합재료 안테나의 설계 및 충격 실험 (Design and Impact Testing of Cylindrical Composite-Antenna-Structures having High Mechanical Performanc)

  • The Objective of this work was to design Composite Antenna Structures (CAS) and investigate impact behavior of CAS which was various curvature. This term, CAS, indicates that structural surface becomes antenna. Constituent materials were selected considering electrical properties, dielectric constants and tangent loss as well as mechanical properties. For the antenna performance, microstrip antenna layers inserted into structural layers were designed for satellite communication at the resonant frequency of 12.5 GHz and final demonstration article was. After making five kinds of curved CAS, which radii of curvature are flat, 200, 150, 100, 50 mm. The antenna performance changed in accordance with variation of curvature. The Reflection coefficient was independent of curvature but the gain decreased with the radius of curvature. The impact test equipment was Dyna-8250 drop weight tester. The impact characteristic in accordance with curvature is maximum absorb energy is same each other. The impact energy was 8.5 J. For various Impact energy test, five energy levels 3 J, 5 J, 7 J, 10 J, 20 J were used. The performance of impact damaged antenna was estimated by measuring the return loss and the radiation pattern. It was revealed that the performance of antenna was not related to the impact damage. Because the impactor did not damage the patch directly. CAS have good impact stability for the antenna performance.

  • We studied the performance of CdSe nanoparticle in the active layer of organic photovoltaics (OPVs) by changing concentration of the CdSe NPs in the P3HT:PCBM layer. We observed that the absorption peak value gradually increases with the increasing amount of CdSe NPs at 600nm wave length. However, the electrical properties of OPVs correspond less with the tendency of UV/visible result. The highest performance was shown with 10% of CdSe NPs. The device performance decreased after 10% of CdSe NPs, this shows the dependencies of performanc of hybrid solar cells on the CdSe NPs loading amount. The resulting OPVs with 10 % of CdSe NPs show a short circuit current density ($J_{sc}$) of $6.96mA/cm^2$, open circuit voltage ($V_{oc}$) of 0.61V, fill factor (FF) of 0.59, and power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.53% under AM 1.5 ($100mW/cm^2$).
