Recent research reported that postpartum mothers showed different responses according to the type of delivery, and though most mothers preferred vaginal delivery to cesarean section, the numbers of negative comments about the delivery experience were higher in a vaginal delivery group than in a cesarean section group. This study set out to understand the meaning of vaginal delivery as perceived by mother who delivered their babies vaginally and how the mothers felt about their delivery experience. The subjects of this study were 17 primiparous mothers right after vaginal delivery in one university affiliated hospital. Date were collected from March to April, 1992 through interviews lasting 20∼30 minutes using open ended questions about the delivery experience. The data were analyzed by Giorgi's phenomenological analysis method and categorized according to similarity of countent. The meaning of the vaginal delivery was grouped in to four categories and the reason for vaginal in to three. One category of the meaning of vaginal delivery was pain, consisting of the subcategories too painful, want to be rid of the pain, unbearable pain and bearable pain. Another cutegory was a sense of accomplishment containing the subgroups wonderful, good and being finished, The third category was the feeling of becoming a mother The fourth category was that of not having any sense yet of the experience. The reasons for preference for vaginal delivery to a cesarean section were categorized in to the instinctive thinking that vaginal delivery was the natural method, a shortened period of recovery and a lower incidence of complications and a stronger feeling of maternal identity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among advertising attribute, advertising attitude, product attitude and purchase intention in YouTube advertising. The survey subjects to achieve the purpose of this study were selected the group of 300 students who have been watching YouTube VOD once more and are attending in three universities that are located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungnam. Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, Cronbach's α analysis. Also, AMOS 18 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. information, irrtation and individuality affect viewers' advertisement attitude, their product attitude and purchasing intent, among advertisement attributes of e-sports items perceived by viewers of YouTube's e-sports videos with the insertion of advertisements that cannot be skipped in the middle of the video. Therefore, the similarity between the video and the advertised product or brand should be taken into account when producing advertisements inserted in the YouTube video, and a more positive advertising effect can be achieved when advertisement can be carried out reflecting the characteristics of the target viewers.

This study examined the antecedents and outcomes of leader-member exchange (LMX) quality in the Korean Army platoons. Although a number of studies have devoted substantial attention to the application of the LMX theory in various organizational settings, there has been no effort to verify or to apply the model to a military situation. In this paper, we tried to build an integrative LMX model to apply to the Korean army. We developed, on the basis of literature review, an integrative framework describing the factors affecting the LMX quality, LMX quality outcomes and the moderators of LMX quality-outcomes. Then we collected data from the 404 lieutenant-soldier dyads. The analysis of the data showed that 1) interpersonal variables (perceived similarity and liking of soldier) and LMX quality were significantly related, 2) LMX quality and outcome variables(soldier's performance, job satisfaction, and morale) were significantly related, and 3) the relationship between LMX quality and soldier's performance were strongly significant when task challenge is high but nonsignificant when task challenge is low, while there were nonsignificant or weekly significant relationships between LMX quality and soldier's performance when task challenge is moderate. The results are basically coinciding with the previous research, except that, with the low challenge tasks, the LMX quality did not affect soldier's performance, which seems to be due to the directive leadership style of the lieutenants. The theoretical and practical implications and future research directions are discussed.

This study is a survey of college students who have been exposed to a variety of clothing consumption environments such as online transactions through the Internet, with the purpose of examining the influence of salespersons attributes on college students' relationship commitment and perception of salespersons performance. The study conducted a questionnaire survey on 464 male and female students and used SPSS 12.0 for statistical data analyses such as mean, standard deviation, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, salespersons attributes such as appearance, expertise, customer orientation, and customer management fumed out as the factors that influence the satisfaction under relationship commitment at statistically significant levels. Likeability, customer orientation, and customer management were found to have statistically significant influence on perceived reliability of salespersons. Second, with respect to the influence of relationship commitment on customer performance, statistically significant factors included satisfaction and reliability. Customer orientation is considered most important by both male and female students among the salespersons attributes, followed in order by expertise, customer management, appearance, ethic and similarity. Likeability was found to be the least important attribute.
The growth of foodservice industry has caused keen competition in the family restaurant industry. For a differentiation strategy to be competitive, on the preferential basis, it is necessary for each family restaurant business to analyze its position in the market. Therefore, this study is to certify customers' perceived servicescape and image similarity and analyzes positioning of seven family restaurants. For this research, multidimensional scaling(MDS) is performed to determine how they are positioned relative to competitors. According to the result of the positioning map(ALSCAL and PROFIT map), it is found that Outback steakhouse, T.G.I. Friday's, Bennigans' have more strong competitiveness than VIPS, Marche and Sizzler in servicescape factors and restaurant selection attribute except menu diversity. But the preference order does not follow the order of competitiveness. This result from the positioning map means that each business needs various marketing strategies that cannot be copied easily.
This study surveys the degree of residents' satisfaction on the current street space to suggest alternatives for the improvement of the street space design in detached house areas. In the results of the survey, we find the following. First, in the result of analysis on age, residential term, having children or not, income level, and type of house ownership, residents are homogeneous in social and economic characteristics. There are similarity in geographical, locational conditions, neighboring facilities, deterioration of residential house, and the time of residential formation among residential areas. Second, satisfactory determinants of residents on street space according to street types, are maintenance, protection of privacy, and parking space. Third, satisfactory determinants of residents on street hierarchy is the inner circulation road while unsatisfactory one is the inner roads. Fourth, age, residential term and type of house ownership are significant factors influencing residents' satisfaction. Factors influencing satisfaction on street space are also affecting total satisfaction and factors associated with street environment are perceived more important ones than factors associated with street activities. Thus we find the degrees of satisfaction for residents on street type and street hierarchy are different despite that general characteristics of residents are similar. We also find residents consider street noise and maintenance as critical factor among physical factors of street space.

Objectives: Due to the uncontrolled increase of the mobile health applications and their scarce use by elderly for reason of absence credibility of measurements by lack scientific support, the aim of this study was to evaluate the differences between the biophysical measurements based on standard instrument against a mobile application using controlled experiments with elderly to propose an effective validation model of the developed apps. Methods: The subjects of the study (50 people) were elderly people who wanted to check their weight and cardiac status. For this purpose, two mobile applications were used to measure energy expenditure based on physical activity (Activ) and heart rate (SMCa) during controlled walking at specific speeds. Minute-by-minute measurements were recorded to evaluate the average error and the accuracy of the data acquired through confidence intervals by means of statistical analysis of the data. Results: The experimental results obtained by the Activ/SMCa apps showed a consistent statistical similarity with those obtained by specialized equipment with confidence intervals of 95%. All the subjects were advised and trained on the use of the applications, and the initial registration of data to characterize them served to significantly affect the perceived ease of use. Conclusions: This is the first model to validate a health-app with elderly people allowed to demonstrate the anthropometric and body movement differences of subjects with equal body mass index (BMI) but younger. Future studies should consider not only BMI data but also other variables, such as age and usability perception factors.

This study first investigates relationships among fashion consumer's positive emotion toward social value seeking activities (SVSA), enterprise image (EI), enterprise-perceived quality (EPQ), and purchase intention. Additionally, it demonstrates if the confirmed relationships are different in similar SVSA between social enterprise and cause-related marketing (CRM). An online experiment using a 2 (the implementation organization of social values: social enterprise vs CRM) ${\times}2$ (SVSA: support of vulnerable group vs environmental protection) factorial design was conducted to test the established hypotheses. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four conditions, and the collected data were analyzed using a partial least squares structure equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and partial least squares multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA). The results revealed that positive emotion toward SVSA directly influenced EI and purchase intention. EI and EPQ were identified as sequential mediators linking positive emotion toward SVSA and purchase intention. A finding for similarity in consumer response paths between social enterprises and CRM highlights that social enterprises need to develop a marketing strategy distinguished from CRM.
The increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations is known to be closely associated with climate change and global warming. In this sense, considering that facilities for appropriate education and experience on wood, which is a carbon pool, have been required, this study targets the Wood Cultural Experience Centers, which are in current operation, examines and evaluates their operation status and policy changes, and ultimately derives a successful positioning plan. To this end, it conducts a survey, and the results are as follows. First, as a result of the similarity analysis (KYST: Kruskal-Young-Shepard-Torgerson program) with facilities with leisure activities and educational functions, the Wood Cultural Experience Center have competition with natural recreation forests in terms of naturalness, and it has competition with the career experience center and youth training center in terms of experiential observation. Second, the result of positioning analysis of the attribute space map indicates that the Wood Cultural Experience Center is positively perceived in terms of such attributes as naturalness, experiential learning or recreation, and preservation of natural environment, but is negatively recognized in terms of accessibility, escape from daily life, and things to see.

This paper describes an experiment on the evaluation of human sensibility by monitoring responses to changes In the frequency and amplitude of a tactile display system. Preliminary tasks were performed to obtain effective adjectives concerning texture perception. The number of collected adjectives was originally 33. This number of adjectives was reduced to 14 by a suitability survey that asked whether an adjective is suitable for expressing a texture feeling. Finally after performing a semantic similarity evaluation, the number of adjectives was further reduced to ten and these ten were used in the main experiment. In the main experiment, selected sandpaper types and 15 selected combinations of frequencies and amplitudes of a tactile display were utilized to quantitatively evaluate the ten adjectives using a bipolar seven-point scale. The data show that a relationship exists between the independent variables(frequency, amplitude, and grit site) and the dependent variable(perceived texture). That is, the change of frequency and amplitude is directly related to perceived roughness or essential elements of human tactile sensitivity found in the preliminary experiment.
