인터넷 쇼핑몰이 갖는 품질요인이 사용자 신뢰와 수용에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Exploring the Influence of the Internet Shopping Mall's Quality Factors on User Trust and Acceptance)

  • As the electronic commerce has grown dramatically, visiting the Internet shopping malls is accepted as one of our daily life. Despite many studies about user acceptance of the Internet shopping malls, it still remains unanswered how the Internet shopping mall's three quality factors such as system qualify, Information qualify, and service quality affect user trust, and eventually user acceptance of the mall. To investigate this issue, we propose a research model in which six external factors such as three qualify factors as well as self-efficacy, subjective norm, and trust have a significant impact on user's attitude and intention to use the mall. After garnering 244 valid questionnaires from users, we analyze them with structural equation modeling. Experiment results show that the Internet shopping mall's three quality factors such as system quality, information qualify, and service quality significantly Influence user trust for the mall, which in turn impacts user's perceived usefulness, attitude toward using the mall. Another external factors such as self-efficacy and subjective norm also influence user's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness respectively, affecting user's attitude altogether. Implications and further research directions are presented.

Critical Factors Affecting Consumer Acceptance of Online Health Communication: An Application of Service Quality Models

  • The paper examines critical factors affecting consumer behavioral intentions in accepting online health communication through social networking sites. Unlike recent research under this topic, the paper assimilates some components of service quality dimensions and consumer behavior theories. The paper employs factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis with latent variables to identify critical factors from the survey data collected from Korean consumers. The results of the study identifies three major constructs: consumer needs for health information, the perceived value of tangible attributes of health information providers, and the perceived value of intangible attributes of health information providers. The results show that consumer needs for health information and the tangible and intangible attributes of health information providers should be considered as important antecedents of accepting online health communication through social networking sites. The findings suggest that the success of online health communication via social networking sites largely depends on the tangible and intangible attributes of health information providers.

  • Purpose: This research aims to find out clinical information protection behavior within a medical institution in mandatory circumstance based on health psychology theories Methods: This research has developed the survey based on the variables from ealth psychology theories; and conducted the survey during the whole month in April 2013. In the end, 256 samples have been used for this research's analysis. Results: First of all, Empirical results has proved that perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and cues to action have an positive influence on clinical information protection behavior. Perceived barriers has an negative influence. Finally, it has proven from the research that perceived severity and perceived susceptibility do not have an impact on clinical inf ormation protection behavior Conclusion: These findings provide an enriched understanding about medical institution workers information protection behavior on patient's clinical information.

스마트폰 사용이 고객의 대기경험 및 서비스 품질 평가에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Customers' Smartphone Use on their Waiting Experience and Service Quality Evaluation)

  • Recently, the service providers are making various attempts to provide smartphone applications for waiting information in order for customers to perceive waiting time short. This research, therefore, investigates the impact of smartphone use on the waiting experience and provide service organizations with effective measures for managing customers' waiting. As a result of this study, utilization of smartphone during the waiting period shows the positive impact on perceived waiting time, acceptability, and emotional response. Among these, the largest impact appears on the acceptability of waiting that has the largest impact on the perceived service quality. In addition, results reveal that smartphone users shows more positive waiting experience than non-users who read newspapers or magazines, watch TV, or do nothing.

정보시스템 기반 서비스의 품질을 결정하는 요인에 관한 연구-두 모형의 비교 (A Study on Factors Determining the Quality of Service with Information Systems-Comparison of Two Research Models)

  • In the information system service sectors, it is crucial to measure the quality of service. Especially factors determining the quality of service should be identified. For that purpose, in this study, the factors of two research models-SERVQUAL and TAM-are compared, analyzed and tested with data of public procurement system service. The result shows that the factors identified include reliability and assurance of SERVQUAL and perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use of TAM. Also, it is observed that the two models sufficiently explain the variance of satisfaction. This study may help improve the quality of information system service.

금융 MVNO 환경에서의 소비자의 모바일지급결제서비스 이용의도 (Intention to use of Mobile Payment Service in Financial MVNO Environment)

  • Recently MVNO has been adopted to reform the monopoly structure of mobile telecommunication industry in Korea. MVNO is expected to not only enable mobile telecommunication industry more free, but also provide various welfare service with customers, in particular mobile payment system service. Based on TAM, this paper is to investigate the affecting factors of intention to use of mobile payment system service in MVNO environment. The results indicate that all system quality factors are significantly related to both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use, but only stability of service quality factor is significantly related to the perceived usefulness. Perceived easy of use was found to be siginificantly related to the intention to use of mobile payment system in MVNO environment, but percevied usefulness was not.

대학생의 만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationships among the Related Variables of University Students' Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 우리나라 대학생의 학교생활 만족도를 조사하기 위하여 전국 7개 지역에 소재하고 있는 32개 대학교 학생 1,400명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 자료에서 해당부분을 발췌하여 활용하였다. 이론적 모형으로는 한국생산성본부가 제시한 NCSI를 활용하였으며, AMOS 17.0을 활용하여 학생의 기대수준, 인지품질, 인지가치, 만족도, 불평률, 충성도를 포함한 6개 변수들 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 첫째, 학생의 기대수준은 인지품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 인지가치와 만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 인지품질은 인지가치와 만족도에, 그리고 인지가치는 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족도는 불평률에는 부(-)의 영향을, 충성도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 불평률은 충성도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 만족도와 관련하여 해당 상품에 대해 학생들이 인지하는 품질과 그에 부여하는 가치가 결정적 요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 학생의 만족도는 불평률 또는 충성도와 직접적으로 연관되어 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학 당국이 학생의 만족도를 제고하기 위하여 총체적 질관리 시스템을 구축하고 학생고충처리 시스템을 운용할 것을 제안하였다.

A Study on User Willingness of Intelligent Music Platform Based on TAM Model

  • 본 연구를 통해 스마트 음악 플랫폼 사용자의 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인으로 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 오락성, 지각된 원가 등 서비스 품질의 역할을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 스마트 음악 플랫폼 사용자의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 과정을 제시하고, 중국 음악전공 대학생들을 대상으로 400부의 설문지를 배부하여 398부를 수집하였고, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 20.0와 AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 서비스 품질은 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 오락성, 지각된 원가에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 오락성이 이용자의 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 지각된 원가는 사용의도에 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 결론을 통해 기업가가 스마트 음악 플랫폼의 운영과 수익시스템을 개선하여 스마트 음악 플랫폼의 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하는 데 중요한 의미를 제시하였다.

Rate-User-Perceived-Quality Aware Replication Strategy for Video Streaming over Wireless Mesh Networks

  • In this research, we consider the replication strategy for the applications of video streaming in wireless mesh networks (WMNs). In particular, we propose a closed-form of optimal replication densities for a set of frames of a video streaming by exploiting not only the skewed access probability of each frame but also the skewed loss probability and skewed encoding rate-distortion information. The simulation results demonstrate that our method improves the replication performance in terms of user-perceived quality (UPQ) which includes: 1) minimum average maximum reconstructed distortion for high peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), 2) small reconstructed distortion fluctuation among frames for smooth playback, and 3) reasonable average maximum transmission distance for continuous playback. Furthermore, the proposed strategy consumes smaller storage capacity compared to other existing optimal replication strategies. More importantly, the effect of encoding rate is carefully investigated to show that high encoding rate does not always gain high performance of replication for video streaming.

  • Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.
