가치-태도-행동 모델을 적용한 호텔 AI 로봇서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study on hotel AI robot service built on the value-attitude-behavior(VAB) model)

  • 코로나19 이후 호텔기업들은 경영환경 변화를 빠르게 겪고 있으며, 4차산업혁명의 영향으로 서비스 제공에 있어 빅데이터, 사물인터넷의 활용은 물론 인공지능(AI) 로봇서비스를 도입하는 등 차별화를 통해 경쟁 우위를 확보하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 AI 로봇서비스를 도입한 호텔을 이용한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 로봇서비스 가치와 이용태도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석해보았다. 연구결과 호텔에서 로봇서비스를 이용해본 고객들이 지각하는 로봇서비스의 가치는 크게 사회적, 경험적, 기능적 3가지 차원으로 구분되었으며 이들 모두 이용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 사회적, 기능적, 경험적 가치의 순으로 이용태도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이용태도 역시 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어 가치-태도-행동 모델과 일치하는 결론이 도출되었다. 이에 AI 로봇서비스의 다각화 된 서비스를 통해 호텔 용고객들의 만족도를 제고하는 호텔의 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다.

SNS관광정보가치와 지각된 위험, 관광지 전환행동 간 구조적 관계 연구 (The Structural Relationship between SNS Tourism Information Value, Perceived Risk, and Tourism Destination Switching Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 SNS관광정보와 지각된 위험 간 관계를 확인하고, 관광지 전환의도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, SNS관광정보의 가치를 증명하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 302명의 관광자 표본을 활용하여 SPSS. 18.0을 통한 기초분석과, AMOS 18.0을 통한 구조분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, SNS관광정보의 기능적 특성은 관광자의 위험지각과 관계가 없는 것으로 검증되어, 기능적 관광정보는 관광자의 위험지각과는 별개로 개인의 동기를 유발하는 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, SNS관광정보의 미적가치와 경제적 혜택 등은 관광자의 지각된 위험을 절감시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 SNS를 통해 접한 관광정보의 미적이미지와 경제적 혜택은 관광자로 하여금 심리적 환상을 유발하고, 관광에 대한 경제적 장벽을 해소하여 현실적으로 인식하는 위험을 절감시키고 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, SNS관광정보의 상징은 관광자의 지각된 위험을 증대시키는 요소로 검증되었는데, SNS를 비롯하여 다양한 경로로 제공되는 각종 관광정보는 새로운 관광지식을 축적에 따라 새로운 동기유발 요소로 작용하면서 반대로 새로운 위험을 인식하게 만드는 계기가 될 수도 있음을 의미한다.

Moderating Effect of Luxury Value Perceptions in the Relationship between In-Store Emotions and Perceived Brand Luxury

  • The meaning of luxury varies by individuals. The differing luxury perceptions should influence the way individuals react to relevant marketing programs for luxury. Limited research exists on the topic despite interest in luxury segmentation and consumer-oriented values for luxury in marketplaces. Referring to the conceptual framework by Wiedmann et al. (2007), we explored the moderation role of four dimensions of luxury value perceptions (LVP; financial, functional, individual, and social dimensions), in the relationship between in-store emotion and perceived brand luxury. A total of 218 U.S. consumers participated in our online survey using a hypothetical luxury store image. The results revealed the following: First, on the relationship between felt pleasure and perceived brand luxury (PBL), the financial dimension of LVP only showed a significant moderation effect. Second, the effect of felt arousal on PBL was moderated by the financial and social dimensions of LVP. Lastly, the individual dimension of LVP only moderated the relationship between felt dominance and PBL. Theoretical and managerial implications are suggested.

Influence of Perceived Service Clues on Experienced Value, Trust, and Loyalty of Franchise Snack Bar: Focused on Busan Area

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of perceived service factors on: 1) experienced value, 2) trust, and 3) loyalty in context of franchise snack bar. In addition, the study will clarify how these variables relate to each other. The findings of this study identified that functional and humanic clues are the most significant components which influence on experiential value as well as trust in franchise snack bar sector. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue in the industry.

인지가치와 계획행위 이론에 기초한 인삼제품 구매의지 연구 (A Study on the Purchase Intention of Ginseng Products based on the theory of Perceived Value and TPB)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인식가치 차원의 계획행동에 대한 이론적 확대모형을 바탕으로 길림성 특산품 중 하나인 인삼제품에 대한 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인을 실증 분석하고, 소비자들의 인삼제품 구매행태를 보다 정확하게 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 길림성 거주 인삼제품 소비자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 유효 응답 360개의 샘플을 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 행동 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행동 통제, 가격 가치, 감정 가치, 사회적 가치가 인삼 제품을 사려는 소비자들의 의도에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 가치의 영향은 계획된 행동 이론의 세 가지 요인보다 현저하게 작은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기능적 가치는 소비자들의 인삼제품 구매 의도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석 되었다.

노인의 인지된 건강상태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perceived Health Status of the Aged in Rural Area.)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceived health status and to find various factors affecting it of the aged. The sample size of this study were 206 cases. The subjects were over sixty-five years old persons in rural area. Data were collected with direct interview using the questionaires. The analysis of data was done by using SPSS package. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Perceived health status of the aged were measured by 5 point rating scale and whole mean value was 3.024.(For men, 3.302 and for women. 2.782) 2. Perceived health status. functional health status and number of diseases have significant correlations.(P<0.01) 3. The main factors affecting the perceived health status were age. sex and education level.

중국관광객의 면세점 바오마이 결정요인에 대한 실증연구 (Determinants of BAOMAI of Chinese Customer in Duty-Free Shop: Analytical Framework and Empirical Analysis)

  • This paper examines that determinants of BAOMAI, (i.e., behavior of Chinese tourist bulk purchase in duty free shop) with analytical framework and empirical tests. The results of applying the structural equation modeling to 196 samples suggest that Chinese tourist consumption orientations (conspicuous/compulsive/unplanned consumption) have a positive effect on BAOMAI decision value chain (perceived value and loyalty). The marketing mix of duty free shop as control variables in research framework also have a positive effect on BAOMAI perceived values (functional/social/emotional value). This paper has a contribution to prior literatures: the first empirical analysis on BAOMAI determinants with exploring scholarly definition.

The Effects of Thai Consumers' Attitudes of Korean-Wave on the Visit Intentions of Korean Restaurants-Focusing on the Mediation Effects of Perceived Consumption Value of Restaurant

  • Purpose - This study is an empirical study on the relationship of Thai consumers' attitude toward Korean Wave with the visit intention of Korean restaurants and a mediation effect of consumption value of Korean restaurants. Design/Methodology/Approach - Data were collected using a structured questionnaire of 245 Thai consumers and the hypotheses presented were verified by regression analysis and structural equation models. Findings - As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the higher the attractiveness and favorableness of Thai consumers for K-Wave, the higher the intention to visit Korean restaurants, and the Korean Wave attitude have a positive effect on the functional and symbolic values of Korean restaurants. In particular, the important result that can be presented in this study is that the better the attitude toward K-Wave, the higher the consumption value (functional/symbolic value) of Korean restaurants and the symbolic value plays a significant mediating effect on the relationship of the attitude of K-Wave and visiting intention, while the effect of functional value is not verified. Research Implication or Originality - These results means that in order to lead Thai consumers to a Korean restaurant using K-Wave, a strategy to make Thai ones perceive symbolic value of a Korean restaurant higher would be more effective. The main strategic implication of this study is that a high-end positioning strategy with a high symbolism, which make Korean restaurant as a suitable place as a means to show off one's value (or self) or as a means to show off one's social status (or role) to Thai consumers, will be relatively effective.

패스트푸드 레스토랑의 소비가치가 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumption Values on Customer Satisfaction and Behavior Intention in Fast-Food Restaurants)

  • Purpose - Until recently, studies on customer values for restaurants recognized two path structures; the SERVQUAL model, that is, service quality? perceived value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, and the customer value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention path that categorizes customer values into functional value and hedonic value. This study, instead, classifies the consumption values of fast-food restaurants based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991) and illustrates the new path structure, consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention, targeting college students for a generalization of the consumption value system of fast-food restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - This study establishes five hypotheses based on the relationship between each type of consumption value (functional, emotional, social, and epistemic) and customer satisfaction, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. For this analysis, data was collected by conducting a pre-test and administering a survey to 213 college students who are regular customers at fast-food restaurants in Seoul, Korea. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 6.0 statistical packages. Results - The study showed that: First, the consumption values of fast-food restaurants are classified into the following four categories: functional value, emotional value, social value, and epistemic value while consumption value can be applied to customer value of fast-food restaurants. Second, the functional and epistemic values had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The resulting satisfaction is attributed to the intrinsic characteristics of fast-food restaurants like the consistent quality of food, reasonable prices, fast service, and unique or new experiences on every visit. On the other hand, emotional and social values did not affect customer satisfaction. The results on emotional value differed from the general studies on restaurants while the results obtained for social value were not consistent with the studies on high-end restaurants. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. The survey showed that college students reflected behavioral intention - repurchase intention and word-of-mouth - if they were satisfied with the food quality and employee services provided. Simultaneously, it was seen that the impact of functional value on customer satisfaction of fast food restaurant goers was more than that of epistemic value. Conclusions - The consumption values of fast-food restaurant users could be classified into four categories, functional, emotional, social and epistemic values, based on the consumption value system provided by Sheth, Newman and Gross (1991). It proved that the customer values of restaurant goers can be extended to the path structure of consumption value? customer satisfaction? behavioral intention to confirm its generalization. The study also showed that marketing managers need to focus more on the factors that influence functional value as the fast-food restaurant users consider timely services with the consistent quality of food at a reasonable price and at a convenient place more important than the new experiences or uniqueness.

관광쇼핑객이 추구하는 가치가 패션브랜드 태도와 쇼핑만족도에 미치는 영향 -코스모폴리타니즘의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of Tourist Shopping Value on Fashion Brand Attitude and Shopping Satisfaction -The Moderating Role of Cosmopolitanism -)

  • This study sought to identify the types of fashion brands preferred by tourists based on the shopping values that they pursue through purchases at tourist destinations and to verify the effects of these values on their satisfaction. To obtain a representative sample of South Korea's tourist shoppers, a survey was conducted among 300 subjects involving adult men and women in their twenties to sixties. Structural equation modeling analyses were performed on the collected data using SPSS and AMOS. The effects of tourist shopping values on brand attitudes were verified by dividing tourist shopping values into social, epistemic, and functional values and dividing brand attitudes into attitudes toward fashion global and local brands. Additionally, this work intended to ascertain the moderating effect of cosmopolitanism on tourist shopping behaviors. The analysis results reveal that a high level of epistemic value as perceived by tourists during shopping resulted in a corresponding high level of preference for local fashion brands. Furthermore, a high level of social value as perceived by tourists led to a high level of preference toward global fashion brands. Contrastingly, functional value influenced both local and global brands. As a result of the moderating effect, in the group with high cosmopolitanism tendency, the effect of epistemic value was not significant, but the low group significantly affected brand attitude based on the social and epistemic value. Given its academic and practical implications, the present study is likely to broaden the understanding of tourist shopping and facilitate future research on that phenomenon.
