The primary objective of this paper is to examine post acceptance behavior model in UCC services. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits six characteristics, that is, expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior model in UCC services. Then we constructed a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 286 usable survey responses of UCC service users have been employed in the analysis. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, expectation confirmation has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction. Secondly, perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on the satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction have a positive effect on the continuance intention. These results will be helpful for the UCC services sector to further develop service delivery strategies for strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers. Finally, some possible limits of the present research and future directions for such research were discussed.

Metaverse is a three-dimensional virtual space where virtual and reality interact and co-evolutionize, and social, cultural, and economic activities are carried out in it to create value. Among the types of metaverse, the virtual world metaverse is expected to bring innovation beyond time and space in all areas of industry and society following the Internet. This study empirically analyzed factors affecting consumer's intention to use the virtual world metaverse by an innovation diffusion perspective. It was analyzed as an expanded technology acceptance model by setting relative advantages, ease of use, and visibility among the attributes of the innovation diffusion, and social presence, telepresence, and interactivity among the characteristics of the virtual worlds as factors. The proposed research model and hypothesis were verified through a PLS structural equation analysis based on a survey of 216 people. Studies have shown that relative advantage, telepresence, and interactivity have a significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment, but visibility does not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. It was found that ease of use had a positive effect on perceived enjoyment, social presence had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment had a positive effect on the intention to use, respectively. This study is meaningful in that it empirically analyzed the factors affecting the intention to use the virtual world metaverse by dividing the psychological characteristics that induce consumer behavior into perceived usefulness which is an extrinsic motivation and perceived enjoyment which is an intrinsic motivation.
User enjoyment is a key factor to understand online and mobile game users' behaviors. This study aims to understand the differences between mobile and online games, and the differences between Korean and Chinese game users in terms of the perceived importance of user enjoyment elements. To use AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Process), we decompose user enjoyment into sub-elements; sensory enjoyment, content enjoyment, enjoyment of the achievement, and enjoyment of interaction. Though the empirical study and independent t-test, we can find that there are the differences in the perceived importance of user enjoyment elements between Korean and Chinese game players, and between mobile and online games. Chinese users more stress on enjoyment of interaction and Korean users more emphasize on enjoyment of the achievement.
This study investigates perceived social presence, perceived interactivity, perceived enjoyment, and perceived trust as antecedents of consumer engagement. We measured the attitudinal and behavioral brand loyalty as consequences of consumer engagement in social media. Our findings suggest that perceptions of social presence, enjoyment, and trust are significantly related to consumer engagement. Conversely, perceived interactivity has no positive influence on consumer engagement. In addition, consumer engagement is found to have a significant impact on both attitudinal and behavioral brand loyalty. The study revealed that, in the modified model, covariance paths among the proposed antecedents of consumer engagement (namely the perceived social presence, interactivity, enjoyment, and trust) are statistically significant. In this paper, we also discuss limitations of the study and future research.
Given the prevalence of internet and web 2.0, SNS(Social Network Service) market is growing rapidly. IT providers which focused marketing point on network hub have become to disseminate SNS mainly now. Many users are using the various functions of SNS to communicate each other or share the information. At this point, identifying the influencing factors to WOM(Word-Of-Mouth) of SNS is very important. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of perceived variables on the WOM of SNS. In order to analyze the antecedents, we selected perceived factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment and perceived crowd. For statistical analysis, we surveyed real users of SNS. As a result, all antecedents of WOM showed significant influence and among the variables the perceived enjoyment has top standardized coefficient. In addition, perceived crowd has significant on perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment but not on perceived usefulness. The result of this research can be useful guidelines to increase SNS Market.

Prior research highlighted personalized services as a crucial antecedent to website loyalty, yet little has been discussed on the underlying mechanism. The current study explores the intervening effects of the three psychological constructs in the personalization-loyalty relationship: cognitive efficiency, perceived enjoyment, and socialness. An experiment was conducted with a total of 414 U.S. shoppers on a fictitious e-tail site for jeans that employed different levels of personalized content. The results found that the participants exposed to the high-level personalization condition reported a higher cognitive efficiency and higher socialness perception regarding the fashion e-tail site; however, no direct effect of intensity of e-personalization was found on perceived enjoyment. Cognitive efficiency and enjoyment perceptions on the site significantly increased customers' loyalty intentions regarding the site, while website socialness perception had no direct effect on loyalty intentions. Website socialness showed indirect effects on website loyalty intentions only through cognitive efficiency and perceived enjoyment; however, no direct effect from website socialness was found. Implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
The purpose of this study is to propose implications that can be effectively applied to the educational field by exploring the intention to use of augmented reality-based educational contents for college students. To this end, a survey was conducted with college students, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and path analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program and the AMOS 21.0 program. The results of the study were presented as follows. First, individual innovativeness influenced positively on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Second, social influence influenced positively on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Third, perceived enjoyment influenced positively on perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived ease of use influenced positively on perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Fifth, except for perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment influenced positively on intention to use.
This study was designed to examine the antecedents of mobile app usage among smart phone users. An extended TAM, which included the additional factors of perceived enjoyment, perceived informative usefulness and perceived social usefulness, was applied to predict people's intention to use mobile apps. Overall, the hypothesized research model did a fairly good job explaining significant associations between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The findings had showed that perceived social usefulness, perceived enjoyment and attitude were significantly affect intention to use mobile apps. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived informative usefulness were not significantly effects attitude towards intention to use mobile apps. Therefore, mobile apps developers should develop mobile apps that are easier for the users to seek information. For the information available should be more precise and bringing more benefits to the users.
The use of online shopping mall has been increasing rapidly, which reflects the convenience and economic benefits associated with its usage. As with traditional offline businesses, internet businesses have to manage customer relations to provide better services in order to ensure their business sustainability. In this regard, identifying the influencing factors to reuse intention of online shopping mall is very important. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of perceived and individual variables on intention to reuse in the context of online shopping mall. In order to analyze the antecedents, we selected perceived and individual factors such as shopping enjoyment, concentration, perceived variety and maximizing tendency. For empirical analysis, we surveyed real users of online shopping mall. As a result, all antecedents showed significant influence on intention to reuse except perceived variety and among the variables the concentration has top standardized coefficient. In addition, perceived variety has significant effect on shopping enjoyment but not on concentration. Maximizing tendency is related to shopping enjoyment and concentration significantly. The results of this research can be useful guidelines for online shopping mall providers.

As smart phones become more common nowadays, mobile instant messengers such as kakao talk and line are used as essential communication tools exchanging information between individuals. Also, the mobile instant messengers extend their use to business area beyond communication between individuals. This study is on how factors of mobile instant messenger such as perceived security, perceived privacy, perceived enjoyment and perceived interactivity affect business continual usage intention through perceived usefulness. The proposed model is based on Expectation-Confirmation Theory of Oliver and Technology Acceptance Mode of Bhattacherjee. For an analysis, 159 survey responses were collected from the office workers in Seoul and nearby cities, having experiences of mobile instant messengers. To validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with the valid 154 questionnaires. The path analysis results are as follows. First, perceived security has a positive effect on expectation-confirmation. Second, perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Third, perceived interactivity has a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and expectation-confirmation. Fourth, perceived usefulness has a positive usefulness on satisfaction and continual usage intention of mobile instant messenger. Last, expectation-confirmation has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and satisfaction has a positive effect on continual usage intention of mobile instant messenger. Since the mobile instant messenger may bring a pressure of work and a violation of privacy, it is necessary that the company provide a guideline for use of the mobile instant messenger and establish the in-house mobile instant messenger system.
