고객만족도 조사도구의 차원별 가중치 부여방법 비교 (A Comparative Study on the Methods for Weighting the Dimensions of Customer Satisfaction with Importance Perceived by Customers)

  • Background : The measuring instruments for customer satisfaction in hospitals are often composed of some dimensions reflecting the conceptive complexity of them. Then, overall satisfaction would be expected to be equal the 'weighted' sum of scores by dimensions because the importance rated by customers may be different across the dimensions. But the issue of how to weight the dimensions with importance is not yet solved. We examined 3 sets of weighting methods as to make effect on predictive power against overall satisfaction. Methods : We conducted a survey included 483 subjects who had visited or admitted to a university hospital, using the short form questionnaire being developed by The Korean Society of Quality Assurance in Health Care for out-patient and in-patient. By using a multiple linear regression model, we compared among changes of explanatory powers against overall satisfaction as dependent variable after weighting 4 dimensions of the survey questionnaire as independent variables with importance scores of dimensions perceived by consumers. And we compared the feasibility of each weighting, methods by checking missing cases. Results : There were no weighting methods increasing the explanatory power after applying them. The method of absolute scoring was found higher explanatory-power than others, but this finding had no statistical significance. Regarding the number of missing value, method of absolutely scoring had the least cases. Conclusion : Our findings suggested that weighting the dimensions with importance might have little significance in the cases of scales having items highly correlated, such as consumers' satisfaction. Though asking with items to be answered absolutely, customers might be rating relatively in some degree and this method produced least missing cases. Considering these points, in the cases when weighting the dimensions with importance would be required, we suggest that weighting method by absolute scoring might be better than others.

소비자 특성에 따른 챗봇의 인지된 혁신속성과 혁신수용 (Perceived Innovation Attributes and Acceptance of Chatbots as Determined by Consumer Characteristics)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of chatbots' innovation attributes on the innovation acceptance for consumers who have used chatbots to purchase fashion products that account for a large share of transactions in mobile shopping. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from Korean consumers aged 20 to 49 who had experience using chatbots when purchasing fashion-related products via mobile circumstances. After a pilot survey of 31 customers, pre-questionnaire was revised for the final test, and the final questionnaire was distributed to 1,500 subjects. Out of these, 244 were retrieved. After excluding 48 inappropriate responses, 196 were used for statistical analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis and independent t-test using SPSS 23.0 were employed for data analyses. Results - First, four factors of chatbots' attributes were extracted: relative advantages and compatibility, complexity, sensibility, and diversity. Second, two factors were extracted for fashion leadership: fashion opinion leadership and fashion innovativeness. Two groups based on the fashion leadership were identified: active innovation adopters and passive innovation adopters. Third, relative advantages and compatibility, diversity, sensibility of innovation attributes were found to have effects on the innovation acceptance in order. Fourth, significant differences were found in sensibility of innovation attributes and innovation acceptance in groups by marital status and age. The married in their 30s and 40s perceived sensibility as a more important attribute of chatbots than the unmarried in their twenties. Among the groups of different income levels, meaningful differences were found in diversity of innovation attributes and innovation acceptance. Fifth, there were significant differences found in relative advantages and compatibility, sensibility of innovation attributes, and acceptance of Innovation among the groups by fashion leadership. Active innovation adopters were found to be more aware of the importance of relative advantages and compatibility, and sensibility of innovation attributes, and innovation acceptance. Conclusions - The present study provides chatbots' marketing strategies for fashion items need to be modified by demographic characteristics and fashion leadership. Particularly, fashion leadership was found to be an important factor in determining the perception of innovation attribute as well as innovation acceptance.

2007년 개정 과학과 교육과정의 주요 내용의 실행에 관한 과학 교사의 인식 (Science Teachers' Perception on Major Features of the 2007 Revised Science Curriculum for Class Implementation)

  • 본 연구에서는 현직 과학교사를 대상으로 2007년 개정 과학과 교육과정의 주요 특징의 수업 실행에 대한 인식을 파악하였다. 2007년 개정 과학과 교육과정의 주요 특징으로 창의성, 자유탐구, 과학글쓰기, 토론, STS를 다루었으며, 각 특징에 대해 교육과정의 실행을 위한 내적 특징인 필요성, 명료성, 복잡성을 기준으로 교사의 인식을 탐색하였다. 또, 2007년 개정 과학과 교육과정의 주요 내용 중에서, 특히 최소 6차시가 배정되어 실시될 예정인 자유탐구의 실행과 관련하여 교사들의 준비 및 실행에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과로서, 과학 교사들은 2007년 개정 과학과 교육과정의 주요 내용 즉, 창의성, 자유탐구, 과학글쓰기, 토론, STS를 수업에서 실행하는 것이 중요하고 필요하지만, 대체로 명료하지는 않으며, 많은 어려움이 있다고 보았다. 특히, 자유탐구의 경우 다른 주요 내용보다 더 부정적으로 인식하고 있으며, 실행 어려움의 이유는 매우 다양하고 복합적으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로, 교육과정 변화 내용을 교실 수업 현장에서 구현하기 위해서, 교육과정 개발자와 교육과정 실행자 간의 인식의 간극을 줄이고 교사의 교육과정에 대한 유의미한 해석과 실천을 높이기 위해‘이중 실행연구’(Dual Action Research) 모형을 제안하였다.

The Future of NVH Research - A Challenge by New Powertrains

  • Sound quality and NVH-issues(Noise, Vibration and Harshness) of vehicles has become very important for car manufacturers. It is interpreted as among the most relevant factors regarding perceived product quality, and is important in gaining market advantage. The general sound quality of vehicles was gradually improved over the years. However, today the development cycles in the automotive industry are constantly reduced to meet the customers' demands and to react quickly to market needs. In addition, new drive and fuel concepts, tightened ecological specifications, increase of vehicle classes and increasing diversification(increasing market for niche vehicles), etc. challenge the acoustic engineers trying to develop a pleasant, adequate, harmonious passenger cabin sound. Another aspect concerns the general pressure for reducing emission and fuel consumption, which lead to vehicle weight reductions through material changes also resulting in new noise and vibration conflicts. Furthermore, in the context of alternative powertrains and engine concepts, the new objective is to detect and implement the vehicle sound, tailored to suit the auditory expectations and needs of the target group. New questions must be answered: What are appropriate sounds for hybrid or electric vehicles? How are new vehicle sounds perceived and judged? How can customer-oriented, client-specific target sounds be determined? Which sounds are needed to fulfil the driving task, and so on? Thus, advanced methods and tools are necessary which cope with the increasing complexity of NVH-problems and conflicts and at the same time which cope with the growing expectations regarding the acoustical comfort. Moreover, it is exceedingly important to have already detailed and reliable information about NVH-issues in early design phases to guarantee high quality standards. This requires the use of sophisticated simulation techniques, which allow for the virtual construction and testing of subsystems and/or the whole car in early development stages. The virtual, testing is very important especially with respect to alternative drive concepts(hybrid cars, electric cars, hydrogen fuel cell cars), where complete new NVH-problems and challenges occur which have to be adequately managed right from the beginning. In this context, it is important to mention that the challenge is that all noise contributions from different sources lead to a harmonious, well-balanced overall sound. The optimization of single sources alone does not automatically result in an ideal overall vehicle sound. The paper highlights modern and innovative NVH measurement technologies as well as presents solutions of recent NVH tasks and challenges. Furthermore, future prospects and developments in the field of automotive acoustics are considered and discussed.

영국 NHS의 모성서비스 관련 의료과오보상제도의 경험과 그 함의 (The NHS litigation scheme related to Maternity Services in UK: its experiences and implications)

  • Maternity services is often perceived as a troublesome business and obstetric litigation is on the increase in Western countries. Overall, the number of claim and cost of litigation to the NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) from maternity services in the UK is increasing every year. Maternity services account for 60-70% of the total sum paid. This has widespread implications for both the individual practitioners and the institutions where they work, due to increasing malpractice insurance premiums. Fear of litigation is also attracting fewer medical graduates into the specialty, leading to a recruitment crisis in obstetrics and gynaecology. The litigation process can cause pain, suffering and distress to clinicians as well as to the patients and their families. Litigation in maternity services is the result of a complex of events when malpractice (presumed or real) impacts on the attitude of pregnant women and their environment. In such complexity, information is mandatory but may often be misinterpreted. If messages are not tailored to the receiver's capacity, communicating well with the pregnant patient becomes crucial. Therefore, to reduce medicallegal issues in obstetrics, increasing attention and an applicable standard of obstetric care to avoid negligence and medical errors should go along with other measures. Considering UK's experiences, NHS redress scheme make it easier to pursue small claims and birth related claims, without necessarily reducing the number of claims processed through the conventional legal system and perhaps encouraging even more of them. The task of dealing with the greater number of inquiries into their practice would inevitably create an added burden for clinicians and hospital managers. Thus further proposals are required to limit the cost of processing inflated claims and to consider whether clinicians should be given some protection from litigation alleging a failure to prevent birth related impairment.

웹기반 학습 시스템(에듀넷) 활용 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on factors influencing the decision of Web-based Learning System (Edunet) use)

  • 본 연구는 초중고학생들의 웹 교육정보 시스템인 에듀넷의 활용 결정에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 찾아냄으로써 에듀넷 활용 확산을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 혁신의 확산 이론과 웹 활용 교육에 대한 관련 선행연구들의 조사를 통해 에듀넷 활용에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변수로써 혁신의 속성(상대적 유용성, 적합성, 복잡성), 혁신성, 자기효능감, 주관적 판단, 지원을 추출하였다. 설문 조사는 서울.경기 지역의 초등학교 5, 6학년 315명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 응답결과는 로지스틱 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 혁신의 속성, 혁신성, 자기효능감, 주관적 판단, 지원을 포함한 회귀 모형의 적합성이 검정되었으며, 주관적판단, 지원이 에듀넷활용 여부를 결정짓는데 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다.

인터넷뱅킹의 속성과 서비스품질이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Characteristics and Service Quality of Internet Banking on Customer Satisfaction)

  • 인터넷뱅킹의 지속적인 성장과 확산을 위해 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하는 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 인터넷뱅킹의 속성, 서비스품질, 고객만족 및 고객충성도의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하고자 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 인터넷뱅킹의 속성으로는 사용자 종속적인 특성인 상대적 이점, 적합성, 복잡성과 지각된 위험을 주요 요인으로 설정하고, 인터넷뱅킹의 서비스품질은 SERVQUAL의 5가지 차원으로 분류하여 인터넷뱅킹 사용자 162명을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사용자가 지각하는 인터넷뱅킹 속성과 인터넷뱅킹 서비스품질은 사용자의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인터넷뱅킹 사용자의 만족수준이 높을수록 인터넷뱅킹 사용자의 충성도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 인터넷뱅킹 속성과 인터넷뱅킹 서비스품질 요인 또한 고객 충성도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 주목받고 있는 메타버스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인을 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 특히 기존의 연구가 메타버스의 확산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변인에만 초점을 맞추었다면, 혁신저항과 같이 특정한 변화를 거부하는 소비자의 심리적 변인을 함께 살펴 이용과 저항의 관점을 모두 살펴보고자 하였다. 혁신확산에 영향을 미치는 소비자특성과 혁신특성 변인을 구성하여 혁신저항과 메타버스에 대한 태도, 메타버스 이용의도와의 관계를 살펴 보았다. 연구결과, 혁신성향과 사회적 이미지, 적합성이 메타버스에 대한 저항에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향과 사회적 이미지, 적합성, 상대적 이점, 복잡성과 관찰가능성은 혁신저항과 메타버스에 대한 태도를 매개하여 최종적으로 메타버스 이용의도에 정적‧부적 영향력을 가지는 변인으로 드러났다.

E-commerce Adoption of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises During COVID-19 Pandemic: Evidence from South Asian Countries

  • COVID-19 has spread across the world in the last two years, confining people to their homes and shutting down businesses and markets. The world is currently experiencing a catastrophic economic and social crisis. To benefit people and to protect them, industries invented new products. These products were made by small and medium-sized businesses across the globe. In South Asia, there was also a rigorous lockdown, people were laid off, and SMEs adopted E-commerce to assist clients and customers. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on E-commerce adoption through open innovation strategies in South Asian countries. 500 respondents were selected through an online questionnaire to collect data from different countries of South Asia. The prominent countries are; India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. The results of the study show that perceived compatibility and complexity have a positive influence on E-commerce adoption. In normal circumstances, however, the open innovation model is feasible. Knowledge and experience sharing and management attitude have a moderate impact on E-commerce adoption. These results are beneficial for researchers and SME managers in South Asia to overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and increase the number of skilled people employed. This study suggests that SMEs should hire skilled workers to upgrade their systems.

ICT 기업을 대상으로 한 스마트워크 도입에 관한 연구: 혁신저항모델을 중심으로 (A study on the adoption of smart work for ICT companies : Focusing on the innovation resistance model)

  • ICT기술을 활용하여 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 근무하는 스마트워크는 2010년부터 시작된 '스마트워크 활성화 전략'을 바탕으로 많은 연구와 투자가 이루어져 왔음에도 도입 및 확산에 어려움이 있었다. 2019년 발병한 COVID-19의 환경은 스마트워크의 도입을 촉진하는 계기가 되었음에도 많은 기업이 다시 스마트워크를 종료하거나 축소하기에 이르렀다. 본 연구는 혁신저항모델을 기반으로 스마트워크 도입을 저항하는 요인에 대해 살펴보고 대안을 제시하고자 시작되었다. 본 연구 결과, 상대적 이점은 도입 저항과 도입 의도 모두에게 강한 영향을 나타냈다. 그러나 인지된 위험과 복잡성은 직접적으로 도입 의도에 부정적인 영향을 주지 않지만, 도입 저항을 매개하여 도입 의도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 스마트워크의 실질적인 이점을 강조하고 부정적 태도를 감소한다면 도입 저항을 낮추고 도입 의도에 긍정적 영향을 줄 것을 확인하였다.
