This study is based upon 200 final responses from a survey conducted for 153 nurses and 147 nursing students in Busan and Gyeongnam province from september to october 2011. It is carried out to compare and understand the spiritual needs of nurses and nursing students that are inclined to be more exposed unhealthy people rather than healthy people. In this study, the level of spiritual care needs was divided into five fields such as 'love and fellowship', 'hope and peace', 'meaning and purpose of life', 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' and was investigated. As a result, the love and fellowship was the highest level in group of nurses (r = 3.82) and the relationship with God was the lowest one (r = 2.73). In contrast, a group of nursing students showed that love and fellowship was the highest level (r = 3.92) and relationship with God was the lowest (r = 2.99) among five fields. There were statistical significances between nurses and nursing students in 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' (p < 0.05). When looking at correlation between fields of spiritual needs of nurses, the correlation between 'meaning and purpose of life' and 'hope and peace' was the highest (r = .699) and the correlation between 'relationship with God' and 'hope and peace' was the lowest (r = .247). As the result of analysis on correlation between fields of spiritual needs of nursing students, the correlation between 'meaning and purpose of life' and 'hope and peace' was the highest (r = .660) and the correlation between 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' was the lowest (r = .277). Therefore, it would be imperative to develop a more efficient and systemized education program for the spiritual care of nursing patients, on the basis of understanding the spiritual needs of nurses and nursing students.

By alternative about these problem, including Biometrics, several authentication systems through sign(Signature), Smart Card, Watermarking technology are developed. Therefore, This paper shows that extract factor that efficiency can get into peculiar feature in physical features for good fingerprint recognition algorithm implementation with old study finding that take advantage of special quality of these fingerprint.

This paper is a study on the shaman's costumes which were observed in the ritual of Jae-Soo-Kut held in Seoul. In this study the forms and functions of the shaman's costumes in Jae-Soo-Kut are compared with those of other Korean traditional costumes and differences are identified between them. The results of this study are also compaed with those of the study on the shaman's costumes in Chun-Sin-ut and other Koean traditional costumes. Shaman's costumes have undergone changes with the decrease in the number of believers in Kut resulting from the diffusion of foreign religion the weakening of believers' faith in Kut resulting from the improvement of science and technology and higher education and the invention of new textiles and development of sewing technology. The reasons why the Kut is performed even nowadays are also discussed. Among those reasons firstly Koreans hold to their own folk religions. Secondly the kut has peculiar artis-tic value for Koreans. Thirdly Koreans seek peace of mind through performing the Kut.

Competition of Business firms has become serious domestically and internationally. No one can deny that cooperation and peace between labour and management are essentially necessary in this seriously competitive business world and will form continuous national economic development. This paper is interested in consumer's cognizance of business firm, business CEO, and labor. The attributes of consumer dealt with are gender, education level, etc. We showed consumer's cognizance as forms of hypotheses, tested them, and found many statistically significant facts, and suggested their implication. It can be said that our research results can be utilized as good information and for judgement and decision for constructing cooperative and peaceful labour and management relation.

Translation has attained an important role in transmission and maintenance of human culture. As the world gets closer translation is regarded as one of the most useful means to carry knowledge and information through the language barrier. Translations of literary works in particular have been regarded as one of the most valuable means of helping people to understand and cooperate with one another in the interest of world peace. Korea has maintained a very close relationship with the United States of America since she first opened her door to the States in 1882. No one can deny that American has had a strong influence on Korean culture, politics, economics and education through the long close relationship between two countries. This study has been carried to find out how many and what American literary works have been introduced into Korea through translation from 1882 to 1982.

Five Islands in the West Sea of Korea (Baekryeong-do, Daecheong-do, Socheong-do, Yeonpyeong-do, and Woo-do) are located very close to the North Korea's coast and all of them are under the jurisdiction of South Korea. The North and South Korean naval vessels clashed twice in the West Sea of Korea on June 15, 1999 and on June 29, 2002. These incidents were resulted from conflicts over the validity of the Northern Limit Line(NLL) and the appropriate maritime boundary between the two Koreas. From the viewpoint of South Korea, the North Limit Line is a lawful Maritime Military Demarcation Line under the Korean Military Armistice Agreement and it must be maintained as a maritime boundary between two Koreas until being substituted by a peace treaty. In conclusion, the maritime boundary between two Koreas cannot be settled easily by the principles of the International Law of the Sea at present.

This study aims to explore the effects of poetry therapy program on individual stress, depression, and self-esteem for rural residents. For the research data, before the end of the poetry therapy program, participants were asked to write a confession, and as a retrospective study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 4 participants to find out whether the effects of the program continued after about 14 months. According to the results of the study, after the program ended, it was said that it was a meaningful time to communicate and live positively through poetry. In a retrospective study, it was said that poetry writing relieved depression, released and purified emotions, created a sense of relaxation and provided an opportunity for self-reflection. Based on these results, it was confirmed that rural residents who are experiencing many psychological difficulties can improve their negative psychology and find peace of mind through poetry writing.

Safety in sports is important because if an athlete has an accident, he may not be able to lead an everyday life for the rest of his life. The safety of sports facilities is very effective in creating people's sports activities, with the benefits of staying away from physical injury, enjoying sports, and mental peace. Everyone has the right to participate in sports and recreation and to ensure that they want a safe environment. This study prepares a very good Nickel-Cobalt -Silicon carbide (Ni/Co-SiC) nanocomposite with convenient geometry on the leg press machine rod, employing the pulse electrodeposition technique to reduce the rod's wear and increase the durability of sports equipment and control sports damages. The results showed that the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite formed at 2 A/dm2 shows extraordinary microhardness. The wear speed for the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite created at 4 A/dm2 was 15 mg/min, showing superior wear resistance. Therefore, the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite can reduce sports equipment's wear and decrease sports injuries. Ni-Co/SiC nanocomposite layers with various scopes of silicon carbide nanoparticles via electrodeposition in a Ni-Co plating bath, including SiC nanoparticles to be co-deposited. The form and dimensions of Silicon carbide nanoparticles are watched and selected using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).

In this paper, we proposed "Future Design and Success Engineering in Global Society by Self-Innovation" (an abbreviated name: FDSE). We started to make a small experiment between Korea Maritime University and Yamagata University at the current year. After inspecting the results, especially, successful and unsuccessful points in our lecture, we have to develop the strong points and amend the week points, through making the analysis of success-failure, which is his favorite management method. We have to level up the contents of our work in the future. The students for this lecture would learn from experiences of "the common knowledge (common field of discussion)", held common languages, common thought, common system. They filled up the blanks of "The Matrix Frame" which is mentioned in the previous report, and they expressed their own way of life (work, study). As a matter of course, their personal private affairs must not be made public. It is quite happy that the cultural, economical exchanges between Korea and Japan are now in full flourish and people do a lot of traveling each other. However, if this project will start on the educational global standard, we have a world-wide significance. Moreover, we can promote goodwill between Korea and Japan, and also we can contribute to a better international understanding and the peace of the world by students in both Universities. We hope that candidates for this lecture will have a rounded personality and be a life worthy of human being for realizing Self-Actualization in "Motivation and Personality" by Abraham Maslow.

This research aimed at suggesting the implication of Korean unification education based on German unification education, which country achieved unification from the divided country as Korea. Germany named unification education as the political education. German political education includes democratic citizen education, peace education, and solidarity education between the peoples. Also, besides school unification education, civic organization and parties treat political education. German political education is conducted by being shared with role by main government and several organizations, when the federal government level suggests a big frame. Also, political education with proper content could be conducted suitable for the characteristic of main area and the color of the party and civic organizations. Of course, federal government supports administrative financial support enough on this. In such situation, German people have naturally accepted and developed political education without distance. This situation has lots of implication on Korea. First, systematic system of unification education. In Korea, unification education is conducted mainly by Ministry of Unification and Education Center for Unification. However, in order to naturally approach the people, systematic system synthesizing civic organization, local government, religious organization, and educational local government should be established. Second, 'integration within acknowledgement of diversity'. In Korea, also, diversity should be acknowledged by being suggested by the country with the big frame, and the detailed parts by various institutions and civic organizations as Germany. Third, conversion to integrated education of unification education. Germany is conducting comprehensive education naming unification education as the political education. We also should prepare for coming unification in the near future by complementing the content by converting the mere unification education to comprehensive and integrated education.
