In the rapidly changing business and economic environment, environment-equipped appropriate capacities should be used to adapt to the changing environment and the smart environment. First of all, it is important for the company to understand what kind of acceptance attitude it shows according to the consumers' tendency toward the mobile convenient payment system that users are increasing and deal with it accordingly. In order to analyze the market according to the individual personality factors of consumers, a model based on the integrated technology(UTAUT) and the regulatory focus suitable for the mobile environment was constructed and analyzed with the structural equation through PLS. As a result of analysis, it was found that neuroticism, openness to experience, and conscientiousness among consumer personality factors had a significant influence on accommodating the mobile convenient payment system according to the tendency of promotional focus. This study provides a direction for establishing a mobile convenient payment system for smart environment through data analysis of the propensity and personality of consumers from the viewpoint of knowledge management.

North Korea sharing a border with China has developed economic relations with China for a long time. During the cold war(from 1950s to late 1980s), political, military and economic ties between the two countries have become stronger because they had maintained the same political and economic system. However their economic relations have significantly changed after China has adopted market economies since the late 1970s. In particular, trade volume has been shrinked significantly since the late 1990s when China began to ask hard currency payments in their commercial transactions. This paper aims to investigate the conditions and prospects of trade and logistics relations between North Korea and China including the problems existed and then make some suggestions to foster their trade relations. In conclusion in order to develop its trade relations with China, it is suggested that North Korea should make significant changes in its economic and logistics system including infrastructure, institutional schemes, social and trade practices ect. because most problems in bilateral trade have been incurred from North Korea.

This study conducted an empirical study on factors affecting the continuous use of mobile payment for users. Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Extended Expectation-Confirmation Model of lS Continuance (ECM-ISC), we set up the model and hypothesis by adding habit and utilization range as independent variables. We received 426 valid questionnaires from users who have used continuously mobile payments such as Alipay and Wechatpay in China. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS for validity, reliability, factor analysis, T-test and regression analysis. The result shows that perceived usefulness, perceived risk, habits and utilization range have positive effects on users who use AliPay. Users who use Wechatpay have been affected by perceived usefulness, perceived use of ease, habit and application scope. However, the social influence does not affect both.

본 논문은 2001년에 도입되어 현재 시행중인 우리나라의 대표적인 부하관리 프로그램인 직접부하제어의 적정 인센티브 수준을 결정하는 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. 기존의 인센티브 수준 결정 방법론이 공급자측을 중심으로 한 회피비용에 기초하여 결정된 반면, 본 연구에서는 참여자인 수용가의 대처비용과 월간요금 지급액의 감액을 중심으로 한 인센티브 결정 방법론을 제안한다. 또한, 이러한 인센티브 결정 방법론의 수학적 정식화를 도출하여 보다 체계적인 분석이 가능하게 하였다. 이러한 접근법은 소비자의 편익 및 비용을 보다 정확하게 분석하고 이에 기초하여 인센티브 수준이 결정되기 때문에 직접부하제어의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

Using data from the 2001 American Housing Survey, the purpose of this study is to profile the economic and socio-demographic characteristics of baby boomers according to housing down payment sources and to identify determinants of housing down payment sources among baby boomers. Results of the multinomial logistic regression analysis indicated that household income, housing value, age, education, gender, marital status, race, and geographic region were all significant determinants of housing down payment sources among baby boomers. Identification of factors affecting the occurrence of borrowing for housing down payment would aid in the development of financial education programs for baby boomer households.

The National Health Insurance Corporation has been retrieving from health care providers the payments made to them by insured patients as a result of the health care providers' arbitrary denial of coverage under the National Health Insurance, and has been disbursing such retrieved monies back to the patients, pursuant to Article 57, Sections 1 and 4 of the National Health Insurance Act. However, such practice is an application of the law that lacks legal exactitude. Another problem with such practice is that there is no legal provision under any laws or notices that expressly prohibits arbitrary denial of coverage. A legislative solution, therefore, is called for to address these issues.

본 논문은 제품에 대한 비용 지불에 있어서 시간의 지연이 허용될 때 발생할 수 있는 기회비용과 그 지연에 따른 이자의 상충관계를 통해서 얻을 수 있는 이익에 관해 비용에 대해 다루었다. 여기에서 Continuous review를 고려한 (S, s)정책을 기본 가정으로 하여 주문량의 변동이 있을 수 있는 상황을 고려한다. 이러한 모델에서는 이 비용 계산의 연기 기간에 따라서 비용과 주문량의 민감한 변화를 보인다. 실제로 예를 통해 지불연기 허용에 따라서 재고 시스템 내에서 발생하는 비용의 감소와 주문량의 증가를 볼 수 있다. 또한 지불연기 기간을 허용한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우의 비용 간 비교를 통해 구매자 입장에서 이윤을 가져올 수 있는 최소한의 지불연기 기간을 도출할 수 있다.

This paper studies the risks associated with local finance in Korea by identifying the financial status of each local government, including the financial burdens of PPP projects, and examined governmental future burdens related to PPP projects. We reviewed all fiscal burdens associated with projects, such as, for BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) types of projects, facility lease and operating expenses, and, for the BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate) types of projects, construction subsidies that are paid at the construction stage, MRG (Minimum Revenue Guarantee) payments and the government's share of payment. Furthermore, we compared the annual expenditures of local governments on PPP projects against their annual budgets and checked if the 2% ceiling rule could be applied.

Economic properties of an integrated wind power plant (WPP) and the demand response (DR) programs in the sample electricity market are studied. Time of use (TOU) and direct load control (DLC) are two of the DR programs that are applied in the system. The influences of these methods and the incentive payments by market operator's (MOs) with variable elasticity are studied. It is observed that DR with TOU and DLC programs together yields better revenue and energy saving for MOs.

Since 'Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure' were changed in January 2005, BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects of Private Participation in Infrastructure was introduced in the domestic construction market for the purpose of providing public facilities with the public. Selecting the most qualified Promoter should be considered discreetly in BTL projects because BTL projects is for projects with approximately thirty year project life cycle, plan, construction, operating, maintenance and obviously the success of the project totally depends on the capability and role of Promoter. However, score for cost is likely to influence selecting Promoter to take the project. Accordingly, low bid contract with too much competition could decrease the quality of the construction plan and operating plan. Thus, this study did preliminary research and documents on problems of evaluation criteria for selecting Promoter in BTL projects, and proposed improvement factors by doing questionnaire over specialists of each field.
