This research examines the impact of brand personality dimensions on store attitude and store loyalty for department stores. A total of 431 customers participated in the online survey. The participants were women in their 20's to 50's with experience of purchasing apparel from four major department stores. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, reliability test, and structural equation modeling with PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Analyses revealed three dimensions of the brand personality of department stores: prestige, passion, and sincerity. Among the three dimensions of brand personality, 'passion' and 'sincerity' were shown to be the most influential factors affecting department store attitude. The results suggest that passionate and sincere customers tend to exhibit favorable store attitudes. Customers with more favorable store attitudes then are more likely to express great store loyalty than those with less favorable attitudes. An analysis of the effect of brand personality on attitudes toward department stores provides implications for department store brand management strategies.

This study examines the themes the two authors shared - anti-colonialism, anti-imperialism, anti-imperialism, and anti-ideology - 《The Myth of the 20th Century》 and 《The Age of Passion》, 《Waiting for the Barbarians》 and 《Disgrace》. Both pieces opposed imperialist aggression and oppression and rejected colonial rule with the issue of their identity as strangers, and stood up against huge powers, including the fictionalization of ideology, racism, and despotism. Kim Hak-chul understood communism as a humanitarian, not a personal cult or individual dictatorship. Most of his work is autobiographical novels that he has experienced and are based on realism. Kim Hak-chul voluntarily chose China to actively fight against reality and showed the reality as it is to change history and politics, but Coetzee did not directly reveal the relationship between the perpetrator and victim, the ruler and the one being ruled, but maintained a certain distance from politics, revealing the reality of society and its system.

'아름다움' 즉, '미(美)'에 대한 인간의 열망은 인류의 오랜 역사와 함께한다. 이러한 아름다움에 대하여 오늘날은 과연 어떻게 생각하고 있을지에 대한 의문에서 본 연구는 출발하였다. 연구를 위하여 질적 연구방법인 '주관성 연구'인 'Q방법론'을 활용하여, 오늘날 우리가 일상에서 생각하는 '아름다움', '미'에 대하여 진술문(Q-statements)을 확보하였다. 조사는 2019년 7월 8일부터 7월 31일까지 32명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 조사분석결과 3가지로 유형화하였다. <유형I> 은 '자기계발 노력', '좋은 인간관계', '배우려는 것' 등의 진술문의 표준점수가 높게 나타남으로써, 「자기계발형」으로 명명하였다. <유형II>는 '열정', '젊은 에너지', '건강한 육체' 등의 진술문의 분포가 높게 나타남을 고려하여 「열정형」으로 명명하였다. <유형III>은 '나 다움', '좋은 인간관계', '자기계발 노력' 등의 진술문이 높게 분포하고 있어, 「나 다움형」으로 명명하였다. 더불어 본 연구를 바탕으로, 향후 실증연구로의 확장연구를 기대한다.

Taijiquan is possible for us to use not only as a martial art, but also as a physical exercise and a way to discipline human mind, and so it is called 'moving-Zen' and is a martial art to discipline human body and mind against different diseases and stress of modern adult people caused by our modern advanced civilization. We can look at natural passion as one of the most fundamental categories in Philosophy as a minimum material unit comprising all nature. Taijiquan is an exercise with natural passion, flowing through all the body, leading the natural passion with our mind, and moving our body with the natural energy. Also, all the motions in Taijiquan were made based on Yin and Yang. Taijiquan is a discipling way to reach Taegeuk through Yin and Yang and to train ourselves together. The realization of Taegeuk is to reach Taegeuk through the discipline of Taegeuk and can lead to Taegeuk through the unification of the inside and the outside(內外合一), the mutually complementing(剛柔相濟), the circling of the heavenly body(周天) of Taijiquan. The strength and the weakness help each other, the mind and the body is unified, the mixture of the rapidness and the slowness is appropriate, the form and the consciousness are combined into one and move, naturally unified into one(形意結合), and progressive and regressive Junsakyung are combined and move, naturally forming Turoh(套路) where Yin and Yang are unified. The discipline of Taijiquan is not only for maintaining our health, but also for leading to Taegeuk, an ultimate entity, which had existed before the day when all things were generated as its essence and has existed since then.

Purpose: In this study, we aim to provide primary source of data for developing a learning program that enhances the students' learning by critically analyzing and adopting the effective class participation factors of the students. Methods: A questionnaire survey has been conducted from the beginning of May to the end of October, 2017. Subjects of the survey was the dental technology students living in W-city et al by random sampling method along with written informed consent. Out of 630 distributed questionnaires, 584 results were used for our analysis. Results: Firstly, the average score of the class participation of all the subjects was 3.08 points out of 5.0, which was broken down into class activity (3.53 points), passion about class (3.51 points), communication factors (2.88 points), class preparation (2.77 points), class extension (2.76 points). Secondly, statistically significant correlations were found between class participation and class satisfaction as shown in (p<.01). Class participation factors that affect the class satisfaction were class preparation(p<.001), class activities(p<.001), passion about class(p<.001), which reveals positive and meaningful results. Explanatory power of the model turned out 50.3%. Conclusion : Considering that class preparation, class activities, and passion about class played a key role in class satisfaction of the student, teachers need to be open minded to reflect the learners' personalized demands and needs in preparing and managing their class. Additionally should be in tandem that provides the students with various routes of class participation.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들이 자신의 미래에 대한 비전의 유 무 및 명확성이 학교생활에 미치는 영향을 분석한 것이다. 우리는 누구나 자신의 비전을 가질 수 있지만 그러나 비전이 명확하고, 비전을 구체화시켜서 비전을 자신의 삶의 목표로 삼을 수 있는지에 따라서 인생의 성공 여부를 결정짓는데 크게 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 명확한 비전을 가지고 대학생활을 하는 대학생일수록 학교생활에 대한 만족감, 열정, 소속감이 강했으며, 학교생활 과정에서 일어나는 여러 가지 부닥치는 좌절 상황에서는 결코 포기하지 않고 부단히 노력한 결과 결국에는 자신의 삶의 목표를 향해 나아가게 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구에서의 분석 결과에 의하면 아직도 많은 대학생들이 자신의 미래에 대한 명확한 비전을 가지고 학교생활을 하는 대학생이 절반도 되지 않는 다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 비전이 대학생에게 미치는 영향과 중요성을 고려한다면 자신의 비전을 빠른 시간 내 가질 수 있도록 학교, 학과, 부모, 선배 등이 비전을 찾을 수 있도록 도와주어야 한다. 대학생들이 자신의 비전을 찾는 방법을 잘 알지 못해서 자신의 미래에 대해 설계를 제대로 하지 못하고 있다면 이제 학교가 나서서 비전을 찾을 수 있도록 지원해 주어야 한다. 그에 대한 구체적 방법으로 비전 찾기 캠프 실시, 비전 찾는 방법에 대한 교육, 다양한 분야의 독서, 리더십 강좌 개설 등을 통해 자신의 명확한 비전을 찾을 수 있도록 지원해야 한다.

This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of hot water ($43-53^{\circ}C{\cdot}5min^{-1}$; $47^{\circ}C{\cdot}2-6min^{-1}$), 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) at $50-300nL\;L^{-1}$ and a combination of hot water ($47/49^{\circ}C{\cdot}5min^{-1}$) and phosphite $40%\;P_2O_5+20%\;K_2O$;$40%\;P_2O_5+10%\;Zn$) in anthracnose control and the effect on fruit quality [fresh weight loss (FWL-%); pH, total soluble solids ($TSS-^{\circ}Brix$), and titratable acidity (TA = % citric acid (CA)] of passion fruit ( Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa ) at the postharvest stage. When the fruits were in the stage of 0% dehydration and fully yellow peels, they were disinfested and inoculated with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. They were then subjected to the above mentioned treatments; this was followed by incubation for 120 h. The diameter of the disease lesions was monitored daily. After the incubation, a physico-chemical analysis was performed. Hot-water treatment resulted in disease reduction at 47 and $49^{\circ}C$ for 4 and 5 min. The combination of hot-water treatment at $47^{\circ}C$ (4 or 5 min) and application of the phosphite of K or Zn significantly reduced disease severity in fruits. The 1-MCP treatment reduced anthracnose severity in passion fruit mainly at $200nL\;L^{-1}{\cdot} 24h^{-1} $. None of the treatments significantly changed the physico-chemical characteristics of the fruit [FWL (2.6-4.1%); pH (3.2-3.5), TSS ($8.9-10.9^{\circ}Brix$), and TA (1.8-2.5% CA)].

본 연구에서는 예비고교생들을 대상으로 교사열정, 교사의 자율성지지와 동료와의 관계성지지, 그릿의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이는 체육수업 현장에서 다양한 교수-학습방법들을 모색하고 효과적인 수업을 위한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 체육 수업을 참여하는 대상자를 중심으로 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)과 판단표본추출법(judgemental sampling)에 의거 선정하였다. 설문에 응답한 200명 중 일괄적인 응답을 하거나 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 18부의 설문지를 제외하고 182부를 통해서 연구를 실시하였다. 체육교사의 열정은 자율성지지와 관계성 지지에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 채택되었다. 관계성지지는 그릿에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 채택되었다. 그러나 자율성지지는 그릿에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타나 기각되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of COVID 19. The effects of COVID 19 are grouped into 5; economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self-confidence. We introduce the concept of personal ambidexterity that is necessary power for cabin crews to provide appropriate and efficient service to passengers. Ambidexterity consists of exploiting existing resources to sustain and exploring the new including method of performing task, customer, market etc. The former is necessary to maintain present condition while the latter is necessary to prepare for the future. Also motive is considered as a stimulating factor for task. Previous studies show that motive affects ambidexterity and we try to analyze whether COVID 19 effects influence this relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: Considering the relationship between the variables, we designed to measure the influence of the effects of COVID 19 by analyzing the moderating effects of them. For empirical analysis we distributed survey questionnaire and collected. Total of 361 samples are used fo the analysis. For analysis program, SPSS version 23 was used. Regression analysis and moderating effect analysis were conducted. Results: Study results show that first, the variables of economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self confidence affects personal ambidexterity and service provision. Also ambidexterity affects service provision significantly. Among COVID 19 effects, economic stress, task concern, and self confidence has moderating effects. On the other hand, new work environment does not have moderating effect. Conclusions: In conclusion, the effects of COVID 19 are wide and various. Among them the most serious effect is that COVID 19 is depriving workers of self confidence and passion toward the work. To remedy stresses and restore self confidence and passion, each worker should make his/her own efforts, such as, learning more to become more competitive, also firms should do make efforts to protect employees and to rebuild trust between firm and employees in every respect. Especially firms should realize that economic stress can be treated by economic compensation as the situation turns to normal but trust as well as self confidence and passion is not easy to restore.
