본 논문은 광대역 무선통신환경에서 3GCPP(3.4 Generation Partnership proiect)에 기반한 비동기 IMT-2000 시스템의 송수신 시스템을 구성하여 기지국의 수신성능을 분석하였다. 적용된 시스템은 이동국과 기지국간의 Uplink 채널 환경을 고려하였으며, 기지국의 수신신호는 다중경로 페이딩(Multi-path Fading)과 다중접속간섭(Mult Access Interference : MAI)의 영향으로 성능이 열화되며 이에 대한 대책으로 Array 안테나를 채용하였을 경우와 MRC-Diversity(Maximal Combing Diversity)를 채용하였을 경우의 수신성능을 동일한 환경에서 비교 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 적용한 Array 안테나는 수신 신호의 방향에 파라 적응적으로 추적하여 수신 SNR(Singnal-to-Noise power Ratio)을 최대로 형성하여 시스템의 성능을 개선하는 기법이며, 안테나의 방향성(Directivity : =2.67을 이용하는 3-element Array 안테나를 채용하였다. 최대비 합성 다이버시티 기법은 다이버시티 기법 중 수신효율이 가장 좋으며 가지수(L=2)를 함수로 사용하였다. 성능분석 결과 다중경로 페이딩과 다중접속간섭 환경에서 최대비 합성 다이버시티 기법이 Array 안테나보다 약 Eb/No=4[dB]정도 수신효율이 우수하였다.

항만산업의 관련기관들은 각기 다른 목표를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 상이한 목표를 가지는 항만산업체의 최적활동을 달성하기 위한 공급연쇄 모델링 과정을 제시하며, 이를 분석하는 프레임을 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 목표를 달성하기 위해 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용하였으며. 시뮬레이션 변수로서 정보공유와 파트너쉽을 설정하였다.

There seems to be a renewed interest in interorganizational relationship to search ofr strategic information partnerships. It is particularly noteworthy that no study has yet reported configurations at the level of interorganizational relationships nor compared such configurations across different types of IOS(interorganizational Infromation System). This paper seeks to uncover dominant configurations of interorganizational relationships across the various types of IOS. We integrate relevant theoretical concepts from transaction cost economics, organization theory and political economy to develop a conceptual model of interorganizational relationships based on the fit between information processing needs and information processing capabilities. We empirically uncover a set of hypothesis toward the patterns of interorganizational relationships. Moreover the implications for further research pertaining to the logic and development of configurations were proposed.

3 Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)에서는 3세대 이동통신 기술 중의 하나인 Universal Mobile Telecommunications System(UMTS)의 무선 구간의 안전한 통신을 위해 인증 및 키 교환 프로토콜인 Authentication and Key Agreement(UMTS AKA) 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 하지만, UMTS AKA는 네트워크 대역폭 소모, 저장 공간의 오버헤드, SQN의 동기화 문제 등이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 UMTS AKA 프로토콜의 문제점들을 해결하는 티켓 기반의 T-AKA 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로토콜은 프라이버시를 보호하고 상호 인증이 가능하며 전방향 안전성을 제공한다.

3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) is defining UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) releases which span the transition from GSM/UMTS coexistence to All-IP UMTS networks. The deployment of an UMTS network depends, in the first place, on the intended service offerings and the release an operator chooses to start service with. Other key decisions in-fluencing UMTS deployment relate to the timing of the functional enhancements and capacity increases along the economic life of the network. This paper gives an overview on the architectural and technical options for UMTS deployment. It also outlines the methodology underlying the business plan aimed at estimating the returns from investments in the UMTS infrastructure, thus helping to tune operators’ strategies for UMTS deployment.

This study exmines an assessment of research parks in developed countries, focusing on points of quantitative and qualitative information on the parks described. including the impetus for their development; their corporate structures/relationships to the universities; their stage of development ; their research emphasis; their source of funding. Also a similar assessment has been made for the research parks developed and planned in Korea. It has been found that the research park in Korea is very requsite in many points of view but problematic issue. Based on these analysis, it is suggested that a proper model of research park in Korea is small size and university initiatives. In developing research parks in Korea, emphasis has been made mainly on incubation of start-up high technology companies, but emphasis should be made equally on advancement of existing technology for industries.

3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)는 3세대 이동통신인 UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System)의 초기 표준화 이후 HSPA(High Speed Packet Access), MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service) 등의 기술 개발로 UMTS 시스템을 지속적으로 발전시켜 왔다. 그리고, 최근 새로운 무선 접속 기술에 기반한 LTE(Long Term Evolution)시스템에 대한 표준화를 거의 완료하고 ITU-R(International Telecommunications Union-Radio)의 IMT-Advanced 요구사항을 만족하는 LTE-Advanced 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 한편 최근 다양한 무선 접속 기술간 핸드오버 기술이 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라 LTE-Advanced에서도 이를 수용하기 위한 기술이 요구된다. 본 고에서는 3GPP에서 추진하고 있는 LTE-Advanced기술의 표준화 동향과 향후 이에 적용 가능한 다양한 무선 접속 기술간의 핸드오버 지원 기술을 살펴봄으로써 LTE-Advanced에서의 끊김없는 이동성(seamless mobility) 제공을 위한 근간을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we implement measurement functionality for the 3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) modem. Generally speaking, the receiving algorithms in normal modems cannot be used directly to the measurement system due to the lack of the measurement accuracy. In this paper, we propose the new measurement algorithm for precise 3GPP WCDMA signal measurements. In the measurement algorithm, 4-stage parameters estimation scheme is used. To improve the measurement accuracy, we increase the number of the received signal samples by interpolation. The proposed 3GPP WCDMA signal measurement algorithm can be used for verifying and implementing SoC/FPGA modem measurement systems.

The purpose of this study is to identify the interorganizational factors that influence both the supplier-buyer's EDI utilization and the business performance in domestic retail industry. In terms of successful supply chain implementation and operation, we deduced the structural factors in the context of the interorganizational characteristics between mass merchandisers and vendors. This study therefore focused on suggesting the ways of managing the partnership in supply chain and conceptualizing the big picture of EDI development model in the scope of a retailer's IT strategy. This paper implicates that it is important to leverage the level of organizational capabilities for the success of supply chain adoption and operation. In the stream of SCM initiatives from the manufacturing industry, retailers should concentrate on improving the interorganizational environment and implementing the effective information technology for supporting business strategy.

Infinite competition on ICT industries is starting again. The basis of competence over global dominance will be human resource, a global ecosystem for products and national agenda for science and technology, etc.. This paper presents the six solution for the Global Competitiveness and Coexistence of Korean ICT Industries. Korea should nurture the brand of "World Best Korean ICT Forever" to secure technical competency of ICT related fields in global market. All ICT technologies should be aligned to global standard and market demand from beginning and the ecosystem around product needs to be established. System framework for utilizing the resource of core SW experts must be established. Through global partnership with China as manufacturing base for Korea-developed products, technical competency can be maintained including product planning. Security measure for technical assets is mandatory. Finally, core technology that will drive the future of ICT industries in Korea should be regarded as core subjects.
