SCM(Supply Chain Management) is one of the important issues in internet-based business environment. This study intends to suggest a research model to investigate the influence of environmental, organizational, technical factors on successful SCM system implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the organizational characteristics of SCM adoption on successful implementation of SCM systems, including the moderating effects of competitiveness. 122 companies data were collected by survey. The results of hypothesis testing showed that project management is the most important determinants to influence successful SCM system implementation. In addition to that, top management support, IS maturity have positive influence to successful implementation of SCM systems in direct effect model. Also, the results of hypothesis testing in moderating effect model show that competitiveness has a positive impact to successful implementation of SCM systems.

The Intelligent Manufacturing Systems (IMS) Rapid Product Development (RPD) Project is an international partnership formed to build a pre-competitive research and development program that will address the integration of new technologies in manufacturing and provide an infrastructure for industry to cooperate much more closely in the product development cycle. In this explanatory paper, a research trend of the RPD project is briefly presented, together with its background and state-of-the-art, focusing on objectives and target results of its sub-projects which include rapid development of functional parts and tools, validation and reverse engineering, and information logistic system.

The guarantee funds for government policy fund, venture capital investment fund, technology guarantee debt are the core parts of the external financing system in the constant technology innovation company. However, the enterpriser's requirement to keep the technology innovation with minimized management intervention and policy maker's hope to advance technology development with clear operation of funds is enough to request for research of the project investment plan to the R&D project. This paper will analyze whether technology innovation company that creates cash flow prefers to the project investment as a financing program or not, and if prefers, what characters of company affect on this preference. The more the company that pursuit the additional R&D activity separated to on-going items becomes over the fixed size, the more prefers the project investment as future external fund-raising. Together with that, this paper suggests that we can apply the plan like special purpose vehicle, SWORD(Stock Warrant Off-Balance sheet R&D) and R&D Limited Partnership as R&D project investment policy, and improve the system itself.

오늘날 이동통신 시대를 맞이하여 사용자에게 Anywhere, Anytime, Anybody, 그리고 Anyplace(4A) 조건을 보장해 주는 3세대인 Universal Mobile Telecommunication System/International Mobile Telecommuni-cation-2000(UMTS/IMT-2000) 비동기 시스템은 기존의 여러 종류의 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 개선된 무선 접속으로 다양한 이동 환경 하에서 여러 가입자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이와 같이 UMTS/IMT-2000 비동기 시스템에서는 저속의 음성에서 2Mbps까지의 전송속도를 가지는 데이터, 영상 등의 멀티미디어 서비스와 이동 가입자에게 전 세계 어디를 가든 통화할 수 있는 국제 로밍 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 UMTS/IMT-2000 기반인 Third Generation Project Partnership(3GPP)의 제3세대 이동통신망인 UMTS에 대하여 살펴 본 후 최대 2Mbps급의 트래픽 및 실시간 멀티미디어 응용을 위한 개선된 QoS를 지원하는 UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN)의 구조를 기술하였다. 특히, 기지국 및 핵심망과 접속되는 무선망 제어국의 구조, 특성, 그리고 기능에 대하여 논하였다.

This study sets a purpose to realize what top managements in companies think as critical success factors of QM, using CSF(Critical Success Factors) method. The methodology of this study consists of literature research and empirical analysis using data collected from interviewing and questionnaire. Medium and small sized manufacturing companies are the subject of this study. Following CSFs of QM are found. (1)Management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer and customer satisfaction. (2)Creation of atmosphere that attach great importance to technology. (3)Philosophy of honesty and faithfulness. (4)Positive thinking and creation of atmosphere that help with each other. (5)Rearmament of entrepreneur spirit. (6)Need on recognition of partnership between labor and management. (7)Participation and will of top management. (8)Principle of Participation of entire members. (9)Harmony of innovation and continuous improvement. (10)Establishment of overall quality-related system. A Recognition of need on ISO-9000 series.

Inter-Korean Economic Cooperation needs to a different strategy for developing synergy effects, suggesting they should be selected for role to the unification Korea. In the this paper, Three policy-strategies is suggested as follows. Firstly, Economic Cooperation Driving Committee of Inter-Korean Digital Cultural Content is necessary the recovering of cultual consubstantiality and the operating of business partnership in the divided peninsular. Secondly, To cultural contents cooperation between South-North Korea. the exchange of learning and information must be activated constantly. as the cultural contents is creative industrial, it needs for imagination and creative of human and understanding of a fine arts, a traditional arts. Thirdly, A policy and system is inevitable to construction of Inter Korean Cooperation Digital Contents. South-North Korea, including a North Korea having a excellent cultural heritage, must jointly recovery for cultural contents. Under social-economic system, a consumers of digital contents pay to the format creator many royalty. Therefore, We must prepare to roll out a series of new creative contents, and have competitive advantages in the global market.

In this paper, a new speed sensorless control based on an instantaneous reactive power and a fuzzy PI compensator are proposed for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drives. The conventional fixed gain PI and PID controllers are very sensitive to step change of command speed, parameter variations and load disturbance. Also, to the estimated speeds are compensated by using an instantaneous reactive power in synchronously rotating reference frame. In a fuzzy compensator, the system control parameters are adjusted by a fuzzy rule based system, which is a logical model of the human behavior for process control. The effectiveness of algorithm is confirmed by the experiments.

Coordinated Multi-Point (CoMP) transmission / reception is being studied in Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) for future evolution of the $3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) LTE. Support of soft handover is essential for improving the performance of cell edge users. CoMP provides a natural framework for enabling soft handover in the LTE system. This paper evaluates the soft handover gain in LTE-A downlink. Mathematical analysis of signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) gain and the handover margins for soft handover and hard handover are derived. CoMP system model is developed and an inter-cell and intra-cell interference model is derived, taking into account the pathloss, shadowing, cell loading, and traffic activity. Reference signal received power (RSRP) is used to define the triggers and the measurements for soft handover. Our results indicate that parameter choices such as handover margin and the CoMP set size impact CoMP performance gain.

In the modem information society any library can not meet the need of its user without cooperation with other libraries. After the Second World War the old West Germany in the general kept the traditional library system, but (the library system of) the old Estern Germany was influenced by the Soviet Union. The East and West Germany have developed their library interlending system on their own way, but their system was based on the regional principle. After the Unification the library interlending system of two parts of Germany is on the way to an uniform system. Above all East Germany libraries must now collect the materials which they could not buy during about 40 years due to the ideological aspect and lacking financial resources. The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft tries here to help the East German libraries. Before reaching the final settlment of two different library interrlending rules the East and West German libraries temporary serve their user on the previous way, it means in the regional princeple. During this periode the East and West German libraries agree to cooperate on the base of partnership between their regional central catalog. If the East German user's wish can not be satisfied in the East German library, then this wish is sent to its Western partner regional central catalog.

차세대 이동통신 시스템 규격으로서 3GPP LTE-Advanced (Third Generation Partnership Project Long Term Evolution-Advanced)는 급격하게 증가하는 무선 데이터 트래픽 요구를 해결하기 위해 펨토 셀 혹은 피코 셀과 같은 소형 기지국 및 단말과 단말 사이에 근거리 통신을 수행하는 D2D (Device-to-Device) 통신 방식을 도입하였다. 대형 기지국인 매크로 셀과 소형 기지국인 펨토 셀과 피코 셀 그리고 D2D 통신이 한 개의 셀 내에 혼재하면서 생기는 다양한 간섭 상황이 정리되었으며, 이를 해결하기 위해서 다양한 주제 범위에서 연구가 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 HetNet (Heterogeneous Network)에서 매크로 셀과 타 기종 네트워크 사이의 간섭을 관리하고 주파수 효율성을 높일 수 있는 간섭회피 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 CCN (Cluster Coordinator Node)의 도움을 받는 셀간 간섭회피 방법은 하나의 MeNB (Macro enhanced Node-B)와 다수 소형 셀들이 공존하는 HetNet 환경에서 다수 소형 셀들을 하나의 CCN이 관리하는 구조를 고려한다. HetNet에서 셀간 간섭관리를 위한 구체적인 방법으로 본 논문에서는 CCN 영역 내에 사용자들의 간섭회피를 위한 자원할당 방법을 제안하고, 이들 성능을 시스템 레벨 모의시험을 통해 검증하였다.
