This paper discusses the implications of the MASTER SPEC project and its introduction to Korea in terms of social and political contexts. The motives for this report starts from both theoretical and empirical puzzles. Its theoretical motive is concerned to the right form of governance of electric-construction standardardization. Upon the experience of the United States and many European countries, we have acknowledged the role of government in the setting of industrial policy formats and standardization. However, the mechanisms of industrial governance have greatly changed these days, from the centralized one to the participatory one. We call the latter type governance. The form of governance implies the participation of both public and private actors in the policy-making of industrial matters. We have sought to find a better format in the case of electric-construction field. The answer is: the governance initiated by the private actors rather than the government-centered one. The project of MASTER SPEC, in this sense, has many probable implications toward the standard-setting of future industrial managements in Korea.

Under high agricultural automation in rice farming, cultivation acreage expansion can be considered for the economies of scale. Also, considering the circumstances of higher ratio in leased farms than independent farms, Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland can be the most public and transparent method to expand cultivation acreage for lease farming. Therefore, this research observes the various factors such as application motives, satisfaction, and demands of Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland, which the importance is on the rise and serves as a means to increase agricultural expansion, as well as its operational performance analysis. The research results and implications are as follows. Long-term Leasing Business of Farmland have positive effects such as ensuring stable farming through documental contract, providing convenience because the lease contractor requires no meetings during the contract period, providing opportunities to expand the farm size, and acquiring economical gain which is linked to satisfaction aspects of the businesses. On the other hand, demands such as strengthened business advertisement, writing business documents by correlating with related organizations, and clear lease price configuration were made by the businesses. To bring improvements, this research proposes; 1) expanding support to related businesses, 2) providing convenience through related organization correlations, and 3) configuring clear lease prices considering the regional conditions.

A great deal needs to be learned about why and how users participate and consume information on various online sites. The design of socio-technical systems especially for promoting engagement in terms of maximum user participation is both a theoretical and real-world challenge that researchers strive to understand. At present, most of the research on the motives of Internet video users' behavior focuses on the user's "viewing motivation" and "sharing motivation", and lacks the analysis of the factors affecting users' "subscription motivation". This study will attempt to compensate for this gap. Based on the YouTube platform, we take Chinese video users as the research object and uses the "Censydiam user motivation analysis model" to make assumptions about user subscription motivation from the two levels of social needs and personal needs, using regression analysis. Validate the hypothesis and get the influencing factors that may be available in the user's subscription motivation based on the assumptions. Built on survey data from 215 respondents, the study found that Enjoyment, Vitality, Power, and Conviviality are four factors that influence user motivation.

Objectives : In order to study the standardization of Qi-gong, and the important spread of education in Qi-gong, we investigated to the cognition of Qi-gong. Method : The descriptive investigation was accomplished to examine the level about the standardization of Qi-gong and the propensity with the Qi-gong training specialist, Qi-gong experience people and non-experience people on a national scale. The data of 572 question papers (140 specialists, 132 Qi-gong experience people, 300 non experience people) were analyzed. The period of the data collection was from Jun, 1, 2009 to Jun, 30, 2009. Result : The motives of Qi-gong participation were Qi-gong training and the individual health. The merit of Qi-gong was beneficial to health. The difficulties of Qi-gong training were the serial motion and doing training alone. And in order to popularize Qi-gong, the motion must simple and the spread of Qi-gong need. The reason of non-participation was the deficiency of the contact opportunity and the reason of participation was beneficial to health. In the future, the national policy for the activation of Qi-gong was the spread of the national exercise through the standardization of Qi-gong. Qi-gong was used in the side of the prevention and the principle of Qi-gong need the modern reinterpretation. And the effect of Qi-gong was more effective in musculoskeletal disease and the valuable part of Qi-gong was the health-longevity. Conclusion : With this, in order to develop the value of Qi-gong, the national support policy will be necessary. And the standardization of Qi-gong motion and program, the development of easy exercise, the educational prevalance, and publicity campaign will be necessary.

본 연구는 레저스포츠 참여동기를 유형화하고 그 유형에 따라 레저스포츠웨어에 대한 소비자의 요구 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 선호 소재의 기능성은 움직임, 쾌적성, 체온유지 등으로 구성되었고, 구매 시 고려요인은 기본 중시, 과시성 중시, 실용성 중시 등 3개의 하위요인이 추출되었다. 개선 요구사항은 기본 기능 개선과 다양한 기능 추가 요인으로 구성되었고, 구매 만족 요인은 브랜드와 실용성, 디자인, 기능성 등 3개의 요인으로 구성되었다. 해양 레저스포츠 참여동기는 매니아, 여가, 건강 유형으로 그룹화되었다. 선호 소재의 기능성은 매니아 유형과 여가 유형이 건강 유형보다 움직임, 쾌적성, 체온유지 기능성을 선호하였다. 구매 시 고려요인은 매니아 유형과 여가 유형이 건강 유형보다 기본 중시, 과시성 중시, 실용성 중시 요인에 대한 고려가 더 높았다. 개선 요구사항에서는 기본기능 개선과 다양한 기능 추가 모두 매니아 유형이 가장 높고 건강 유형이 가장 낮았다. 구매 만족 요인에서는 실용성과 브랜드는 여가 유형이 높았고, 기능성 요인은 매니아 유형과 건강 유형이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 매니아층을 위해서는 기능성과 추가기능에 초점을 맞추고 건강 유형은 디자인이나 활용도 등을 중심으로 제품 개발이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 노인의 평생교육 참여동기가 진로장벽에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이 영향에 대한 소득의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서 확인한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 평생교육 참여동기가 진로장벽에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 둘째, 노인의 소득이 진로장벽에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 노인의 평생교육 참여동기와 진로장벽의 관계에서 소득의 조절효과는 어떠한가? 이를 위해 D시에서 평생교육프로그램에 참여하고 있는 65세 이상의 노인 187명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 결과를 위해 주요변수의 상관관계를 확인하였으며, 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 평생교육 참여동기는 진로장벽에 부적인 영향이 있음을 확인했다. 평생교육에 참여하거나 참여한 노인은 능력을 발전시키고, 인정받음으로써 진로장벽이 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 노인의 소득은 진로장벽에 유의한 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 소득이 많을수록 진로장벽의 부적 관계가 강화됨을 확인했다. 셋째, 노인의 평생교육 참여동기와 진로장벽의 관계에서 소득은 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 프로축구 서포터스 커뮤니티의 형성동기, 형성과정, 소비경험 및 커뮤니티 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 ethnographic 면접, 참여관찰, 참고자료의 수집 등으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료를 종합하여 주요주제를 심층적으로 기술하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 서포터스의 형성과 확산과정은 개인적 특징(취미, 성격 등), 팀의 특징(팀의 성과, 스타선수, 시설, 볼거리 등) 및 외부요인(매체의 동향, 동료와 친구의 권유 등)에 의하여 영향을 받고 있었고 서포터스는 온라인과 오프라인에서의 다양한 활동들을 통하여 친밀감, 응집력, 자부심 등을 경험하게 되면서 커뮤니티가 확산되고 있었다. 한편, 서포터스 활동을 통하여 형성된 커뮤니티의 특징은 동류의식, 의례와 전통, 자발적 책임감으로 구분되어 분석되었는데, 동류의식은 기쁨, 즐거움, 재미, 흥분과 같은 감정차원에, 의례와 전통은 열정, 희망, 사랑, 활력과 같은 감정차원에, 자발적 책임감은 만족, 열의, 불안함, 후회와 같은 감정차원에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서포터스들은 커뮤니티 활동을 통하여 커뮤니티에 대한 애착을 갖게 되고, 이러한 커뮤니티 애착은 팀 및 선수에 대한 애착을 증가시키고 있었고 각 팀이 판매하는 브랜드에 대한 평가에 미치는 영향은 팀 사정에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있었다.

본 연구는 고학력 성인학습자의 교육동기에 관한 것으로 고학력 성인학습자의 교육 참여 현상을 이해하고 그 특성을 분석하는 사전 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 연구 참여자들과의 심층 면담을 통해 참여자들이 진술하는 진솔하고도 생생한 언어적 자료를 현상학적 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 고학력 성인학습자의 교육 참여 본질을 파악하여 사회복지교육에 대한 구체적이고 다양한 교육적 요구에 반영할 수 있을 것이다. 고학력 성인학습자에 대한 교육동기의 분석은 나아가 고학력 성인학습자의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 방안과도 연결이 된다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육의 동기를 살펴본 결과, 사례1과 사례2 모두 목표지향형의 특징으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육의 본질을 살펴본 결과, 사례1은 교육에 대한 심층적인 의미, 세부적인 교육의 본질 및 의미를 파악하고 있었다. 사례2의 경우, 교육의 동기에서 제시한 목표와 달리 학습지향형의 특징이 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지교육을 학습한 후 사회복지에 대한 의미변화를 살펴본 결과, 사례1은 다양한 사회복지에 대한 영역을 이해하는 계기가 되었고, 사회복지사로서 전문적인 자원봉사활동가로 사회에 기여를 할 수 있다는 자신감이 생긴 것을 알수 있었다. 사례2는 열악한 사회복지현장을 설명할 수 있었으며, 사회복지사의 전문성에 대해 이해하고 설명할 수 있었다. 넷째, 온라인대학은 오프라인대학에 비해 공간적, 시간적 유연성이 있다는 장점이 있고, 자기주도 학습을 할 수 있다는 특징이 있다.

Due to the changes of modern society, alternative types of nuclear family so called as commuting family have appeared. Also, with the increase of women's economic participation and their needs of self-actualization, dual-career commuting family have increased. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is any difference between the traditional commuting family and dual-career commuting family in terms of family relation, types of child-care and social support. Also, this study qualitatively analysed parenting-guilty of the mothers of commuting family. One eight seven mothers of three to eight year-old participated the survey. The main results were as follows : (1) In case of traditional commuting family, children cohabit with the mother and usually fathers move between two houses. But among the dual-career commuting family, there are some children who cohabit with the father and some mothers who move. Dual-career commuting family relied on the more types of child-care than traditional commuting family. (2) While traditional commuting family get more support for child-rearing from the husband's family of origin than dual-career commuting family, wife's family of origin provide more support to the dual-career commuting family. The more support the husband's family of origin provide, the more stress both types of commuting family experience. However, there was no significant relationship between the support from the wife's family of origin or friends and the stress of the mothers of both types of commuting family. (3) Mothers of two types of commuting families were different regarding the motives of parenting-guilty Difficulty of caring the children for their job as well as father-absentness makes mothers of dual-career commuting family feel parenting-guilty more.

Our time is called as the era of information-oriented society and up-to-date scientific technology, but it can be also called as the era of image. It is because the image has much influence upon our everyday life. In the deluge of images, the delivery of image Is a better and faster synergic tool than the delivery of language, and this trend is consistent with the phases of the times in which the analog modality of synergy is converted into the digital one. The image is a picture that is formed by a physical process, and is all the figures reflected by electronic equipments that reproduce the image. After the discovery of photograph in 1893, the image has been appeared first with the form of movie, and then with the form of TV. However, the appearance of such unidirectional synergic tools as movies and TV. has provided artists with some creative motives with which they intercommunicate their messages via some experimental bidirectional synergic tools. Among image-media arts, the performance of installation and participation is an important example that causes many changes through conceptional conversion, such as the conception of the time in space and formative characteristics. What satisfy this trend have been videos, lasers, holographic, and etc. Furthermore, the appearance of computer has provided a synesthesia, that is, a virtual reality, and mixed a real image with a visional one. The image-media art will realize better synergy through combining brand new machines, informational technology, and art, and have much influence upon our everyday life formatively and artistically in the future. with this study, through analyzing the meaning of relationship between image equipments and space.
