본 논문에서는 강원도에 위치한 기업과 지자체 및 지역대학간 실시되고 있는 중소기업 이업종 교류회의 활동방향에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 일본에서 활발하게 실시되고 있는 이업종 교류회가 우리나라에서도 발전하기 위해서는 중소기업뿐만 아니라 지역에 있는 기관들이 중소기업 발전을 위해 유기적인 관계를 갖고 상생을 위해 발전할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 특히 지역 대학이 이업종 교류회의 중심에 서서 중소기업이 요구하는 애로기술, 경영, 디자인 등을 지원할 경우에 교류회의 발전 속도는 매우 빠르게 진행될 것이다. 본 논문은 강원도라는 지역적인 한계를 갖고 있으며, 앞으로 전국적인 이업종교류회 발전에 대해 연구 조사를 실시하여 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This study aims to investigate the status quo and identify the challenges and benefits of the digital transformation in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. The six participating SMEs were purposely contacted, and they were either nominated for, or received the Vietnam Digital Awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020, which were held by the Vietnam Digital Communication Association (http://en.vdca.org.vn/). A qualitative research method is adopted, using a semi-structured interview method and a theoretical triangulation of legitimacy, stakeholder and stewardship theories to facilitate the investigation. This research tries to identify the current challenges and benefits for digital transformation of SMEs in Vietnam, based on perception and experience from business leaders and managers from six SMEs in Vietnam. The findings of this study reveal that besides the recent challenges for digital transformation, participants also experienced and shared their perspectives regarding the benefits received from the digital transformation journey of their organization, which varied from (i) improve operational as well as business functions; (ii) liberate staffs and managers from daily work and allows them to focus on decision-making tasks; (iii) enable solutions to deal with consequences from the COVID-19 pandemic; (iv) enhance value creation process; and (v) help firms to align with the global business standards.

The purpose of this study lies in enhancing an understanding of on-line collaboration among manufacturing companies for innovation. To meet this purpose, this study adopts Eisenhart(1989)'s case study approach to explore the success factors of on-line collaboration among Korean small-medium-sized manufacturing companies. Firstly, an exhaustive case study is conducted for four collaboration hubs in the Korean injection mold industry. This study identify the success factors through a structured questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews based on experts of K Institute, which performs the overall management of the collaboration hubs, and personnel of the participating businesses and vendors. Secondly, AHP analysis is conducted to identify the priorities among the success factors. Finally, several propositions of on-lin collaboration are derived.

The small group activities (SGA) was introduced into some of enterprises in Korea in 1967 and plant division, Saemaul undong Headquarters had encouraged Quality Control Circles (QCC) within the manufacturing corporations in assistance of central government. Registered small groups as of august 31, 1984 amounted up to 78,243 units and the number of members were 791,512. Meanwhile, small and medium industries have mostly introduced small group activities considerably later and less actively managed than large business. Main reasons for the less effectiveness of the activities are due to lack of management skills and less awareness of it from management and workers group. Effective small group activities are presumed to be successful only with labor management cooperation on the basis of human-oriented management philosophy. The small group activities are also prevalent in service sector. More derivative methods have been developed and more members are willingly participating in training programs. The small group which is basically a horizontal organization unit, promotes communication within the whole organization. In consideration of the social circumstances and traditions, the flexible model of the small group activities suitable to the corporate environment, will contribute to industrial development.

Ten years have passed since the establishment of korea small and medium enterprises hybrid business association(KOSHBA). KOSHBA is composed of over 280 regional groups; over 5,700 enterprises are participating in the association. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of Community Health Nurse Practitionses using the Community Health Post Information System(CHPIS). The information system that have been introduced in 1994 and used by 400 Community Health Posts(CHPs) since 1997, which is about $20\%$ of the total CHPs nationwide. Twenty-five CHPs from two provinces participated in the analysis. Seventy-two percent of the CHPs among the participating CHPs started using the system since 1996. The degree of utilization of the information system was classified into three groups (i. e., high. medium, and low). The results revealed that only $48\%$ utilized the system with high level. The areas of analysis of the information system included characteristics of community residents, environmental attributes, and job analysis of Community Health Nurse Practitioners(CHNPs). The study results indicated that primary health care and drug demand and supply system showed the highest level of satisfaction in utilizing the information system by CHNPs.

A numerical investigation has been performed to discuss the radiation-affected steady-laminar natural convection in an enclosure under a large temperature difference. Due to inherent nature of this study, the Boussinesq approximation is no longer valid. Therefore the radiating fluid in an enclosure is treated as a ideal gas. To examine the effects of thermal radiation on thermo-fluid dynamic behaviors in complex geometries, two incomplete partitions are introduced. Based on the results of this study, the dispositions of incomplete partitions with radiatively participating medium are found to incur a distinct difference in fluid-dynamic as well as thermal behavior.

A numerical investigation has been performed to discuss the radiation-affected steady-laminar natural convection induced by a hot inner cylinder under a large temperature difference in the annuli filled with a gray gas. To examine the effects of thermal radiation on thermo-fluid dynamic behaviors in the eccentric geometry, the generalized body-fitted coordinate system is introduced while the finite volume method (FVM) is used for solving the radiative transport equation. After validating the numerical results for the case without radiation, the detailed radiation effect has been discussed. Based on the results of this study, when there exists a large temperature difference between two cylinders, the existence of radiatively participating medium is found to incur a distinct difference in fluid dynamic as well as thermal behavior.
