일부 위탁급식 중.고등학교 학부모의 급식모니터링 활동여부에 따른 급식만족도 조사 (A Study on Parents' Satisfaction with School Foodservice by Foodservice Monitoring Participation)

  • This study was carried out to compare parents' satisfaction with school foodservice between participants and non-participants of foodservice monitoring. Surveys were conducted in six schools that implemented foodservice monitoring. In these schools, 126 participants and 167 non-participants were surveyed. The results were as follows: The participant group was more satisfied with taste (participation 3.63, non-participation 3.20), quantity (participation 3.69, non-participation 3.20), and menu composition (participation 3.67, non-participation 3.16) than the non-participant group. In addition, the satisfaction level of the participant group (3.74) was significantly higher than that of the non-participant group (3.24) (p<0.01). It was also indicated that the overall level of trust toward the foodservice operation was significantly higher in the participant group (3.90) than in the non-participant group (3.32) (p<0.001). After participating in monitoring, 74.8% of the parents changed their perception on school foodservice and 84.7% of them became to have more positive views. In conclusion, we found that parents' participation in school foodservice monitoring had positive effects on their satisfaction and perceptions on school foodservice.

전시서비스에 대한 참관객 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participant's Satisfaction on the Exhibition Service)

  • 본 연구는 전시서비스의 속성이 참관객 만족도에 참관목적과 참관경험, 참관 횟수에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 분석하고, 전시회의 성공적 개치와 국내 전시산업의 질적 성장을 위하여 전시회 개최 및 운영에 대한 새로운 평가 기준의 토대가 될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 참관객을 특성별로 세분하여 차별화된 전략이 필요하다. 둘째, 참관객이 인지하는 중요도와 만족도 요소를 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 정부 및 전시산업관계자들의 적극적인 투자와 보완이 필요하다. 시사점으로는 첫째, 상품/정보추구의 참관객은 부대환경, 일반적인 참관객은 체류비용 및 주변의 관광관련 서비스를 중요하게 여긴다. 둘째, 전시장내 휴식공간, 소방안전, 환기/냉난방시설 등을 중요시 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 전시서비스의 개별속성을 지속적으로 의견을 수렴하여 최적의 환경을 제공해야 한다.

  • 이 연구는 마라톤대회 서비스품질이 서비스가치 및 참여자만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 자료분석을 위하여 마라톤대회에 참여하는 참여자를 대상으로 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 불성실한 응답 21부를 제외한 총 329(94%)의 자료를 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위하여 PASW 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 마라톤 서비스품질은 서비스가치에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 마라톤 서비스품질은 참여자만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스가치는 참여자만족에 영향을 미쳤다.

일부 노인의 보철장착에 따른 구강건강행태와 구강관리 요구도 조사 (A study of the oral health status and the need of oral management of elderly)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was identified about oral health status and oral health needs of elderly. Moreover this study would be based further research of development of oral health in elderly. Methods : This study was undertaken to determine the oral health status and the need of oral management of over 65years elderly who were with dental prosthesis in elderly welfare center and Kyung Ro Dong in Kyung Bok and Kyung Nam. The results were as follows. Results : The sample was 200 participants. The demographical characteristic were that 74.0% of participant was female, 29.0% of participant was 75~79 years old, 42.5% of participant was under elementary, and 45.5% of participant was living alone. 43.7% of participant was pain from muscle-skeletal disease, 37.1% of participant was cardiac-vascular disease, and 31.1% of participant was ophthalmic disease. In oral health status, 54.5% of participant was partly artificial tooth and 45% of participant was whole artificial tooth. 78.0% of participant used under 10 years with partly artificial tooth and only 27.4% were satisfaction with artificial tooth. 83.5% of participant used under 10 years with whole artificial tooth and only 26.4% were satisfaction with artificial tooth. In the oral health status of partly artificial tooth, the average of toothbrush was 2 times, 42.2%. The majority method of toothbrush was 'their own freely' 55.0%. The time of toothbrush was 'after meal' 81.8%. The study result showed that majority participant didn't experience of tongue brush, regular examination, scaling, and oral health education. In the need of oral management with the whole artificial tooth, the participant who used longer artificial tooth was significantly higher about artificial irrigation and the method of management(p<.05). The need of participant who answered 'don't gum massage', was higher of xerostomia treatment(p<.01) and halitosis treatment(p<.05). In the need of oral management with the partly artificial tooth, the participant who used longer artificial tooth was significantly higher about regular examination(p<.01), oral cavity massage(p<.05), scaling(p<.05), dental caries treatment(p<.01). The need of participant who answered 'don't satisfaction with artificial tooth' was higher of regular examination and scaling(p<.05). Conclusions : Oral management needs of elderly who kept artificial tooth or denture required were regular dental examination, xerostomia management, management of artificial tooth and irrigation, and management of bad breath. This results meaned the oral health intervention program for elderly was developed regularly.

컨벤션센터 선택속성이 참가자만족에 미치는 영향과 도시이미지·매력성의 조절효과: 상하이 컨벤션센터를 중심으로 (The Effects of Convention Center Selection Attributes on Participant's Satisfaction and Moderating Effects of City Image and Attractiveness: Focusing on Shanghai Convention Center)

  • 본 논문의 주요 목적은 컨벤션센터 선택속성이 참가자 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 특히, 도시이미지와 도시매력성의 조절효과를 규명하는데 중점을 둔다. 컨벤션센터의 선택속성은 여러 가지 차원으로 구성되며, 참가자 만족에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 가정한다. 본 연구에서는 컨벤션센터 선택속성으로 7가지 즉, 주요시설, 부대시설, 운영관리, 인적서비스, 숙박 식음료, 접근성, 주변여건 등으로 범주화 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 상하이 현지에서 컨벤션센터를 방문한 외국인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종분석에서는 수집된 260부의 설문지 중 불성실한 응답을 제외한 237부의 설문지가 사용되었다. 분석결과, 구조모형의 적합도 지수는 이상적인 기준치를 보여 분석모형은 전반적으로 지지되었다. 주요 분석 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요시설, 부대시설, 인적서비스, 접근성, 주변여건은 컨벤션 참가자들의 만족에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 컨벤션센터 선택속성이 참가자 만족에 미치는 영향관계에서 도시이미지와 매력성의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 주요시설과 접근성 등의 일부 요인들에 있어서 정(+)의 유의한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 컨벤션 개최지 도시의 이미지와 매력성은 참가자들의 만족을 강화시킬 수 있는 주요 요인임을 확인하게 되었다.

전시회의 참가동기와 서비스품질이 참가자 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Participation Motivation and Service Quality on Satisfaction of the Trade Exhibition Participants)

  • This research intends to explore two questions: 1) how the service qualities of trade exhibitions affect the participant's satisfaction, and 2) how participation motivation moderates the relationship's between the service quality and satisfaction. For this purpose, the service qualities were measured with respect to three components: 1) core services, 2) physical environments, and 3) personal services of trade exhibitions. The results showed that the core services had largest impact on the participant's satisfaction among three components. The influence of the personal services was next strong, and the impact of the physical environment was weakest. Participation motivation was shown to moderate the effects of core services and personal services on satisfaction, but its moderating impact on the relationship between physical environments and satisfaction was not observed.

전시회 서비스에 대한 주최자의 중요도와 참관객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exhibition Services Organizer's Perception and Participant's Satisfaction)

  • This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.

  • The effective development of event product for a successful event is first started with figuring out the participation motive of event. Second, what level of expectation before participating event for participant will have. Third, what level of satisfaction and safety satisfaction based on figured out motive and expectation will participant have. Fourth, what level of revisit based on satisfaction will have. The study is needed for these low items. Therefore, this investigation started as an exploratory study for a successful event to analysis the relationship among expectation satisfaction, safety satisfaction and revisit. The results indicated that participated motive is positively influenced on expectation. The expectation is positively influenced on safety satisfaction. The satisfaction is positively influenced on revisit. Finally, the safety satisfaction is positively influenced on revisit. The unique characteristics of this study is considered a safety satisfaction as m event safety and as an important factor when terror becomes often these days.

Similar services, different perceptions: The gaps of satisfaction based on the level of recreation specialization

  • The golf industry has become the center of attention for recreational activities in the participant sport market; however, there has been little effort made to understand golf consumer and their consumption behavior using the concept of 'recreational specialization' which segments the golfers based on level of specialization in golf. The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in the relationships among perceived service quality, price of playing golf, overall customer satisfaction with the course, and a player's intention to revisit the same golf course based on the magnitude of recreation specialization in golf. Four public and two private golf courses from the southeastern state of the United States were randomly chosen from a list in a golf magazine. The 365 surveys among 417 participants were ultimately analyzed. Multiple group analysis was conducted in order to investigate differences in relationships among service quality, price, customer satisfaction, and revisit intentions between groups based on the level of recreation specialization. The key findings were 1) for more specialized golfers, satisfaction with price did not affect overall customer satisfaction or revisit intention, however, service quality significantly influenced both overall customer satisfaction and revisit intention, 2) for less specialized golfers, satisfaction with price significantly influenced overall customer satisfaction but did not affect revisit intention. Knowledge about which the determinants of satisfaction are different between more and less specialized golfers could provide a better understanding of how different marketing strategies should be implemented for different specialized levels of golfers.

  • 본 논문은 전문적이고 체계적인 창업교육을 위해 도입된 창업대학원의 교육과정 개선 기반구축이라는 목적 하에, TEC 중심의 활용적 기술창업교육 프로그램에 대한 교육만족도 평가를 실시하고 그 개선방안을 도출해 국내 창업교육에 시사점을 제시하는데 최종목적이 있다. 연구결과, 총 5개의 연구가설 중 4개의 가설이 채택되었는데 교육참여자 만족에 영향을 미치는 가설에서는 교육내용, 수업방식, 사전지식 등이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났고, 교육참여자 만족이 추천의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교육내용에 있어서는 알고리즘 기반의 프로세스 중심 반복교육이 중요하고, 수업방식은 사례중심 강의가 효과적이며 사전지식은 현장경험과 고객이 해도 그리고 사업계획서 작성 여부 등이 교육만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
