셀룰러 이동 통신 시스템에서 협력적으로 신호를 전송하는 CoMP(Coordinated Multi-Point transmission and reception) 방식은 기지국 간 간섭을 매우 효과적으로 제어하여 시스템의 전송률을 증가시킨다. 그러나 협력적 전송에 참여하는 기지국의 개수가 증가할수록 기지국 간 공유가 요구되는 채널 상태 정보 및 전송 데이터의 교환으로 인한 오버헤드가 비약적으로 증가하는 문제를 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 제한적 궤환량을 고려하여 전송 효율이 높은 기지국들만을 협력적 전송에 참여시키는 부분적 CoMP 전송 방식을 제안한다. 이를 위해 시스템 내 코어 망은 사용자가 선호하는 기지국 정보를 반영하여 협력 기지국 조합을 구성한다. 또한, 사용자들의 채널 환경에 따라 선호하는 협력 기지국 조합이 상이할 수 있으므로 코어 망은 구성된 협력 기지국 조합을 다이나믹하게 변형하여 적용한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 제한적 궤환량 사용 시 기존의 비협력적 기지국 전송 방식과 협력적 기지국 전송 방식과의 평균 전송률 성능을 비교하고, 이를 통해 제안 방식의 우수성을 입증한다.

This study investigated the effects of an ethylene scrubber (ES) with a micro-perforated polypropylene (MP-PP, 30 ㎛) or a high density polyethylene (MP-HDPE, 30 ㎛) film liner for the export carton packaging box in 'Campbell Early' grapes. Rachis browning was highest in the untreated group, followed by MP-PP and MP-HDPE for 14 days of simulated marketing at 20℃. The combination treatment of ES with the film liners showed a partial inhibition of the rachis browning regardless of the film liners. The effects of an alcohol releaser (AR) sachet or chlorine dioxide (CD) diffuser co-packaging were also investigated in the 'Campbell Early' grapes packed with the MP-HDPE (40 × 99 pin hole·m^-2) film liner. The CD 1 g treatment showed a very limited weight loss of 1.1%, which was significantly lower than the 4.7% of the untreated control after 14 days of simulation marketing at 20℃. The berry shatter was 0.7% for the MP-HDPE + CD 1 g treatment and 1.8% for the MP-HDPE + CD 5 g treatment on the 10th day of the simulated marketing, which was significantly lower than the 8.9% of the control. The stem browning was significant suppressed until the 10th day of the simulated marketing. In particular, the CD 1 g treatment in combination with the MP-HDPE showed a low rachis and pedicel browning index of 2.0, which is 50% and 40% lower than that of the untreated control and the MP-HDPE single treatment, respectively. In addition, the CD 1 g treatment group showed a higher decay reduction effect than the CD 5 g treatment group, which caused high concentration damage.

The importance of biological resources has been gradually increasing, and mollusks have been utilized as main fishery resources in terrestrial ecosystems. But little is known about genomic and transcriptional analysis in mollusks. This is the first report on the transcriptomic profile of Meretrix lusoria. In this study, we constructed cDNA library and determined 542 of distinct EST sequences composed of 284 singletons and 95 contigs. At first, we identified 180 of EST sequences that have significant hits on protein sequences of the exclusive Mollusks database through BLASTX program and 343 of EST sequences that have significant hits on NCBI NR database. We also found that 211 of putative sequences through local BLAST (blastx, E < e-10) search against KOG database were classified into 16 functional categories. Some kinds of immune response related genes encoding allograft inflammatory factor 1 (AIF-1), B-cell translocation gene 1 (BTG1), C-type lectin A, thioester-containing protein and 26S proteasome regulatory complex were identified. To determine phylogenetic relationship, we identified partial sequences of four genes (COX1, COX2, 12S rRNA and NADH dehydrogenase) that significantly matched with the mitochondrial genomes of 3 species-Ml (Meretrix lusoria), Mp (Meretrix petechialis) and Mm (Meretrix meretrix). As a result, we found that there was a little bit of a difference between sequences of Korean isolates and other known isolates. This study will be useful to develop breeding technology and might also be helpful to establish a classification system.
