주거환경개선사업이후 주거 환경 변화에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 주거환경개선사업의 물리적 환경 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Changes in Residential Environments after Residential Environments Improvement Projects)

  • This research aims at analyzing the changes in residential environment after a residential environment improvement project focusing on the analysis into the physical environment of a residential environment improvement project, and examining in what direction the changes by residents' own efforts occurred after public support, such as infrastructure. The present residence development method has become different from the previous pulling down method and is focused on regeneration. By examining in what direction the target residence is being changed because of the development by residents' own efforts after the government's public investment at this time, this study also aims at investigating the direction to develop a guideline for residential improvement for later improvement of deteriorated residence. As for the contents of the analysis, changes in public support, such as infrastructure, and other areas after the residential environment improvement project were compared and analyzed from the land use, street system, and condition of buildings before the residential environment improvement project through field survey, geographic information system(GIS), registered land and building data and so on. The biggest change since the support from the government was that at the beginning of the project, the application of special provision of building laws and different financial supports led to lots of newly built buildings. Since then, their number has decreased rapidly, and in most cases, there have been some changes in part, such as changes in the use of land or repair of disposal tanks. Most newly built buildings were multi-household houses, and it has caused road capacity and parking lot capacity, etc., to be exceeded, which has worsened the pleasantness of the living environment. In addition, other problems have also appeared, for example, the lack of residence supporting facilities yet with a higher level of residential density. Regarding the changes in the residential environment after the residential environment improvement project, maintenance of houses were conducted in some degree as diverse alleviation policies to improve poor residence, yet the absence of the guideline for the direction of developing the whole district has made the residence environment more dense and deteriorated. To solve these problems, in advance to a residential improvement project, specific management methods based on short-, mid- and long-term plans for the direction of development by residents' own efforts and a sustainable guideline seem to be necessary.

지하구조물 3차원 모델 자동검수 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of an Automated Inspection Program for 3D Models of Underground Structures)

  • 지하공간의 개발이 활발해짐에 따라 최근에는 지하와 관련된 안전사고가 자주발생하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 국토교통부에서는 『지하안전관리에 관한 특별법』(2018.01.01. 시행, 이하 지하안전법)을 시행하고 있다. 지하안전법의 핵심이 되는 내용 중에는 현재 우리나라에서 지하공간에 존재하는 지하시설물, 지하구조물, 지반의 지하정보를 3차원으로 가시화 할 수 있도록 지하공간통합지도를 구축하고 이를 활용하는 것을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구는 지하공간통합지도 중 3차원의 지하구조물 데이터를 대상으로 3차원 모델 생성 후 이를 빠르게 검수할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 3차원 지하구조물 데이터를 생성하고 자동 검수하는 기술에 대하여 국내·외 현황을 조사하였다. 핵심이 되는 연구내용으로는 지하공간통합지도를 구축할 때 3차원 지하구조물의 검수기준에 따라 자동으로 3차원 모델 품질을 검수하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 현재 수작업 방식으로 진행하고 있는 3차원 모델 검수과정을 98% 이상 자동화함으로써 지하공간통합지도 지하구조물의 3차원 모델의 품질향상을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지하공간통합지도 자동갱신을 위한 지하구조물 제출 표준 설계 (Design of Standard Submission Format for Underground Structures : An Automated Update of the UnderSpace Integrated Map)

  • 지하공간통합지도는 지반침하 예방을 목적으로 2015년 4월 구축 기본계획을 수립하고 올해까지 전국 시급 지자체 구축 완료를 앞두고 있다. 지하공간통합지도의 활용을 위해 2018년 9월부터 지하안전영향평가 전문기관 대상의 종이도면 제공, 2019년 5월부터 지하정보 활용시스템을 통한 지자체 담당자 대상의 서비스 등이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 갱신없이 구축 당시의 정보만으로 활용이 이루어지고 있어 최신성·정확성을 확보하지 못한 상태로 정보의 활용성 및 신뢰성이 떨어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지하공간통합지도의 핵심구성요소인 지하구조물(지하철, 지하상가, 지하보도, 지하차도, 지하주차장, 공동구)을 대상으로 「지하안전관리에 관한 특별법」 제42조제2항에 따른 준공도면 제출을 위한 표준 서식을 설계하여 지하공간통합지도 갱신체계 구축의 초석을 다지고자 하였다. 그 결과 3차원 지하구조물 자동갱신을 위한 준공도서 제출 표준을 마련하였으며, 자동가공정보에 대한 위치정확도 검증 결과 직선구간에서는 오차가 발생하지 않았으나 곡선 구간에서는 허용오차 내에서 오차가 발생함을 확인하였다. 표준 서식을 기반으로 자동 갱신된 지하구조물 데이터에 대한 검증을 통해 신뢰성을 확보하고 향후, 지하공간통합지도의 활용성 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

Indoor Exposure and Health Risk of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) via Public Facilities PM2.5, Korea (II)

  • The purpose of the study is to evaluate the pollution level (gaseous and particle phase) in the public facilities for the PAHs, non-regulated materials, forecast the risk level by the health risk assessment (HRA) and propose the guideline level. PAH assessments through sampling of particulate matter of diameter < 2.5 ${\mu}m$ ($PM_{2.5}$). The user and worker exposure scenario for the PAHs consists of 24-hour exposure scenario (WIES) assuming the worst case and the normal exposure scenario (MIES) based on the survey. This study investigated 20 PAH substances selected out of 32 substances known to be carcinogenic or potentially carcinogenic. The risk assessment applies major toxic equivalency factor (TEF) proposed from existing studies and estaimates individual Excess Cancer Risk (ECR). The study assesses the fine dusts ($PM_{2.5}$) and the exposure levels of the gaseous and particle PAH materials for 6 spots in each 8 facility, e.g. underground subway stations, child-care facilities, elderly care facilities, super market, indoor parking lot, terminal waiting room, internet caf$\acute{e}$ (PC-rooms), movie theater. For internet caf$\acute{e}$ (PC-rooms) in particular, that marks the highest $PM_{2.5}$ concentration and the average concentration of 10 spots (2 spots for each cafe) is 73.3 ${\mu}g/m^3$ (range: 6.8-185.2 ${\mu}g/m^3$). The high level of $PM_{2.5}$ seen in internet cafes was likely due to indoor smoking in most cases. For the gaseous PAHs, the detection frequency for 4-5 rings shows high and the elements with 6 rings shows low frequency. For the particle PAHs, the detection frequency for 2-3 rings shows low and the elements with 6 rings show high frequency. As a result, it is investigated that the most important PAHs are the naphthalene, acenaphthene and phenanthrene from the study of Kim et al. (2013) and this annual study. The health risk assessment demonstrates that each facility shows the level of $10^{-6}-10^{-4}$. Considering standards and local source of pollution levels, it is judged that the management standard of the benzo (a)pyrene, one of the PAHs, shall be managed with the range of 0.5-1.2 $ng/m^3$. Smoking and ventilation were considered as the most important PAHs exposure associated with public facility $PM_{2.5}$. This study only estimated for inhalation health risk of PAHs and focused on the associated cancer risk, while multiple measurements would be necessary for public health and policy.
