For effective electricity consumption in urban railway station such as peak load shaving, it is important to know each electrical load pattern by various usage. The total electricity consumption in the urban railway substation is already measured in Korea, but the electricity consumption for each usage is not measured. The author proposed the deep learning method to estimate the electrical load pattern for each usage in the urban railway substation with public data such as weather data. GRU (gated recurrent unit), a variation on the LSTM (long short-term memory), was used, which aims to solve the vanishing gradient problem of standard a RNN (recursive neural networks). The optimal model was found and the estimation results with that were assessed.

모바일 어플리케이션 시장은 지난 수년간 급속하게 확장되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스의 이벤트 로그를 추적하여 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 사용량을 조사하는 기법을 제안하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 클라이언트 시스템과 사용성 분석 서버 시스템을 통하여 스마트폰 사용량에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 안드로이드 운영체제가 탑재된 디바이스에서 사용성 분석 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 또한, 분석 서버 시스템을 이용하여 47,000여명의 사용자 정보와 사용자의 앱 사용 정보를 실시간으로 수집하였다. 본 논문에서 우리는 대규모의 사용자 정보를 기반으로 하여 스마트폰의 사용 패턴과 사용 정보를 연구하였으며, 사용자를 위한 편리한 사용패턴 가시화 기능을 구현하였다.

The emergence of social network services, is changing the foundation of human relationship formation and method of communication of individuals through sharing of free information. Social network service is a service to support or facilitate an on-line extension of off-line network among people by helping them to share personal profile. History of social network services very short. But users of the various layers is increasing rapidly and ripple effect social as a result is very large. The focus of existing research was mainly devoted to motivation of use and acceptance of social network services. Currently the use of SNS was maturing. Thus, in-depth research on the use pattern of SNS users is needed. The purpose of this study is that, for Facebook in social network services, to analyze the changes in the initial stage of use, medium-term, usage patterns at the current time. Results of the study by analyzing the characteristics of the change in the pattern of usage of user of Facebook, it can be used as basic materials for SNS researchers and service provider.

온라인에서의 상호작용을 위한 수단으로서, 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 사용자의 인간관계를 기반으로 사회적 인맥 형성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 또한, SNS는 인맥 관계를 관리하고 인맥관계를 기반으로 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 다양한 기능들을 제공한다. 따라서 SNS 사용자의 행동 특성과 인맥 관계 형성 과정의 분석은 온라인 인간관계에 대한 모델의 특징을 파악하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 영향력 있는 사용자가 게시된 메시지의 특성을 기반으로 사용 패턴을 분석한다. 또한, 페이스북 내에서 인맥 관계 수를 기준으로 영향력이 큰 그룹과 그렇지 않은 그룹으로 분류하고, 두 그룹의 인맥 형성 특성을 비교하고 분석한 후 이에 따라 패턴 분석에 따라서 소셜 네트워크에서의 인간관계 모델의 특징을 설명한다.

본 연구에서는 일반 가정에서 Smart Grid를 통하여 누릴 수 있는 서비스를 발굴하고, 이러한 서비스를 구현할 수 있는 기기별 전력 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였으며, 모니터링한 데이터를 분석하였다. 기기별 전력 사용현황을 수집하고 이를 분석함으로써, 모니터링 시스템에 표시되고 있는 전력사용현황이 어떤 기기의 전력사용현황인지 사전에 정의된 프로토콜 없이 알 수 있다. 나아가서 전력 절감 방법 제시, 지능적인 대기전력 차단 및 복구, 기기의 이상여부 감시와 같은 서비스를 구현할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 시나리오의 실현 가능성을 점검하기 위해 기기별 전력 모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 가정 내 전력소비의 대부분을 차지하는 냉장고, 전기밥솥, TV, 세탁기 샘플에 대하여 전력소비패턴을 수집하여 database화 하였다. 또한 이 database를 분석하여 제시한 서비스들을 구현하는데 필요한 기본 기능인 기기식별이 전력사용 패턴분석을 통하여 가능함을 보였다.

At present, one of the big characteristics in electric power market in korea is unique seller but in the near future competitions are expected in the market. so additional service for the electric power are expected. Also with development of IT technology, remote inspection for power usage are possible so as consumption pattern analysis. KORAIL is one of the biggest consumer in electric power market so it is necessary to investigate power consumption pattern. This paper presents electric power rate definition program based on billing system database and also basic power rate optimization method. Base on the substation annual power usage DB data, the characteristic of the substation power consumption are investigated and effective electrical billing system are compared each other. Through this program it is verified that we can save more then several hundred million won for a year.

이 연구는 J도 도립도서관의 대출과 운영현황을 조사 분석하여 향후 발전방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관 이용증 발급자 30,072명과 대출건수(2012~2013년) 705,447건을 분석하였으며, 도서관 발전계획 및 이용자 만족도를 조사하여 이를 비교분석하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 도립도서관 이용자의 도서관 이용 행태 및 자료 이용 패턴 등을 확인하였으며, 분석 결과를 기반으로 도립도서관의 발전방안을 제시하였다.

Objectives : In spite of the difficulty of getting Agarwood, the number of species of wild Agarwood is rapidly decreasing by insistent demands. Here, we investigate how various formula of Agarwood is used so that we can make use of them more helpful in clinics today. Methods : Determining the range of 'the Sovereign and Minister' component more than 12.96%" or 'equally used', this study distinguished whether Agarwood is used as 'the Sovereign and Minister' component among 409 Agarwood formulas in "Sheng ji zong lu(聖濟總錄)" and 103 Agarwood formulas in "Donguibogam (東醫寶鑑)". Additionally, we analyzed the component ratio of Agarwood, and also the usage in Deficiency-Excess pattern. Results : Among Agarwood formulas in "Sheng ji zong lu" and "Donguibogam", each percentage of Agarwood formulas which Agarwood comprises 'the Sovereign and Minister' component was 26%(106/406) and 13%(13/99). Analyzing these formulas of "Sheng ji zong lu", 53 formulas were used in Deficiency pattern and other 53 formulas were used in Excess pattern. Also in "Donguibogam", 6 formulas were used in each Deficiency pattern and Excess pattern, and only 1 formula in both of Deficiency and Excess pattern. Conclusions : Showing almost equal ratio of usage in Deficiency-Excess pattern, this study showed that those Agarwood formulas of "Sheng ji zong lu" and "Donguibogam" which Agarwood comprises 'the Sovereign and Minister' component can be used in both Deficiency-Excess pattern evenly.

This study is for Hanbuk Mountain Range within Gyeonggi province which is to propose the conservation plan by each damage pattern through site survey of the mountain range. The damage patterns are classified by siding, pointing and lining. The total damaged area is 103 areas: The siding pattern is damaged by developing farmland, mineral and quarry mining, dam, large scale development complex and cemetery park; The pointing pattern is including the development of road, transmission tower and way and mountaineering trail; The construction of electricity and communication facility, military facility, mobile communication station, heliport and shelter. The damages by developing road and large scale development complex are the most cause, and military facility, dam and reservoir, and residential area are the main causes, respectively. One of the compromised situation Hanbuk-Mountain Range usage as per section 7 section (18.45%), 12 section (18.45%) is the largest number of compromised has been surveyed, undermine the situation if you look at the usage by the road 25 locations (24.22%), military facilities and dam and reservoir to undermine this 11 established respectively (10.68%) were the most undermine. Therefore, this research propose the conservation plan as follow: first, need to understand, educate and publicize on Hanbuk-Mounatin Range; second, manage through the regulations and ordinance of Gyeonggi province; third build and expand the law for protecting Baekdu-Great Mountain Range.
