The data resulting from a deterministic dynamic system may often appear to be random. However, it is important to distinguish a deterministic and a random processes for statistical analysis. In this paper, we propose a nonparametric test procedure to distinguish a noisy chaos from i.i.d. random process. The proposed procedure can be easily implemented by computer. We notice that the test is very effective to identify a low dimensional chaos process in some cases.

The Suryun gold-silver mine is one of precious metal occurrences discovered in the Hapcheon mineralized district on which lies the western margin of the Cretaceous Gyeongsang Basin, Korea. The district hosts deposits that include the early to late Cretaceous (108 ～ 88 Ma) Au-Ag-bearing vein systems (So et al. 1989; Shelton et al. 1990). (omitted)

Purpose : To assess the clinical results of second toe-to-finger transfer in traumatic amputated index finger. Materials and Methods : For the clinical evaluation, we have analyzed 12 patients with ROM of finger joints, pinch power, static two point discrimination, life functional assessment, and patient's satisfaction. Results : In genral ROM was $54.4^{\circ}$ at MP joint, $17^{\circ}$ at PIP joint and $6.7^{\circ}$ at DIP joint. Pinch power was good in 3 cases, fair in 7 cases, and poor in 2 cases. Daily life activity and patient's acceptance were satisfactory. Conclusion : Although transfered toe function may be poorer than normal finger, the hand was restored to a useful, sensate and versatile functional unit.

One of the most important problems in ADS method is that the method has too long addressing period, The addressing time can be defined as the sum of the discharge time lag and the duration of discharge current. If the addressing time increases, the sustaining period for display image should be decreased. As a result, the luminance of the PDP decreases. Therefore, the discharge time lag and duration of discharge current should be decreased in order to reduce the addressing time. In this paper, in order to improve addressing time, relationships between addressing time and cell structure in AC PDP was studied

Foreign body ingestion is a frequent event in the pediatric age group, but the incidence of foreign bodies in the appendix is very low. The authors report a case of ingested foreign body trapped in the appendix in a 7-year-old girl. The foreign body was successfully treated by laparoscopic appendectomy under fluoroscopic guidance.

The CHFG(Critical Heat Flux in Cap) test results have been evaluated to quantify the critical powers in hemispherical narrow gaps and Park's correlation has been verified. For verification of the Park's correlation, the critical powers in hemispherical narrow gaps have been measured using water at a pressure of 0.1-0.3 WPa for the hemispherical gap thickness of 1.0mm, and the heated top diameter of 238mm The measured critical powers were compared with Park's and Monde's correlation. As a results, the Park's correlation was most accurate of other correlations, however, estimated the critical powers somewhat larger than measured ones. So, it was suggested that the diameter factor in Park's correlation should be revised.

A study on indigenous diatoms was carried out at 10 sites from May 2014 to December 2016 in marine and freshwater in Korea. Seventeen species of diatoms are new to Korea and they are divided into 3 classes, 4 subclasses, 10 orders, 14 families, and 16 genera. The nomenclatures, references, dimensions, specimens examined, local habitat, distribution in Korea, and photograph are reported here. Seventeen species found in marine, freshwater, and brackish water showed species-specific habitats.

Recently as new digital media like High Definition Television (HDTV) have been made popularization. However In case of image quality characteristics of AC PDP, the problem especially raised is 'image sticking' phenomenon, the phenomenon that the previously displayed pattern still remains after the image in realizing high picture quality. In this paper, Image sticking Phenomena observed in AC PDP are defined and classified, these effects are analyzed as luminance, color purity through chromaticity diagram and firing voltage state using light waveform.

Organic photovoltaic properties were studied in ZnPc/$C_{60}$ heterojunction structure by varying the organic layer thicknesses and exiton blocking layer(EBL). Current density-voltage characteristics of organic photovoltaic cells were measured using Keithley 236 source-measure unit, a 500W xenon lamp (ORIEL 66021) for a light source and Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer in the range of 40 Hz $\sim$ 1 MHz. From the analyses of current-voltage characteristics such as short-circuit current density, open-circuit voltage and power conversion efficiency, optimum thickness of the organic layer were obtained and frequency response such as electrical conductance.
