In this paper, to investigate the activation energy, dipole moment, relaxation time, and so on related to charged particles more completely, it was applied numerical method of asymptotic estimation to separate single relaxation from TSC spectra with a complex relaxation. As a result, we could calculated the error of physical factors related to charged particles of specimen, more accurately.

In this paper, the properties of Thermally Stimulated Current was studied to understand carrier's behavior of $PVF_2$ film, to be regarded as the excellent piezo and pyroelectricity. The complex relaxation curve of Thermally Stimulated Current was divided into single relaxation style using Thermal Cleaning method. As a result of Applying the numerical method of asymtotic estimation to the divided single relaxation peak, we could calculated the physical factors related to charged particles of the specimen, more accurately.

본 논문에서는 복합형 하이브리드 굴삭기의 전력 변환 장치의 구조 및 제어 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 전력 변환 장치는 엔진 다이나모 장치를 이용하여 그 타당성을 입증하였으며, 제한된 실험 환경 내에서도 기존의 유압식 굴삭기와 비교하였을 때, 약 8% 정도의 연비 향상의 효쏙를 얻을 수 있었다. 현재 실제 굴삭기에 장착하여 성능과 연비 측정을 위한 실험이 진행 중이다.

An investigation was performed to predict residual stress redistribution for the crack propagation initially through tensile residual stress field. The analytical method, which is based on Dugdale model by finite element analysis using elastic analysis method considering the superposition principle, was proposed to estimate the redistribution of residual stress caused by crack propagation. The various aspect of distribution of residual stress caused by crack propagation was examined based on the configuration change of specimen. The analysis results show that the aspect of redistribution of residual stress caused by crack propagation depends on the width of the specimen provided that the initial distribution of residual stress is identical.

화자인식 기술은 등록된 화자 목록 내 화자 또는 사칭 화자의 발화로부터 발화자를 식별하는 기술로써, 음성 소스를 기반으로 동작하는 디바이스의 개인화를 위해 필요한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 차량 잡음이 존재하는 자동차 주행 환경을 타겟으로 하는 화자인식 시스템 개발 방법을 제안한다. 차량 잡음에 의해 오염된 음성신호로부터 잡음 성분을 제거하기 위해 parametric multi-channel Wiener filter (PWMF)를 이용하여 실험한 결과, 남성화자 조건에서는 PMWF의 내부 파라미터 조절을 통해 필터를 minimum variance distortionless response (MVDR) 빔포머로 동작하도록 설정하였을 때, 여성화자 조건에서는 잡음을 제거하지 않았을 때 가장 낮은 동일오류율을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Substituted isoquinolin-1-ones (1) were synthesized to test their in vitro anticancer activity. 3-Biphenyl-H-methylisoquinolin-1-one (7) showed the most potent anticancer activity against five different human cancer cell lines.

스팸메일이 급증함에 따라 신뢰할 수 있는 전자메일 필터의 요구가 늘어나는 추세다. 스팸메일을 보내는 스패머(spammer)의 거의 대부분은 광고가 주요 목적이다. 멀티미디어(multimedia)기반의 전자메일은 정보전달 및 시각효과가 뛰어나 스패머가 선호하는 전자메일의 한 형태이다. 이런 종류의 전자메일은 텍스트 기반(基盤) 스팸메일 필터의 성능을 떨어뜨리거나 필터링을 아예 불가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서 발신지(發信地) 추적기법과 사례기반학습을 이용해 신뢰할 수 있는 한국어 스팸 메일필터를 설계 및 구현하였다.

In order to provide fundamental data for developing high-grade(high-quality and low-pollution) Refuse Derived Fuel(RDF), we analyzed caloric value and HCl content by Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) type. The caloric value was analyzed using calorimeter and HCl content was analyzed using mercury(II) thiocyanate method. In case of paper type the caloric value was 3,060~3,608kcal/kg and the HCl content was 239~6,135ppm. In case of vinyl-plastics the caloric value was 5,946~9,888kcal/kg and the HCl content was 429~455,771ppm. According to the result of quality assessment by MSW type, the calroric value of vinyl-plastics type was showed higher than that of paper type and in case of HCl content the paper type was showed lower than vinyl-plastics type. So, We mixed paper and plastic wastes. The caloric value of mixed MSW(paper and plastics) was 5,046~9,125kcal/kg and the HCl content was 239~6,135ppm. Also, The caloric value of packaging waste(film-plastics) was 5,982~8,045kcal/kg. Therefore It is possible to develop high-grade Refuse Derived Fuel through suitable mixing of paper and plastic in municipal solid waste.

설악산 개미류의 분포 조사는 Choi(1986)에 의한 4아과 15속 29종이 처음 보고되었으나, 이후 체계적은 보고는 없었다. 1991년 4월부터 1997년 9월까지 개미류를 채집하여 동정한 결과 5속 26종을 추가 보고하며, 이로서 설악산에는 총 4아과 20속 55종이 서식하는 것으로 확인되었다.
