  • This study proposes a new framework for designing disassembly methods. In recent years, environmental problems have become global issues. Recycling of used products or resources is recognized as a matter of significance since it may help reduce the risk of exhausting natural resources. Considering possible exhaustion of limited natural resources in the near future, reuse of products would gain more environmental significance. As yet, it relies hugely on manual disassembly, which labor cost places burden on the total recycling cost. The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology designing for manual disassembly works, and a creation method of a jig. By focusing on parts' connection and attachment relationship, parts are categorized in 5 categories (parent part, joint key part, attaching key part, child part, and independent part) according to the features that parts possess, and 3 kinds of connection relationships (parent part-joint key part connection, parent part-independent part connection and child part-child part connection) are clarified. Connection relationship and attachment relationship charts have also been created, and utilizing them, disassembly orders are settled, and a disassembly jig is devised. The proposed methodology is also applied to a real product and its work time is improved 42% form 31 to 13 seconds.

The results of this were as follows. First, Adolescents who more perceived supportive parenting from a parent were more likely to consult with parents about one's own sexual problems. Second, There was significant difference in adolescent sexual values by parent's supportive parenting levels or gender. Methods: 225 mothers of toddlers completed questionnaires on parent-teacher relationships and parenting efficacy. This study used technical statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in order to analyze the collected data. Results: First, there was a significant correlation between parent-teacher relationships and mothers' parenting efficacy. Second, the parent-teacher relationships was an important factor in predicting mothers' parenting efficacy. In particular, when a teacher and mother develop practical collaboration for caring for and educating a child, the mothers' parenting efficacy was higher. Conclusion/Implications: These findings indicate that the parent-teacher relationship is a significant factor in order to improve the quality of parenting. The results especially support the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents and suggest that we need to find practical ways for collaborating in the field. The subject of this study consisted of 30 mothers with 4-7 aged child attending S-day-care center located in Ik-San. In order to examine the effectiveness of the parent education program through play, two groups were divided into 15 participants each. The experimental group participated in the parent education program for total 8 sessions(2 sessions per week over the 4 weeks) while the control group didn't. The instrument were 'Maternal Affection & Control Resources Scale developed by Cho, Bok Hee(1991) and 'Teacher-Child relationship Scale' by Pinata & Steinberg. Teacher-Child relationship Scale was modified to be appropriate for use with this program. Parental acceptance level was measured by modified Parental Acceptance Scale (P.P.A.S.) by porter(1954). The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN program. The statistical methods for data analysis were frequency, t-test. paired t-test. The main results of this study were as follows : First, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play showed improvement in affectionate attitudes than before. Second, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play have been improved in familiarity and have been decreased in conflict of relationships of mother-child than those who did not participated in. Third, the mothers who participated in parent education program through play improve the recognition on respect to children's emotion, emotional expression right, uniqueness of children's temperament and needs to children's independency and autonomy.

  • Pleurotus ostreatus 'Miso' is a mutant strain showing white color in pileus from the known parent strain 'Wonhyeong 1'. Shape and several other characters also vary with culture conditions. Mating experiments were performed to understand interstrain mating relationship using monokaryons of the parent and the mutant strains. All monokaryons were grown from single spores isolated from freshly collected fruit bodies. Pairings were performed in 90 mm petri dishes on PDA. They were allowed to grow at 25 until two fronts of the advancing mycelia met and developed a conspicuous contact zone. The contact zone and the outer edges of paired colonies on each plate were examined for clamp connections. The parent and the mutant resulted in tetrapolar incompatibility in intrastrain crosses. In interstrain crosses, each monokaryotic tester strain of the parent strain was out-crossed to monokaryotic tester strains of the mutant. As a result of these crosses it was found that both strains share the same A and B incompatibility factors yielding 25% compatibility.
