The purposes of this study was to find aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics by understanding the unique moral character of care as an art and to suggest the optimal direction of nursing ethics. Method: This study used meaning-heuristic and -interpretive methods of hermeneutics based on philosophical aesthetic theory; Baumgarten's aesthetics, Schiller's theory of aesthetical education and Kant's theory of aesthetical judgement. Result: The concept of care implied aesthetical and ethical character; caring as an art was related to moral feeling based on human dignity und emotional communication in interpersonal-relationship. Caring as an art was interpreted as a moral ideal for the promotion of the humanity und the interaction in personal-relationship according to nursing theories. Philosophical aesthetics could provide the theoretical base for the interpretation of caring as an art. The proper paradigm of care ethics in nursing could be found in character-trait ethics and communication ethics according to the philosophical aesthetics. Conclusion: This study could show aesthetical-ethical paradigm of care ethics in nursing by the heuristic interpretation of caring as an art according to the philosophical aesthetics

The importance of Virtual Manufacturing System is increasing in the area of developing new manufacturing processes, implementing automated workcells, designing plant facility layouts and workplace ergonomics. Virtual manufacturing system is a computer system that can generate the same information about manufacturing system structure, states, and behaviors as is observed in a real manufacturing. In this research, a virtual manufacturing system for flexible manufacturing cells (VFMC), (which is a useful tool for building Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), has been developed using object-oriented paradigm, and implemented with software QUEST/IGRIP. Three object models used in the system are the product model, the facility model, and the process model. The concrete behaviors of a flexible manufacturing cell are re[presented by the task-oriented description diagram, TIC. An example simulation is executed to evaluate applicability of the developed models, and to prove the potential value of virtual manufacturing paradigm.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to analyze main problems on occupational safety and hygiene in construction sites and to suggest some improvement methods. In order to decrease industrial accidents, I emphasize the approach paradigm shifts according to characteristics of construction workers. Methods: Pointing out the irrationality of current institutions by comparing bad outcomes of occupational safety and hygiene in construction industry and characteristics of construction workers. Results: In order to decrease industrial accidents, we need some approach paradigm shifts; the supply method of industrial safety and health fundamentals on the construction industry level, the accident rate calculation by using the actual construction workforce instead of an estimation, institutionalizing the prevention efforts themselves for industrial accidents, securing enough production costs for the precondition of occupational safety and hygiene in construction sites. Conclusions: I ascertain the need of the approach paradigm shifts for decreasing industrial accidents in the construction industry.

In this paper, the management thoughts of The network-manufacture based on virtual-agile organization is Brief summarized, then an explanation had been made about the virtual circulation economy patterns paradigm, which is integrated the virtual-agile manufacture and circulation economy theory, the critical content of this paradigm, at last we recognized the virtual-agile organization pattern circulation economy is one important trend of the network-manufacture development in the future.

This paper suggests a new paradigm of science and technology (S&T) policy for the purpose of the new national development that pursues not the scale expansion of a industrial production but the qualitative enhancement of industrial and S&T comparativeness. The new S&T policy paradigm includes new policy directions such as the density increasement of high quality- brain power and the energy supply for crossing the threshold from imitative R&D to creative R&D. Also, this paper argues that it is necessary not only to acquire the support of the local S&T community and policy-makers on the new S&T policy paradigm, but also to develop and implement policy measures in details on the basis of the new paradigm suggested by the paper.

Although visual programming is used in many fields of computer science and engineering, some dis-advantages can be found when they work together in an integrated programming environment. To overcome these shortcomings, there have been researches in combining multiparadigm with visual programming. However they have failed because they tried to combine the paramdigms without any coceptural model and structured method. In this paper, we investigate a new multiparadigm visual programming environment (MVPE), in which dataflow paradigm, form-based paradign, direct manipulation paradigm, and object-oriented paradigm are integrated together in an object-oriented way, based on the conceptual model of "method = paradigm, " This MVPE would overcome the limits of visual programming, and may also lead to the new discipline of visual programming environment.vironment.

In this paper, it is described on the exportation trend and future development paradigm of the localized small aircraft which was recently developed four seated canard type aircraft for exportation purpose. Presently, even though the development of small aircraft is recessed, if we start development of the proper airplane models by integrating domestic power of industry-university-institute on the base of research experience from now on, we can go into the global market and take up the level of world top 10 makers without doubt. For successful operation of exportation system of small aircraft, it is needed to set up development strategy paradigm by forming consortium centering around the medium and small enterprises.

This purpose of this study was about the analysis on the dynamic expression of geometric manipulation in interior composition elements. In present, advanced countries in the world are seen concentring on Military Transformation to create new military capability as there is a shift in Warfare Paradigm. Rapid development of technology enables military system, operational concept and organization innovated. As a result, Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) that dramatically increased warfighting capability is pursued. Especially, advanced information technology constructs system of systems with abilities of battle visualization, information sharing in battlefield, long-range strike capability that are interoperable and combined. Corresponding to this, engagement methods and organizations are being progressively developed. The purpose of this thesis is overview of newly developing Warfare Paradigm and analysis of tendency of Military Transformation that advanced countries are pursuing preparation to this. Above all, specific aspects and contents of the Warfare Paradigm which emerged by information age were summarized. Subsequently, Military Transformation which provides the basic concepts and principles to the advanced countries in the world for the creation of new military capability was discussed. In conclusion, the tendency of Military Transformation by U.S.A, Japan, China, and Russia surround the Korean peninsular as the major power in military was carefully observed.
