Paper packaging materials are essential in protection and transportation of commercial or industrial products. Raw materials for packaging paper production are mainly obtained from various grades of waste paper. For this reason, the recycled fibers from waste paper would probably have possibility of containing heavy metals. This study was focused on the development of optimum pre-treatment method for the quantitative analysis of mercury. The optimum pre-treatment for open digestion system were obtained at the treatment conditions of acid combination with $HNO_3/HCl/H_2O_2$ or $HNO_3/H_2SO_4$ at $80^{\circ}C$. The optimum pre-treatment conditions in closed digestion system were determinated by the acid combination with $HNO_3/HCl/H_2O_2/HF$ in microwave at 320 W for 20 min. The recovery rate in open digestion system was 85~94% and in closed digestion system was indicated as about 100%. Therefore, the closed system is superior than the open system in pre-treatment method for the quantitative analysis of mercury, and the detected mercury contents in the sample of KOCC, AOCC and kraft sack paper were measured below 1 ppm.

본 연구는 기후변화의 영향평가와 경제학적 분석에 관한 국내 외 연구현황을 살펴봄으로써 우리나라의 효율적인 기후변화 적응대책 수립을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존연구들이 분석한 기후변화의 경제학적 비용 및 농업, 건강 등과 같은 부문별로 기후변화의 경제학적 분석을 수행하는데 이용된 지표들을 살펴보았다. 분석에 이용된 지표들과 결과들을 비교, 분석하는 데에 있어 국내연구를 중점적으로 살펴봄으로써 국내연구의 현주소와 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다. 마지막으로 기후변화 적응정책에 대한 연구현황을 통하여 적응정책의 발전과정과 적응방안들을 살펴보고 적응정책의 연구에 대한 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose - This paper aims to analyze and investigate to find out the appropriate ways to make an easy TBT of smart city. It is an important issue between Korea and China because TBT of smart city has lots of advantages in IT, S/W, IOT, and Home network. Research design, data and methodology - First, the paper made use of reviewing2nd data analysis and focused on group interview, and then compared with analysis on the international rule and system such as smart city system, technical regulation, and standard through test certification procedure and inspection. Second, this paper reviewed electric/electronic test, certification, and calibration. Third, through analyzing MRA between Korea and china, the paper focused on SDoC, Mutual Acceptance of International certification, and IECCB scheme. Results - Through the comparison and analysis, this paper found that it is important to promote multi-track agreements with the countries that need short-term promotion. Moreover, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the leading countries in Middle East and Central America. Conclusions - Through the above the reviews and analysis, we can see the importance of promotion in FTA and MRA with the efforts to remove the obstacles and promote to make an easy TBT by MRA between Korea and China.

In case of analysis of discrete data, it shows by way of example orthogonal array experiment for o, 1 data. This paper introduced expirical logit transformation and the type of Freeman-Tukey inverse sine transformation. As the result of analysis of variance, empirical logit transformation turned out a mistake in application but it is possible for graphical analysis by normal probability paper.

In this paper, dynamic response analysis on the ground movement applied traffic load by 2D finite element procedure has been studied. In particular, The paper deal with pointing acceleration method that applied AFIMEX Code as like 2D-FLUSH using equivalent linear method. As the result, it is found that dynamic response analysis by pointing acceleration method expressed ground movement by traffic load exactly.

The purpose of this paper is to present a procedure for feasibility analysis of new hospitals. The major steps of the procedure proposed consists of determination of location for a new hospital, analysis of the community served, facilities planning, estimation of capital requirements and financial analysis. Technical details of the necessary analyses are covered by providing relevant information most of which is readily available in Korea. The procedure proposed in this paper can be applied not only for the case of the general hospital but also for the case of the clinic.

This paper is to show the diphthong system of Jeju dialect speakers in their 70s or more on the basis of the acoustic analysis of their phonetic data. It is revealed through the analysis of their phonetic data that they clearly distinguish such diphthongs as [we], [w$\epsilon$], [yc] and [yo]. However, this paper shows that they are phonetically insensitive to the separation between [ye] and [y$\epsilon$] and they seldom make a precise pronunciation of diphthong [iy], which male speakers tend to pronounce to be [i] and female speakers to be [i].

This paper presents the characteristic analysis and experiment of pitching moment in permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) for precision machine tools. In this paper, we define force characteristics of the moment and the moment analysis by the finite element method. Manufacture experiment and we will compare the results of finite element analysis and experimental results.

This paper presents a typographical analyses and classes. Typographical analysis is an indispensable tool for machine-printed character recognition in English. This analysis is a preliminary step for character segmentation in OCR. This paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, word typographical classes from words are defined by the word typographical analysis. In the second part, character typographical classes from connected components are defined by the character typographical analysis. The character typographical classes are used in the character segmentation.

This paper reviews and classify fault-tree analysis methods developed since 1960 for system safety and reliability. Fault-tree analysis is a useful analytic tool for the reliability and safety of complex systems. The literature on fault-tree analysis is, for the most part, scattered through conference proceedings and company reports. This paper classify the literature according to system definition, fault-tree construction, qualitative evaluation, quantitative evaluation, and available computer codes for fault-tree analysis.
