3차원 균열을 갖는 구조물에 대한 건전성 평가(I) (Integrity Evaluation for 3D Cracked Structures(I))

  • 3차원 유한요소법은 구조물에 존재하는 표면균열과 내재균열들의 응력확대계수를 구하는데 이용되어 진다. 기하모델, 즉 솔리드모델은 3차원 균열들을 포함하고 있다. 국부적인 절점밀도가 선택되어 지면 자동적으로 기하모델 영역에 중첩되어 지며 절점은 버블패깅 방법에 의해 생성되어지고 10절점 사변형 솔리드요소는 데라우니 삼각화 기술에 의해 생성하였다. 시스템의 정확도와 효용성을 체크하기 위해 인장하중을 받는 평판에 하나의 균열이 존재하는 경우의 응력확대계수를 구해 Raju-Newnam식과 비교하여 5%이내의 차이를 보였다. 또한, 인장하중을 받는 평판에 두개 균열이 존재하는 경우의 해석을 통해 상호 간섭 효과를 분석하였다.

  • The present study examined a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) bioreactor on a laboratory scale for simultaneous removal of atrazine, organic carbon, and nutrients from wastewater. The maximum removal efficiency of atrazine, chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TN) were 83.57%, 90.36%, 90.74% and 87.93 respectively. Increasing salinity up to 40 g/L NaCl in influent flow could inhibit atrazine biodegradation process strongly in the MBBR reactor.Results showed that MBBR is so suitable process for efficiently biodegrading of atrazine and nitrogen removal process was based on the simultaneous nitrification-denitrification (SND) process.

Effect of pH on Phase Separated Anaerobic Digestion

  • A pilot scale experiment was performed for a year to develop a two-phase anaerobic process for piggery wastewater treatment (COD: 6,000mg/L, BOD: 4,000mg/L, SS: 500mg/L, pH 8.4, alkalinity 6,000mg/L). The acidogenic reactor had a total volume of 3㎥, and the methanogenic reactor, an anaerobic up-flow sludge filter, combining a filter and a sludge bed, was also of total volume 3㎥(1.5㎥ of upper packing material). Temperatures of the acidogenic and methanogenic reactors kept at 20$^{\circ}C$ and 35$^{\circ}C$, respectively. When the pH of the acidogenic reactor was controlled at 6.0-7.0 with HCl, the COD removal efficiency increased from 50 to 80% over a period of six months, and as a result, the COD of the final effluent fell in the range of 1,000-1,500 mg/L. BOD removal efficiency over the same period was above 90%, and 300 to 400 mg/L was maintained in the final effluent. The average SS in the final effluent was 270 mg/L. The methane production was 0.32㎥ CH$_4$/kg COD(sub)removed and methane content of the methanogenic reactor was high value at 80-90%. When the pH of the acidogenic reactor was not controlled over the final two months, the pH reached 8.2 and acid conversion decreased compared with that of pH controlled, while COD removal was similar to the pH controlled operation. Without pH control, the methane content in the gas from methanogenic reactor improved to 90%, compared to 80% with pH control.

피트(peat) 혼합담체를 이용한 저농도 질소산화물(NOx) 제거특성 (Removal Characteristics of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) in Low Concentration using Peat-Mixed Media)

  • In this study, removal characteristics of nitrogen oxides $(NO_x)$ from road transport by using peat as the packing media for biodegradation have been investigated in the long term. Physicochemical and biological treatment of peatmixed media eliminates any requirement to use chemical substances and also facilitates the biodegradable actions of microorganism. Safe biodegradation of pollutants, no need to apply additional microbes owing to their active growth, and no generation of secondary pollutants were found in this experiment. It was concluded that average removal efficiencies of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide $(NO_2)$ were 80% and 97% respectively with respect to the linear velocity 35~40 mm/s and 0.3 ppm ozone concentration in the long period operation. Inflow concentration of nitric oxide over 0.05 ppm was suitable when pretreated with ozone. Non-ozone stage was performed with linear velocity 20~100 mm/s and then the average removal efficiency of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide were 38% and 94% respectively. Other results showed that the apparent static pressure was raised with increases in applied water content and aerial velocity in mixed media during fan operation.

영가철 충진 복극전해조를 이용한 TCE 정화기법에 관한 연구 (Research on Remediation of Trichloroethylene using Zero Valent Iron Bipolar Packed Bed Electrodes)

  • 영가철을 이용한 투수성 반응벽체는 지하수를 처리하는 원위치정화기술로 국내외적으로 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 영가철을 이용한 투수성 반응벽에 직류전원을 공급하여 효율이 향상된 TCE 처리기술 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 주문진규사로만 충진한 컨트롤컬럼, 영가철과 주문진규사로 충진한 영가철컬럼(영가철:주문진규사 = 1:2(v/v)) 그리고 영가철 컬럼에 직류전원을 공급한 복극전기분해컬럼, 이 세 컬럼의 운전을 통해 TCE 분해효율을 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 영가철를 충진하고 직류전원을 공급한 복극전기분해컬럼이 영가철만을 사용한 컬럼에 비해 높은 TCE의 환원효율을 나타내었다. 이는 영가철 입자가 미세전극으로 작용하여 전자의 이동을 촉진시킨 것에 기인한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 영가철이 반응매질로서의 역할만 할 때보다 반응매질의 역할과 동시에 전극으로서 작용했을 때, TCE 분해효율이 더 높게 나타났음을 알 수 있었다.

의류산업의 생산 자동화 현황과 그에 따른 생산기획 및 관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production Planning and Management for Automated Clothing Manufacture)

  • The goals of this study are to suggest the guidance for automated clothing manufacture by analysis the technology of the automated manufacturing facilities and to propose how improve the efficiency of the production planning and management for automated clothing manufacture In this study, the research about the automated clothing manufacturing machines and the analysis about the modules and functions of apparel information systems were performed. In order to understand the factory automation of the larger clothing firms, the case study method was used. The case study samples were 3 clothing firms. The results and suggestions are as follows: 1. An information technology for automated clothing manufacture has enabled the computer integrated manufacturing system to connect production planning and management part with each work station on the factory floor. 2. The apparel information system to integrate and manage manufacturing informations from each workstation and the apparel CAD system are used in the department of production planning. At the cutting room, there are automated manufacturing machines like an automatic spreading system and an automatic cutting system. Sewing room has the computer controlled unit production system and semi-automated sewing machines. In addition, in the finishing room, an automatic packing machine and a press system are used and besides a warehousing system has been developed. Considering these available technology, for better product efficiency, it is necessary to consider and utilize the specific character of these automatic manufacturing machines and computer system whether they proper to each product style. 3. Most of the clothing manufacturers are in the stage of semi-automated manufacture. In order to improve the manufacturing environment, it is needed to gradual procedure of manufacturing automation with considering the firm's financial condition, existing facilities and staffs operating machines. The case study sample firms are in the high degree of manufacturing automation. They can accomplish the flexible manufacturing system to link the information system with each work station menufacturing system by computerized control. For the case of the firm having already used the computer integrated manufacturing and managing system, it is necessary that the function to deal with drawing information is added to the retaining module of the apparel system.

  • There are lack of labour and increase in logistics costs due to rapid change in logistics environments and the demand for logistics. The reality is that over spending on logistics costs are getting worse due to lack of logistics standardization. An example will be excessive logistics costs caused by unsatisfactory use of logistics equipments in wholesale markets. The logistics efficiency is falling due to delays in using logistics equipments and standardization. Therefore, there needs standardization of logistics functions and unit of handling in each stage from packing, unloading, storage, transporting, logistics information and needs logistics standardization on equipments, machineries used for the above. Standard unified with standardization is called specification and if standardization is applied broadly in manufacturing or processing, inspection than each process in terms of production can be managed rationally and labour skills will improve and product quality will be evenly maintained and compatability of each part in terms of assembly will be maintained thus materials and labour could be saved thus results in increasing productivity and lowering production costs. Also, if it is applied in industry at state-level then there will be rationalization in consumption in circulation as in purchase of raw materials, sales of products, purchase of products by consumers and contribute in improving compatibility and fair transactions. This paper is aimed to help in first solving factors affecting the most in improving logistic efficiency among unit load system and logistic hollowization, standardizing logistics base, standardizing logistics information. The study conducted surveys on limited companies but hope that in the future the target companies can be divided further into types, industries and conduct more demonstrative analysis.

  • The packing and sorting processes of grape are required repetitive movements to need considerable physical load for a long time. And thereby, there is strong possibility to cause musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, ergonomically designed convenience equipments of worktable and handcart are introduced for improvement of the working movements and less physical load to increase the work efficiency. For objective analysis of the movements and the workload between the ones before and after the improvement, we measured heart rate, OWAS, RULA, REBA, LMM, moving Line and work time. Also, we used a checklist of physical fatigue regions to confirm the subjective evaluation of physical load of workers. As the result of study, it showed lower heart rate, value of Working Postures (OWAS, RULA, REBA) and LMM in the work after introduction of those convenient equipments than the work of before the introduction. The work time and moving Line were shortened and the number of grape boxes packed within the same work time was increased, too. Also the overall load as the subjective evaluation was reduced.

인지질계 양쪽성 계면활성제 CDP-W 첨가가 리포좀 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Phospholipid Zwitterionic Surfactant CDP-W on the Characteristics of Liposome)

  • 본 연구에서는 인지질계 양쪽성 계면활성제 CDP-W 첨가가 지질 소포체 막과의 상호 작용에 미치는 영향에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 CDP-W 양쪽성 계면활성제와 레시틴 S100-3의 임계 마이셀 농도 및 표면장력 등의 계면 물성을 측정하였다. 또한 pH 변화에 따른 1 wt% 계면활성제 수용액의 제타 전위 측정을 통하여 양쪽성 계면활성제 CDP-W가 양이온 계면활성제에서 음이온 계면활성제로 작용이 전환되는 등전점을 결정하였으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 pH 변화 및 CDP-W 첨가가 리포좀의 평균 입자 크기, 다분산 지수 및 제타 전위 등과 같은 안정성에 미치는 영향에 살펴보았다. 또한 가장 안정한 상태의 리포좀이 형성되는 pH 6의 조건에서 CDP-W 첨가에 따른 리포좀 막의 형광 이방성, 변형성, 녹는 점 측정 등을 통하여 리포좀 막의 유동성 특성을 측정하고 리포좀 막의 유동성이 포집효율 및 안정성에 미치는 영향에 관하여 살펴보았다.

필터 분리기를 이용한 여재별 도로퇴적물의 오염물질 제거효율 비교 (Comparison of Pollutant Removal Efficiency in Road Sediment with Media Using Filter Separator)

  • 강우 시 도로에서의 초기 유출수는 유 무기물질, 중금속 등 유해물질이 부유물질에 흡착되어 거동되는 비율이 높으므로 부유물질을 분리할 수 있다면 상당량의 오염부하를 줄일 수가 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 도로에서 배출되는 강우유출수의 오염저감을 위해 필터를 이용한 수리동력학적 필터분리기를 이용하여 부유물질을 처리함에 있어 필터별 오염물질 처리효율을 비교 평가함으로서 도로유출수에 대한 오염물질 저감을 위한 현장에의 적용 방안을 모색함에 있다. 사용한 여재는 perlite, 활성탄, zeolite와 이들의 혼합소재를 대상으로 하여 칼럼여과실험과 필터분리기를 이용한 현장에서의 처리실험을 통해 여재별 처리정도 및 처리효율을 비교하였다. 칼럼여과실험결과 대체로 SS는 활성탄과 perlite, 활성탄, 소성한 zeolite의 혼합여재가, 중금속은 zeolite 및 활성탄이 양호하였다. HDFS에 의한 처리실험은 perlite와 활성탄 혼합여재가 도로유출수 처리에 적합할 것으로 조사되었다. 혼합여재에 대한 평균 처리 효율은 여재층이 9 cm, 수면적부하율 192-1,469 $m^3/m^2/d$의 범위에서 SS 48.1%, BOD 31.9%, COD 32.6%, TN 15.5%, TP 17.3%의 제거율을 나타내었고, 중금속인 경우 Fe 26.0%, Cu 19.4%, Cr 25.7, Zn 16.6%, Pb 15.0%로 조사되었다. 도로유출수의 처리를 위한 HDFS의 여재로서는 perlite와 활성탄을 혼합한 여재가 적절하였다.
