백색 LED용 복합형광체의 코팅공정에 따른 광 특성 (Optical Properties as Coating Process of Complex Phosphor for White LED)

  • In this study, we fabricated high quality color conversion component with green/red phosphor and low melting glass frit. The color conversion component was prepared by placing the green and red phosphor layer on slide glass via screen printing process. The properties of color conversion component could be controlled by changing coating sequence, layer thickness and heat treatment temperature. We discovered that optical properties of color conversion component were generally determined by the lowest layer. On the other hand, the heat treatment temperature also affected to correlated color temperature (CCT) and color rending index (CRI). The color conversion component with a green (lower) - red (upper) layer which was sintered at $550^{\circ}C$ showed the best optical properties: CCT, CRI and luminance efficacy were 3340 K, 78, and 56.5 lm/w, respectively.

  • Recently, remote phosphor is reported for white LED enhancing of phosphor efficiency compared with conventional phosphor-based W-LED. In this study, Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor contents rated paste and heat treatment. The paste consists of phosphor, lowest softening glass frit and organic binders. Remote phosphor can be well controlled by varying the phosphor content rated paste. After mounting remote phosphor on top of blue LED chip, CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were measured. The measurement results showed that CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were 6,645, 68, and 1,16l m/W in phosphor 80 wt.% remote phosphor sintered at $600^{\circ}C$.

  • Today, silicon and epoxy resin are used as materials of conversion lenses for white LEDs on the basis of their good bonding and transparency in LED packages. But these materials give rise to long-term performance problems such as reaction with water, yellowing transition, and shrinkage by heat. These problems are major factors underlying performance deterioration of LEDs. In this study, in order to address these problems, we fabricated a conversion lenses using glass, which has good chemical durability and is stable to heat. The fabricated conversion lenses were applied to a remote phosphor type. In this experiment, the conversion lens for white LED was coated on a glass substrate by a screen printing method using paste. The thickness of the coated conversion lens was controlled during 2 or 3 iterations of coating. The conversion lens fabricated under high heat treatment temperature and with a thin coating showed higher luminance efficiency and CCT closer to white light than fabricated lenses under low heat treatment temperature or a thick coating. The conversion lens with $32{\mu}m$ coating thickness showed the best optical properties: the measured values of the CCT, CRI, and luminance efficiency were 4468 K, 68, and 142.22 lm/w in 20 wt% glass frit, 80 wt% phosphor with sintering at $800^{\circ}C$.

병원급식의 미생물적 품질보증을 위한 HACCP 전산프로그램의 개발 (The Development of a Computer-Assisted HACCP Program for the Microbiological Quality Assurance in Hospital Foodservice Operations)

  • This study was carried out to develop the computer-assisted Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program for a systematic approach to the identification, assessment and control of hazards for foodservice manager to assure the microbiological quality of food in hospital foodservice operations. Sanitation practices were surveyed and analyzed in the dietetic department of 4 hospitals. Among them, one 762-bed general hospital was selected as standard model to develop computer-assisted HACCP program. All data base files and processing programs were created by using Foxpro package for easy access of HACCP concept. HACCP program was developed based on the methods suggested by NACMCF, IAMFES and Bryan. This program consisted of two parts: the pre-stage for HACCP study and the implementation stage of the HACCP system. 1. Pre-stage for HACCP study includes the selection of menu item, the development of the HACCP recipe, the construction of a product flow diagram, and printing the HACCP recipe and a product flow diagram. A menu item for HACCP study can be selected from the menu item lists classified by cooking methods. HACCP recipe includes ingredients, their amount and cooking procedure. A flow diagram is constructed based on the HACCP recipe. The HACCP recipe and a product flow diagram are printed out. 2. Implementation of HACCP study includes the identification of microbiological hazards, the determination of critical control points, the establishment of control methods of each hazard, and the complementation of data base file. Potentially hazardous ingredients are determined and microbiological hazards are identified in each phase of the product flow. Critical control points (CCPs) are identified by applying CCP decision trees for ingredients and each process stage. After hazards and CCPs are identified, criteria, monitoring system, corrective action plan, record-keeping system and verification methods are established. When the HACCP study is complemented, HACCP study result forms are printed out. HACCP data base file can be either added, corrected or deleted.

2년제 대학 산업디자인전공의 교육과정 개선방안에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Improvement of Curriculum in the Junior College for the Industrial Design Major)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2년제 대학 산업디자인과 제품, 환경디자인 전공 교육과정의 개선을 제안하는 데 있다. 이 목적을 이루기 위하여 2가지 방법을 수행하였다. 첫째는 주로 중소기업의 제품생산업체, 디자인 전문회사 등에 근무하는 디자이너의 직무를 설문 분석한 것이고, 둘째는 2년제 대학에 재직하는 전공교수들의 의견을 설문 조사하여 비교한 것이다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 2년데 대학 산업디자인과의 수업연한은 현재대로 2년이 적합하다. 단 선택적으로 1년의 심화과정을 개설하는 것이 바림직하다. 2. 2년제 대학졸업자들은 현장에서의 실기와 관련된 능력에 강점을 보이고 있으나 응용력을 필요로 하거나 창조적인 업무에는 다소 어려움을 나타내고 있으므로 실제로 제품개발에 필요한 컴퓨터 조형 실기나 관련된 실험·실습은 계속적으로 강화하며, 또한 업무와 관련된 과목을 익힐 수 있도록 외국어나 생산공정, 신제품에 대한 지식, 소비자 행태 조사등에 관련된 선택과목의 폭을 넓혀야 한다. 3. 다음 영역의 교과는 그 과목의 내용이나 명칭. 시간의 조성이 필요하다. 컴퓨터 모델링, 컴퓨터 랜더링과 입체조형을 이해시킬 수 있는 실기과목 같은 제품개발의 입체적 조형작업에 관련된 교과의 요구가 높아졌고, 디자인 표현에 관련된 교과는 대부분 컴퓨터를 이용한 명칭과 내용으로 요구되고 있다. 개발 제품의 제시, 광고, 판매, 모니터링에 관련된 교과에서는 인쇄학, 상품학, 포장디자인, 타이포그래피, 사진 같은 제품의 광고, 판매에 관련된 교과의 요구는 낮아졌고, 개발 제품 디자인의 프리젠테이션 기법의 개설이 요구되고 있다. 현장 실습, 실무특강, 원서 강독 같은 기타 교과는 현행대로 유지하되, 형식에 치우치지 않는 실제적인 것이 되어야만 하고, 실무 디자이너들이 업무를 수행하는데 일반지식으로 가장 필요하다고 느끼는 것이 외국어이므로 실제적이고 지속적인 외국어 교육이 요구되고 있다.석한후 그 결과를 종합적으로 해석함으로써 더 유효성이 높은 접근 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 시스템 에서 포도당을 낮은 level로 유지할 수 있었으나, 초산의 과도한 축적으로 항체 생산성의 향상은 예상에 비해 크지 않았다. 81%), C18 0(12.38%), C18: 1(25.93%), C22:6(9.95%)이며 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)은 C14 : 0(11.60%), C16 : 0(18.94%), C16: 1(10.42%). C18 : 1(10.89%), C22 : 6(23.44%)이었다. 총필수지방산(總必須脂肪酸) 함량(含量)은 극성지방질(極成脂肪質)$(20.14{\sim}31.12%)$이 비극성지방질(非極成脂肪質)$(6.97{\sim}11.13%)$보다 훨씬 높았고, 결합지방질(結合脂肪質)이 유리지방질(遊離脂肪質)보다 높았으며 부위별(部位別)로는 피부(皮部)$(15.18{\sim}15.41%)$가 육질부(肉質部)$(6.97{\sim}11.13%)$보다 높았다. 또${\omega}3$고도부포화지방산(高度不飽和脂肪酸) 함량(含量)은 육질부(肉質部)$(15.15{\sim}28.32%)$가 피부(皮部)$(6.77{\sim}18.18%)$나 내장부(內臟部)$(8.35{\sim}9.74%)$보다 높았으며, 육질부(肉質部)에서는 극성지방질(極成脂肪質)$(26.28{\sim}34.18%)$이 비극성지방질(非極成脂肪質)$(15.15{\sim}28.32%)$보다 높았다.veral world-wide prediction models.
