이 연구는 국내 도서관 불안에 대한 선행연구를 분석하여 연구동향을 살펴보고 향후 국내 도서관 불안 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 한국학술지 인용색인(KCI) 및 한국학술정보(KISS)에 2004년부터 2023년 5월까지 게재된 도서관 불안에 관한 국내 (우수)등재지 논문을 수집 및 검토하였으며 최종적으로 총 23편의 분석 논문을 채택하였다. 채택된 논문은 PRISMA의 체계적 문헌고찰 절차에 따라 발행 연도별, 연구 주제별, 연구 유형별, 연구 방법별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연구 주제에서는 집단별 도서관 불안 측정 연구가 12편(52.2%)으로 가장 많았으며, 연구 유형에서는 응용연구가 18편(78.0%)으로 가장 많았고 연구 방법에서는 양적연구가 18편(82.6%)으로 가장 많았다. 그리고 분석 결과를 통해 국내 도서관 불안에 대한 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

전기방전의 기본적인 특성을 가지고 있는 플라즈마를 이용하여 재료를 가공하는 증착, 식각, 표면처리 공정에 있어서 플라즈마 내의 전자 충돌 반응에 의한 이온, 라디칼의 생성과 재료 표면의 반응을 분석하는 도구로써 분압 측정은 일반적인 화학 조성 분석에 기원한 오랜 역사를 가지고 있다. 1 amu 정도의 분해능을 가지고 있고 크기가 30 cm 정도에 불과한 사중극자 질량 분석기는 적절한 질량 스캔 시간과 넓은 이온 전류 측정 범위를 가지므로 소형 차등 배기 시스템과 조합하면 1 mTorr 영역의 스퍼터링 시스템에서 1 Torr 영역의 PECVD/PEALD 시스템 진단에도 쉽게 적용이 가능하다. Inficon사의 CPM-300과 Pfeiffer사의 Prisma80을 이용한 플라즈마 식각 공정 분석 결과를 보면 동위원소까지 분석이 가능하다. 또한 전자충돌 이온화 에너지를 조절하여 m/q(질량전하비율)가 중첩되는 경우의 해석도 가능하다. 다중 오리피스를 갖는 compact design의 밸브 블록을 이용한 설계에서는 line-of-sight 입사가 불가능하여 이온 전류를 분석할 수 없다는 단점이 있으나 표준 가스를 이용한 정량화 등의 큰 장점들이 있다. 최근 이루어진 연구의 내용으로는 유도 결합 플라즈마 장치에서 전도성 메쉬를 이용한 라디칼 거동 관찰을 위해서 두 대의 CPM-300을 메쉬 전 후에 설치하여 라디칼의 양 변화를 전류 프로브와 같이 사용하여 조사하였다.

Bleeding, is one of the most common postoperative complications after palatoplasty in patients with cleft palate. The purpose of this article is to present our experience using a Foley catheter balloon for perioperative palatoplasty bleeding management. A retrospective data analysis was performed for all cases of palatoplasty performed by the author from 1999 to 2012 that experienced postoperative hemorrhage. These patients were managed by utilizing posterior nasal compression with a Foley catheter balloon for the period 2006 to 2012. We have compared two methods (we use before 2006 the reoperative method) with regards to the later development of palatal fistulae and cases with reoperative hemostasis. The study found no statistically significant differences between the conventional and proposed method in relation to the development of palatal fistulae (P=0.7). These findings suggest that nasal packing using a Foley balloon is a safe and effective method for postoperative bleeding control after palatoplasty in patients with cleft palate.

This study is an attempted content analysis study to analyze recent studies on clinical practice of nursing college students to identify problems with clinical practice and provide evidence for desirable clinical practice. For data collection, a total of 14 papers published in academic journals between 2017 and 2021 were selected. The analysis method was performed according to the systematic review reporting guidelines presented by Cochrane Collaboration and the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) group. As a result of the analysis, two themes, Four sub-themes, and seventeen concepts were derived, and the clinical practice study of nursing college students showed the necessity of standardized clinical practice protocol regulations for nursing college students and respect for patient human rights. Based on the above research results, it is proposed to prepare a nursing and clinical practice protocol that can clearly present the role of nursing college students during clinical practice.

To enhance safety in dangerous situations, it is essential to provide practice-oriented safety education. However, direct experiences can be limited, and thus, metaverse-based safety education is emerging as an alternative. In this study, we analyzed the first official metaverse safety education program of the Korea Ministry of Education, mainly focusing on its title, objectives, content, and results using the Revised PRISMA framework. The program concentrates on "life safety" for "fire safety," "disaster safety" for "earthquake safety," and "first aid" for "abrasions, burns, fractures, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of AED." We classified the objectives of the entire program and its three sub-programs, and identified the knowledge, main practice tasks, and their results. The aim of this study is to promote an understanding of the main cases of national-led metaverse safety education and infer the practical safety education contents emphasized to Korean school-age students.

O presente trabalho pretende explorar a relação entre a língua nacional e a construção da idenidade nacional no Brasil, materializando os enunciados da "Casa-grande & Senzala" de Gilberto Freyre e os discursos cruzados entre Freyre e romancistas. Atualmente, o português brasileiro é uma manifestação mais extensa e mais profunda da alma multiforme da nacionalidade brasileira como a língua é um tópico essencial no processo de constituição da nacionalidade, ao lado da geografia, da história e da étnia. Junto com o português brasileiro, como o idioma oficial do Brasil, tradições, ideias nacionais se difundiam por todos os habitantes dessa comunidade imaginária. Ao invés dos temas clássicos(como a mestiçagem e a história da vida privada) de Gilberto Freyre, neste trabalho, discutimos as interpretações que Gilberto Freyre fez pelo prisma do luso-tropicalismo sobre a língua e a identidade nacional no Brasil, considerando o cruzamento da Casa-grande e da Senzala representadas na estrutura das obras dos romancistas brasileiros.

Purpose: This study examined the definitions, diagnostic criteria, and measurements of sarcopenic obesity and identified effective exercise interventions that improve cardiometabolic outcomes in middle-aged and older adults, in whom the prevalence of sarcopenic obesity is increasing. Methods: This comprehensive review followed the principles of literature search, data extraction, and review, as described in the PRISMA 2009 guidelines. Results: The 11 articles included in this study presented different concepts of sarcopenic obesity. Exercise interventions for sarcopenic obesity varied in their effects. Resistance exercise improved muscle mass and physical function, while aerobic exercise primarily impacted obesity and cardiometabolic indicators. Combined exercise had mixed results across indicators. Conclusion: This study addressed a pressing public health concern in the context of an aging population, acknowledged the unique challenges of sarcopenic obesity, and attempted to clarify definitions and assessment methods, while identifying effective exercise interventions to reduce cardiometabolic risk. Sarcopenic obesity is a multifaceted condition with varying definitions and diagnostic criteria. Its association with cardiometabolic risk underscores the need for comprehensive assessments considering both muscle and obesity indicators. While exercise interventions hold promise for managing sarcopenic obesity, further research is required to establish effective strategies.

Purpose: The purpose of this systematic review is to explore end-of-life (EOL) care planning and the impact of socioeconomic status (SES) among people who identify as Black or African American. Methods: The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) were used to guide and inform this systematic review process. The following academic electronic databases with publications that reflected the interdisciplinary fields related to the research objective were searched: APA PsycINFO, CINHAL, PubMed, Scopus, and Social Work Abstracts. Results: After the authors conducted the search, 14 articles (from 13 studies) ultimately met the criteria for inclusion. The results substantiated significant concerns highlighted in previous literature regarding SES and its relation to EOL planning, but also revealed an absence of original work and interventions to increase engagement in EOL planning among Black and African American populations. Conclusion: Black individuals deserve an equitable EOL experience. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers need to move towards advocacy and action to meet this important need.

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회에 거주하는 한국 노인을 대상으로 한 신체활동 프로그램이 수면에 미치는 효과를 체계적이고 종합적으로 검증하기 위해 메타분석하는 것이다. 자료수집을 위해 PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) 가이드라인에 따라 2016년 11월 20일까지 출판된 연구물을 체계적으로 수집하고 각 기준에 따라 선별한 결과 총 7편이 메타분석 대상 논문으로 선정되었다. 자료 분석은 Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, Q 검정을 통하여 연구들 사이의 동질성 여부를 검정한 후 개별 연구의 효과크기를 병합한 평균 효과크기를 산출하였다. 연구결과, 노인을 대상으로 한 신체활동 프로그램인, 힐링요가, 에어로빅댄스, 아쿠아로빅스, 한국무용, 베하스 운동, 운동프로그램, 타이치 운동이 수면에 미치는 총 효과는 Hedges' g=0.577(95% Confidence Interval (CI):0.337~0.817)로 유의한 효과크기를 보였다. 신체활동 프로그램 중 베하스 운동프로그램은 Hedges' g=0.758(95% CI:0.248~1.267)로 노인의 수면에 가장 큰 효과크기를 보였으며, 타이치 운동프로그램이 Hedges' g=0.697(95% CI:0.071~1.324), 운동프로그램은 Hedges' g=0.650(95% CI:0.141~1.159)의 순으로 효과크기를 보였다. 그러므로 지역사회 거주 노인의 수면의 질 향상을 위한 간호학적 중재를 적용함에 있어, 노인의 수면에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 베하스 운동과 타이치 운동을 프로그램화 하여 적용하는 것이 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 노인의 수면에 유의한 효과를 미치지 않는 것으로 파악된 중재프로그램의 내용 및 특성, 문제점 등을 분석하여, 향후 노인을 대상으로 한 중재 개발 시 고려할 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 노인요양기관의 욕창발생 위험요인과 욕창예방 관리에 대한 내용을 비교. 분석하여 노인요양기관에 적합한 욕창예방 관리 방법을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰과 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 활용한 혼합연구로 체계적 문헌고찰은 PRISMA(Preferred reporting items for systematic reviews) 지침에 따라 자료를 수집하고 분석하였으며, 포커스그룹 인터뷰는 노인요양기관에서 3년 이상 근무한 경력직 간호사를 대상으로 시행하였다. 쳬계적 문헌고찰은 2010년부터 2019년 6월까지 국내외에서 발표된 논문을 본 연구의 논문 선정기준에 따라 총 8편 논문이 선택하였다. 논문검색어는 'pressure ulcers', 'bedsore', 'decubitus ulcers', 'intervention','prevention', 'elderly', 'long term' 단어를 조합하여 검색하였다. 포커스그룹 인터뷰는 노인요양기관에 3년 이상 근무한 간호사를 대상으로 반 구조화된 설문지를 통해 내용분석을 하였다. 연구결과 노인요양기관의 경우 특히 체위변경과 압력 감소 장치를 적용한 중재가 욕창 예방관리에 중요한 중재임이 확인되었고 기관마다 표준화된 욕창간호 관리프로토콜 및 프로그램의 활용이 필요하다고 제시되었다. 본 연구는 혼합연구방법을 통해 욕창 예방관리 방법을 통합적으로 제시하였으며 특히 다학제간 협력이 노인요양기관의 중요한 이슈임이 확인되었다.
