Genetic Environments of Au-Ag-bearing Gasado Hydrothermal Vein Deposit (함 금-은 가사도 열수 맥상광상의 성인)

  • The Gasado Au-Ag deposit is located within the south-western margin of the Hanam-Jindo basin. The geology of the Gasado is composed of the late Cretaceous volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks and acidic or intermediate igneous rocks. Within the deposit area, there are a number of hydrothermal quartz and calcite veins, formed by narrow open space filling along subparallel fractures in the late Cretaceous volcaniclastic sedimentary rock. Vein mineralization at the Gasado is characterized by several textural varieties such as chalcedony, drusy, comb, bladed, crustiform and colloform. The textures have been used as exploring indicators of the epithermal deposit. Mineral paragenesis can be divided into two stages (stage I, ore-bearing quartz veins; stage II, barren carbonate veins) considering major tectonic fracturing event. Stage I, at which the precipitation of Au-Ag bearing minerals occurred, is further divided into three substages (early, middle and late) with paragenetic time based on minor fractures and discernible mineral assemblages: early, marked by deposition of pyrite and pyrrhotite with minor chalcopyrite, sphalerite and electrum; middle, characterized by introduction of electrum and base-metal sulfides with minor argentite; late, marked by argentite and native silver. Au-Ag-bearing mineralization at the Gasado deposit occurred under the condition between initial high temperatures (≥290℃) and later lower temperatures (≤130℃). Changes in stage I vein mineralogy reflect decreasing temperature and fugacity of sulfur (≈10-10.1 to ≤10-18.5atm) by evolution of the Gasado hydrothermal system with increasing paragenetic time. The Gasado deposit may represents an epithermal gold-silver deposit which was formed near paleo-surface.

Studio sulla satira in Mistero Buffo - Ricerca della restaurazione della dignità degli uomini attraverso la satira sulla classe dominante e il mondo corroto della Cristianità - (다리오 포의 『미스테로 부포Mistero Buffo』에 나타난 풍자성 연구 -지배층과 기독교세계 풍자를 통한 인간의 존엄성 회복 추구-)

  • Questa tesi tratta di due aspetti. Primo, i giullari erano coloro che hanno fatto la satira sulle contraddizioni della societa medievale quasisempre da soli. Gli oggetti della satira erano in gran parte la classe dominate e gli ecclesiastici. Particolarmente chi governa, opprime e sfrutta il popolo come i padroni, i ricchi, gli aristocratici, i mercanti, i re, i sindaci, i militari, e chi rappresenta i sovrani come il papa, i vescovi, e i cardinali. Anche la satira del Fo moderno si rivolge contro gli stessi. Perché anche se il tempo passa, la situazione non è quasi cambiata. Quei soggetti fanno azioni ipocrite in un ambito schematico e dogmatico, e non fanno conoscere al popolo la loro situazione d'inuguaglianza. Perciò Fo ritiene che la situazione disperata del popolo è la stessa, sia nel medievo sia oggi. Secondo, voglio fare vedere che i giullari fanno la satira pungente della classe dominante, e degli ecclesiastici ma non rinnegano la cristianità. E anche gli estremisti che talvolta erano i monaci diventati giullari, dicono che se vogliamo dare dignità alla Chiesa di Cristo dobbiamo distruggere la Chiesa. E per distruggere la Chiesa dobbiamo distruggere chi la governa, il papa, i vescovi, e i cardinali. Ma anche loro, in quel caso, non rinnegano la cristianità in sè stessa. Poiché Dio (il Padreterno) rappresenta i padroni e i sovrani è odiato, mentre e' sempre amato Gesù Cristo da tutti i giullari, gli estremisti e anche il popolo, ché egli è Dio che viene sulla terra a cercar di ridare la primavera agli uomini e si sacrifica come Dioniso. E soprattutto è considerato come il simbolo della resistenza contro la inugualglianza, e dell'amore e della dignità fondamentale degli uomini. Nei nove testi di Mistero Buffo, i giullari e Fo considerano sempre molto importante la dignità degli uomini. E Cristo è il simbolo di questa dignità. Così i testi in Mistero Buffo hanno sempre una forte connotazione, non sono soltanto una satira sulla classe dominante e gli ecclesiastici ma contengono anche in definitiva la volontà di ricercare la restaurazione della dignità degli uomini e dello spirito di Cristo.

A Study on Skin Status with Acoustic Measurements of Skin Friction Noise (피부 마찰 소음 측정을 통한 피부 상태 연구)

  • Efficacy of cosmetics has been mainly evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods based on visual sense, tactile sense and skin structure until now. In this study, we suggested a novel evaluation method for skin status based on sound; measuring and analyzing the rubbing noise generated by applying cosmetics. First, the rubbing noise was measured at a close range by a high-sensitivity microphone in anechoic environment, and the noises were analyzed by 1/3 octave band analysis in frequency-domain. Three conditions, 1) before washing, 2) after washing and 3) after application of cosmetics, were compared. As a result, sound pressure level (SPL) of rubbing noise after washing was larger than that of before washing, and the SPL of rubbing noise after cosmetic application was the smallest. Furthermore, the energy of rubbing noise after application was higher than that of the before and after washing conditions in a low frequency band (lower than 2 kHz region). Conversely, the energy of rubbing noise after application was much lower than the others in a high-frequency band (upper than 2 kHz region). This change of energy distribution was described as a balloon-skin model. High SPL in the low frequency region after the cosmetic applications was due to the increase of "flexibility index", while SPL in the high frequency region significantly decreased because of the attenuation which is related to "softness index". Therefore, we developed two indices based on the spectrum-energy difference for evaluating skin conditions. This proposed method and indices were verified via skin flexibility and roughness measurement using cutometer and primos respectively. These results suggest that acoustic measurement of skin friction noise may be a new skin status evaluation method.

Relationship between Stratum Corneum Carbonylated Protein (SCCP) and Skin Biophysical Parameters (Stratum Corneum Carbonylated Protein (SCCP)의 피부 생물학적 파라미터와의 관계)

  • Carbonylated proteins (CPs) are synthesized by the chemical reaction of basic amino acid residues in proteins with aldehyde compounds yielded by lipid peroxidation. CPs are excited by a range of light from UVA to blue light, and resulted in the generation of superoxide anion radicals ($^{\cdot}O_2{^-}$) by photosensitizing reaction. Then, they CPs induce new protein carbonylation in stratum corneum through ROS generation. Furthermore, the superoxide anion radicals produce CPs in the stratum corneum (SC) through lipid peroxidation and finally affects skin conditions including color and moisture functions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the production of stratum corneum carbonylated protein (SCCP) and the skin elasticity. 46 healthy female Koream at the ages of 30 ~ 50 years old were participated in this study for 8 weeks. The skin test was experiment conducted into two groups; placebo group (N = 23) used cream that did not contain active ingredients, and the other group (N = 23) used cream containing the elasticity improving ingredients. Test areas were the crow 's feet and the cheek. Various non-invasive methods were carried out to measure biophysical parameters on human skin indicating that dermis density and skin wrinkle were measured by using DUB scanner and Primos premium, respectively. Skin elasticity were measured using dermal torque meter (DTM310) and balistometer (BLS780). SCCP was assessed in a simple and non-invasive method using skin surface biopsy on the cheek of the subject. The amount of SCCP was determined using image analysis. All measurements were taken at 0, 4 and 8 8week. Results revealed that the amount of CP in SC was reduced when the skin wrinkle and skin elasticity related parameters were improved. This indicates that the correlation between the elasticity improvement and the amount of CP can be used as a anti-aging indicator and applicable to the skin clinical test for the measurement of skin aging in the future.
