바이러스는 RNA나 DNA의 유전물질과 그것을 둘러싸고 있는 최소한의 단백질들만으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 바이러스가 증식하기 위해서는 숙주세포에 침투하여 전적으로 숙주의 복제 기구를 이용해야만 한다. 하지만 아직까지 뎅기 바이러스의 감염 및 복제 기전은 명확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 바이러스의 감염 및 복제기전에 대한 유용한 정보를 도출하기 위하여 사람 단백질과 뎅기 바이러스 단백질의 상호작용(Hu-DV PPI) 네트워크를 분석하였다. 우선 문헌조사를 통하여 실험적으로 검증된 뎅기 바이러스 단백질(9개)과 상호작용하는 사람 단백질(149개)을 추출하였으며, 이 정보를 이용하여 사람-뎅기 바이러스 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 구축하였다. 이 네트워크를 기반으로 바이러스 감염 전/후의 네트워크 구조 및 특성을 분석하였으며, 이 정보를 바탕으로 감염경로를 탐색하였다.

In the present study, we investigated the protection conferred by a live attenuated Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium (ST) strain against Salmonella Typhimurium, Salmonella Gallinarum (SG), and Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) infection in layer chickens. Birds were orally primed with the attenuated ST strain at 7 days of age and then boosted at 4 weeks post prime immunization (PPI). Sequential monitoring of plasma IgG and mucosal secretory IgA (sIgA) levels revealed that inoculation with ST induced a significant antibody response to antigens against ST, SE, and SG. Moreover, significant lymphoproliferative responses to the 3 Salmonella serovars were observed in the immunized group. We also investigated protection against virulent ST, SE, and SG strain challenge. Upon virulent SG challenge, the immunized group showed significantly reduced mortality compared to the non-immunized group. The reduced persistence of the virulent ST and SE challenge strains in the liver, spleen, and cecal tissues of the immunized group suggests that immunization with the attenuated ST strain may not only protect against ST infection but can also confer cross protection against SE and SG infection.

This paper proposes a method for generating radar images used in a ship handling simulator, which includes mathematical logics based on radar equations and information from Openflight format files. In order to make radar image much similar to that of real radar in PPI type, the proposed mathematical logic derives radar video signals under the consideration of not only the data form flight format file of simulation scenes, but also geographical radar's position. The proposed method is considered useful to make radar images in ship handling simulator with accuracy and reality.

A A4 size black and white reflective plastic display was developed for out door application. For document readability, high resolution of 180ppi plastic TFT backplane and high reflectance electrophoretic front panel sheet was used. Preparation of display was held near $100^{\circ}C$ process on PEN substrate.

The memory compression algorithm CCC-LCP (color-count-controlled local color palette) reduces flicker in the liquid crystal display (LCD) overdrive. Its compression ratio is 1:5.4 for 10-bit images, with a 33 dB PSNR peak signal-to-noise ratio and with five times flicker reduction compared with the block truncation coding. The authors' two-alternative forced choice subjective tests proposed two new soundness properties, the 'CMP harmlessness' and 'OD non-lost (or OD liveliness)', to clarify the functional interaction between the overdrive functionality OD and the compression functionality CMP. The tests verified that CCC-LCP is practically applicable (at a 1.2H viewing distance threshold) for 42" 37-ppi WXGA TVs.

본 논문에서는 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 효율적으로 구축하고 관리하기 위한 템플릿 기반 동적 관리 방법에 대해 제안한다. 기존의 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 지원하는 대부분 시스템들은 각각의 단백질을 창조 데이터베이스에 대한 레퍼런스로 표현하고 있다. 따라서, 단백질에 상세한 정보를 가지고 분석하기 위해서는 참조 데이터베이스를 통해 상세한 정보를 얻어야 가능하다. 하지만, 방대하고 복잡한 상호작용 네트워크인 경우 분석에 많이 시간이 필요하며, 참조 데이터베이스의 레퍼런스가 변경된 경우 제대로 된 분석 결과를 얻을 수 없다. 본 논문에서 제시한 템플릿 기반의 동적 관리 기법은 다양한 사용자들이 자신의 요구에 맞는 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 템플릿 검색을 통해 손쉽게 구축할 수 있도록 지원하며, 다중 사용자들이 서로간의 간섭없이 각자의 단백질 상호작용 네트워크 관리할 수 있다. 또한 참조 데이터베이스의 수정된 내용이 단백질 상호작용 네트워크에 지속적으로 반영할 수 있도록 한다.

Compressive properties of the open cell 6063 aluminum alloy foams made by the plaster molding process were investigated before and after heat treatment. Loading process was controlled at a displacement rate of 2 mm/min. Compressive strength of 10 PPI foam was the largest of the same density foams. Increase in strength after heat treatment for the bulk material was remark able, however was not for the 6063 aluminum foam. C values were in the range of $0.39{\sim}0.53$ for as cast foams and $0.13{\sim}0.16$ for T6 heat treated foams in the equation of ${sigma}^*_{pl}/{\sigma}_{ys}=C({\rho}/{\rho}_{s})^{1.5}$ and increased with cell size.

The skinpassing conditions such as roll type, roll force and roll roughness of the work roll were evaluated to give the surface properties of the galvanized steel sheets that were required for automotive and to get rid of the surface defects that caused with the bad control of galvanized coating process parameters. The surface defects of the galvanized steel sheets such as the ripple mark and the scratch were completely removed as the roll force of SPM work roll was increased and the amount of the transfer of roll surface texture to the strip was also gained a lot. The image clarity of electro discharge textured (EDT) coated steel sheets before and after painting was higher than that of the bright (BRT) and shot blasted (SBT) coated steel sheets because of higher PPI value, lower waviness and uniform surface pattern. Since micro-craters transferred on the surface of the galvanized steel sheets played a role of nucleation sites of chromate reaction, Increase of micro-craters was bring to better corrosion resistance with the increase of the roll force and the use of EDT roll at the skin pass mill.

선형 자귀회귀(AR) 모델을 근거로한 HRV 파워 스펙트럼해석은 비침습적으로 자율신경의 반응을 정량화하는데 폭넓게 사용된다. 본 연구는 단구간(2분 미만)의 심전도와 맥파 신호로부터 시계열 HRV의 파워스펙트럼을 추정한다. 시계열은 정상인을 대상으로 검출한 심전도와 맥파신호의 특징점 시간간격(RRI, PPI)으로부터 구하였다. 발생된 시계열은 다항식 보간법에 의해 AR모델에 적합하게 재구성하였으며, AR모델 계수는 Burg법에 의해 계산하였다. AR모델을 적용한 단구간의 심전도와 맥파의 심박변동에 대한 파워스펙트럼밀도는 저주파수(LF)와 고주파수(HF)에서 매끄러운 스펙트럼 파워를 나타내고 있다. 또한 동일한 피험자의 심전도와 맥파의 파워스펙트럼밀도를 비교한 결과 동일한 모양을 나타내었다.
