Korean Head-Tail POS-Tagger by using Transformer (Transformer를 이용한 한국어 Head-Tail 품사 태거)

  • 한국어의 품사 태깅 문제는 입력 어절의 형태소 분석 후보들로부터 통계적으로 적절한 품사 태그를 가지는 후보들을 찾는 방식으로 해결하여 왔다. 어절을 형태소 단위로 분리하고 품사를 부착하는 기존의 방식은 품사태그 정보를 딥러닝 feature로 사용할 때 문장의 의미를 이해하는데 복잡도를 증가시키는 요인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 품사 태깅 문제를 단순화 하여 한 어절을 Head와 Tail이라는 두 가지 유형의 형태소 토큰으로 분리하여 Head와 Tail에 대해 품사를 부착한다. Head-Tail 품사 태깅 방법을 Sequence-to-Sequence 문제로 정의하여 Transformer를 이용한 Head-Tail 품사 태거를 설계하고 구현하였다. 학습데이터로는 KCC150 말뭉치의 품사 태깅 말뭉치 중에서 788만 문장을 사용하고, 실험 데이터로는 10만 문장을 사용하였다. 실험 결과로 토큰 정확도는 99.75%, 태그 정확도는 99.39%, 토큰-태그 정확도는 99.31%로 나타났다.

Syllable-based Korean POS Tagging Based on Combining a Pre-analyzed Dictionary with Machine Learning (기분석사전과 기계학습 방법을 결합한 음절 단위 한국어 품사 태깅)

  • This study is directed toward the design of a hybrid algorithm for syllable-based Korean POS tagging. Previous syllable-based works on Korean POS tagging have relied on a sequence labeling method and mostly used only a machine learning method. We present a new algorithm integrating a machine learning method and a pre-analyzed dictionary. We used a Sejong tagged corpus for training and evaluation. While the machine learning engine achieved eojeol precision of 0.964, the proposed hybrid engine achieved eojeol precision of 0.990. In a Quiz domain test, the machine learning engine and the proposed hybrid engine obtained 0.961 and 0.972, respectively. This result indicates our method to be effective for Korean POS tagging.

  • Thin (~650 nm) and ultrathin (~50 nm) films of neat PMMA and PMMA containing 5 wt% of methacryl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane were prepared in this work. The effects of film thickness and POSS on glass transition temperature ($T_g$) and isothermal physical aging were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). $T_g$ depression was observed as film thickness was decreased and Ma-POSS molecules were incorporated. Enthalpy relaxation (${\Delta}H_{Relax}$) due to the isothermal physical aging was reduced by ultra-thin film thickness and the addition of Ma-POSS. KWW (Kohlrausch-Williams-Watts) equation was used to fit ${\Delta}H_{Relax}$ vs. aging time data providing the fitting parameters; maximum enthalpy recovery (${\Delta}H_{\infty}$), relaxation time (${\tau}$) and non-exponentiality parameter (${\beta}$).

  • In this paper, design of efficient NDB(Network Data Base) for the activation plan of chain information network. The DB structure build up, logical structure, store structure, physical structure, the data express for one's record, and the express using linked in the releation of data. Also express as hierarchical model on the DSD(Data Structure Diagram) from the database with logical structure. Each node has express on record type, the linked in course of connective this type, the infuence have efficent of access or search of data, in the design for connection mutually a device of physical, design for database, and construction a form of store for logical. Also activation of chain information network of efficent, using POS(Point Of Sale) system in OSI(Open Systems Interconnection) environment for network standardization, and build up network a design for system.

  • Our purpose is to develope the system which detects splogs automatically among blogs on Web environment. After removing HTML of blogs, they are tagged by part of speech(POS) tagger. Words and their POS tags information is used as a feature type. Among features, we select useful features with $x^2$ statistics and train the SVM with the selected features. Our system acquired 90.5% of F1 measure with SPLOG data set.

  • 대기업이나 중소 도매상을 중심으로 EOS, POS 카드등을 이용해 수발주, 결재 등 사무분야의 효율화를 도모함과 동시에 POS 데이터분석, 고객 데이터베이스구축등으로 상품기획, 품목구비 등 상품관리력이나 고객 대응력을 더욱 강화해 나가고 있다. 특히 , 최근 이용자가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 인터넷 상의 웹 서비스는 조만간 전통적 유통구조를 혁신적으로 변화시킬 것이 예상됨에 따라 선진기업들은 인터넷 마케팅 개념을 도입하여 시장 고략에 나서고 있다. 월드와이드웹(WWW)을 이용한 마케팅과 광고는 고객과의 쌍방향(Interactive)이용 특성상 기존의 전통적인 마케팅 매체와는 달리 고객들에게 자세하고 다양한 상품 정보를 제공하고 그들과 수준높은 상호관계를 유지할 수 있게 해주는 장점이 있어 최근의 새로운 마케팅 수단으로 부상하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 마케팅 실태와 향후 전망을 짚어본다.

  • Commercial analysis has been used for a lot of reasons such as improving the distribution structure, operational cost savings. However, existing commercial assay system is mostly flow through the analysis of the population and the environment around the store. Therefore, in this paper, we design a path weighted data analysis system for efficient product arrangement. It is not applying the analysis method of the existing commercial sales center but the data analysis system applying the weight to the form of customers' paths in a store. In conjunction with the existing POS system, it provides effective product placement in department stores, such as supermarkets, convenience stores. To this end, a system that maximizes efficiency of product placement in stores, receiving path data, converting them into statistics data that apply the weight, and printing out them into a visualized monitering system for the manager to see was designed.

Active Seniors' Organizational and Functional Entrepreneurial Competencies: Discovering Unobserved Heterogeneous Relationships between Entrepreneurial Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention using PLS-POS (액티브 시니어의 조직적과 기능적 창업역량: PLS-POS를 이용한 창업 효능감과 창업의지의 이질성 관계 확인)

  • This study was conducted to suggest a start-up policy that includes start-up education and support for active seniors with various careers who try to change their careers before and after retirement. From this point of view, this study divided the factors affecting the entrepreneurial will of active seniors into entrepreneurship organizational and functional competency and identified the effect of these competencies on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In the proposed model, start-up competency is divided into organizational competency (leadership, creativity problem-solving, communication, decision-making) and functional competency (management strategy, marketing, business plan). And this study examined the mediating role of entrepreneurial efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency factors and entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, PLS-POS analysis was performed to uncover the heterogeneity and pattern in the proposed structural model. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company from November 27 to December 15, 2020 for the active senior age group from 40 to under 65 years old. Data were collected from a total of 433 panelists and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.7 programs. The findings are as follows. First, the finding shows that the entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial efficacy. Second, the result shows that entrepreneurial organizational and functional competencies of active seniors had significant positive(+) effects on entrepreneurial intention. Third, the findings show that entrepreneurship efficacy had a significantly positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. The findings of PLS-POS show that entrepreneurship education needs to be carried out by identifying the needs that require entrepreneurial organizational and functional competency when training for entrepreneurship competency. In summary, the findings of the current study are to determine what the competency factors are for the government (local government) to increase the policy direction necessary for establishing and implementing entrepreneurship education and training programs to develop policies to enhance the economic activity participation rate of active seniors.

  • 최근 들어 VSAT 시스템은 수요자의 필요에 의해 많은 기술발전을 가져왔다. 과거에는 저속의 데이터 통신 및 전화위주로 많이 사용되었으나 최근에는 통신량의 증가와 인터넷의 발달로 고속의 데이터통신 시스템으로 발전하고 있다.[1] 따라서 Application Service에 따라 기존의 TDMA 방식의 VSAT 시스템과 고속통신용의 DVB-RCS 시스템으로 양분되어 사용하고 있다. 기존의 TDMA 방식은 주로 SCADA, POS, VOICE 통신 등의 저속 데이터 통신 위주로 많이 사용하고 DVB-RCS 방식은 Multi Media 및 인터넷 서비스로 고속의 데이터 통신 용으로 많이 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 원격 무인 사이트가 Solar-Cell Battery를 이용하는 측면에서 소비전력 최소화 및 유지보수 편리성을 증대하기 위한 측면을 고려하여 무선 원격 자료 전송을 위한 VSAT 시스템 설계, 알고리즘 및 H/W제작을 소개하고자 한다.

  • 인건비 상승으로 여러 치킨 프렌차이즈 업체들이 무인 자동화 치킨 조리기를 개발을 진행하고 있으나, 포스와의 연동이 미흡하여 완전한 무인 자동화 치킨 조리기로 완성이 되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 그리고 포스 정보는 이더넷 기반으로 다수의 명령 전달에 대해 반영이 되어 있지 않아 다수의 데이터로 병목현상이 발생하여 지연시간이 증가하는 문제점을 보유 하고 있으며, 추가 네트워크 장치로 인해 기존에 구축된 안정적인 환경을 해칠 수 있는 우려가 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 기존 포스 정보 데이터를 수집하여 치킨 조리기에 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 유무선 통신모듈과 통신 모듈 추가로 인해 발생할 수 있는 문제 해결이 가능한 데이터 교환 프로토콜을 제안한다.
