Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

This paper describes a wireless point of production(POP) system using Bluetooth that is used as a tool of a new wireless interface. We developed the wireless POP system that is composed of POP terminal and control software. The POP terminal wirelessly collects the shop floor information in real-time. And the control software helps to make appropriate decisions based on the collected information by the POP terminal. The software is developed by using Visual C＋＋ programming language. A case study is implemented to show the performance of the developed system.

Production Control System(PCS) can be used in controlling productivity effectively. The system provides the workers and managers and with the management information. The objective of PCS is to improve and optimize productivity in practice. To achieve this goal, PCS must be applied in many Industries. Information System at Point Of Production(POP) is the system that helps worker and managers to analyze the various information at production line in practice. In this paper, we propose a new developed Client/Server POP System using "Bar Code." The new system can be integrated and communicated with CIM. The developed system can be used by engineers, managers, to improve productivity in practice. practice.

본 연구는 온라인 동영상 플랫폼에 적용되는 추천 알고리듬을 이해하고자 유튜브에서 K-pop 뮤직비디오의 콘텐츠 특성과 재생 시 추천되는 연관 비디오(related video)의 관계를 규명하고 네트워크 분석을 통해 어떤 비디오가 연관 비디오로 추천되는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, K-pop 재생 시 비디오의 좋아요 수가 추천 순위에 영향을 주었으며 대부분 같은 채널에 속하거나 동일한 기획사에서 제작한 비디오가 연관 비디오로 추천되었다. 그리고 연관 비디오의 네트워크 분석 결과, K-pop 뮤직비디오의 네트워크가 강하게 형성되어 있으며 연관 비디오의 네트워크 분석에서 BTS의 뮤직비디오가 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 K-pop간의 네트워크가 강하기 때문에 K-pop을 검색 쿼리로 입력해서 비디오를 시청할 때는 연속적으로 K-pop을 즐길 수 있지만, 반대로 다른 장르의 비디오를 시청할 때는 K-pop이 연관 비디오로 추천되지 못할 수 있음을 의미한다.

This paper presents a structured framework for developing the embedded subsystem, called ESDMP (Embedded Subsystem Development Methodology for POP), which is one of core components at the development of POP (Point Of Production) system. It is essential that embedded subsystem development methodology must be closely related to the general information system development methodology from the early stage of system development. Therefore, this paper investigates the PDSM (Production System Development Methodology) that is developed by Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs and widely utilized at the fields of POP system development, and proposes the embedded subsystem development methodology aligned with each step of PSDM. The main characteristics of proposed methodology are as follows : First, it is developed to link each step of embedded subsystem development with relating steps of PSDM from the early stage of feasibility study. Second, it provides the procedure for designing and implementing hardware and software simultaneously. Third, it includes the method of reusability for developed products and modules.

본 연구는 자가산부식 접착시스템과 자가산부식 프라이머 접착시스템의 다층적용이 혼성층 및 adhesive layer의 형성 양상, 그리고 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향 등을 비교 평가하기 위하여 시행되었다. 영구 구치 140개의 치아를 근원심으로 분할하여 협면 혹은 설면의 상아질을 이용하였다. 각 접착시스템을 1회, 2회, 3회 도포, 그리고 1회 도포 후 광중합한 후 1회의 추가 도포한 군으로 분류하였다. 전단결합강도와 혼성층 및 adhesive layer 두께를 측정하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 접착제에서 도포횟수가 증가함에 따라 adhesive layer의 두께가 증가하였으며 (p<0.05), Adpor Prompt L-Pop과 Xeno III에서는 자가산부식 프라이머 시스템에서보다 작게 나타났다(p<0.05). 2. Adpor Prompt L-Pop에서 혼성층은 도포횟수에 따라 혼성층의 두께도 증가하였다(p<0.05). 3. Unifill Bond와 Clearfill SE Bond의 전단결합강도는 Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus와 Adpor Prompt L-Pop에서보다 높게 나타났으며 (p<0.05), Xeno III와는 유사하였다. 4. Adpor Prompt L-Pop은 접착제의 도포횟수가 증가함에 따라 전단결합강도는 유의하게 증가되었으며(p<0.05), AdheSE에서는 3회 도포한 경우 전단결합강도가 감소하는 경향을 보였다(p>0.05). 5. Adpor Prompt L-Pop과 Xeno III에서 첫 층을 중합한 후 두 번째 층을 추가 도포한 경우 전단결합강도는 감소하였다(p<0.05).

Point of Production/Manufacturing Execution Systems are an essential component of operations in today's competitive business environments, which require greater production efficiency and effectiveness. POP/MES focuses on the valuing-adding processes, helping to reduce manufacturing cycle time, improve product quality, reduce WIP, reduce or eliminate paperwork between shifts, reduce lead time and empowering plant operations staff. In this paper, we implement POP/MES to manage real-time plant floor data which is gathered by I/O server into database management system. I/O server is a software allows data exchange between factory real-time database and several hardware devices such as PLC, DCS, robot and sensor through ethernet TCP/IP protocol.

This purpose of this study is to research on the influence on the creation of young generation's street fashion of pop stars focused on pop music given the fact that fashion can be created by popular culture in this multi-media era. Also, this study is to provide useful data for the activation of the creation of young fashion culture and the fashion industry through pop stars' fashion. The pop stars' fashion that has affected young street fashion is as follows : Elvis Presley's rock'n'roll style, Beatles' mods style, Janis Joplin's hippy style, Sex Pistols's punk style, Madonna's boy-toy and corset style, Michael Jackson's androgynous style, Puff Daddy and L.L Cool J's hip-hop style, Bob Marley's reggae style, Spice Girls, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears's sexy style. The young street fashion culture of pop stars and its industrial meaning withdrawn from the above are as follows : Creation of a fashion icon, Creation of anti-fashion, Liberation of a sex role, Costume play culture, Activation of the young fashion industry through star marketing.

The use of POP(Point of Production) systems which help to report the realtime production information to the supervisor class and to send commands to the shop floor is increasing gradually. Future companies will need to break the limit of regions and to exchange information among remote-sited departments and companies located abroad. In order to achieve this goal, Internet which is growing remarkably nowadays will be the best tool. In this research, a prototype of the POP system based on Internet is developed using the Java language. The developed POP system can monitor production status by collecting information from shop floor through a web server and can control production equipments from remote sites.

Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.
