This study focuses on the application of collage techniques to contemporary fashion and intends to show that collage techniques have a significant influence on contemporary fashion, leading to a more creative design aesthetic through the combination of fashion and art. The author carried out an empirical analysis focusing on domestic and global fashion collections from 2000S/S to 2010F/W, fashion publications, and internet data, along with a literature review. As a result, the papier-colle approach, as represented by cubism, showed a creative surface effect through the texture of the paper itself by applying real paper and other materials directly to the clothing items. Second, Dadaist ready-made expressed a distortion of the material and freedom of expression by creating a collage with ready-made fashion items and daily necessities. Third, a photomontage expressed unique images by printing various images of photos that contrasted in perspective. In addition to this, beauty in dissonance and a new sense of space by a collage of disparate material. Fourth, decalcomanie was expressed by printing methods, giving a stable image of the symmetry of the perfect landscape as well as the unintended effect of coincidence in abstract images and particular textures. Fifth, assemblage as the representative collage technique of pop art introduced the overall object itself or modified form by combining it with fashion to express three-dimensional aggregate structures.

Adopting the theory of enter-educate, this study was conducted to prevent the smoking by middle school students who had not started smoking yet. A famous pop music singer with high popularity among teenagers was cast on the public sponsored advertisement (PSA) on smoking prevention. This PSA was televised through major TV stations for two months. The effectiveness of this project was evaluated seven times. The effectiveness of the PSA, the role of the cast singer, the rate of seeing the PSA, and the impression about the PSA were evaluated. The viewer survey since the second period of the PSA revealed that most of the middle school students (79~94 percent) watched it. Among TV stations, MBC recorded the highest viewer rate as 69.6~72.0 percent of the middle school students watched the PSA at least once from this station. Also, the viewer rates of such cable TV stations as Mnet and OCN were quite high for their advertisement prices. The overall impression about the PSA was favorable. The contribution of the singer to this positive outcome was 60 percent and over. The effect of smoking prevention was also high as 93.7 percent of the middle school students replied that they would not start smoking. However, since this study dealt with the general public, it was not possible to control the effect of other factors systematically. Also, we could not measure the differences bewteen the pre-PSA and the post-PSA periods, so that the interpretation of the results has some limitation.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 문화콘텐츠 산업의 활성화를 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 문화콘텐츠 산업에 관한 인식과 향후 발전방향을 살펴보는데 있다. 더불어 공연장 안정 및 보안 산업의 필요성을 찾아보고자 한다. 최근 세계적으로 극장 및 공연장, 경기장 등 문화공간에서 불특정 민간인을 대상으로 '소프트 타깃' 테러가 발생하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 이에 대비한 보안 및 안전시스템이 매우 부족한 상황이다. 미국의 보안시장은 범죄 및 테러 방지에 대한 관심이 증가하고 기술발전과 가격인하에 따라 매출액이 크게 증가하고 있다. 국내 대중음악 및 연극 공연과 인터넷 및 모바일 게임 등 문화콘텐츠산업이 발달하기 위해서는 다양한 분야에서 보안 산업이 필요할 것으로 기대된다.

In ac PDP(plasma Display Panel), the discharge characteristics is very important to display clear images. In this paper, we have studied the measurement of voltage transfer curves which show the discharge characteristics in AC PDP. The change of the effective wall capacitance during a discharge is also studied. These depend on lateral spreading of charge distribution and the strength of the discharge. As a parameter of the frequency, we observed the effects of the frequency in voltage transfer curves and in effective wall capacitance changes. As frequency increases, minimum sustain voltage and firing voltage decrease. In upper region of gap voltage the chance of the effective wall capacitance is independent of frequency.

The U.S. music market is a lucrative market for many foreign musicians due to its sheer size and it continues to play a leading role in the world music industry. However, it is a challenge to gain entry into that market and an even greater challenge to achieve success and fame within it. In fact, changes in the media paradigm have allowed for musicians to be able to independently produce their own songs and promote them globally. Some scholars address that the media paradigm shifting from traditional outlets to new outlets gives a chance to bypass traditional gatekeepers when entering the U.S. music market. Based on this scenario, this article examined two songs from Korean singer, Psy: Gangnam Style and Gentleman as a single case study. Utilizing Google Trends as a source of information, this study examined how each song's recognition among American music fans was different based on radio spins on Top 40 commercial radio stations. This article sheds new light on radio, which has been neglected due to the media paradigm shift, and presents how radio programmers are part of a complicated gatekeeping process which ultimately decides which songs are to gain popularity.

This study did an empirical analysis using consumer survey data to determine whether Taiwanese consumers' preference for the Korean Wave affects their preference for Korean dried persimmons. There were 158 effective respondents used for the analysis, and the effects of the Korean Wave was estimated using ordered logit regression. The main results of this study were as follows. First, females more preferred Korean dried persimmons compared to men. Second, it was found that the housewife variable had a statistically significant positive effect at a significance level of 1% indicating that the degree of preference for Korean dried persimmons was higher compared to other occupations. Third, when the main place for purchasing dried persimmons was a department store or a large discount store, the analysis result showed a positive effect at a significance level of 1%. Finally, the Korean wave effect was found to have a statistically significant positive influence at a 1% significance level. In particular, it is worth noting that as the Taiwanese consumers' preference for the Korean Wave increased, the preference for Korean dried persimmons increased, which could be useful information for companies wishing to export Korean dried persimmon products to Taiwan. As a promotional plan for revitalizing Korean dried persimmons in Taiwan, conducting promotional events in conjunction with the Korean Wave, such as K-pop contests, and promoting persimmons that reflect Korean traditional culture should be considered.

FPC (Fine-guiding and astroPhysics Camera)는 일본 ISAS/JAXA, 유럽 ESA에서 공동 개발하는 대형적외선우주망원경 SPICA (Space Infrared Telescope for Cosmology and Astrophysics)에 탑재하기 위하여 천문연이 주도하는 한국의 컨소시움에서 개발을 추진하고 있는 정밀 근적외선 카메라이다. FPC는 과학적 목적을 위한 FPC-S와 정밀 자세결정을 위한 FPC-G로 이루어져 있으며 관측 파장 대역은 0.7-5 um이다. FPC-G는 0.05 각초의 초정밀 자세 결정을 위한 기능을 갖추고 있으며, FPC-S는 선형변화필터 LVF (Linear Variable Filter) 등을 사용하여 Pop III stars, High-redshift 영역에서의 별탄생 및 은하 진화 과정에 대한 연구를 수행할 수 있다. FPC는 상대적으로 시스템 자원을 덜 소모하기 때문에, 다른 중 적외선 원적외선 기기와 동시 관측이 가능하다. 다른 기기들과의 잘 짜여진 협력 관측을 통하여, FPC의 활용도를 높일 계획이다.

많은 사용자가 편집한 파일을 분실하여 큰 고통을 받고 있다. 매우 심각한 시간과 비용의 손실이다. 이런 문제는 전자 메일첨부 파일을 '받은메일함'에서 편집하고 곧바로 '저장하기'로 컴퓨터를 종료하기 때문에 발생한다. 임시 폴더에 '저장하기' 한 것을 안전한 하드디스크에 저장했다고 착각하기 때문에 발생한다. 본 논문은 전자 메일첨부 파일의 안전한 저장과 폴더 관리를 위한 분실 방지 시스템 WatchDog을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 첨부 파일의 '열기(O)'와 '저장하기'할 때 경고창 팝업을 동작한다. 또한, 안전한 복사 및 이동을 위한 편리한 폴더 관리방안을 프로그램 예시를 통해 실증적으로 보인다.

Cytologic findings from five cases with variable types of Hodgkln's disease were reviewed with special emphasis on the Reed-Sternberg (R-S) cells and their variants. Typical R-S and Hodgkin's cells were mono- or binucleated, and nuclei had rounded smooth contour, Acidophilic prominent nucleoli with perinucleolar halo were conspicuous in comparison to typical Reed-Sternberg cells, L & H (lymphocytic and histiocytic) cells in the lymphocyte predominant type tended to show pop-corn like irregular nuclear contour and to lack the prominent nucleoli. Lacunar cells in the nodular sclerosis type had multilobated nuclei with prominent acidophilic nucleoli. There was no prominent perinucleolar halo in L & H and lacunar cells. In conjuction with the number of Reed-Sternberg cells and back ground findings observed on the smears, the characteristic features of R-S cells and their variants allowed to make typing of Hodgkin's disease.
