뉴로-퍼지 제어기를 이용한 유압서보시스템의 추적제어 (A Tracking Control of the Hydraulic Servo System Using the Neuro-Fuzzy Controller)

  • To deal with non-linearities and time-varying characteristics of hydraulic systems, in this paper, the neuro-fuzzy controller has been introduced. This controller does not require and accurate mathematical model for the nonlinear factor. In order to solve general fuzzy inference problems, the input membership function and fuzzy reasoning rules are used for determining the controller parameters. These parameters are determined by using the learning algorithm. The control performance of the neuro-fuzzy controller is evaluated through a series of experiments for the various types of inputs while applying disturbances to the hydraulic system. The performance of this controller was compared with those of PID and PD controllers. From these results, We observe be said that the position tracking performance of neuro-fuzzy is better those of PID and PD controllers.

  • One of the most important performance criteria in tuning the gain of position loop controller for CNC machining center is the contour error. In this papre we analyze contour error in the linear and circular interpolations for the axis-matched and mismatched cases. To have small contour errors, it is necessary to set the P gain for each axis to be same. And the D gain should be much smaller than the P gain. Baded on the analysis in the frequency domain, we propose a gain tuning method for the P and PD controllers. We show that the PD controller is better than the P controller. The effectiveness of this method is demonstrated by experiments.

  • PID제어는 수십년간 잘 사용이 되어 왔다. PID알고리즘은 적당한 튜닝법을 사용하여 파라미터를 구하여 제어시스템을 설계한다. 그러나 어떤 경우에는 다양한 평가지표가 필요하고, 따라서 이들 다양한 평가지표를 사용하여 설계할 제어시스템이 필요로 하는 조건들을 만족되게 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 오차, 제어입력의 에너지 및 제어입력의 변화율 등의 시간영역지표들은 물론이고 견실성을 확보하기 위해서 견실성 지표 예들 들면 가중치를 부과한 상보감도함수의 무한대놈을 포함한 선형조합형태의 평가지표를 사용하여 2 자유도 PID제어기를 설계한다. 수치해석을 통하여 최적의 2 자유도 PID파라미터들을 구한다. 이들 I-PD형 등의 2자유도 형은 PID를 변형한 형태로서 단일의 PID제어기들에 비해 더 개선된 출력특성을 얻을 수 있음을 보인다. 시뮬레이션은 MATLAB m 및 mdl파일을 통하여 실행한다.

쿼드로터 자세 안정화를 위한 센서융합 기반 3중 중첩 PID 제어기 (A Triple Nested PID Controller based on Sensor Fusion for Quadrotor Attitude Stabilization)

  • In this paper, we propose a triple nested PID control scheme for stable hovering of a quadrotor and propose a complementary filter based sensor fusion technique to improve the performance of attitude, altitude and velocity measurement. The triple nested controller has a structure in which a double nested attitude controller that has the angular velocity PD controller in inner loop and the angular PI controller in outer loop, is nested in a velocity control loop to enable stable hovering even in the case of disturbance. We also propose a sensor fusion technique by applying a complementary filter in order to reduce the noise and drift error included in the acceleration and gyro sensor and to measure the velocity by fusing image, gyro, and acceleration sensor. In order to verity the performance, we applied the proposed control and measurement scheme to hovering control of quadrotor.

  • In this paper, Using CDM(Coefficient Diagram Method), we set target polynomial constraints and design 4-PID controller which have different structures such as Textbook PID-controller, Derivative of output PID-controller, set point of I only controller(I-PD controller) and PI controller followed by lag network(PI lag network controller) were tested by simulations. The plant we used are that used in IFAC 93 benchmark test. A controller designer, using CDM could use these results to select the controller's structure which is the best one fer him.

  • In this paper, the I-PD control algorithm using the coefficient diagram method(CDM) controller design of the Linear DC Motor(LDM) is presented. Recently LDM has been used to obtain the fine results of the dynamic characteristic for straightly moving condition. The I-PD control algorithm has a robust response to force disturbance. The effectiveness of I-PD is shown by simulations and comparison with PID.

  • Direct digital design of computed torque controllers for a robot manipulator is discussed in this paper. A simple discrete-time model of the robot manipulator obtained by Euler's method is used for the design. Taking account of computation delay in the digital processor, we propose predictor-based designs of the PD and PID type controllers. The PID type controller is designed based on a modified version of the discrete-time integral controller proposed by Mita. For both controllers, the same formulas can be used to determine the feedback gains. A simulation example is presented to compare the robustness of the proposed controllers against physical parameter variations.

  • This paper gives a simulation study of a new fuzzy logic control(FLC) approach for the mold level control in continuous casting processes. The proposed FLC is PID type hybridizing the conventional fuzzy PI control and Fuzzy PD control with a simplified design scheme. It is shown that, compared with the conventional control, this new control strategy can achieve superior performance for steady-state response and is more robust against process parameter variations and disturbances.
