본 논문은 프로젝트 일정을 계획하고 관리하는 PERT/GANTT 차트를 쉽게 그릴 수 있는 임계경로 탐색 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 프로젝트 일정을 결정하는 임계경로를 계산하기 위해 일반적으로 CPM (Critical Path Method)이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 CPM은 프로젝트 수행 활동들의 수행 기간과 상호 의존 관계에 따라 초기에 작성된 네트워크 다이어그램에 대해 임계경로를 계산하는데 5 단계를 수행하며, $T_E$ (The Earliest Time)을 계산하는 노드 (활동)들의 순서를 결정하는 방법을 제시하지 않아 특정 노드의 $T_E$를 정확히 계산하지 못할 수도 있다. 또한, CPM으로 얻은 네트워크 다이어그램의 활동들의 수행 순서가 시각적으로 명확히 표현할 수 없어 Lucko는 9 단계를 거치는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 반면에, 제안된 알고리즘은 먼저, 초기에 작성된 네트워크 다이어그램에 대해 너비우선 탐색으로 노드들을 레벨로 재배치하여 수행 순서를 사전에 결정한다. 다음으로, 각 레벨에 속한 노드들을 임의로 선택하여 $T_E$를 계산하는 단계만을 거쳐 임계경로를 즉시 결정한다. 마지막으로, 각 레벨에서 임계경로에 속한 노드들의 $T_E$를 기준으로 임계경로에 속하지 않은 노드들의 $T_E$에 따라 약간의 이동으로 프로젝트 활동들의 수행 순서를 시각적으로 명확히 표현하도록 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 10개의 실제 프로젝트 데이터에 대해 적용성을 검증하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 모든 프로젝트에서 임계경로를 구할 수 있었으며, 활동들의 수행 순서를 시각적으로 명확히 표현하였다. 또한, 제안된 알고리즘은 CPM의 5단계를 1단계로 단축시키는 장점과 더불어 활동들의 수행순서를 명확히 표현하기 위한 Lucko의 9 단계 수행 과정을 2단계로 간단히 하였으며, PERT/GANTT 차트로 즉시 전환시킬 수 있는 장점도 갖고 있다.

This study is aimed at standardizing the process of spatial database construction and developing a software tool for process management. Knowhow of five GIS firms and provisions of NGI(National Geography Institute) was analyzed. In this study, the process of spatial database construction was standardized. The system from this study has the capability to manage the process of construction database using GIS and to deal with the metadata of unit map, generated from the process, systematically and continuously. The process was also shown by using either Gantt chart or PERT chart after developing an interface for "MS Project". A software "Visual Basic for Application" was used for this study.

The Poland`s syndrome is very rare anomaly, which consists of congenital unilateral absence of the sternocostal pert of the pectoralis major muscle, with ipsilateral hand deformities. The clinical features are variable but all patients have absence of at least the sternal head of the pectoralis major muscle. The syndrome is not hereditary and is of unknown origin. Early recognition of Poland`s syndrome may give the provision of psychological and genetic counseling for anxious parents. We have encountered a patient with this entity, who showed striking paradoxical movement of the left anterior Ghest wall and recurrent pneumonia, and underwent successful surgical correction.

페트리넷은 컴퓨터에서 사회 문제에 이르기까지 시스템을 모텔링하는데 다양하고 광범위하게 사용하였다. 이 논문은 백(bag)이론을 이용하여 궤트리넷의 성질을 수학적으로 정의한다. 사건-조건 컴퓨터프로그램 컴퓨터 조작 및 공정권에 대한 궤트리넷 모델링법을 설명한다. 그리고 터널다이오드 발진회로를 페트리넷으로 표시하고 프로그램과 시뮬레이숀을 한 다음 결과를 제시한다.

A cyber shopping mall is a place where consumers acquire the product information and make purchase decision in the cyber space. Even though there are many advantages over traditional malls, there are still several limitations to do shopping in an existing cyber mall. One of them is the absence of efficient search tool to handle various products specifications. Existing search systems usually support the "keyword search only" with limited product information. Consumers spend lots of their time and efforts in searching products and comparing them. Recently, some web sites provide the shopping mall comparison service that supports the additional search conditions such as price and maker. These services improve the situation but it is not still acceptable. In this paper, we propose an intelligent product search system based on a mediator which supports various conditional search for each product. Our system provides consumers with search results that satisfy purchase specifications. Our system is implemented in Visual basic and pert and experimental results show satisfactory performance.

The self-reliance of NSSS System Design is required not only the design capability to perform the system design but also the management capability to control the resource and time for the Project effectively. The purpose of this study is to develop the simplified standard Logic Network that is scheduled on the time and resource using the PERT/CPM method. That is mainly focused on Ulchin 3&4 Project. We prepare the management tool of NSSS System Design project. And we can utilize it as a reference tool for the similar project which are complex and long term in a next project.

In this paper. we present a definition of the term virtual enterprise (VE) and discuss some related terms and concepts. The definition was given based on Porter's Value Chain Theory. Then we discuss some positioning strategies for entering or joining a virtual enterprise from an executive's viewpoint. which show a framework for making decisions on for what. when and how a (real) enterprise need to participate or form a virtual enterprise and whom the partners should be. The major pert of the paper is on underlying information technologies and architectures for building virtual enterprises. Requirements for modeling virtual enterprises and core technologies needed for implementation are discussed. A virtual enterprise reference architecture based on NIIIP's model is presented. Finally we discuss some points that should. addressed from a macroeconomic and public policies viewpoints. These are the issues of IT standardization and investments in IT infrastructure.

In this paper, resource leveling heuristics are developed for ship erection scheduling. The heuristics, which enable scheduling with limited resources, are composed of the gradual resource limit decrease anti the resource allocation. At first, earliest start(ES) schedule is derived by PERT to get initial resource limit. And then, the heuristics lower the resource limits by a given increment and derive a new schedule from day-by-day resource allocation procedure. The procedure is repeated until the project duration reaches at the given ship erection duration, called dock cycle. Through the application of the heuristics for real world ship erection projects, wc can observe significant improvement in resource leveling.

생산시스템에서의 스케쥴링에 관한 연구는 단일기계작업 스케쥴링으로부터 유연생산시스템(FMS)에 이르기까지 매우 광범위하게 이루어져 왔으며, 정수계획법, 동적계획법, Branch and Bound, PERT/CPM, 그리고 기타의 휴리스틱 기법등 많은 연구결과를 찾아볼수 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 연구는 소규모의 문제를 대상으로 이루어진 것으로 대규모의 현실세계 문제를 풀기에는 부적절한 것으로 판명되었다. 또한, 적용이 가능한 휴리스틱(Heuristic) 기법들도 현실세계와는 맞지 않는 많은 가정하에서 주어진 목적함수를 극대화하도록 개발되었기 때문에 현실적인 문제를 풀기 위해서는 각종 가정을 완화시킴으로써 휴리스틱을 현실에 적용하기 위한 또 다른 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 새로운 휴리스틱을 개발하기보다는 기존의 휴리스틱 기법을 그대로 이용하면서 현실세계의 문제에서 발생하는 동적(dynamic) 스케쥴링과 재스케쥴링(rescheduling) 문제를 해결하는 시스템을 설계, 구현하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 특히, 데이터베이스 접근법을 사용함으로써, 가용자원의 수가 증감하거나 새로운 작업이 추가되는 등 기존의 가정을 상당부분 완화시킨 동적스케듈링 환경하에서도 재스케쥴링이 가능한 동적 재스케쥴링(dynamic rescheduling)시스템을 설계, 구현하였으며, 이의 세부기능을 보완하는 작업이 계속되고 있다.

As proceeding Munmin and Kukmin's government, it is to bring in regionalism of genernal public administration and police administration, specialization, efficiency issue, demand inventing of audit technique to meet this trends. Especially, according to supporting qualitative improvement of the audit, its environment faced that orienting performance audit emphasis on not the legality but the efficiency more systematic and scientific theory or technique. In order to attain police audit's efficiency through performance audit, this study discussed that scientific management techniques should be applied police audit. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is to apply public audit to scientific management technique, bring to light limits in public sector(especially, police sector). To be efficiency audit(namely, performance audit), 1) OR techniques are explained linear programming, network modeling, PERT/CPM, queuing matrix model, simulation, 2) Statistical analysis methods are argued delphi technique, data envelopment analysis(DEA), analytic hierarchical process(AHP), time series analysis models etc.
