정보보안 산업은 지난 수십 년간 매우 다양한 성장을 거듭해왔다. 특히 기술적, 관리적, 제도적 측면에서 다양한 해법을 제시해왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 매년 보안사고는 지속해서 발생하고 있는데 주목해야 한다. 이는기존의 보안이 지나치게 기술 중심, 예방 중심의 정책으로 추진되고 있어서 디지털 시대의 다양한 비즈니스 변화에 한계가 있음을 증명하고 있다. 따라서 최근에 전통적인 보안 접근 방식의 한계를 벗어나고자 인간중심 보안(PCS:People-Centric Security)이 화두가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안 위반의 개념, PCS 전략적원칙, 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 인간이 유발할 수 있는 취약점을 크게 5가지로 구분하고 21개의 세부 구성요소로 분류함으로써 근본적인 보안 사고 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Neuropsychiatric assessment and management of postconcussion syndrome(PCS), the most prevalent and controversial neuropsychiatric sequelae of traumatic brain injury, were reviewed. First, the definition and general concept of postconcussion syndrome Were summerized. This summary was followed by an overview of the clinical manifestation including cognitive, somatic, and behavioral components of PCS. Next, neuropsychological findings related to PCS were presented. Finally, the treatment issues including psychotherapy and pharamacotherapy were briefly summerized.

무선통신의 이용급증은 전 세계적으로 시장원리에 의한 기술의 표준화와 각국의 시장보호를 위한 기술기준 제정에 대한 관심을 고조시키고 있다. 특히 세계적인 정보통신시장 개방과 연계되어 무선통신 표준의 역할이 국내외간의 원활한 통신소통 수단에서 세계 무선통신시장의 지배나 자국의 산업보호를 위한 보이지 않는 무역장벽 구축수단으로까지 변모하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 시점에서 각국의 표준화 활동기구들의 활동분야를 살펴보고 특히 최근 관심을 모으고 있는 개인휴대통신(PCS)의 제외국 표준화 현황분석을 통하여 향후 발전방향에 대하여 진단하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 이동국과 기지국간 신호방식에 적용되는 PCS 무선 접속 프로토콜에 대하여 기술한다. 기본적인 내용구성은 Proposed W-CDMA PCS 표준화를 기본으로 하여 무선 인터페이스 프로토콜 기능 및 구조 그리고 기본호절차와 메시지 포맷 및 내용으로 이루어져 있다. 또한 오류 조건 처리에 대하여도 기술한다.

In This paper, a novel broadband monopole antenna is investigated experimentally. Our broadband monopole antenna yields the largest bandwidth from 1.72 ∼ 2.2 GHz ( 24.2 ％ ) for VSWR<1.2 So, this antenna can be designed to extend enough the coverage of dual band(PCS＋IMT-2000). The measurements and computations are confirmed to operating of the our broadband antenna, whose electrical characteristics have an attractive feature as handset communication applications.

In this paper, we analyze the traffic characteristics in microcell and macrocell overlaid PCS system which process voice and dta calls separately each others. in this system, data calls are delayed in queue when all of channels are occupied, while voice calls are bolcked in that case. For this, we calculated inter-microcell handoff area dwelling time distribution and handoff area dwelling time distribution between microcell and macrocell. We analyze traffic performance using this results. We used M/M/C/K model, and analyzed traffic performance of macrocell with handoff area variation of microcell.

본 논문에서는 1:3:9의 비대칭 입력전원을 갖는 H-bridge 모듈 3개를 직렬 결합하여 27-레벨의 단상 220V 출력전압을 생성할 수 있는 가정용 멀티레벨인버터 기반 PCS 시제품을 개발하였다. 가정용 멀티레벨인버터의 부하별 출력전압 및 출력전류, 전력변환 효율과 THD를 측정, 분석하였다.

일반적으로 인터페이스를 설계한다고 하면 화면의 그래픽을 아름답게 하거나 기능을 단순화하는 작업이라는 인식을 가지는 경우가 있다. 그러나 인터페이스를 설계한다고 하는 것은 '사용함'을 디자인하는 것이다. 따라서 전자제품 등의 '사용함'의 설계는 기능의 구조, 조작의 흐름, 조작의 방법, 피드백, 레이아웃 및 그래픽 등을 모두 포함한다. (중략)

A modular photovoltaic PCS with high-frequency isolation is proposed. The proposed system consists of a SEPIC converter and a full-bridge inverter. Using the power slope versus voltage of the PV array, the MPPT controller is proposed that produces a smooth transition to the maximum power point. The disturbance of the line voltage is detected using a fast sensing technique. Experimental results obtained on a 500W prototype show high performance such as almost unity power factor, $90\%$ power efficiency, $3.6\%$ THD.

본 논문은 여러 컨버터 토플로지 중 연료전지의 특성에 맞는 컨버터를 선정하고 인버터 설계를 통하여 연료전지용 PCS시스템을 구현하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.
