짐볼과 벽면을 이용한 스쿼트 운동이 하지근 활성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Squatting Exercise with Gym Ball and Wall on Lower Extremity Muscles Activation)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare the lower extremities muscle activation between squatting exercise with gym ball and wall for improving muscle strengthening in lower extremities. METHODS: Participants were 21 university students (males 10, females 11) who didn't have any problem with orthopedic surgery. Participants performed squatting exercise with gym ball and wall. Squatting exercise with gym ball were performed using by gym ball behind back, and the gym ball were fixed in back and wall. We asked participants to push back the gym ball slightly to prevent fall of ball. Wall squatting exercise, we ask participants to contact their back in wall slightly in order to prevent trunk flexion during performed squatting exercise. Each squatting exercise had performed until knee joint were flexed at 60 degree, and maintained five seconds. We collected data from E.M.G of Biceps femoris, Gastrocnemius, Vastus medialis and lateralis, Tibialis anterior of lower extremity in isometric phase of knee joint angle 60 degree of each squatting exercise. We analysed data using by ANOVA and independent t-test of SPSS PC ver.20.0 in order to compare the muscle activation between squatting exercise with gym ball and wall. RESULT: All of lower extremities muscle activation showed more higher value in squatting exercise with gym ball than squatting exercise with wall, especially there was significantly difference of muscle activation in vastus medialis, tibialis anterior between squatting exercise with gymball and with wall. CONCLUSION: On comprehensively considering the results of the present study, we suggested that squatting exercise with gym ball was more effective method improving lower extremity muscle strengthening.

프리캐스트 조인트 방법을 사용한 부벽식 옹벽의 구조적 안정성에 대한 수치해석 연구 (Numerical study on the structural stability of the precast joint buttress wall)

  • 최근에 콘크리트옹벽의 경우 현장제작 방식에서 프리캐스트 생산에 의한 현장 조립방식으로 기술적 변화가 시도되고 있다. 프리캐스트 옹벽을 상부와 하부로 나누어 각각 생산한 후에 현장에서 조립되는 방법이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 비교적 높은 부벽식옹벽에 토압이 작용하면 조립부분이 파손될 수 있으며, 대형 재난으로 이어질 수 있다는 문제점이 지적되어 왔다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 프리캐스트 조인트방법(PC joint method)을 사용한 부벽식 옹벽의 구조적 안정성에 대하여 수치해석적 방법으로 분석하였다. 3가지 높이의 옹벽(7.6m, 8.5m, 10m)에 대하여 배면 토압에 대한 구조적 안정성에 대하여 분석하였다. 옹벽콘크리트에 가해지는 최대 주응력은 23.3~43.2 MPa로서 앵커의 정착주변에서 국부적으로 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다.

박형 도광판의 고속사출성형을 위한 수지 점도 측정 및 수치해석 (Measurement of Viscosity and Numerical Analysis of High Speed Injection Molding for Thin-Walled LGP)

  • The light guide plate has become the major component for the backlight module in general information technology products (e.g. mobile phones, monitors, etc.). High speed injection molding has been adopted for thin walled LGP giving advantages such as weight, shape, size, and reduction in production costs. In the current study, the rheological characteristics of high liquidity plastic resin PC(HL8000) were measured using a capillary rheometer to improve the reliability of the numerical analysis for high speed injection molding. With the measured viscosity and PVT of PC(HL8000), numerical analysis of injection molding was conducted using the simulation software(Moldflow). Filling time and deflection were predicted and compared with those of traditional PC resins(H3000, H4000). The results show that PC(HL8000) has significantly different rheological characteristics during high speed injection molding. Hence proper properties of the resin should be used to improve the accuracy of numerical predictions.

  • Nowadays, the high performance composite materials are famous for the new construction materials as the construction buildings are bigger and higher. Out of them of all, the fiber reinforced concrete and mortar have been studied to develop and strengthen the performances of concrete, such as tensile strength, durability and the resistibility of crack. Also, it is considered that precast concrete is important alternatives of dry process for saving time, upgrading the material's quality and the productivity. Thus, PC panel is being produced for the use of dry wall as well as exterior finishing materials and it requires lots of tests and studies to be conducted to meet the various functional conditions. According to this study, it is considered that PVA fiber might be more effective than nylon fiber for developing the exterior PC panels.

프리캐스트 콘크리트 모듈러 개발 및 현장적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Precast Concrete Modular and its Application Onsite)

  • Currently, the Off-Site Construction (OSC) construction method, which emphasizes the minimization of field work, is being emphasized at construction sites due to the lack of construction skilled manpower, extreme weather, and the Severe Disaster Punishment Act. In this study, we developed a stacked PC modular, which is a method of stacking PC modules, and solved the lifting problem by reducing the weight of the unit module, which is emerging as the biggest disadvantage of PC modules, to around 20 tons. For the connection between modules, structural safety was secured through repeated history tests of the wall and slab connection. Walls and slabs satisfied all statutory fire resistance times through fire resistance tests, and residential performance was evaluated to be satisfactory through mock-up demonstration. The developed PC modular has been applied to the construction of commercial houses, detached houses, shopping malls, churches, etc., and has design results for many buildings such as dormitories, detached houses with 4 floors or more, and resorts, so it is expected that an atmosphere of revitalization of construction methods will be created.

U형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 벽패널로 채운 기존 철근 콘크리트 보-기둥 구조물의 전단 거동 분석 (Analysis on the Shear Behavior of Existing Reinforced Concrete Beam-Column Structures Infilled with U-Type Precast Wall Panel)

  • 이 연구의 목표는 학교 건물과 같은 저층 보-기둥 철근콘크리트 구조 건물에서 프리캐스트 벽패널을 사용한 새로운 내진보강 방법을 개발하는데 있다. 1개의 무 보강 보-기둥 실험체와 U형 PC 패널로 보강한 2개의 보강 보-기둥 실험체에 대한 정적 이력 하중실험을 진행하였다. 앵커 접합부 실험체는 전단 파괴될 것으로 해석되었고 철판 용접 접합부 실험체는 휨 파괴할 것으로 예측되었다. 실험체의 종국 내력은 상부 접합부의 전단 내력과 PC 패널 절곡 부 휨 위험단면에서 휨 내력 중 약한 것으로 결정되었다. 이 실험체에서, 한쪽 RC기둥이 가 하중(미는 실험 하중)을 받아 PC 패널 부재를 밀게 된다면, 다른 쪽 내부 수직부재는 상부 전단 접합부로부터 부 하중(당기는 실험 하중)을 받게 되어있었다. 가 하중을 받는 2개의 부재는 합성 휨 거동이 지배적이므로 합성단면의 휨 내력이 실험체의 최종 내력을 결정하게 되지만, 이 경우 최종 내력에 대하여 상부 전단 접합부 강도의 직접적인 영향은 없다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 부 하중(당기는 하중)을 받는 RC 기둥과 PC 패널 부재는 비합성 거동이 지배적이고 실험체의 최종 내력은 상부 전단 접합부 전단내력의 크기에서 직접 영향을 받는 것으로 파악되었다. ACI 318M-11 Appendix-D 앵커 전단설계에 기초한 전단내력 그리고 실험에서 얻은 최대하중을 적용하여 마이다스 젠 탄성설계에 의하여 계산한 전단 외력에 대한 비교 해석결과는 실험결과와 일치하는 해석결과를 보여주었다.

비틀림 비정형을 가지는 학교건물의 편심율에 따른 좌굴방지가새형 이력댐퍼의 제진성능분석 (Analysis of Damping Performance of Hysteretic Dampers of Buckling restrained Braced Type According to eccentricity of school buildings with Torsional irregularities)

  • In the case of a school building, even though it is a regular structure in terms of plan shape, if the masonry infill wall acts as a lateral load resisting element, it can be determined as a torsionally irregular building. As a result, the strength and ductility of the structure are reduced, which may cause additional earthquake damage to the structure. Therefore, in this study, a structure similar to a school building with torsional irregularity was selected as an example structure and the damping performance of the PC-BRB was analyzed by adjusting the eccentricity according to the amount of masonry infilled wall. As a result of nonlinear dynamic analysis after seismic reinforcement, the torsional irregularity of each floor was reduced compared to before reinforcement, and the beams and column members of the collapse level satisfied the performance level due to the reduction of shear force and the reinforcement of stiffness. The energy dissipation of PC-BRB was similar in the REC-10 ~ REC-20 analytical models with an eccentricity of 20% or less. REC-25 with an eccentricity of 25% was the largest, and it is judged that it is effective to combine and apply PC-BRB when it has an eccentricity of 25% or more to control the torsional behavior.

ULTRAVIOLET MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON LIGNIN DISTRIBUTION IN THE FIBER CELL WALL OF BCTMP

  • In order to improve the optical properties of high yield pulp, bleached chemi-thermo-mechanical pulp (BCTMP) was produced from CTMP of Betula maximowicziana Regel by two staged ozone-hydrogen peroxide bleaching. This pulp was used for the evaluation of the improvement of optical properties, chemical characteristics of lignin in fiber, and the relationship between lignin and optical properties in fiber cell wall. By hydrogen peroxide treatment, the brightness was improved, but the post color number (PC No.) was not. There was little improvement on optical properties by ozone treatment, but his could be solved by using two staged ozone-hydrogen peroxide bleaching. The hydrogen peroxide treatment did not make nay change on chemical characteristics of lignin in cell wall, but by ozone treatment, it was found that the non-aromatic conjugated structure was existed in the surface of cell wall, but this could be removed by hydrogen peroxide treatment in two staged ozone-hydrogen peroxide treatment. Therefore, the optical properties was significantly improved due to the removal of non-aromatic conjugated structure.

  • A silver indium sulfide($AgInS_2$) epilayer was grown by the hot wall epitaxy method, which has not been reported in the literature. The grown $AgInS_2$ epilayer has found to be a chalcopyrite structure and evaluated to be high qualify crystal. From the photocurrent measurement in the temperature range from 30 K to 300 K, the two peaks of A and B were only observed, whereas the three peaks of A, B, and C were seen in the PC spectrum of 10 K. These peaks. are ascribed to the band-to-band transition. The valence band splitting of $AgInS_2$ was investigated by means of the photocurrent measurement. The crystal field splitting, $\ddot{A}cr$, and the spin orbit splitting, $\ddot{A}so$, have been obtained to be 0.150 eV and 0.009 eV at 10 K, respectively. And, the energy band gap at room temperature has been determined to be 1.868 eV. Also, the temperature dependence of the energy band gap, $E_g(T)$, was determined.

주기하중 하에서 철근 콘크리트 전단벽체와 철골 연결보 접합부의 내진성능 (Seismic Performance of Steel Coupling Beam and RC Shear Wall under Lateral Cyclic Load)

  • 이 논문에서는 철골 연결보와 철근 콘크리트 전단벽체의 내진성능을 평가하고자 주기하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험의 주요 변수는 벽체의 보강 상세이었다. 현행 설계 기준을 따라 설계된 병렬 전단벽체는 콘크리트의 지압강도로 인해 조기 파괴되었다. 한편, 매립길이 내에 추가적인 수직 및 수평 보강재로 보강된 벽체의 경우, 지압파괴가 방지되는 것으로 나타났다. 실험결과, 벽체의 수직철근은 수평철근보다 병렬 전단벽의 전단 강도에 더 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 매립 철골 보 플랜지 상 하부에서 발생하는 콘크리트의 응력분포를 가정하여, PC 병렬 전단벽체 내의 소요 철근의 양이 결정되었으며, 이를 이용하여 예측 강도 식을 제안하였다. 예측된 강도식은 실험값과 비교적 잘 일치하였다.
