  • Digital leader caught seat by modern's everyday life tool now by popularization of smart device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC. Therefore, desire of readers about electronic book practical use is increasing based on convenience and economic performance of electronic book. 1971, Michael S. Hart established Project Gutenberg to produced first electronic book because inputs American Independence Declaration Statement by computer and produce more electronic books. After that, an electronic book technology repeats several times development and American electronic book take is increasing rapidly. Sales volume of electronic books is dramatically increasing in Korea since digital device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC became popular. This research attempts to analyze factors influencing on shifting from paper book to electronic book. Results of this research proposed grounds for building business strategy. Finding is the factor of social influence is only significant to acceptability intention. It means user of e-Book enhance their acceptability intention along social phenomena.

Defect Severity-based Defect Prediction Model using CL

  • Software defect severity is very important in projects with limited historical data or new projects. But general software defect prediction is very difficult to collect the label information of the training set and cross-project defect prediction must have a lot of data. In this paper, an unclassified data set with defect severity is clustered according to the distribution ratio. And defect severity-based prediction model is proposed by way of labeling. Proposed model is applied CLAMI in JM1, PC4 with the least ambiguity of defect severity-based NASA dataset. And it is evaluated the value of ACC compared to original data. In this study experiment result, proposed model is improved JM1 0.15 (15%), PC4 0.12(12%) than existing defect severity-based prediction models.

차세대 스마트형 PMIS 시스템 개발 (The Development of Next Generation Smart PMIS System)

  • 최근 건설 산업의 경향은 대형화, 국제화 되고 발주자는 사업수행기간의 단축을 요구하는 환경 속에서 건설 현장의 다양한 업무내용을 효과적으로 관리하는 일은 매우 어려운 과제가 되어가고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 선진외국에 2000년대 초부터 지속적으로 공정관리/시공관리/자원관리/노무관리/문서관리 등의 다양한 공사정보를 상호 교환할 수 있는 Web 기반의 PMIS 개발에 주력해왔다. 하지만, 최근 들어 스마트폰과 태블릿 PC와 같은 IT기기의 활발한 보급과 더불어 현장에서도 클라이언트 PC를 통한 PMIS 접근 방식보다 신속하게 다양한 공정변화에 신속히 대응할 수 있는 스마트형 PMIS 개발에 대한 기대가 높아지고 있는 시점이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 기존 Web 기반의 PMIS를 현장 작업자가 공사현장 또는 이동 중에도 태블릿 PC와 스마트폰과 연계하여 활용하는 차세대 스마트형 PMIS를 개발하고자 하며, 이러한 차세대 스마트형 PMIS의 개발 과정과 개발된 주요기능을 소개하는 데에 목적이 있다.

  • The necessity of imformation on product design process is increased in recently years, because a product can be called a mass of information and becomes more complex as long as technology is developed. But the present product development method is like a relay race. In this sequential process, information is transferred from one department to other departments like \"over the wall\". And communication gaps among departments are generated, so imformation cannot be controlled very well. Therefore it is needed to innovate the design process. The information system proposedin this study is an application software which can be useful for integrated product design process. It has been developed primarily for use in IBN PC and windows environment. It comprises four functional modules; functions of handing the overall project information (document, ideaskech, rendering, drawing); functions of decision making production problems in design project process; functions of groupware which can link with other departments; functions of comprehensive database with production.roduction.

한국어 공통 음성 DB구축 및 오류 검증 (Common Speech Database Collection and Validation for Communications)

  • In this paper, we'd like to briefly introduce Korean common speech database, which project has been started to construct a large scaled speech database since 2002. The project aims at supporting the R&D environment of the speech technology for industries. It encourages domestic speech industries and activates speech technology domestic market. In the first year, the resulting common speech database consists of 25 kinds of databases considering various recording conditions such as telephone, PC, VoIP etc. The speech database will be widely used for speech recognition, speech synthesis, and speaker identification. On the other hand, although the database was originally corrected by manual, still it retains unknown errors and human errors. So, in order to minimize the errors in the database, we tried to find the errors based on the recognition errors and classify several kinds of errors. To be more effective than typical recognition technique, we will develop the automatic error detection method. In the future, we will try to construct new databases reflecting the needs of companies and universities.

Fast temporal detection of intracellular hydrogen peroxide by HyPer

  • HyPer is the genetically encoded biosensor of intracellular hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$), the most stable of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by living cells. HyPer has a high sensitivity and specificity for detecting intracellular $H_2O_2$ by confocal laser microscopy. However, it was not known whether high speed ratiometric imaging of $H_2O_2$ by HyPer is possible. We thus investigated the sensitivity of HyPer in detecting changes to the intracellular $H_2O_2$ levels in HEK293 and PC12 cells using a microfluorometer imaging system. Increase in the HyPer ratio were clearly evident on stimulations of more than $100{\mu}M$ $H_2O_2$ and fast changes in the HyPer ratio were observed on ratiometric fluorescent images after $H_2O_2$ treatment. These results suggest that HyPer is a potent biosensor of the fast temporal production of intracellular $H_2O_2$.

In this research we developed a knapsack problem solver based on Martello-Toth algorithm using a relational database management system on the PC platform. The solver used the menu-driven user interface. The solver can be easily integrated with the database of decision support system because the solver can access the database to retrieve the data for the model and to store the result directly.

지하수 과다유입 조건하에서의 터널굴착 (Tunneling in Severe Groundwater Inflow Condition)

  • 본 논문은 수직 절리가 잘 발달된 지하수위가 높은 화산암질 지반에서 직경 3.3m의 도수터널 굴착을 하는 수력발전소 건설공사 내용이다. 취수시설은 발전소로부터 20.3km 상류에 위치하고 있으며, 20km의 도수터널과 연결되어 있고 440m의 낙차고를 갖는 펜스탁이 발전소와 연결되어 있다. 현장의 지질 조건은 전형적인 칼데라 호수인 토바호에 의해 지반 침식과 수직방향의 인장균열이 발달하였으며 이로 인해 지반의 초기응력이 이완되었다. 높은 지하수위(최대 수두 200m)를 가진 잘 발달된 수직 절리를 터널이 관통하면서 막대한 양의 지하수가 터널내로 유입되었다. 터널 굴착은 개방형 쉴드 TBM과 버럭반출에는 철로와 기관차를 사용하였다. 터널 내로의 유입수가 터널 바닥면에서 70cm 높이에 다다르고 이는 터널 직경(3.9m)의 17%에 해당하였다. 생산성을 향상하기 위해서 TBM과 버럭반출 차량과 같은 몇 가지의 개선과 수중펌프를 증설하는 방안을 사용하였다. 굴착 중에 만난 지반 조건이 설계보다 상당히 불량하여 RC라이닝에서 지하수 유입, 암반조건, 수압 등에 따라 PC 세그먼트 라이닝 또는 PC 세그먼트 라이닝과 현장타설 RC 라이닝, RC 라이닝, 그리고 강재 라이닝이 적용되었다. 이 PC 세그먼트 라이닝의 도입과 TBM과 다른 장비의 개조 및 개선을 통해서 심각한 지하수 조건 하에서 터널 굴착 공사를 성공적으로 완료하였다.

Quantitative Measurements of 3-D Imaging with Computed Tomography using Human Skull Phantom

  • As an advancement of medical imaging modalities and analyzing software with multi-function, active researches to acquire high contrast and high resolution image being done. In recently, development of medical imaging modalities like as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is aiming to display anatomical structure more accuracy and faster. Thus, one of the important areas in CT today is the use of CT scanner for the quantitative evaluation of 3-D reconstruction images from 2-D tomographic images. In CT system, the effective slice thickness and the quality of 3-D reconstructed image will be influenced by imaging acquisition parameters (e.g. pitch and scan mode). In diagnosis and surgical planning, the accurate distance measurements of 3-D anatomical structures play an important role and the accuracy of distance measurements will depend on the acquisition parameters such as slice thickness, pitch, and scan mode. The skull phantom was scanned with SDCT for various acquisition parameters and acquisition slice thicknesses were 3 and 5 mm, and reconstruction intervals were 1, 2, and 3 mm to each pitch. 3-D visualizations and distance measurements were performed with PC based 3-D rendering and analyzing software. Results showed that the image quality and the measurement accuracy of 3-D SDCT images are independent to the reconstruction intervals and pitches.
