The liberalization of Korean distribution market will undoubtedly lead to some erosion of market share of indigenous distributors in PC GMS(General Merchandising Store) & all the industries, but to our surprising, the benefits of rationalization of distribution, high qualities & low prices, strengthened competitiveness of indigenous retailers far outweigh the costs. The aim of this paper is to present some basic executive ideas for achieving a more global competitiveness in the 21st century. That is, successful market responsiveness in our distributors & firms will first of all require Dynamic Supply Chain Management at the base of information infrastructure to obtain the best competitive power. Secondly, in practical perspectives, distributors & firms needs to learn precise analysis on the basis of customer needs & wants as well as flexible thinking & proactive attitudes with respect to an freezing markets. In conclusions, win-win strategy in the competition for existence has to retain continuous & close relationship between cooperation and coordination.

This paper presents a PLD design of Gray Mode Graphic STN LCD drive circuit using PC interface. The proposed LCD drive circuit doesn\`t use microprocessor for the convenience of users. Thus, the LCD drive circuit can transfer efficiently image data created under PC to LCD. The LCD drive circuit which is modelled in schematic capture, AHDL and VHDL is simulated in functionally through the use of ALTERA MAX+PLUS II. Also, timing simulation is performed by ALTERA EPM7192SQC160-15 PLD implementation. The PC interface part have been programmed in MS-Visual C++ 6.0. The validity and efficiency of the proposed LCD drive circuit have been verified by test board. After comparing this LCD drive circuit to specify it was verified that the developed LCD drive circuit showed good performances, such as convenience of users, low cost.

Many problems exist in the current cast in place concrete lining used in domestic tunnel construction. Especially, the crack of tunnel lining brings about a social and economic problem. It has a lot of influence on stability of structure and the fine finish of lining. So enormous repair-work and reinforcement of tunnel lining could occur an running out of government's budget. In our country, there are domestic production enterprises which produce a special pre-cast concrete product, but the technical level of them is still far behind compared to developed countries. Also, optimum steam coring method is important for the production of high quality product. But there is no regulation of steam curing method in our country. This study is to investigate the properties of PC panel according to the variation of steam curing conditions such as presteaming time and rate of temperature rise. The result shows that the optimum presteaming time of steam curing method in PC panel is more than 1 hour and the desirable rate of temperature in curing chamber is about $20^{\circ}C/hr$.

Due to technological advancements in viewing devices and the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of OTT-only content is being produced and distributed as people shift from traditional movie theater viewing and broadcasters' fixed TV viewing to free-form OTT viewing using wired and wireless internet. As a result, the ability to leverage data from OTT audiences has become critical to the competitiveness of the industry. However, third parties other than OTT content providers are facing difficulties in acquiring OTT viewer data. In this paper, as a way to overcome the shortcomings of existing viewer data acquisition, we propose a method to extract audio and video data by developing an OTT viewing data acquisition agent using Web APIs by adopting a web browser environment that does not affect the performance of OS and viewing devices, so that third-party companies that need viewing data can utilize it.

This paper explains the design and development of the stand-alone high sound quality Internet Radio system, which is aimed for a small embedded type audio device rather than a general PC type. This device is designed to work with an Internet connection. This kind of system is not standardized so far, and also the related algorithm is not open to the public. So it is necessary to analyze several receiving algorithms of current radio receivers, and develop our own hardware in order to overcome these obstacles, finally to get the high quality of sound radio. The main electronic components of this Internet Radio are TCP/IP interfaces, an audio MP3 decoder, an I/O interface, and a Flash Memory Card with advanced audio multicasting for the next-generation Internet Radio. Basic structures and implementation issues of the next-generation most-versatile digital music player, and Internet Radio receivers, are discussed.

멀티미디어라는 단어는 이제 더 이상 낯선 용어가 아니며 일반에 널리 알려지고있다. 사람에 따라 그에 대한 개념이 약간씩 다르긴 하지만 그 차이는 미미하다. 이는 산업계에서도 마찬가지이다. 멀티미디어가 산업을 변화시키고 있다는 사실은 누구나 인정하고 있으며, 단지 업체별로 멀티미디어에 대한 대응 전략이 각 업체의 특성에 따라 차이를 보이고 있을 뿐이다. 다양한 정보처리를 지원하는 멀티미디어 OS는 현재 두가지 방향으로 발전하고 있는데, 그중 하나가 가정용 시장이다. 본 고는 일본의 니케이 일렉트로닉스지가 보도한 내용을 중심으로 멀티미디어 OS를 요약, 소개한 것으로, 가정 전기제품의 정보처리용으로 신영역을 개척하고 있는 멀티미디어 운영체계(OS)에 대해서 기술하고자 한다. 현재 가정용 멀티미디어 OS는 카레이다(Kaleida)사가 개발하고 있는 재생전용 멀티미디어 플레이 OS이고, 다른하나는 PC를 시장으로한 애플사의 퀵타임(Quick Time), 마이크로소프트사의 MME (MultiMedia Extension)와 IBM사의 MMPM/2 (MultiMedia Presentation Manager/2)가 그 주도권을 다투고 있다.

최근 스마트폰, 스마트TV, 태블릿 PC 등과 같이 휴대용으로 인터넷에 접속이 가능한 단말이 증가하면서 비디오 콘텐츠나 서비스가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 시스코가 발간한 시스코 비주얼 네트워킹 인덱스(VNI) 보고서에 따르면 2015년 전 세계 IP 트래픽은 현재의 트래픽의 4배인 연간 966엑사바이트에 이를 예정이라고 보고하고 있고 트래픽 중에 핵심이 비디오 트래픽이라고 예측하고 있다. 이에 비디오 서비스 관련 업체들은 인터넷을 통한 비디오 전송의 중요성을 인지하고 best effort 네트워크인 인터넷 환경에서 효율적으로 비디오 데이터를 전달할 수 있는 기술을 소개하고 있다. 본고에서는 제한된 환경에서 효율적으로 비디오 전송을 할 수 있는 기술 및 관련 업체 동향에 대해 소개한다.

정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 기술구조는 90년대 초까지의 호스트 중심의 기술구조에서 PC보급의 확대로 인해 Client/server 환경의 기술구조를 급격하게 발전시켜 왔다. 그러나 Client/server 구조는 사용이 간편하고 시스템 확장이 용이하다는 장점에도 불구하고 Client 관리에 큰 문제점이 나타났다. Client/server 관리의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 웹 환경의 인터넷/인트라넷 구조의 기술발전이 꾸준히 이루어졌으며, 현재는 Client/server와 같은 안정적인 OLTP(Online Transaction Processing)를 처리할 수 있는 수준까지 발전하였다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 운송정보시스템은 웹 환경의 인터넷/인트라넷을 이용한 시스템으로서, 중ㆍ소 운송업체와 자가 운송 사업자가 운송정보시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 초기 투자비용을 줄이고, 시스템의 유지 보수 및 확장이 용이한 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스를 효과적으로 제공한다. 이것은 차량의 위치정보를 통해 배차현황/출하차현황/도착현황/공차현황 등 물류 흐름을 파악하기 위한 운송 정보를 실시간으로 제공하고, 동종 유사 업체간의 표준화된 자료를 교환, 공유함으로써 효율적인 차량 관리가 가능하며, 물류비를 전감 할 수 있고, 작업의 효율성을 증대시켜 원활한 운송업무가 이루어지게 할 수 있을 것이다.
