포도 동해위험 판정기준으로서 온도시간 기반의 휴면심도 이용 (A Thermal Time-Driven Dormancy Index as a Complementary Criterion for Grape Vine Freeze Risk Evaluation)

  • 동계기온의 지속적인 상승에도 불구하고 낙엽과수의 동해발생빈도는 줄지 않고 있지만, 동해 경감을 위해 필수적인 사전경보시스템에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 급격한 기후변화에 적응하지 못하는 기존의 '최저기온 의존 동해경보시스템'을 보완하기 위해 생물계절이론에 근거한 휴면심도를 동해위험도 판정의 추가기준으로 제시한다. 평년 기온자료와 생물계절모형에 근거한 휴면심도의 경시변화양상은 낙엽과수의 교과서적인 내동성 변화추세와 일치하였다. 개별 연도의 기온자료에 의해 추정된 휴면심도는 연차 변이가 현저하였으며 동일 연도 내 지역간 변이도 확인할 수 있었다. 전북 김제시 백구면 Campbell Early 주산지 10개 포도원을 대상으로 소기후모형과 인근 기상관서 기후자료에 의해 연도별 최저기온을 복원하고, 최저기온 발생일의 휴면심도를 생물계절모형으로 추정하였으며, 동해정도를 조사하였다. 최저기온휴면심도 피해율 사이의 관계를 분석하여 동해위험도 판정식을 작성하고, 이를 근거로 경북 영천, 충북 옥천, 충남 아산, 경기 화성 등 4개 포도 주산지 시군에 대해 1971-2000 평년의 동해위험지도를 30 m 공간해상도로 제작하였다. 화성지역의 경우 1996년의 동해사례에 의해 동해위험지도의 신뢰성을 부분적으로 검증할 수 있었다. 월동기간 중 실측기온자료에 의해 임의날짜의 휴면심도를 추정하고, 기상청 예보기온을 소기후모형에 의해 30m해상도의 국지기온 예상분포도로 변환한 다음, 내일 아침의 동해가능성을 동해위험도 판정식에 의해 판정할 수 있는 실시간 동해경보시스템을 설계하였다. 이 시스템의 실제 운영을 위해 필요한 프로그램을 작성하고 하드웨어를 갖추어 기상청 국가농업기상센터에 이전, 설치하였다. 산출되는 최저기온 및 동해위험정보는 표준지리정보로 가공되어 기상청 농업 기상정보서비스를 통해 시범적으로 제공될 예정이다.되지 않았으며 상처에 의하여서도 전혀 반응을 하지 않았다. 고에서는 이와 같은 비상통신과 관련하여 수행하고 있는 국외 비상통신 관련표준화 현황 및 해외 주요국가 별 구축 동향에 대해서 기술한다.급식성과는 급식경험 기간과 음(-)의 상관관계를, 아침식사횟수와는 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 서비스 품질의 특성 영역은 각 영역들에 대한 급식성과 점수가 높을수록 다른 영역의 급식성과 점수가 높은 유의적인(p <0.01) 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 살펴볼 때, 균형된 영양공급이 다른 어느 시기보다 더 중요한 우리의 청소년들의 학교급식에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위해서 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 먼저, 학교급식에 대한 식단 작성 시 학생들이 학교에서 제공되기 원하는 식단에 대한 의견을 받고 그 의견에 대한 결과를 게시하여 학생들이 제공되기 원하는 식단을 급식 시 제공하여 학생들이 식단선택에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 바람직하겠다. 또한 영양사는 학급의 반대표와의 정기적인 모임을 가짐으로서 학생들의 불만사항 및 개선 요구사항에대해 서로 의견을 교환하여 설문지조사가 아닌 직접적인 대화를 하여 문제점을 파악하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하겠다. 특히 아침식사의 결식 빈도가 높았고 이는 급식성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 학교에서 제공하는 음식의 섭취정도에도 영향을 주고 있으므로 학생들에게 학부모와 전담교사 및 학교영양사는 학생들에게 이상적인 아침식사에 대한 교육은 물론이고 아침식사를 실천할 수 있도록 다양한 방안에 대해 함께 연구해야 하겠다. 정부차원에서 학교급식에 아침식사 프로그램을 도입할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고, 아침을 결식하는 학생이 학교에서 수업시작 하기 전에 간단한 식사를 할 수 있는 정책 도입이 필요하다acid의 생성량(生成量)을 측정(測定)하였는데 periodate의 소비량(消費量)은

  • The increasing emphasis placed on the production of fine turf for lawns, golf courses, parks, and other recreational sites has led to many unsolved problems as to how such turf could be best established and mainteined. For this purpose, a series of experiments were conducted under con ditions of pot and field. The results obtained were as follows EXPERIMENT I. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer and clipping interval on Zoysia japonica. 1. Increasing the rate of nitrogen and frequent clipping increased tiller number of Zoysis japonica and the maximum number of tillers were obtained from 700 kg N application and freqnent clippings (10 days interval ) in October. Treatment of 350kg N with 10 days clipping interval increased tillers much more than those of 700 kgN with 20 and 30 days clipping intervals. 2. The average number of green leaves occurred during the growth period maximized by applying 700 kg N and clipping 10 days interval. 3. Increasing tiller numbers significantly decreased tops DM weight per tiller by clipping plants at interval of 10 and 20 days, irrespective of nitrogen applied, and with nil N, at the interval of 30 days. By applying 700 kg N, however, top DM weight per tiller increased as the number of tillers increased consistently. 4. The highest top DM weight was achieved from late August to early September by applying 350 and 700kgN. 5. During the growth period, differences in unders ( stolon + root ) DM weight occurred bynitrogen application were found between nil N and two applied nitrogen levels, whereas, at the same level of nitrogen applied, the increase in stolon DM weight enhanced by lengthening the clipping interval to 30 days. 6. Nitrogen efficiency to green leaves, stolon nodes and DM weight of root with high nitrogen was achieved as clipping interval was shortened. 7. By increasing fertilizer nitrogen rate applied, N content n the leaves and stems of Zoysiajaponica was increased. On the other hand, N content in root and stolon had little effect onfertilizer nitrogen, resulting in the lowest content among plant fractions. The largest content of N was recorded in leaves. Lengthening the clipping interval from 10 or 20 to 30 days tends to decrease the N content in the leaves and stems, whereas this trend did not appeared in stolon androot. 8. A positive correlations between N and K contents in tops and stolon were established andthus K content increased as N content in tops and stolon increased. Meanwhile, P content was not affected by N and clipping treatments. 9. Total soluble carbohydrate content in Zoysia japonica was largest in stolon and stem, and was reduced by increasing fertilizer nitrogen rate. Reduction in total soluble carbohydrate due to increased nitrogen rate was severer in the stolons and stems than in the leaves. 10. Increasing the rate of nitrogen applied increased the number of small and large vascular bundles in leaf blade, but shortened distance among the large vascular bundles. Shortening the clipping interval resulted in increase of the number of large vascular bundles but decrease ofdistance between large vascular bundles.EXPERIMENT II. Growth response of Zoysia japonica imposed by different plant densities. 1. Tiller numbers per unit area increased as plant density heightened. Differences in num ber between densities at higher densities than 120 D were of no significance. 2. Tiller numbers per clone attained by 110 days after transplanting were 126 at 40D,77 at 80D, 67 at 120D, 54 at 160D, and 41 at 200D. A decreasing trend of tiller numbers per clone with increasing density was noticable from 100 days after transplanting onwards. 3. During the growth period, the greatest number of green leaves per unit area were attainedin 90days after transplanting at 160D and 200D, and 100 days after transplanting at 40D, 80Dand 120D. Thus the period to reach the maximum green leaf number with the high plantdensity was likely to be earlier that with the low plant density. 4. Stolon growth up to 80 days after transplaning was relatively slow, but from 80 daysonwards, the growth quickened to range from 1.9 m/clone at 40D to 0.6m/clone at 200Din 200 days after transplanting, these followed by the stolon node produced. 5. Plant density did not affect stolon weight/clone and root weight/clone until 80 daysafter transplanting. 6. DM weight of root was heavier in the early period of growth than that of stolon, butthis trend was reversed in the late period of growth : DM weight of stolon was much higherthan that of root.EXPERIMENT Ill. Vegetative growth of Zoysia japonica and Zoysia matrella as affected by nitrogen and clipping height. 1. When no nitrogen was applied to Zoysia japonica, leaf blade which appeared during theAugust-early September period remained green for a perid of about 10 weeks and even leavesemerged in rate September lived for 42 days. However, leaf longevity did not exceed 8 weeks asnitrogen was applied. In contrast the leaf longevity of Zoysia matrella which emerged during the mid August-earlySeptember period was 11 weeks and, under the nitrogen applied, 9 weeks, indicating that thelife-spen of individual leaf of Zoysia matrella may be longer than that of Zoysia japorica. Clipping height had no effect on the leaf longevity in both grasses. 2. During the July-August period, tiller number, green leaf number and DM weightof Zoysia japonica were increased significantly with fertilizer nitrogen, but were not with twolevel of clipping height. This trend was reversed after late September ; no effect of nitrogen wasappeared. Instead, lax clipping increased tiller number, green leaf number and DM weight. Greenleaves stimulated by lax clipping resulted in the occurrance of more dead leaves in late October. 3. Among the stolons outgrown until early September, the primary stolon was not influencedby nitrogen and clipping treatments to produce only 2-3 stolons. However, 1st branch stoIon asaffected by nitrogen increased significantly, so most of stolons which occurred consisted of 1st branch stolons. 4. Until early September, stolon length obtained at nil nitrogen level was chiefly caused bythe primary stolons. By applying nitrogen, the primary stolons of Zoysia japonica waslonger than 1st branch stolons when severe clipping was involved and in turn, shorter than 1stbranch stolons when lax clipping was concerned. In Zoysia matrella, 1st branch stolons were muchlonger than the primary stolon when turf was clipped severely but in conditions of lax clippingthere was little difference in length between primary and 1st branch stolons. 5. Stolon nodes of both Zoysia japonica and Z. matrella were positively influenced by nit rogen, but no particular increase by imposing clipping height treatment was marked in Zoysiamatrella. Although the stolon of Zoysia japonica grew until late October, the growthstimulated by nitrogen was not so remarkable as to exceed that by nil N.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. As a previous step for biomedical application, adsorption experiments of bovine albumin on microspheres were carried out under various conditions. The maximum adsorbed amount was obtained in the neighborhood of pH 4.5. Isoelectric point of bovine albumin is pH 5.0, so experimental result shows that it shifted to acid area. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. The results showed that the functional characteristics of the polymer valve compared favorably with those of the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. 30621 T00401030621 ^x Explosive evaporative removal process of biological tissue by absorption of a CW laser has been simulated by using gelatin and a multimode Nd:YAG laser. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. The limit of Nk to induce evaporative removal, which is proportional to the inverse of the laser power, has been obtained. 30622 T00401030622 ^x N1 and N2 gross neural action potentials were measured from the round window of the guinea pig cochlea at the onset of the acoustic stimuli. N1-N2 audiograms were made by means of regulating stimulant intensities in order to produce constant N1-N2 potentials as criteria for different input tone pip frequencies.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The bedside monitor consists of a main unit and module cases with various parameter modules. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

목련(Magnolia kobus DC.)에서 분리한 흰비단병균(Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.)에 관한 연구 (Studies on Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. isolated from Magnolia kobus DC. in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 목련에서 분리한 흰비단병균 Sclerotimu rolfsii Sacc.의 분화형을 밝히고 균계생장 및 균핵형성에 대한 영양생리를 구명코저 vitamin, 질소원, 탄소원의 효과를 검토했으며 또 본 균과 Penicillium sp.와의 생태적 관계를 해명하기 위한 기초적인 연구로서 본 균의 균계생장 및 균핵형성에 대한 Penicillium 배양여액의 촉진효과와 그 요인을 밝히려고 시도하였다. 본 연구결과를 종합해서 적요하면 다음과 같다. 1. 목연에서 분리한 흰비단병균 제1형, 축2형은 배지상의 성상이나 생리적 성질 펄 병원성이 상이하였다. 특히 목연 아카시아에 대한 병원성은 양자 동일하나 콩이나 오이에 대해서는 제2형균이 제1형균보다 더 강하였다. 2. 공시된 14종의 질소원중 $KNO_2$와 glycine을 제외하고는 모두 thiamine hydrochloride 10r/l가 첨가되었을 때 비로소 공시균의 균계생장 및 균핵형성에 이용되었다. 질소의 형태별로 보면 균계생장에 있어서는 $NO_3-N$보다는 $NH_4-N$이 훨씬 더 효과적이며 organic N은 화합물에 따라 상이하였다. 그러나 균핵형성에 있어서는 이와 반대로 $NO_3-N$이 효과적이었다. $NO_2-N$은 균계생장이나, 균핵형성에 전혀 효과가 없었다. 3. 공시 탄소원 7종도 대체적으로 thiamine이 존재하지 않는 한 균계생장이나 균핵형성에 아무런 효과가 없었다. thiamine이 첨가될 경우 균계생장에 있어서 glucose와 saccharose가 가장 효과적이고 maltose와 soluble starch는 효과가 적었으며 xylose, lactose, glyceline은 전혀 효과가 없었다. 균핵형성에 있어서는 loctose를 제외하고는 전구에서 균핵형성을 보였으며 모두 비슷한 효과를 나타냈다. 4. 배지중의 질소원이 동일수준이면 탄소원이 증가함에 따라 균계생장량이 증가하였다. 그러나 질소원의 량에는 한도가 있는 것으로 질소 0.5g/l이상에서는 오히려 균계생장이 억제되었다. 그러나 균핵형성에 있어서는 탄소원의 증가에 따라 균핵형성량이 저하하였다. 5. 공시균은 thiamine 결핍균으로서 균계생장 최적 thiamine 농도는 20r/l이고 이 농도를 초과하면 오히려 균계생장이 억제되는데 150r/l에서는 무첨가구와 거의 같은 정도로 억제되었다. 6. 공시균의 생장에 있어서 thiamine의 첨가에 따른 질소원리용도는 $NH_4NO_3>(NH_4)_2SO_4>asparagine>KNO_3$의 순위이며 질소원별 thiamine 최적요구량은 $KNO_3$인 경우 12r/l, asparagine인 경우 16r/l 정도였다. 균핵형성량에 있어서는 $KNO_3>NH_4NO_3>asparagine>(NH_4)_2SO_4$의 순위로서 thiamine 최적량은 $KNO_3,\;NH_4NO_3$인 경우 8r/l에서 전균핵생산량의 대부분이 형성되나 asparagine인 경우에는 16r/l 정도였다. 7. 배양액의 pH는 공시균이 생장을 개시하자마자 3.5정도로 급격히 떨어지나 그 이후부터는 생장량이 증가함에 따라 완만하게 떨어졌다. 그러나 pH2.2 이하로는 더 내려가지 않았다. 8. 공시균의 균계생장에 대한 각종 vitamin의 상호효과는 thiamine, biotin, pyridoxine, inositol의 4가지 조합에 있어서도 thiamine이 첨가되지 않은 곳에서는 거의 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 thiamine+pyridoxine, thiamine+inosital, thiamine+biotin+pyridoxine, thiamine+pyridoxine+inositol구에 있어서는 thiamine 단독 첨가구와 동등 혹은 그 이상의 효과를 나타내지만 thiamine+biotin과 thiamine+biotin+inosital구는 오히려 떨어졌다. 균핵형성에 있어서는 thiamine 단독구에 비하여 각구 모두 약간씩 증가하였다. 9. Penicillium 배양여액중에는 공시균의 균계생장을 촉진하는 물질이 존재하며 배양여액 6-15ml/50ml 배양액의 농도에서 거의 최고균계생장량에 달하였다. 10. 질소원으로서 첨가한 $NH_4NO_3$ 혹은 asparagine은 균계생장에 있어서 배양여액농도 여가에 관계없이 $NH_4NO_3$가 더 유효하였다. 11. 배양여액에 대한 일련의 처리에 있어서 휘발성물질분획, 비휘발성물질분획, 휘발산분획, ether 가용성유기산분획, ether 불용성물질분획, cation 흡착물질분획, cation 비흡착물질분획, anion 흡착물질분획 및 비흡착물질분획의 9분획중 비휘발성물질분획, ether 불용물질분획, cation 흡착물질분획 및 anion 비흡착물질분획에서만 균계가 잘 자랐다. 그러나 균핵은 오직 cation 흡착물질분획에서만 형성되었다. 12. 이 결과는 배양여액중에 균계생장물질, 균핵형성물질 및 균핵형성억제물질이 존재하며 이들 물질은 각각 별개의 물질로서 전2자는 비휘발성이고 ether 불용성이며 cation교환수지에는 흡착되지 않는 물질이며 후자는 비휘발성이고 ether 불용성이며 cation 및 anion 교환수지에 흡착되지 않는 물질임을 암시한다. 13. DNP-aminoacids paper chromatography에 의하여 cation 교환수지흡착분획중에서 aspartic acid, cystine, glycine, histidine, lycine, tyrosine 및 dinitroaniline 7종의 아미노산이 검출되었다. 14. S. rolfsii의 균계생장 및 균핵형성은 glutamic acid, aspartic acid, cystine, histidine 및 glycine의 단독첨가나 혼합첨가에 의해서 촉진되지 않았고 다만 tyrosine에 의해서 약간 촉진되었다. 15. 균핵의 습열에 대한 저항성은 균핵의 수분함유량에 따라 다르며 수분함유량이 적은 것이 보다 더 강하였다. 배지에서 채취한 균핵은 제1,2형균 모두 $52^{\circ}C$에서 5분에 사멸하거나 155일간 $26{\circ}C$에서 건조시킨 것은 $52^{\circ}C$에 있어서 제1형균은 15분, 제2형균은 10분, $57^{\circ}C$에 있어서는 제1형균은 5분, 제2형균은 10분처리에 사멸하였다. 16. 배양균핵을 132일간 $26^{\circ}C$에서 건조시킨 것은 제1,2형균 모두 전부 발아하였고 기건상태에서 283일간 방치한 천연균핵도 제1,2균형 모두 발아하였으며 443일간처리한 것도 아직 제1형균 $20\%$, 제2형균 $16$의 발아율을 보지하고 있었다. 17. 저온에 대한 저항성은 균계, 균계괴, 균핵의 순으로 강하였는데 균계는 $-7--8^{\circ}C$ 1주간 처리에서 완전 사멸하였으나 균계괴는 $-17--20^{\circ}C$ 3주에서도 아직 사멸치 않은 것이 있었으며 균핵은 $-17--20^{\circ}C$ 3주에서 대부분 생존하였다. 18. 약제저항력은 승괴수 $0.05%$에 있어서 제1형균은 180분 제2형균은 240분, $0.1\%$에 있어서는 제1형균 60분, 제2형균 30분에 각각 사멸하였고, Uspulun 800배에 있어서는 제1형균은 120분에 사멸하나 제2형균은 180분에도 사멸치 않으며 500배에 있어서는 제1,2형균 모두 90분에 비로소 사멸하였다. 그러나 유산동 $5\%$ 240분, Ceresan 석탄, Mercuron 각 500배 80분처리에도 아무런 영향이 없었다. 19. Benlate와 Tachigaren의 농도가 증가함에 따라 균계생장 억제효과도 증가하였다. 처리 6째에는 Benlate 0.5ppm을 제외하고는 전농도에서 뚜렷한 억제효과를 나타내었으나 12일째에는 농도에 따라 현저한 차이를 나타냈다. Benlate 0.5ppm 처리는 대조구에 비하여 $66\%$, 2.0ppm은 $92\%$의 억제효과를, Tachigaren은 1ppm $54\%$, 1.5ppm과 2.0ppm은 $77\%$의 억제효과를 나타냈다. 양자 모두 500ppm에서는 거의 완전히 균계생장을 억제시켰다. 균핵형성은 Benlate 500ppm과 Tachigaren 500ppm 및 1000ppm에서 $100\%$ 억제되었다. 20. 일반적으로 균계생장량이 증가함에 따라 배지중의 glucose나 $NH_4-N$의 소비량도 증가하였으나 Benlate나 Techigaren을 처리할 경우 그 농도의 증가에 따라 이들의 소비량이 억제되었다. 그러나 Benlate 저농도(0.5ppm 및 1ppm)에 있어서는 $NH_4-N$의 소비가 무처리구보다 많았다. 21. glucose와 $NH_4-N$의 흡수이용효과 즉 glucose나 $NH_4-N$ 1mg을 소비하여 생산된 균계량은 Benlate나 Techigaren의 처리로 말미암아 크게 저하되었다. 그 정도는 농도에 관계없이 처리 3일째에 가장 심했고 이후 시일이 경과함에 따라 높아졌다. Benlate 처리의 glucose를 제외하고는 대체로 농도가 증가함에 따라 흡수이용효과가 저하되었다. 22. 토양배양에 있어서 $CO_2$ 배출량으로 측정한 균계생장은 어느 농도에서나 저지되지 않았고 다만 Tachigaren 100mg/g 토양에서만 현저하게 억제되었다. 균핵형성은 Benlate나 Tachigaren 10mg/g 토양에서 완전히 억제되었다. 23. Benlate와 Tachigaren 0.1, 1.0, 10, 100, 1000ppm에 10분 및 20분간 침지처리한 결과 균핵의 발아억제효과를 인정할 수 없었다.

Cefoperazone(T-1551)의 약리학적 연구 (Pharmacological Studies of Cefoperazone(T-1551))

  • The pharmacological and microbiological studies of Cefoperazone (T-1551, Toyama Chemical Co., Japan) were conducted in vitro and in vivo. The studies included stability and physicochemical characteristics, antimicrobial activity, animal and human pharmacokinetics, animal pharmacodynamics and safety evaluation of Cefoperazone sodium for injection. 1) Stability and physicochemical characteristics. Sodium salt of cefoperazone for injection had a general appearance of white crystalline powder which contained 0.5% water, and of which melting point was $187.2^{\circ}C$. The pH's of 10% and 25% aqueous solutions were 5.03 ana 5.16 at $25^{\circ}C$. The preparations of cefoperazone did not contain any pyrogenic substances and did not liberate histamine in cats. The drug was highly compatible with common infusion solutions including 5% Dextrose solution and no significant potency decrease was observed in 5 hours after mixing. Powdered cefoperazone sodium contained in hermetically sealed and ligt-shielded container was highly stable at $4^circ}C{\sim}37^{\circ}C$ for 12 weeks. When stored at $4^{\circ}C$ the potency was retained almost completely for up to one year. 2) Antimicrobial activity against clinical isolates. Among the 230 clinical isolates included, Salmonella typhi was the most susceptible to cefoperazone, with 100% inhibition at MIC of ${\leq}0.5{\mu}g/ml$. Cefoperazone was also highly active against Streptococcus pyogenes(group A), Kletsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella flexneri, with 100% inhibition at $16{\mu}g/ml$ or less. More than 80% of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes and Salmonella paratyphi was inhibited at ${\leq}16{\mu}/ml$, while Enterobacter cloaceae, Serratia marcescens and Pseudomonas aerogenosa were somewhat less sensitive to cefoperagone, with inhibitions of 60%, 55% and 35% respectively at the same MIC. 3) Animal pharmacokinetics Serum concentration, organ distritution and excretion of cefoperazone in rats were observed after single intramuscular injections at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg. The extent of protein binding to human plasma protein was also measured in vitro br equilibrium dialysis method. The mean Peak serum concentrations of $7.4{\mu}g/ml$ and $16.4{\mu}/ml$ were obtained at 30 min. after administration of cefoperazone at doses of 20 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg respectively. The tissue concentrations of cefoperazone measured at 30 and 60 min. were highest in kidney. And the concentrations of the drug in kidney, liver and small intestine were much higher than in blood. Urinary and fecal excretion over 24 hours after injetcion ranged form 12.5% to 15.0% in urine and from 19.6% to 25.0% in feces, indicating that the gastrointestinal system is more important than renal system for the excretion of cefoperazone. The extent of binding to human plasma protein measured by equilibrium dialysis was $76.3%{\sim}76.9%$, which was somewhat lower than the others utilizing centrifugal ultrafiltration method. 4) Animal pharmacodynamics Central nervous system : Effects of cefoperazone on the spontaneous movement and general behavioral patterns of rats, the pentobarbital sleeping time in mice and the body temperature in rabbits were observed. Single intraperitoneal injections at doses of $500{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ in rats did not affect the spontaneous movement ana the general behavioral patterns of the animal. Doses of $125{\sim}500mg/kg$ of cefoperazone injected intraperitonealy in mice neither increased nor decreased the pentobarbital-induced sleeping time. In rabbits the normal body temperature was maintained following the single intravenous injections of $125{\sim}2,000mg/kg$ dose. Respiratory and circulatory system: Respiration rate, blood pressure, heart rate and ECG of anesthetized rabbits were monitored for 3 hours following single intravenous injections of cefoperazone at doses of $125{\sim}2,000mg/kg$. The respiration rate decreased by $3{\sim}l7%$ at all the doses of cefoperazone administered. Blood pressure did not show any changes but slight decrease from 130/113 to 125/107 by the highest dose(2,000 mg/kg) injected in this experiment. The dosages of 1,000 and 2,000 mg/kg seemed to slightly decrease the heart rate, but it was not significantly different from the normal control. All the doses of cefoperazone injected were not associated with any abnormal changes in ECG findings throughout the monitering period. Autonomic nervous system and smooth muscle: Effects of cefoperazone on the automatic movement of rabbit isolated small intestine, large intestine, stomach and uterus were observed in vitro. The autonomic movement and tonus of intestinal smooth muscle increased at dose of $40{\mu}g/ml$ in small intestine and at 0.4 mg/ml in large intestine. However, in stomach and uterine smooth muscle the autonomic movement was slightly increased by the much higher doses of 5-10 mg/ml. Blood: In vitro osmotic fragility of rabbit RBC suspension was not affected by cefoperazone of $1{\sim}10mg/ml$. Doses of 7.5 and 10 mg/ml were associated with 11.8% and 15.3% prolongation of whole blood coagulation time. Liver and kidney function: When measured at 3 hours after single intravenous injections of cefoperaonze in rabbits, the values of serum GOT, GPT, Bilirubin, TTT, BUN and creatine were not significantly different from the normal control. 5) Safety evaluation Acute toxicity: The acute toxicity of cefoperazone was studied following intraperitoneal and intravenous injections to mice(A strain, 4 week old) and rats(Sprague-Dawler, 6 week old). The LD_(50)'s of intraperitonealy injected cefoperazone were 9.7g/kg in male mice, 9.6g/kg in female mice and over 15g/kg in both male and female rats. And when administered intravenously in rats, LD_(50)'s were 5.1g/kg in male and 5.0g/kg in female. Administrations of the high doses of the drug were associated with slight inhibition of spontaneous movement and convulsion. Atdominal transudate and intestinal hyperemia were observed in animals administered intraperitonealy. In rats receiving high doses of the drug intravenously rhinorrhea and pulmonary congestion and edema were also observed. Renal proximal tubular epithelial degeneration was found in animals dosing in high concentrations of cefoperazone. Subacute toxicity: Rats(Sprague-Dawley, 6 week old) dosing 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 g/kg/day of cefoperazone intraperitonealy were observed for one month and sacrificed at 24 hours after the last dose. In animals with a high dose, slight inhibition of spontaneous movement was observed during the experimental period. Soft stool or diarrhea appeared at first or second week of the administration in rats receiving 2.0g/kg. Daily food consumption and weekly weight gain were similar to control during the administration. Urinalysis, blood chemistry and hematology after one month administration were not different from control either. Cecal enlargement, which is an expected effect of broad spectrum antibiotic altering the normal intestinal microbial flora, was observed. Intestinal or peritoneal congestion and peritonitis were found. These findings seemed to be attributed to the local irritation following prolonged intraperitoneal injections of hypertonic and acidic cefoperazone solution. Among the histopathologic findings renal proximal tubular epithelial degeneration was characteristic in rats receiving 1 and 2g/kg/day, which were 10 and 20 times higher than the maximal clinical dose (100 mg/kg) of the drug. 6) Human pharmacokinetics Serum concentrations and urinary excretion were determined following a single intravenous injection of 1g cefoperazone in eight healthy, male volunteers. Mean serum concentrations of 89.3, 61.3, 26.6, 12.3, 2.3, and $1.8{\mu}g/ml$ occured at 1,2,4,6,8 and 12 hours after injection respectively, and the biological half-life was 108 minutes. Urinary excretion over 24 hours after injection was up to 43.5% of administered dose.

  • 토양정밀조사결과 우리나라에서 밝혀진 235 개(個)의 토양통에 대하여 분류체계를 확립(確立)코저 미국(美國)의 신토양분류법에 준(準)하였는바 60개(個)의 아군으로 구분할 수 있었다. 그러나 수도재배기간중(水稻栽培期間中) 담수상태(湛水狀態)를 유지(維持)하게되는 답토양들은 신분류법(新分類法)에 분류기준(分類基準)이 확립(確立)되어 있지않아 토양형태적특성에 입각(立脚)하여 분류(分類)코저 할때 무리(無理)가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 답토양의 분류상(分類上) 문제시(問題視)된 것은 토양아군의 수준(水準)에서 18개(個)였으며 이들 새로운 아군에 대하여 분류기준(分類基準)을 설정(設定)(Setup)하였는 바 그 분류시안(分類試案)의 내용(內容)을 요약(要略)하면 다음과 같다. Anthro aquic, Aquic Udipsamments; 관개수(灌漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)로 부터 50cm이상(以上) 회색화작용(灰色化作用)을 받은 사질계충적토(砂窒系沖積土)이며 사두(沙頭)및 김천통등(金川統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthroaquic Udipsamments; 관개수(灌漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)로 부터 50cm 이내(以內)에서 회색화작용(灰色化作用)을 받은 사질계충적토(砂窒系沖積土)로 백수통(白岫統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Halic Psammaquents; 개답년대(開畓年代)가 오래되지 않은 간척지의 염해답으로 낙천통이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthroaquic, Aquic Udifluvents; 관개수(灌漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)에서 50cm이상(以上) 회색화작용(灰色化作用)을 받은 사양질 및 식양질계 충적토로 마영통(馬嶺統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthroaquic Udifluvents: 관개수(灌漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)로부터 50cm이내(以內)에서 회색화작용(灰色化作用)을 받은 사양질 및 식양질계 충적토로 행곡통(杏谷統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventic Haplaquepts: 지하수위(地下水位)가 높아 토양은 전층이 회색화(灰色化)된 습답으로 유기물(有機物)의 함량(含量)은 토심(土深)이 깊어짐에 따라 불규칙적(不規則的)으로 감소(減少)되는 회색토(灰色土)로 백구 및 학성통등(鶴城統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fuventic Thapto-Histic Haplaquepts: Fluventic Haplaquepts와 유사(類似)하나 토양단면내에 유기물층이 개재된 습답으로 공덕(孔德) 및 서탄통(西炭統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventlc Aeric Haplaquepts: Fluventic Haplaquepts보다 지하수위(地下水位)가 비교적(比較的) 낮으므로 토양배수가 약간 불량(不良)한 회색토(灰色土)로 만경(萬頃) 및 전북통등(全北統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventic Thapto-Histic Aeric Hapldquepts: Fluventic Thapto-Histic Haplaquepts보다 지하수위(地下水位)가 비교적(比較的) 낮으므로 토양배수가 약간 불량(不良)한 회색토(灰色土)로 봉남통(鳳南統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventic Aeric Sulfic Haplaquepts: Fluventic Aeric Haplaquepts에 비(比)하여 토심(土深) 50~150cm 사이에 황색반문(黃色斑紋)(PH<4.0)인 유화물집적층이 있는 회색토(灰色土)로 등구통이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventic Sulfaquepts: 이들 토양은 주(主)로 강하류(江下流)에서 바다로 유입(流入)되는 지점(地点) 및 간석 소택지에 분포(分布)되며 표토(表土)에서 50cm이내(以內)에 유화물집적층이 있는 습답으로 봉림(鳳林) 및 해척통(海拓統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Fluventic Aeric Sulfaquepts: Fluventic Sulfaquepts 보다 지하수위(地下水位)가 비교적(比較的) 깊으므로 토양 배수(排水)가 약간 불량(不良)한 회색토(灰色土)로 김해통(金海統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthro aquic Fluvaquentic Eutrochrepts: 관개수(漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)로 부터 50cm이상(以上) 회색화(灰色化)되고 염기포화도가 높은(>60%) 토양이며 장유(長有) 및 칠곡통등(漆谷統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthro aquic Dystric Fluventic Eutrochrepts: Anthro aquic Fluvaquentic Eutrochrepts와 유사(類似)하나 회색화작용(灰色化作用)은 표토(表土)로부터 50cm이내(以內)에서만 나타나는 토양이며 월곡(月谷) 및 경산통등(慶山統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthro aquic Fluventic Dystrochrepts; Anthro aquic Dystric Fluventic Eutrochrepts에 비(比)하여 염기포화도가 낮은(<60%) 토양으로 고천(高川) 및 비곡통등(秘谷統等)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthre aquic Eutrandepts; 염기포화도가 높은 (>50%) 화산회토(火山灰土)로 대정통(大靜統)이 이에 속(屬)한다. Anthre aquic Hapludalfs; 관개수(灌漑水)의 영향(影響)을 받아 표토(表土)로부터 50cm 이내(以內)에서 회색화작용(灰色化作用)을 받은 적황색토(赤黃色土)로 화동(華東) 및 용수통등이 이에 속(屬)한다. 담도폐색증 - 대한소아외과학회회원 대상 전국조사 - (Biliary Atresia in Korea - A Survey by the Korean Association of Pediatric Surgeons -)

  • 설문 문항에 따라 심도 있는 토의가 진행된 내용을 요약 하면 다음과 같다. 문항 1의 영아 황달 환자의 감별진단을 위한 검사에 대한 토론에서 복부초음파검사가 과거에는 담즙정체 환자에서 선별검사 목적으로 시행되었으나 1992년 부터 일부에서는 좀 더 확실한 진단 방법으로 이용하려는 견해가 있음이 소개되었다. 또한 Triangular cord sign (TC sign)은 문맥 앞쪽에 있는 삼각형이나 띠 모양의 반사성 (echogenecity)을 나타낸다는 것과 이 반사성은 간문맥섬유화 종괴를 조영하는 것으로 이 반사성 두께가 2.5mm면 담도폐색증으로 진단할 수 있다고 하는 TC sign에 근거한 진단방침에 대한 논의가 있었으나, 아직은 충분히 검증된 방법으로 보기는 어렵다는 견해도 함께 제시되었다. 문항 8의 간문맥 부위의 시야를 좋게 하기 위한 토론에서는 소아의 복부는 좌우 옆으로 발달이 되어 간의 현수인대와 간의 좌우 삼각인대 (triangular ligament)와 낫인대 (falciform ligamnet)를 잘라내면 간이 쉽게 배 밖으로 나오게 돼며, 수술 시야가 양호해 진다는 의견이 제시되었다. 피부 절개선을 간의 가장자리 보다도 한 횡지 위 쪽으로 넣는 것과 간을 너무 당기면 하대정맥에 각이 져서 순환허탈이 올 수 있다는 점이 주의사항이라고 하였다. 문항 9 portal fibrous mass 의 절제범위에 대한 토론에서는 양쪽 외측에서 담즙 배출이 많이 되므로 가능하면 양쪽 외측으로 많이 나가야 되며 좌우 간동맥 안쪽으로 절제하고 뒤쪽은 문맥 분기 뒤쪽의 정상 간 표면이 나올 때까지 절제한다는 의견이 있었고, 외측으로 가는 범위는 혈관 밖에까지 가는 것이 좋으며 혈관 위에는 문합이 불가능하므로 장이 혈관을 overriding하도록 장을 그냥 씌우면 된다는 의견이 있었으나 반면 좌우 간동맥 사이의 간표면에서 절제하는 정도만 해도 최선이며 무리하다 오히려 간동맥에 손상을 주변 담도의 혈류가 차단되어 세담관 증식에 장애가 된다는 의견도 있었다. 확장절제를 위해 좌.우 간문맥 두번째 분지까지 절제하면 절제면이 약 3 cm 크기가 되고 그 부위에다 넓게 장문합을 하며, 절제 깊이는 간실질까지 들어가는 것을 피하기 위하여 fibrous mass 기저부를 일부 남기면서 간표면을 따라 조심스럽게 절제한다는 의견이 있었다. 이를 위해 retractor를 효과적으로 사용하면 간문맥 제2분지까지 접근 가능하므로 가능한 한 깊이 절제하는 것이 좋다고 하였으나 한편 담도폐색증에서는 혈관기형이 많이 동반되어 혈관손상 위험이 있으므로 몇 번째 분지까지 절제하여야하는가 보다는 위험하지 않을 정도로 외측으로 갈수 있는 데까지 가는 것이 좋다는 의견도 있었다. 일반적으로 Kasai 수술의 목적 'cure' 내지는 'improvement' 되는 것이라고 본다면, Kasai술식에서 fibrous mass를 공격적으로 절제해서 효과적인 담즙배액을 성취할 수 있는지, 또는 장기간 추적조사에서 정말 훨씬 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있는지를 비교하여야 하므로 아직은 충분히 검정되지 않은 의견으로 보아야 한다는 견해도 제시되었다. 문항 13의 담도폐색증 수술 후 통상적으로 처방하는 약제의 복용기간은 회원마다 상당한 차이가 있었다. 즉, Ursodeoxycholic acid (우루사)는 한달에서 부터 2년까지 또는 더 오랜 동안 처방한다는 의견도 있었고, systemic antibiotics도 2주에서 2년까지 처방 기간이 다양하였으며, 스테로이드는 대부분 2 - 3주 사용하고 있다고 하였다. 본 조사 결과는 18개 병원에서 21년 동안 대한소아외과학회 회원들이 경험한 환자들의 병록지를 후향적으로 조사한 것을 분석한 것으로서 80년대 초반의 환자 증례는 매우 제한적 일 뿐만 아니라 많은 수의 기록지가 불충분하거나 일치되지 않은 기술로 인해 자료로서 한계가 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 조사에서 얻은 결과의 분석은 회원들의 수련 배경이나 진료 환경이 다를지라도 담도폐색증의 진단 및 치료에 있어서 기본 원칙에는 매우 일치된 시술이 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 다만 수술 소견에 따른 담도폐색증의 분류나 조직학적 기술에서는 보완을 요한다고 하겠다. 따라서 이 결과를 외국의 통계분석과 비교하는 것보다는 회원들의 향후 진료와 전향적 연구에 참고가 될 수 있다는 것에 의미를 두고자 한다. 또한 담도폐색증이 매우 드문 질환임은 분명하나 전국적인 조사에서는 적지 않은 예가 모아질 수 있으므로 회원들이 동일한 등록지를 작성하여 시행되는 전향적 연구에서는 우리나라 담도폐색증에 대한 분류, 치료 성적, 예후 인자들도 더 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본 조사에서 사용하였던 등록지를 약간 수정보완한 ‘담도폐색증 등록지’를 학회에서 향 후 전향적 연구를 위해 인정해주기를 제안하는 바이다 (Biliary Atresia Entry Forrn).

  • 본(本) 시험(試驗)은 국내(國內) 활엽수로서 중요한 참나무속(屬)의 상수리나무와 침엽수(針葉樹)의 대표적(代表的) 수종(樹種)인 소나무를 공시목(公試木)으로 선정(選定)하여 곡목가공분야(曲木加工分野)에서 널리 이용(利用)하는 자비법(煮沸法)과 증자법(蒸煮法)에 의한 휨가공성(加工性)을 조사(調査)하고, 이에 관련(關聯)된 인자(因子)로서 변(邊) 심재(心材), 연륜각도(年輪角度), 연화처리온도(軟化處理溫度), 연화처리시간(軟化處理時間), 목재함수율(木材含水率) 및 목재결함(木材缺陷) 등(等)의 영향(影響)과 휨가공(加工)후의 곡율반경변화(曲率半經變化) 및 약제처리(藥劑處理)에 의한 휨가공성(加工性)의 개선방법(改善方法)을 구명(究明)하기 위하여 실시(實施)되었다. 이 때 사용(使用)된 자비(煮沸)와 증자처리용(蒸煮處理用) 시편(試片)의 크기는 두께와 너비 15mm, 길이 350mm이고 약제처리용시편(藥劑處理試片)의 크기는 두께 5mm, 너비 10mm 및 길이 200mm로 제작(製作)하였으며, 시편(試片)의 함수율(含水率)은 자비처리(煮沸處理)에는 생재(生材)를 사용(使用)하고 증자처리(蒸煮處理)에는 15%로 조습(調濕)된 건조재(乾燥材)를 사용(使用)하였다. 또한 약제처리(藥劑處理)는 포화요소용액(飽和尿素溶液), 35% 포르말린 용액(溶液), 25% 폴리에칠렌(400) 수용액(水溶液) 및 25% 암모니아수에 5일간(日間) 상온(常溫)으로 침지(浸漬)한 우 휨가공(加工)을 행하였다. 본(本) 시험(試驗)에서 얻은 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 상수리나무와 소나무의 목재내부온도(木材內部溫度)는 자비(煮沸) 또는 증자처리시간(蒸煮處理時間)에 따라 초기(初期) 약(約) $30^{\circ}C$까지 완만(緩慢)한 상승(上昇)을 보이다가 그 후 직선적(直線的)으로 급상승(急上昇)하며 후기(後期) $80{\sim}90^{\circ}C$부터는 다시 완만(緩慢)해지는 경향(傾向)을 나타냈다. 2. 최종온도(最終溫度) $100^{\circ}C$까지 도달(到達)하는 데 소요(所要)되는 연화처리시간(軟化處理時間)은 목재(木材)의 두께에 비례(比例)하며 두께 15mm 각재(角材)에 대한 $25^{\circ}C$에서 $100^{\circ}C$까지의 소요시간(所要時間)은 상수리나무 9.6~11.2분(分), 소나무 7.6~8.1분(分)으로서 소나무의 연화속도(軟化速度)가 보다 빠르게 나타났다. 3. 증자처리시간(蒸煮處理時間)의 경과(經過)에 따른 목재(木材)의 함수율증가경향(含水率增加傾向)은 처음 약(約)4분(分)까지 급증(急增)하나 그후 점차(漸次) 둔화(鈍化)되어 상수리나무는 20분(分), 소나무는 15분경(分頃)부터 거의 직선적(直線的)으로 완만(緩慢)하게 증가(增加)하는 경향(傾向)을 나타냈다. 두께 15mm 각재(角材)에 대한 초기함수율(初期含水率) 15%에서 50분간(分間) 증자처리(蒸煮處理) 후의 함수율증가량(含水率增加量)은 상수리나무 3.6%, 소나무 7.4%로서 소나무의 흡습속도(吸濕速度)가 빠르게 나타났다. 4. 자비처리시간(煮沸處理時間)이 경과(經過)함에 따라 두 수종(樹種) 모두 기계적(機械的) 성질(性質)이 현저하게 감소(減少)하였으며, 60분간(分間) 자비처리(煮沸處理)에 의한 기계적(機械的) 성질(性質)의 감소율)減少率)은 압축강도(壓縮强度) 35.6~45.0%, 인장간도(引張强度) 12.5~17.5%, 휨강도(强度) 31.6~40.9% 및 휨탄성계수(彈性係數) 23.3~34.6%로 나타났다. 5. 변재(邊材)와 심재별(心材別) 최소곡률반경(最小曲律半徑)은 각각(各各) 상수리나무에서 60~80mm 및 90mm, 소나무에서 260~300mm 및 280~300mm로 두 수종(樹種) 모두 변재(邊材)의 휨가공성(加工性)이 양호하였다. 6. 상수리나무의 정목재(柾木材)와 판목재별(板目材別) 최소곡률반경(最小曲律半徑)은 모두 60~80mm로서 차이(差異)가 없었으나 소나무에서는 각각(各各) 240~280mm 및 260~300mm로 정목재(柾木材) 휨가공성(加工性)이 양호하였다. 7. 연화처리온도(軟化處理溫度)가 증가(增加)할수록 상수리나무와 소나무 모두 휨가공성(加工性)이 향상(向上)되었으며 휨가공(加工)을 위한 최저처리온도(最低處理溫度)는 각각(各各) $90^{\circ}C$$80^{\circ}C$로서 처리온도(處理溫度)에 대한 의존도(依存度)는 상수리나무에서 약간 높게 나타났다. 8. 연화처리시간(軟化處理時間)이 증가(增加)할수록 상승온도(上昇溫度)와 상응(相應)하여 휨가공성(加工性)을 향상(向上)시켰으나 최종온도(最終溫度)에 도달(到達)한 후에도 계속 연화(軟化)을 지속(持續)해야 비로서 최적연화상태(最適軟化狀態)를 나타냈다. 휨가공(加工)을 위한 최소처리시간(最少處理時間) 두께 15mm 각재(角材)에 대하여 상수리나무에서 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 10분(分), 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 30분(分) 및 소나무에서 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 10분(分), 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 20분(分)으로 나타났다. 9. 휨가공(加工)을 위한 상수리나무의 적정함수율(適定含水率)은 20%로 나타났으며 섬유포화점(纖維飽和點) 이상(以上)에서는 오히려 휨가공성(加工性)이 저하(低下)되었다. 반면(反面)에 소나무의 적정함수율(適定含水率)은 30% 이상(以上)을 필요(必要)로 하였다. 10. 본(本) 시험(試驗)에서 얻은 최적조건(最適條件)(Table 19)으로 휨가공(加工)을 실시(實施)한 결과(結果) 상수리나무의 최소곡률반경(最小曲律半徑)은 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 80 mm, 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 50 mm이고 소나무에서는 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 240 mm, 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 280 mm로서 상수리나무는 증자처리(蒸煮處理)의 연화효과(軟化效果)가 양호하였으나 소나무는 자비처리(煮沸處理)가 양호하였다. 11. 인장대철(引張帶鐵) 사용(使用)하지 않았을 경우 상수리나무와 소나무의 시편(試片)두께(t)와 최소곡률반경(最小曲律半徑)(r)의 비(比)(r/t)는 각각(各各) 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 16.0 및 21.3, 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 17.3 및 24.0으로 나타났으나 인장대철(引張帶鐵) 사용(使用)하였을 때는 각각(各各) 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 5.3 및 16.0, 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 3.3 및 18.7로서 휨가공성(加工性)의 현저한 향상(向上)을 나타냈다. 12. 미소(微小)한 옹이의 위치별(位置別) 상수리나무의 휨가공성(加工性)에 미치는 영향(影響)은 매우 심하게 나타났는 데 특히 옹이의 의치(位置)를 휨재(材)의 압축측(壓縮側)에 두고 곡률반경(曲律半徑) 100 mm로 휨가공(加工)하였을 때는 파양율(破壤率)이 90%로서 거의 휨가공(加工)이 불가능(不可能)하였다. 그러나 옹이를 인장측(引張側)에 두었을 경우에는 파양율(破壤率)이 10%에 불과(不過)하였다. 13. 곡률반경(曲律半徑) 300 mm로 휨가공(加工) 후 30 일간(日間) 실내조건(室內條件)에서 방치(放置)하였을 때의 곡률반경변화율(曲律半徑變化率)은 자비처리시(煮沸處理時) 4.0~10.3%, 증자처리시(蒸煮處理時) 13.0~15.0%로서 증자처리(蒸煮處理)에 의한 복원현상(復元現象)이 자비처리(煮沸處理)보다 심하게 나타났으며 에폭시수지(樹脂)를 도포(塗布)하여 방습처리(防濕處理) 하였을 경우에는 곡률반경변화율(曲律半徑變化率)이 -10~0%에 불과(不過)하였다. 14. 약제처리(藥劑處理)에 의한 가소성(可塑性) 효과(效果)는 35% 포르말린 용액(溶液)과 25% 폴리에칠렌 글리콜(400) 수용액(水溶液)에서는 나타나지 않았고 포화요소용액(飽和尿素溶液)과 25% 암모니아수에서는 나타났으나 증자처리(蒸煮處理)의 효과(效果)에는 미치지 못하였다. 그러나 약제처리(藥劑處理) 후 증자처리(蒸煮處理)를 병용실시(倂用實施)하였을 때는 증자처리(蒸煮處理)보다 10~24% 휨가공성(加工性)이 향상(向上)되었다. 15. 소서계수(塑性係數)와 곡률반경(曲律半徑)과의 관계(關係)는 하중(荷重)-변형계수(變形係數), 변형계수(變形係數) 및 에너지계수(係數) 모두 1% 수준(水準)에서 유의적(有意的)인 상관(相關)이 인정(認定)되므로 휨 가공용재(加工用材)의 품질지표(品質指標)로서 적합(適合)하였고 적합도(適合度)는 하중(荷重)-변형계수(變形係數), 에너지계수(係數) 및 변형계수(變形係數)의 순(順)으로 크게 나타났다.
