알파인 스킹 시 상급 스키어와 중급 스키어 간의 족저압력 패턴 비교 (Comparisons of Foot Pressure Patterns between Experienced Skiers and Intermediate Skiers during Alpine Skiing)

  • This study investigated foot pressure patterns between experienced skiers and intermediate skiers during alpine skiing. Five experienced skiers and five intermediate skiers participated in this study. Foot pressure measurement system was used to measure vertical ground reaction force (vGRF) and contact area under the six plantar regions. Each participant was asked to perform basic parallel turns and carved turns on a $18^{\circ}$ groomed slope. Each right turn was divided into the initiation phase, the steering phase 1 and 2. For the initiation phase of the basic parallel turns, significantly greater contact area was found on the LRF and RRF of the intermediate skiers (p<.05) and significantly greater vGRF was found on the LRF of the intermediate skiers (p<.05). Also significantly greater vGRF and contact area were found on the LRF and RRF of the intermediate skiers at the steering phase 1 (p<.05) and on the LRF of the intermediate skiers at the steering phase 2 (p<.05). For the carved turns, significantly greater vGRF and contact area were found on the LRF and RRF of the intermediate skiers at all three phase (p<.05). On the other hand, significantly greater vGRF was found on the RFF of the experienced skiers at the steering phase 1 (p<.05). Also significantly greater vGRF and contact area were found on the RMF of the experienced skiers at the steering phase 2 (p<.05). In order to increase performance, we suggest that the intermediate skiers should be unweighted at the initiation phase and shift the body weight to the forefoot of the outer foot at the steering phase 1. Also, the outer ski should be loaded more than the both skis at the steering phase 1 and 2.

Arylation of Styrene by Palladium Acetate-Phosphine Complexes

  • When phenylation of styrene was carried out in the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and PPh3 in benzene, trans-stilbene was obtained in good yield (566%) with high selectivity (98%) under mild condition (55 ℃, 50 psi O2, 20 h). Since trans-stilbene could be produced not only from benzene but also from phenyl group of PPh3 by migration of its phenyl group to Pd, the competitiveness of benzene and the migratory aptitude of aryl group of triarylphosphine toward styrene has been investigated with various phosphines (PR3: P(p-C6H4CH3)3, P(p-C6H4OCH3)3, P(p-C6H4F)3, P(p-C6H4Cl)3, P(C6H5)3, P(C6H11)3, P(OC4H9n)3, P(CH2C6H5)3 and P(C6F5)3). The yield and selectivity toward trans-stilbene are increased as the basicity of the phosphines increases. The composition of arylated olefin from arylphosphine, in turn, increases as the electronegativity of the substituent on the aryl group of arylphosphines increases.

ATIS를 위한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로 탐색 알고리즘의 개발 (Development of a Modified Vine Building Shortest Path Algorithm for ATIS)

  • 건설된 도로를 효율적으로 이용하고, 통행자의 편리성을 향상시키기 위해 첨단 여행자 정보체계(ATIS)를 활용할 수 있다. ATIS 체계하에서 노선정보를 통행자에게 제공하기 위해서는 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 효율적인 최단경로 알고리즘이 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 등 교차로에서의 회전으로 인한 지체를 정확히 반영 못한다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘을 재발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지(node labelling) 방법에 있어서는 기존의 덩굴망 알고리즘의 노드표지 방법과 개념적으로 동일하여 이용상의 편리성을 갖도록 하였으며, 최단경로 탐색기능에 있어서는 링크탐색알고리즘(혹은 링크표지기법)이 갖고 있는 장잠을 다 반영할 수 있는 기법으로 개발하였다. 수정형 덩굴망 알고리즘은 노드표지에 있어 특정 노드로 유입하는 방향에 따라 노드표지를 별도로 기록하였다. 따라서 교차로에서의 좌회전, 우회전 및 직진은 물론 U-turn의 경우에도 추가적인 절차 없이 현실적인 최단 경로를 탐색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 본 논문은 최단경로의 역추적 방법을 개선하여 좌회전 금지, U-turn, P-turn 및 기타 회전에 의한 지체등을 각 교차로마다 정확히 반영함으로써 비합리적인 최단경로가 추적되는 것을 근본적으로 차단하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 수정형 덩굴망 최단경로탐색 알고리즘은 교차로에서의 회전지체 및 회전금지를 현실적으로 잘 반영함으로써 정확한 노선정보를 요구하는 ATIS체계를 분석하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 기법이다.장자료를 통해 구하기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB. Mean period of wetting duration was in the order of DS>HB>MB, while the dew point depression was greatest in DS.ANCOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 캠프 프로그램은 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능을 증진시키고 환자 역할 행위 이행을 높여주는데 효과적 이었다. 소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기 효능은 환자 역할 행위 이행과 순 상관 관계가 있어, 자기 효능이 증진될수록 환자 역할 행위 이행 정도가 높아졌다. 무조건 사주지 않는다(8.0%), 무조건 사준다(3.1%)로 식품광고에 나오는 식품 요구시 부모의 70.3%가 거절하는 것으로 나타났다. 거절 이유는 건강에 나쁘다는 것이 가장 큰 이유였으며 강남과 강북 어린이간에 유의적인 차이가 있었다

노인의 대화기능과 작업기억력 및 이름대기 능력 간의 관련성 연구 (Relationship Between Conversation Skills, Working Memory and Naming Ability in Aging Adults)

  • 정상적인 노화과정에서 기억력의 감퇴, 단어인출력 저하에 따른 건망증, 청력 저하 등의 보편적인 이유들로 기능적인 의사소통능력에 제한을 겪게 된다. 이 연구는 언어장애가 없는 노인들을 대상으로 그들의 대화기능을 알아보고, 연령증가에 따른 대화기능과 작업기억력 및 이름대기 능력 간의 관련성을 알아보았다. 만 65세 이상의 건강한 노인 85명이 연구에 참여하였다. 대화 샘플링은 대상자들과 친숙한 주제의 일상적인 대화 상황에서 수집되었다. 대화차례 주고받기의 분석요소로써 대화차례 총 빈도, 개시율, 유지율, 중첩율, 중단율이 포함된다. 작업기억력 평가를 위해 숫자외우기, 암산, 단어 따라말하기 과제를 실시하였고, 이름대기 능력 평가를 위해 한국판 보스턴이름대기 검사(K-BNT)를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 성별에 따른 대화기능에서 유의한 차가 없었다. 남성 집단에서 연령별 대화차례 주고받기를 비교해본 결과 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 여성 집단에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 대화기능 중 대화차례 주고받기와 총 발화빈도가 세 개의 연령대별 집단 간 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 있는 것으로 나타났다(80세 이상 집단 제외). 둘째, 대화기능 중에서 대화차례 유지비율을 이름대기 검사가 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통하여 정상노인의 대화차례 주고받기 기술이 노화가 진행되더라도 비교적 손상을 적게 보인다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

효모의 배양시기에 따른 인산화합물의 합성 및 효흡능에 미치는 탄수원의 영향 (Effect of the Carbon sources on the Synthesis of phosphate compounds and Respiratory activity of Yeast (saccharomyces uvarm) during growth phases)

  • The growth rate of yeast population (Saccharomyces uvarum) cultivated in the Knopp's modified medium (plus various carbon sources) appeared the highest value when the Knopp's minimal medium was treated to 1.5% with disaccharide such as maltose and sucrose. Also the treatment of lactose and raffinose resulted in polulation growth as to the population size in case of maltose and sucrose. However, the gorwth of yeast was not occurred at all when a polysaccharide, such as inulin, was added as carbon source. The growth from of yeast population in Knopp's modified medium are characterized by the fact that log phase continued 100hrs after inoculation and that stationary state phase appeared in general 250hrs after inoculation. Applying the various carbon sources to respiration substrate for yeast cell, the respiration rate of yeast showed the highest value in treatment of maltose and followed in order of raffinose, lactose, glucose, and sucrose. Determined the amount of poly-phosphate and turn over pathway of poly-phosphate according to culture phase of yeast, it is revealed that the yeast synthesized 3 types of poly phosphate (poly-P A,B, and C) and postulated that turn over pathway of poly-phosphate as follows ; Inorganic phosphate is converted into each kind of polyphosphates, and then one part of poly-P-C is converted into poly-P-B, the rest poly-p-C and poly-P-B are converted into poly-P-A. The synthesized poly-phosphate is considered to have a role as energy pool utilizing to synthesis of cellular organic materials. Of the 13 carbon sources used in this experiment, the useful carbon sources for biosynthesis of poly-phosphate and cellular organic materials are confirmed as disaccharide (maltose and sucrose) as well as glucose. Protein synthesis in yeast cell showed the two peaks on 6th and 8th day after inoculation ; nucleic acid on 2nd day (48hrs), carbohydrates on 2nd day (48hrs), and phospholipid on 2nd and 8th day after inoculation, respectively.

Number of Steps and Time to Accomplish Turning During Timed Up and Go Test in Community-Dwelling Elderlies With and Without Idiopathic Parkinson Disease

  • Background: Losing balance during locomotive actions becomes an increasing threat to both the community-dwelling elderly and elderly with Parkinson disease (PD). Those with PD may be at a high risk of fall due to particular characteristics during the turn. Turning around during locomotive actions may be one of problematic factors causing losing balance. Objects: This study is part of a larger study, which in part aims to identify turning strategies, to compare the strategies in the elderly with and without idiopathic PD aged 51 years and older and to distinguish whether the turning strategies can predict the elderly at risk of falls. Methods: A total of 22 community-dwelling elderlies (10 elderlies with idiopathic PD and 12 healthy elderlies) were investigated for the turning strategies during the timed up and go test. Results: There were some significant differences between the two groups during turning (p<.05). The idiopathic PD group had a tendency of challenging on taking more number of steps, more time to accomplish and staggering more for the turn relative to the control group. Conclusion: Taking more number of steps and more time to turn may be useful for distinguishing the characteristics of PD from that of the healthy elderly in turning strategy.

  • In order to suppress the current crowding in light emitting diodes (LEDs) grown on sapphire substrate, the effect of nonuniform contact resistivity between TME layer and p-GaN layer on the LED surface was theoretically investigated. The analysis results showed that current crowding occurring around p-electrode could be considerably improved, which in turn would be helpful to improve the electrostatic discharge (ESD) characteristic.

mRNA Expression and Clinical Significance of ERCC1, BRCA1, RRM1, TYMS and TUBB3 in Postoperative Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

  • Background: To explore mRNA expression and clinical significance of ERCC1, BRCA1, RRM1, TYMS and TUBB3 genes in tumor tissue of postoperative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Materials and Methods: Sixty NSCLC patients undergoing radical operation in our hospital from Nov., 2011 to Jun., 2012 were selected. Plasmid standards of ERCC1, BRCA1, RRM1, TYMS and TUBB3 were established and standard curves were prepared by SYBR fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR analysis. Samples from tumor centers were taken to detect mRNA expression of ERCC1, BRCA1, RRM1, TYMS and TUBB3 genes in cancerous tissue during operation. The total mRNA expression quantities were compared according to different clinical characteristics. Results: The total expression quantities of 5 genotypes from high to low were ERCC1>RRM1>TUBB3>TYMS>BRCA1 in turn. By pairwise comparisons, other differences showed statistical significance (p<0.05 or p<0.01) except for TYMS and TUBB3 (p>0.05); the low expression rates from high to low were ERCC1>TYMS>TUBB3>TUBB3>RRM1>BRCA1 in turn. The expression quantities of BRCA1, RRM1 and TYMS in males, smokers and patients without adenocarcinoma were all significantly higher than that in females, non-smokers and patients with adenocarcinoma, and significant differences were present (p<0.05 or p<0.01). In terms of pathological staging, the expression quantities of BRCA1, RRM1 and TYMS in phases IIa~IIb and IIIa~IIIb had a tendency to be greater than in phases I and IV. Conclusions: Resistance to chemotherapy and sensitivity to targeted therapy differ among patients with NSCLC. Differences in gene expression in different individuals were also revealed. Only according to personalized detection results can individualized therapeutic regimens be worked out, which is a new direction for oncotherapy.

선원보험 유형에 따른 진료비발생 및 미수금실태 (Accrual Medical Expenses and Actual Situation of Medical Receivable According to The Type of Seamen's Insurance)

  • The purpose of this study was to present base data for an efficient management of medical expenses at the hospital management by doing grasp of status of medical expenses from seamen's insurance by voluntary agreements. A Object of study is analyzing the data of medical expenses occurred from the total number of 2,699(inpatients 507, outpatients 2,192)cases who were covered by seamen's insurance at a general hospital which is located in Pusan Metropolitan City during 48 months from January 1, 2009 to Dec 31, 2012. The main results of this study are as follows: accrual medical expenses are the ship management companies member of P&I insurance is the most highest but share of receivables are the Korean ocean-going companies member of P&I insurance is the most highest, therefore, Korean ocean-going companies focus strictly than the payments from accounts receivable management should be considered to reduce the occurrence and concerning the turn around period of medical receivables are 4 months to 6 months during a research period. Therefore, it will be needed for managers of hospitals to prepare differentiated management based on the characteristics of each in insurer and to have recovery strategies of uncollected medical expenses.

Synthesis of New 2-Thiouracil-5-Sulfonamide Derivatives with Biological Activity

  • 2-Thiouracil-5-sulfonylchloride 1 reacted with a series of aromatic and heterocyclic amines to give 2a-j. The same compound 1 was reacted with a series of sulphonamides giving different sulphonamides of type 3a-e. On the other hand compound 1 was allowed to react with p-aminoacetophenone givining compound 4 which in turn was allowed to react with derivatives of alkyl thiosemicarbazides to give thiosemicarbazones of type 5a-e, also compound 4 was monobrominated to give compound 6 which in turn was reacted thiosemicarbazones of some aldehydes to give the corresponding thiazole derivatives 7a-f. In the same time compound 4 was reacted with a series of aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes givining chalcones 8a-g (Claisen-Schemidt reaction). Also compound 4 was allowed to react with a series of aromatic and heterocyclic aldehydes, ethyl cyano acetate and/or malononitrile, and ammonium acetate giving pyridine derivatives 9a-d and 10a-e respectively. The biological effects of some of the new synthesized compounds was also investigated.
