  • In this paper, We have designed and manufactured a photochemical reaction lamp type ozonizer system which was applied to keep quality of herb medicines during storage. We used photochemical reaction lamp in a storage system, and investigated the sterilization characteristic. Also, we made research an ingredient and quality characteristic of herb medicines according to ozone storage.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 타입의 중첩형 오존발생기를 제안하였다. 방전시 방전실 내의 과도한 방전전력은 온도상승을 가져온다. 이러한 열로 인해 오존분해반응이 생성되어 오존생성수율이 나빠진다. 제안한 전원장치는 잉여전력을 재충전하여 열의 발생을 억제하고 오존분해반응을 줄일 수 있음을 실험으로 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, high concentration.yield trulti-discharge type ozonizer( MDO ) of new discharge type using superposed silent discharge was designed and manufactured MDO can be consisted with 3 kind of superposed silent discharge type ozmizer( SDO ) in accordance with power supply method that suwlying power, which has $180[^{\circ}]$ phase difference, to 3 electrodes and amble gap. At the rroment, discharge characteristics and ozone generation characteristics of each SDO were investigated in accordance with quantity of suwlied gas, the number of SDO, and the shapes of each SDO. In result, ozone generatioo characteristics of 17185[ppm] and 783[g/kWh] were obtained, and when ozone of 17185[ppm] was in contact with dyeing water waste, decolorization characteristics was excellent, so it confinred that MDO could be used as water environment improvement facility.cility.

Also, because the effect is big to decolorization beside sterilization effect about microorganism, deodorization, disjointing of venomousness hazardous substance, food save, indoor air purge, good hand processing, hydrospace agricultural chemicals processing etc. the use extent is wide. This research ran parallel a sterilization experiment of E.coli colitis germs by ozone that manufacture ozonizer that use doped diamond maund electrode (BDD) by boron and searched special quality electrochemistry enemy of the ozonizer and is created. E.coli. After cultivate E.coli colitis germs during 37C 1 day is LB ship, after do ozonation, was sterilized more than 90% by ozone as result that examine sterilizing power by substance microscope and could confirm excellency of diamond electrode.

  • A novel ozonizer has been developed using a high frequency surface discharge and a high purity Ti-Si-Al ceramic catalyst as its dielectric component. A cylindrical thin compound ceramic catalyst in reactor is adhered to inside of the film-like outside electrode. And, when experiment condition are oxygen gas temperature of 20 [$^{\circ}C$], inner reactor pressure of 1.6 atm 600[Hz] and flow late of 2[l/min]. the ozonizer can easily produce ozone concentration(50~60[g/㎥]for oxygen) and power efficiency(180[g/kWh]for oxygen) without using a special enrichment means. At 2[l/min], 20[$^{\circ}C$], 1.6[atm], 600[Hz]and 40[W], the result of simulation to gas temperature of reactor using general code Phoenics, the maximum temperature of reactor was 132[$^{\circ}C$]in reactor. Ant the result electric field simulation of Ti-Si-Al type reactor using general code Flux 2D, maximum electric field was 0.131E.08[V/m].

  • In addition to its strong oxidizing power, the ozone has definite advantages over other commercial oxidants, namely, no undesirable by- products or residues are formed. With growing interest in the improvement of the ozone production in the industrial fields, many types of ozonizer using the electrical discharges have been proposed for the higher efficiency and the higher Performance at atmospheric Pressure. Among them, a superposition of different type discharges has been proposed. Especially, since the improvement for the low efficiency of dc discharge and narrow gap of surface discharge is required, a do and an at voltage are applied to same reaction space (or volume) to increase energy density at the same space. An investigation was focused on the superposition with a dc (streamer) corona and 3 surface discharge. This paper describes the investigation results on fundamental ozone generation characteristics by this superimposed discharge.

  • In this paper, characteristics of ozone generation by using coil and SPCP + DC corona reactor was studied. The ceramic-based surface discharge electrode, which was first invented as a high-efficiency ozonizer, has been used as an experimental plasma chemical reactor.(Surface Induced Plasma Chemical Processing, SPCP.) The electrode, however, has a structural disadvantage that a highly energetic plasma region is localized near the electrode surface, which may make it impossible for higher efficiency to realize. In an attempt to overcome this advantage, we have developed a hybrid reactor which employs a corona discharge unit together with the surface discharge unit. Experimental results suggest that the efficiency of the ozone production rate is improved when positive corona discharge is added.
