The Korean government amended the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act to foster the environment industry and support the advancement of domestic environmental companies into overseas markets. The amended act reflects changes in the government's policies on environment related issues. This paper uses outcomes of research conducted on environmental policies in foreign countries and the current status of the domestic environment industry to present long-term strategic plans and measures to support the expansion of environmental companies into the global markets and to vitalize the environment industry at home. The suggestions for assisting domestic companies in making inroads into overseas markets are as follows: building up and expanding cooperative network; fostering promising companies and exports by making the right choices and focuses; diversification of export markets and strengthening supports for development of new customers; promoting supports for winning overseas projects; and developing cooperative projects to respond to climate change in developing countries using the Global Climate Fund (GCF).

클라우드 컴퓨팅이라는 용어가 IT에서 중요한 화두로 부각된 지 오랜 시간이 흘렀다. 이에 세계적으로 클라우드 기술의 발전 및 시장의 규모가 커짐으로 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해외 게임 개발에 사용된 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 특징을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 기존 문헌을 연구하여 현재 출시된 해외 클라우드 게임에 어떻게 적용되어 있는지 알아보았다. 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하여 게임을 개발하고자 할 때 가이드라인이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study was intended to suggest overseas expansion strategy of Korean fashion character through sensitive space creation. This study reviewed literature, and did internet searching and observation. For the research methods were the analysis of the main retail spaces utilizing character and case study for the classification of collaboration types between retail space and character. As a results, 8 collaboration types between space and character were extracted: collaboration between retail distribution space and character, collaboration between product space and character, collaboration between service space and character, collaboration between experience space and character, collaboration between moving space and character, collaboration between publicity & advertising space and character, and collaboration between exhibition space and character. This study suggested the necessity of consistent identity strategy between character and retail space for a new character brand and the effectiveness of collaboration strategy for enhancement of character brand awareness.

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 축적한 ASP 경험과 노하우를 바탕으로 해외로 진출하는데 도움을 주기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 아시아 국가의 정보통신 인프라 현황, 한국의 해외투자 현황, 그리고 일반적 시장 매력도를 종합평가하여 ASP 해외진출에 적절한 국가로 중국, 일본, 인도네시아, 말레이시아를 선정하였고, 각 국가별 ASP 시장 진출 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ASP 벤처 기업이나 창업자에게 도움을 줄 것으로 본다.

In this work, risks in EPC project for overseas power plant projects are analyzed and risk management methods are suggested to reduce cost and to shorten time. 79% of risks occurred in the engineering phase for S project located in South-East Asia. The impact scales of risks on major project objectives which are cost, time, scope, and quality are analyzed as 3.5, 3.8, 2.7, and 3.7, respectively. The level of impact scales is very similar to each other except the impact scale of scope. The risk management methods suggested in this study have to be applied at the appropriate time to manage risks effectively. After that, risks are managed continuously by monitoring.

본 논문은 1992년 리우환경회담 이후 변화하고 있는 세계산림자원 및 국제목재시장에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 의도 하였다. 특히 우리나라의 산림자원은 III영급 이하가 90% 정도를 차지하는 어린 임분으로 아직 육성임업단계에 있으므로 해외목재자원의 확보는 필수적이며 시급한 과제이다. 따라서 안정적으로 해외목재자원을 확보하기 위한 몇가지 전략을 제시하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate how OTA recommendation influences users' purchase decision making and reuse intention based on the users' destination type. And we compare the results of domestic destination and overseas destination. Design/methodology/approach This research model was designed with the recommendation elements of OTA. And this study conducted an empirical analysis using self-administered questionnaires. The target of the analysis is an individual who has purchased hotel rooms through the OTA for the past one year. A total of 374 usable data were collected (177 domestic respondents and 197 overseas respondents) and analyzed using partial least squares analysis using Smart-PLS 3.0. Findings Two OTA recommendation characteristics - recommendation accuracy and recommendation objectivity were significant in overall model. And easy of decision making was significantly affect to OTA reuse intention. Also, only recommendation accuracy variable was revealed to significant moderating variable between domestic model and overseas model.

Oil-filled power cables and XLPE power cables have been globally applied for extra-high-voltage underground power transmission lines. The application of XLPE cables for the transmission lines have been largely increased at the domestic and overseas projects because of some issues. O.F cables have some week points, related with the issues of the environmental pollution and the needed maintenance work, even though they have been applied for several ten years and their reliability has been proven. Meanwhile, the demands on XLPE power cables increase as their manufacturing technologies have been improved and their simplicity of installations has been focused on. In Korea, for the first time, the 275kV XLPE cable is to be applied at an overseas power plant project. This paper introduces the project profile, the design of the XLPE cable and its accessories, the cable system design and the installation design.

Leaf spot of Cymbidium hybrida caused by Fusarium sp. was observed at major cultivating areas including Seosan and Cheonan of Korea from 1996 to 1998. The major symptoms of the disease were small brown to black spots, 1∼2 mm I diameter, with yellow halo. Based on the mycological characteristics, Fusarium sp. isolated from the lesions was identified as Fusarium proliferatum. Macroconidia were slender, falcate to almost straight, usually 3 to 5 septate and thin walled. Microconidia were formed in chains from polyphialides, clavate or oval, usually 1-celled with flattened base. Chlamydospores were absent. The fungus showed pathogenicity to Cymbidium hybrida.

IT is the core industry in Korea which has the most international competitiveness and counts for 35% of the total exports of Korea. Nevertheless, it tends to be concentrated in small range of items, a few countries and mostly large companies. Therefore, it is needed for small and medium-sized enterprises which can have prompt decision making processes and various changes to export wide range of items and to diverse countries. This study will introduce 'the fleet-type expansion strategy of overseas export' that is about large and small enterprises perform the appropriate role based on their own character, thus they produce the mutual benefit. This strategy will contribute to improve the export structure of Korea and perform the major role for Korea's IT industry to become the dynamic force for growth in the future.
