현재, 우리 기업들에게 위기를 극복하기 위한 새로운 경영 시스템의 구축이 요청된다. 본고에서는 그 대안으로 가치 창출 시스템을 제시하였다. 그리고 가치 창출 시스템의 핵심 구성 요소인 시장 효율성, 자본 효율성, 인재 효율성, 운영 효율성을 달성하는 전략적 대안으로서 CALS를 제시하였다. 우리 기업은 CALS 구축을 추진하여 정보 기술과 경영 기술들을 융화하여 조직간 협력기반 형태로 사업하는 새로운 사업 모델을 창출하고, 그 과정에서 창출된 지식과 경험을 통해 자사내에 경쟁력 있는 경영 시스템을 재 구축해야 한다. 서로 다른 기업간에 협력적 기반하에 업무를 수행한 경험이 거의 없는 배타적 문화가 강한 현재 우리 기업의 여건상 CALS를 구축하는 데에는 전략적인 접근 방안이 필요하다. 그 방안으로 수직 통합화의 추구, CALS 추진 핵심 팀의 조직화, 제품과 프로세스의 동시 개발, 최고 경영자의 비전ㆍ전략 개발과 참여 구성원의 교육ㆍ훈련 실시가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to reduce the unemployed housewives' stress and to seek proper strategies to cope with the stress by understanding stress of urban unemployed housewives' caused by financial management. The survey for this study was conducted in the capital city of Korea, Seoul and other major cities. The subjects included housewives in these areas who currently cohabited with their spouses and had at least on child or more. The preliminary and main survey questionnaires were distributed between November 12, 2001 and February 27, 2002. The results of the study were to establish an appropriate policy in order to improve the economic welfare and to develop strategies or related programs in order to overcome financial crisis in the family economy. the major findings were as follows: (1) The stress level of urban unemployed housewives caused by the financial management showed an average of 2.64 out of 5.0 and the level of utilizing strategies to cope with the stress indicated an average of 2.79 out of 5.0 (2) There were significant relationship between the stress caused by the financial management and the strategies of overcoming the stress indicated positive correlation(r=.378). (3) Relative contributor among independent variables to cope with stress was analysed and at the second phase in the process of the analysis, the subjective variables appeared to be significant variables to contribute to cope with the stress.

본 연구의 목적은 광주지역 중소기업의 녹색성장에 대한 인력양성수립계획을 검토하고자하였다. 최근 녹색성장산업이라는 패러다임의 변화에 따라 중소기업들의 제반 위기를 극복하고 구조적 문제를 해결하기 위한 이에 맞는 녹색전환정책이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 광주지역 중소기업은 산업분류와 규모의 네트워크를 재설정할 필요성이 제기되었다. 또한, 현 산업과 접목된 녹색융합산업을 활성화시킬 필요가 있으며 이에 따라 장 단기적이고 맞춤식 인력양성정책 등 후속적 정책이 뒤 따라야 할 것이다.

The energy intensity of Nepal is economically not worthy, lacks eco-friendly and importantly not sustainable, and almost four times the average global energy intensity. Considerable efforts have been exercised to reduce the energy gap yet, it is still much to achieve. Nation priority on energy sector was envisaged with promulgation of investment friendly rules and law in hydropower and renewable technology even though, could not harness the sufficient energy. In amid of this acute energy crisis, the government launched the Nepal Energy Efficiency Programme (NEEP) with technical assistance from German International Cooperation (GIZ). Energy Efficiency (EE) practice is the most cost-effective method to reduce the supply and demand gap, reduce on greenhouse gases and pollution, and deter on import of petroleum products which finally improves on trade imbalance. This paper had proposed a framework of energy management team to promote energy efficient technologies in residential consumer. The energy management teams study the past records of energy use pattern of consumers and suggest appropriate technology for energy saving options. The paper provides some reviews of energy efficiency initiatives undertaken by the concern regulatory body which highlights the current status. The comprehensive knowledge acquired through exploratory research is implemented in this paper to identify the various barriers that domestic consumer is experiencing towards the active participation in energy efficiency program launched by the Government of Nepal.

Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

An X-event is an event that is difficult to predict and unlikely to occur, but if it occurs, it has a very large ripple effect, such as loss of life, property, territory, and emotional turmoil. Extreme events are unlikely to occur, but they can happen someday, and if they do, they have a great impact on society as a whole, so they must be prepared to minimize the impact and impact. For this purpose, we collected opinions from low-level experts at the Korea Army Research Center for Future & Innovation and the Army College on extreme events that can trigger the near future (10 years) in the field of high-tech science and technology, which is currently developing rapidly after the 4th Industrial Revolution. The researchers intend to synthesize and analyze this data to derive implications and provide a response direction to alleviate the ultra-uncertainty of extreme events and provide a cornerstone for crisis management strategies for the occurrence of serial and simultaneous extreme events.

Purpose : Due to the uncertainty of the global trade environment and the trade downturn, the shipping industry continues to face challenges. This study aims to investigate in-depth analysis of crisis overcoming strategies through case study of a company that is leader in the shipping and logistics industry. Research Desigh and Methodology : In order to conduct an in-depth analysis, a single case analysis was selected as a qualitative study. For this purpose, various secondary sources were used, and indirect interview data were also used. In this study, Maersk was selected because it has grown from a traditional shipping logistics company to a digital platform company. Results: Maersk has transformed itself into a comprehensive, digital logistics platform with several key strategies to respond to the long-term slump in the shipping industry. First, it leveraged Maersk's diversification and portfolio optimization strategy. Second, Maersk is transforming its logistics and transport processes through digitalization and technological innovation. Conclusion: Maersk, which is responding to the long-term recession facing the shipping industry, looked at how it has leveraged its strengths and explored new opportunities through a number of strategies and changes. This study provides insight into a digital logistics platform that will benefit the other companies as well.

세계적인 전염병의 유행하에서 의료시스템의 붕괴는 시민사회의 자발적인 참여와 새로운 방식의 대응 방식이 나타나고 있다. 이는 보건 위기의 최전선에서 즉시 활용이 가능한 필수적 대응기술로, 적정기술이 더이상 중간기술로 개발도상국뿐 아니라 보건 시스템이 붕괴된 모든 시민 사회의 위기를 극복할 수 있는 기술로서의 역할을 보여주고 있다. 본 Part 2에서는 음압실 및 인공호흡기등 의료용 기구, 진단칩 및 진단기술등과 같이 COVID-19하에서 붕괴된 의료 위기 하에서 신속한 대응책으로 준비되고 있는 의료 및 보건분야에 대한 사례들을 적정기술의 테두리안에서 소개하고자 한다. 기존의 다국적 대기업과 공적인 인증등으로 인한 장벽으로 접근하기 어려웠던 분야에 과학기술자들의 자발적인 참여로 대중화되고 있음을 사례로 소개한다. 최근 사회혁신등에서 제기되고 있는 다양한 오픈과학기술 운동을 통해서, 과학자들과 공학자들이 이러한 질병의 대유행 상황에서, 사회에 소외된 계층의 피해를 최소화하여 사회적, 계층적 붕괴를 막기위한 재정의된 적정기술의 역할등을 설명하고자 한다.

지구 환경문제가 국제적인 문제로 부상하면서 국제사회는 글로벌 이슈(기후 변화, 빈곤퇴치, 인권 등)를 해결하기 위해 지속가능발전이라는 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며, 17개의 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)를 실행하고자 다양한 조직적 노력을 시도하며 통합해오고 있다. 최근 파리기후협정과 SDGs 달성에 필요한 재원을 마련하고자 지속가능한 금융의 투자가 확대되며 비재무적 요소인 환경·사회·지배구조가 기업의 미래 경쟁우위와 수익성을 결정하는 중요한 무형자산이 되어, 국내외 기관 투자자와 자산운용사들은 ESG 성과를 기반으로 투자를 확대하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 사회적 책임활동과 ESG 성과 정보 공개를 요구하는 국제적 기준과 이니셔티브를 도출하고, 건설기업의 ESG 활동 및 성과 수준을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 건설산업이 코로사19 사태, 탄소 중립, 중대 재해 발생 등으로 당면한 위기를 극복할 수 있도록 ESG 생태계를 구축하고, 무형자산 측정 및 관리를 위한 플랫폼 개발의 기본 자료로 활용되어 녹색 금융이 주는 비지니스 기회와 일자리 창출 등 사회적 가치 실현에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

지구 환경에 피해를 주는 인간행위들을 바로 잡지 못하여 생태적 재앙이 지속적으로 확대되어 갈 가능성을 줄이기 위하여, 과연 예술은 인간이 자연을 이해하고 자연과 상호작용하는 방식을 바꿀 수 있을까? 지구에서 환경적 정의와 삶의 지속가능성을 실현하는 예술적 방법론은 무엇일까? 본고는 이러한 질문들의 답을 찾아보고자 한다. 지구 환경을 바라보고 느끼고 이해하고 행동하는 방법을 찾는, 즉 지구 환경에 대한 지향의 방식을 고민하는 과정은 많은 인간적 산물이 자연을 생명의 원천이 아닌 착취의 자원으로 대했던 역사를 비판적으로 사유하게 할 것이다. 이러한 의지를 가지고 본 논문은 '환경예술 운동의 선구자'로 불리는 해리슨 스튜디오의 생태예술에 주목한다. 본론에서는 해리슨 스튜디오의 주요한 프로젝트를 분석하여 생태학적 함의와 미학적 전략을 찾는다. 특히 대화적 방법론에 초점을 둠으로써, 해리슨 스튜디오가 펼친 다양한 협업적 실천의 의의를 제시한다. 그리하여 그들이 생태예술의 가치에 대한 실제적인 경험과 이해의 폭을 확장할 수 있는 데 기여하였을 뿐만 아니라, 어떤 획일적인 교환의 규칙에 한정되지 않고 상호 간에 연결되고 중첩된 인식적 차원을 끊임없이 생산해 냄으로써 생태학적 의식의 방향성을 다시 돌아보게 하는 힘을 지니고 있음을 논증한다.
