We study self-dual codes over Galois rings using the building-up construction method. In the construction, the existence of an antiorthogonal matrix is very important. In this study, we examine the existence problem of an antiorthogonal matrix over Galois rings.

Self-dual codes have been actively studied because of their connections with other mathematical areas including t-designs, invariant theory, group theory, lattices, and modular forms. We presented the building-up construction for self-dual codes over GF(q) with $q{\equiv}1$ (mod 4), and over other certain rings (see [19], [20]). Since then, the existence of the building-up construction for the open case over GF(q) with $q=p^r{\equiv}3$ (mod 4) with an odd prime p satisfying $p{\equiv}3$ (mod 4) with r odd has not been solved. In this paper, we answer it positively by presenting the building-up construction explicitly. As examples, we present new optimal self-dual [16, 8, 7] codes over GF(7) and new self-dual codes over GF(7) with the best known parameters [24, 12, 9].

We present two kinds of construction methods for self-dual codes over $\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2$. Specially, the second construction (respectively, the first one) preserves the types of codes, that is, the constructed codes from Type II (respectively, Type IV) is also Type II (respectively, Type IV). Every Type II (respectively, Type IV) code over $\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2$ of free rank larger than three (respectively, one) can be obtained via the second construction (respectively, the first one). Using these constructions, we update the information on self-dual codes over $\mathbb{F}_2+u\mathbb{F}_2$ of length 9 and 10, in terms of the highest minimum (Hamming, Lee, or Euclidean) weight and the number of inequivalent codes with the highest minimum weight.

Brittle failure has been detected in over-stressed rock mass during the construction of oil storage cavern. The main characteristics of stress induced brittle failure of the site are introduced. Various evaluation and measures are sought to stabilize the over-stressed rock mass. The major results from numerical analysis of the cavern are presented, and from current microseismic monitoring to detect hazard from brittle failure are presented.

Citic Tower is the first over-500 m-tall super highrise building in the world, located in the high seismic intensity area with paek ground acceleration over 0.2g in 475 years. This project is unique in its complexity, large volume, and challenging site conditions (zero site for construction). The traditional techniques can hardly meet safty, quality and schedule requirements of the construction. This article introduces the key construction technologies that are innovatively developed and applied in Citic Tower project construction, including intelligent super-high-rise building integrated construction platform system, independently developed by the CCTEB; Jump-Lift Elevator, which is the first of the kind with service height over 500 meters; combined temporary-and-permanent fire protection systems. The BIM technology is also applied in this project. Through technical innovation, and utilization of technologies, construction speed and safety had been greatly improved.

In this paper, we analyze the behavior of the state transition of nongroup CA with a single attractor over GF($2^p$)(p > 1), and propose the algorithm for the construction of the state transition diagram of a Single Attractor CA(SACA) over GF($2^p$) which is very different from the construction algorithm for the state transition diagram of GF(2) SACA.

There is a standard construction of lifting cyclic codes over the prime finite field ${\mathbb{Z}}_p$ to the rings ${\mathbb{Z}}_{p^e}$ and to the ring of p-adic integers. We generalize this construction for arbitrary finite fields. This will naturally enable us to lift codes over finite fields ${\mathbb{F}}_{p^r}$ to codes over Galois rings GR($p^e$, r). We give concrete examples with all of the lifts.

We present construction methods for free self-orthogonal (self-dual or Type II) codes over ℤ₄[v]/〈v² + 2v〉 which is one of the finite commutative local non-chain Frobenius rings of order 16. By considering their Gray images on ℤ₄, we give a construct method for a code over ℤ₄. We have some new and optimal codes over ℤ₄ with respect to the minimum Lee weight or minimum Euclidean weight.

정부의 지속적인 규제 정책으로 인해 국내 건설시장은 위축되어 있는 반면 해외 건설시장은 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있고, WTO(World Trade Organization)체제 출범 이후 국제적인 개방화가 가속되고 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 해외건설도 과거의 단순 입찰방식을 지양하고 해외건설 수주경쟁력 확대를 위한 전략 수립이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 해외건설 분야에서 사업초기에서부터 발주처에게 프로젝트의 재원확보 방안을 제시함으로써 수주경쟁력을 증대시키는 것을 연구의 주제로 삼았으며 재원확보 방안으로 양허성(원조성격)을 지닌 공적개발원조(ODA)를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선진국 및 우리나라의 공적개발원조를 분석하고, 관련 분야 전문가를 대상으로 해외건설 및 공적개발원조에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 현황 및 문제점을 알아보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 공적개발원조의 경쟁력을 분석하고 해외건설 수주경쟁력 확대를 위한 전략을 제안하였다.

After the sailing of WTO setup, The opportunity of a trade range extension is provided. OECD joining the change of the domestic construction industry. In 1994, The complete opening of a construction license was allowed As a result, The number of construction companies was increased rapidly. accordingly, We are faced with the new over competition and the problem of the financial difficulty. This paper proposes the plan for the practical technology of the small and middle sized construction companies to be improved and the plan for the working environment of small and middle sized construction companies to be improved. As a method for it, This paper proposes the Losicstics System of the construction.
